20 Best Jogging Pants For Winter (2023 Updated)

Nike is having a labor day/back to school sale on their beloved tech line but I’m hesitant to pull the trigger because we had fit issues all summer. My son loves the hoodies but he returned the pants more then once over size and fit.

You know how these kids want pants now. Like tight down low but not nutt hugging. If I was a nike exec I would straight up make the fit the exact same thing as Adidas trio pants and call it a day. I have no problem with them but their to light for late fall and mid winter.

Either way, I can’t purchase online any more because of fit issues. He has to try them on. So that sucks. Get it together nike. Kids should be able to say- I’m a Large Medium or Small and receive tech pants in the fit & style they expect.

If u change them again please let us know somehow. Like “New nike tech” or “Form Fit Techs” or whatever, just differentiate em. Please & TY. We love ur stuff but u need to regain my confidence.

These are by far my favorite joggers I have ever owned! I typically wear a large and purchased an XL because I wanted them to be a bit baggier! The fit is JUST as described! This pair of joggers is ultimate comfort! They are soft and the perfect thickness for fall/winter weather.

I will be purchasing and other colors!.

Amazing structure. High waisted. They are true to size but fit a little more fitted then typical sweatpants. I got the unbleached color which is really pretty but may make getting stains out a little harder.

Soft fleece inside and have good ankle grip if you like to scrunch them up on your calf.

I’m loving these sweats. They are so comfy and they have POCKETS too! Yay! I am loving the neutrality of fabric color. They look so nice on. I might have to look into grabbing another pair! Definately a great pair of compfy sweats.

I bought 15 pairs of these in different colors including the matching Coleman Sherpa long sleeve sweater tops. These are very warm and thick. They are well made with great quality. I love these so much that I keep buying more as I see the stock is low.

I wanted more of the blue ones but they are out of stock. I highly recommend these. Must buy!!.

These pants are very warm. I bought them for my husband & I bought the men’s version too because the woman’s doesn’t have a back pocket. I love the side & back pockets. The only thing I really don’t like about these pants & jackets is that they begin pilling very quickly.

If it wasn’t for that, I’d give them 5 stars. Since I just wear them around the house it’s okay, but it would be nice if I could wear them out running errands.

I truly love everything about the lined joggers and the hoodie. The complete outfit is comfortable, warm and stylish. Purchased the joggers in the store and ordered the hoodie. The Sherpa lining is soft.

And I have washed this outfit and it has staying power. I loved them so much I went back and purchased two more of the other colors. YOU CAN’T GO WRONG WITH THIS OUTFIT.

I had many pairs of these pants, and they were simply the best, most comfortable and durable clothing you could find. This new model is such a serious downgrade that it’s just not worth buying. The material is not as soft as before, and the fit is horrible.

I used to buy these in medium, but now it feels so tight in me in thighs and gluts. The large ones are too big. So sad the that UA discontinued the old version.

This is the third colour of these particular pants I’ve bought. The fit, lightness and breathability are exceptional. The stretch makes it easy to move unrestricted. I use them inside and outside the gym as they’re smart enough to use as casual trousers.

Nice material, 90% polyester, 10% elastane. Seems to be a versatile pant as I have paired them with tees and sweatshirts to exercise and run errands; also as a base layer beneath loose fitting jeans.

The small fits my 28/29 inch waist. If you have a 30” waist you probably need to order a medium. Inseam is 30” on the small. Has an interior drawstring if you need to cinch your waist. Has 2 side pockets that easily holds my keys and iPhone 7 securely.

The one back zipper pocket can hold a thin wallet with the zipper closed. It can hold my iPhone 7 with about one inch of the phone exposed if I leave the zipper open. The back zipper pocket may be larger on other sizes.

I’m about to go IN on these pants. For reference, I’m 5’7, normally wear a womens size 4, 27. 5 inch waist. I ALWAYS look for sweatpants that have drawstring because I have to buy a medium due to my height even though I’m more of a small.

