I have been using this product for over a year. Originally, I bought it after seeing a TV ad. I have taken many similar products over the years (arthritic knees — not much cartilage left!) I noticed a difference within 2 weeks from what I had been taking.

I received a Free 14 Day Supply in my GNC Pro Box. I’m 52 yrs old and I consider myself in fairly good shape. But I have an old high school football knee injury that periodically hurts me to the point where I have to limit my workouts.

I’m trying to search for other people with similar side effects. My throat has been extremely irritated and feeling raw itchy since starting. I love absolutely loved this product but that side effect is making it to continue taking.

Ive been diagnosed with early onset degenerative osteoarthritis in both hips at 42 years old. I have been in agony for a year. I’ve tried everything including losing weight, and swimming every other day.

I started using this product several years ago after using other similar ones. Both of my shoulders have almost no cartilage (hard or soft) after years of lifting and throwing a ball. As well as the family arthritic genetics.

These pills are way too large and very hard to swallow. This is a common complaint with a large amount of people. This supplement has always been that way. You would think after so many years on the market they could make them smaller and easier to manage.

This is my first time trying Perrier water (Lime) and I’m really glad that I chose to buy it. It was actually the unique packaging that caught my eye when I was grocery shopping. The bottle is green and super tall; kind of chunky at the bottom and gets skinny at the top.

I have been taking Cosamin ASU for several years and find it to be the best glucosamine product for joint lubrication and arthritis discomfort. I have tried other brands and this is by far the best. With the capsule you have wonderful ease in swallowing which is important to me.

I only take 1 a day and find I do not need the 2-3 capsules that are recommended.