These are amazing. I have 2 other target brand sweats (wild fable) in mediums and they’re above my ankle and mid calf. But these bad boys are like a normal length. Past the ankles! What a wonderful treat for me, warm ankles! Also the band at the bottom is fairly loose compared to others I have.

I havent washed these yet but even if they shrink, I’m hoping its not that much because i could cry at the possibility of having correct length sweats. I bought the dark green (which us like a nice olive color) and waiting on my dark grey to be delivered.

They are thinner than I thought they would be, so if i go outside in the winter in them, I will be wearing leggings under em. Highly recommend. Oh also! For the waist, i personally hate thick elastic, but since its a size bigger, its nice and roomy.

If i want a snatch waist, I can just use the drawstring.

These are so comfy and soft inside! I bought them with the matching sweatshirt. I got them in a size small which is my normal size at target and they fit perfect. However, I’m scared they will shrink in the wash so I’m debating if I should return for a medium or not.

They’re only a little bit see through with black underwear so lighter colors will be totally fine. They’re also just a TAD too long on me, but not bad enough to make them look too baggy. For reference, I’m 5ft tall, 130 lbs, and a 4-6 in pants.

These run true to size. For reference I’m 5’4” – 240lbs. I wear an 18-20 in pants and ordered a 1X. These are medium weight, buttery soft and have nice deep pockets. I’m 5’4” and the bottom cuff hits right at my ankle bone.

I purchased the blue and the red. They’re both gorgeous! The red is subtle and perfect for Fall. It’s more like red clay than fire engine red. They were delivered 30 minutes ago and I’m already back to order a pair in every other color they have left.

Earier this year I really wanted to buy these black nike pants but I was contemplating if I should buy one because I was short on money. After some research, I found out that finishline was the best place to buy these pants not only because did they give me a discount for my birthday, but also because finishline supported klarna and I could chop my payments.

As a result, I could buy these without forcing mysef out of budget. Quality wise, these pants are awesome. They’re super warm and comfy. The texture of the pants are very smooth, and I think its perfect for the fall and the winter.

I also went to the gym with these and even though I was sweating I didn’t feel sweaty or hot. I got them this january so I didn’t have a chance to wear it in the spring or the summer yet but I think that these might also work out well in warmer temperatures.

One thing I feel like it could’ve been better is that the pants were slightly long for me. The width was perfect but I was getting wrinkles when I wore these. This was a problem especially when I wore Jordan highs because the pants would wrinkle a lot and it looked like I was wearing baggy pants.

But in this case I just folded my pants a little bit and it wasn’t a big deal. This wouldn’t stop me from buying another one if I happened to lose it. I really recommend these pants for anyone who need black sweatpants because nike quality doesn’t miss.

I highly recommend buying it here because if you wait for your birthday and use klarna, you will be able to buy these even if your a student strict on budget.

Pros: 1)I’m a guy that wears green pants and joggers quite a lot so the shade of the green matters to me a lot. I’d say they nailed the color with this and it goes quite well both with dark and bright colours.

2)the jogger is quite thick compared to some other joggers I have and during the winter it really holds you down with no issue cons: 1)there’s a ton of little cotton balls coming out of the inside whenever I take them off.

it also can ruin your socks if you’re not careful. I’ve had similar experiences before so I was relatively used to this but it takes quite a few weeks of wear and wash to get rid of these. 2)This one is on me because I didn’t really pay attention to the cuffs while ordering but I believe nike has the same jogger with different types of cuffs.

so make sure to check the cuff type before ordering to make sure you’d like the one you receive and how it’d interact with your shoes.

So with this global pandemic forcing many people to work from home I decided that it was time to buy more comfortable loungewear. I was wearing chinos at home and they were not that comfortable for extended home use.

Far too tight and they restricted movement so not great for working out either. I bought these Nike joggers as they were affordable and made from cotton plus they are called casual for a reason. They more than live up to my expectations the comfort is fantastic and I feel like I can wear them all day with no problems.

The fit is also spot on so no issues with the sizing. I bought two pairs in different colours and plan on getting another two of them so I have a variety to wear at home. Well worth buying.

I had a coupon and decided to risk getting my first TNF joggers online. Needless to say, I am very glad I used the coupon to get these standard joggers pants. I’m 5’7″ 150lbs on slim side. I buy adidas for all my athletic/hiking stuff.

I got these pants in XS and if there is a middle size between XS and S, this would be it. I find the length to be perfect, the cuffs just hits the ankle but leave the ankles a little exposed when wearing shoes.

The quality, although I just got it and have not washed or worn all day, seems to be above average. The fabric is soft and stretchy and it at first glance seems it will hold up. I like that the back pocket is zippered.

Bottom-line, if you want a little loose fitting, get in TTS. but if you want a slimmer, shorter look but with some room, get XS.

These joggers are great! The fabric quality is substantial, but stretchy and still lightweight. Love that it has water repellency! The fit is great: slim and tailored, but not skinny. Could easily size up for a more relaxed fit since it has an elastic waistband with drawcords.

Great joggers, soft material, cool khaki color that you can wear pretty much anywhere. They have a great fit and look clean. I would definitely buy these in more colors and recommend to anyone looking for some lightweight joggers.

The fit on them was good. Tight around the ankle and not too much extra fabric in the legs. The size was smaller than what i was expecting. I’m 6’1 and 200lbs. I normally do a Large but it was too tight in the seat.

I would size up next time. The service was good, no complains.

A large is like a small medium. The stitching is already coming loose from just sitting in a chair “only wore them twice” The legs are nothing but a total of little ball of fleece that will need shaved off.

For the price it’s absolutely ridiculous to see something this defective. One of the worse most disappointing things I ever bought. I Don’t recommend these to anyone if you buy you’ll be very sorry! When I wash them they will probably turn out to the size of a sock! Total Junk!!!.

I love these sweatpants! They are very comfortable, soft, and keep you warm. They were also true to fit and size for me. I am also very happy with the ordering process! Fast and accurate shipping! I also contacted customer service for a unrelated product question and they were very prompt with the response.

I bought these on clearance and was extremely surprised at how well they were made. I was worried about the length, because my husband is 61, but they were perfect. I feel like a regular jogger material on the outside but they inside is a soft fleece.

They even have a back pocket as well as 2 side pockets. Perfect for cold weather!.

I was impressed with the overall weight of these pants, super soft, I’m sure they will be nice and warm next winter. They still look like sweatpants, but more “dressy” in a way because they look like a better quality material than your basic sweats.

I purchased the pants to match the hoodies. I was unsure how they would fit, or if they would fit at all, so I ordered them in both a 2X & 3X. I like them both!! The 3X provided a little more room, but the 2X wasn’t tight either.

As someone who requires a Tall inseam and who has tried / worn every type of jogger out there, these are a winning style for me. The Tall length is actually long enough for one and it doesn’t pull at the knees when sitting.

The legs taper just right and they don’t have that clown-pant look that some joggers fall victim to. Comfortable without looking sloppy, a nice slim fit without being tight or constricting. True to size.

I like these joggers. I found them comfortable to wear when working out and when lounging around the house. I personally like that they are not fuzzy on the inside like regular fleece. I find the material these pants are made out of allow you to slip them on and off pretty easily if you don’t buy them too small.

These leads to one of my dislikes. I did not like that these joggers seemed to run slim so I end up having to return the first pair I bought and size up on the next pair because I struggled to get the tapered pant leg over my foot and up my shin.

It was too tight. But going up a size on the second pair helped remedy that issue. I also did not like the original price. I waited until they came on sale. While I do like these pants, I did not like them enough to pay almost 45.

00 for a pair. That price is too high.

My son is a sweatpants connoisseur. We also buy jeans here too because they have stretch. But it’s the sweatpants he loves the most. We shop Old Navy for back to school, then in September for his birthday, and again for Christmas.

Affordable, stylish, cozy, comfortable with and excellent fit all at reasonable prices. We keep coming back because they last we have clothes to pass down to friend’s younger kids as he outgrows them.

These pants fit true to size. I live in Texas so our winters don’t get too cold but we do have cool mornings and windy days. Wore these out for a 10-miler this weekend with temps in the lower 40s and winds around 15mph with gusts higher.

My legs were comfortable the whole time. The knees on these pants are articulated with a little mesh behind it. I wasn’t sure about that design feature but after getting the pants on I didn’t notice it at all and didn’t feel my knees were cold while running.

Will definitely be using these pants through the cooler weather.

I’ve never been a fan of wearing running tights. The waist is too restrictive for me. These have been a great alternative. If you get past the sticker shock, these are well made and very comfortable running pants.

Have run up to about -10 C so far and they have been warm enough on their own. Just wish there was maybe one additional small pocket for keys (there is one zipper big enough for your phone and one standard pants pocket).

Overall great piece of equipment for the winter!.

The material is INCREDIBLY soft and flexible. Not noisy when running. I have been searching for warm comfortable jogger style pants for running in sub-freezing temps. These still need a base layer for below 35 degrees, which is disappointing.

Not as warm as a I thought they’d be, but very breathable. I wish they were an inch or two longer! Who wants exposed ankles if you’re running in the cold?.

Nice quality. Thick and the white ones aren’t see through. I can tell though that if you’re thick thigh’d they’re going to get beaded up on the inner thigh where it rubs. Still really great for the price.

I’d buy more in other colors with no hesitation. I’m 5’1 and 145 pounds. A medium fits me nicely, I’d say they’re true to size.

Love these joggers I got the grey snd blue, didn’t get the sweatshirts but I like to wear them with long sleeve fitted t’s. I got medium I’m 5’6 and about 145 and they’re the perfect mix of baggy enough to be comfortable but still show my figure.

The material feels high end. Love love them.

These joggers are cute. The material is nice, a little thick, but not uncomfortable. They have real pockets and the drawstring is good. The only thing is, if you prefer to wear joggers that aren’t so form-fitting, I’d suggest going a size up from what you normally wear.

As I’m 5’7, I ordered a medium and they were a bit small for me, so I’d go with a large in the future.

Love these joggers! I have them in 3 colors. Super high waisted with adjustable string and the bands at the bottom actually stay tight to my ankles! If you have smaller ankles and other joggers fall right down to your feet, then you need these! The fabric is so buttery soft and keeps its integrity pretty well.

There’s nothing worse than sweats that get fuzzy or pilled after one wear (which some of my other aerie sweats have done). These do not! I recommend hanging them to dry to keep them looking great. Do run VERY big.

I’m normally a small and ordered these in an xsmall. Definitely recommend sizing down. The ONLY complaint I have about this pant is that they don’t have pockets. Aerie, slap some pockets on these and they are the perfect lounge pant!.

tldr: cute and cozy but no pockets; size down!! firstly, these pants are super cozy and comfortable to lounge in; they have a very soft material on the inside. I’m 5’11, so I ordered mine in a long; the length is perfect on me.

there are a couple drawbacks though: these pants don’t have pockets, and they run HUGE. i initially ordered these in a small long, but they were very baggy to the point it was unflattering; i would say they could easily fit a size large.

i re-ordered them in an xs long, and they are now perfect- still baggy, but a cute, manageable amount this time. (i’m typically a size small, sometimes medium for reference).

First of all – these have been my favorite sweats for a little over a year now. I even bought them for all my friends for Christmas last year because they are SO good. However, one pair snagged pretty easily and now have a hole and best part? They snagged while I was coming back from the mailbox grabbing the newest pair I ordered.

Sadly those ones came with a snag/hole in them already. Not sure if the quality has gone down or what? If you only plan to wear them at home (not me – sweats everywhere for life) then I wouldn’t let this stop you from purchasing because they are indeed the most comfortable leg prisons I have ever put on!.

These were a gift for my husband and his new favorites! They are a nice weight without being too heavy, have 2 deep pockets with zipper closure on the side plus one on the back! How nice! He wears 2XL since Covid, and these fit TTS, fit perfectly.

I bought the black camo and plain black, and the black camo are his favorite but he may keep the black as well, he likes them that much! I wish they had them in a lighter color for spring! Great value and great find!.

I bought these sweatpants for my husband since he is working from home and needs comfy clothes. These pants look great on him, so they are both good looking and comfortable! He is 5″10′, 164 pounds and wears a medium.

The only thing we didn’t realize is that the pockets have zippers, which is fine but a bit unexpected on sweatpants. But, we both are very happy with the look, feel, and price of these pants. He has more expensive designer sweats, but these are just as good as those.

Comfortable, very warm, definitely on the slimmer side. Many joggers end up being too short for me and these were a bit on the longer end so these worked out great. That is, until I washed them. After just 2 washes they shrunk almost half a foot! Almost unwearable now.

Finally, Patagonia included a light pair of”running pants” with front zippers. That’s essential, whether working out indoors or outside, need it for wallet, phone or keys. While in the gym you need those front zips while doing sit-ups etc.

to hang on to your gear! Fabric weight is lightweight and comfortable. Although when I put them on while wearing socks, I had to wrestle with it a bit. Only disappointing feature is the waist tie doesn’t keep the pant from sliding down.

Very annoying. They need to put some elastic in the waist band to supplement the waist tie.

I love these pants. I was worried that they would fit too snug (bought medium, have about a 34-36″ waist on a slightly shorter frame) and that the inseam would be way too long (because the world favors the tall when it comes to athletic gear).

Unfounded fears. They fit perfectly around the waist, with room to grow or shrink. The fabric is such that the inseam doesn’t matter. The leg tapers and it terminates at my ankle no matter what, with minimal unsightly bunching.

I can even stretch the ankle openings over the tops of my shoes to keep out gunk. The fabric is super comfortable and surprisingly warm. I’ve warn them over running shorts from the low 30s to the mid 50s.

I don’t even realize they are there, which is what I was looking for in cold weather running pants. I chose blue, and yes, when I sweat is does show. But I have so much black that it’s boring. I really like the color.

I may get another pair in black, but the blue will always be my favorite. I am using these everytime I run this winter, which means almost every day. They are probably my favorite piece of running gear.

Let me start by saying I was skeptical of whether or not I would like these pants. I haven’t really owned Jogger pants before and wasn’t sold on the design. However, since they arrived, I can tell you they have quickly become my new go-to pant.

I love that they have zippered pockets to keep everything in the pocket while I have found myself doing laundry more often to get these pants washed so I can wear them again. The Superior Blue really stands out, which sometimes makes me wish I had gotten the blacks, but I may have to just get another pair as well.

Ordered online, and they are perfect fit, both length and width. Ran in them with temperatures of 0C-9C and they are perfect especially during colder times. Do get a bit warm towards warmer temperatures.

Just over 100km done in them so far with the longest run being 10k and they are very comfortable, had no chafing or any other problems. Would definitely buy again.

Purchased at a very reasonable price and have been using them for nearly 2 months on runs. Great fit and comfortable when jogging. I have dropped one star as I’m not sure how the product will last longer term.

But for the price a replacement pair is cheap enough.

Just used these for the first time and I can say that they are very comfortable and warm for this winter weather right now. I am 6ft and chose the medium size and although I am normally 34in waist in jeans with 32in leg these fitted me perfectly.

The zip pockets are very useful too.
