20 Best Jeans For Straight Figure (2023 Updated)

I have bought 6 pairs of these jeans so far. They last a long time, longer than more expensive jeans I’ve tried, and they are comfortable. Overall they fit well. One of my biggest complaint is that they don’t have a long enough inseam! They have a 36 inseam up to a certain size, then they are only available in 34.

Wrangler, you need to understand that plus size women can be tall too!! We aren’t all short or average, and it has been a complaint of mine for years that I have a hard time finding jeans that are big enough in the hips and long enough.

I’m an active woman, I work on the ranch that I run, I ride horses, and I hate that these jeans don’t sit on my boots like they should when I’m in the saddle and don’t stack when I’m standing. I also have complaints about consistency.

Four of the pairs I bought fit about the same, then after I had worn them for a while I ordered two more pairs, and they were both tighter and shorter in the waist. Even though they were supposed to be an exact match! They were also missing the extra belt loop that two of the pairs had.

I love that extra loop because it keeps my belt from trying to ride up on me in the back when I’m doing various ranch duties. Please make sure your sizes are consistent, add the extra belt loop to all the prayers, and for once please please PLEASE make a 36 inseam for the curvy gals!!.

I already had one pair and I bought 2 more! They go on buttery smooth and are so comfortable. I can’t stand low rise jeans because they cut in my hips and any loose skin spills over. im 5’8 and about 168 for reference and I ordered a 9 X36.

I dress for comfort. These are mid rise and they are just right. Working on the farm? Wear them. Going out? wear them. I’d wear these any day dressed up or dressed down period. The absolute only downfall is they do loosen up over time but I have had mine for a longggg time.

I love them, but I wish I had ordered a size down. I’m used to tighter jeans, the waist fits greater but the looseness is around my knee area, I think it’s a little too loose. The jeans are very comfortable and flexible.

It’s wonderful to find jeans that fit so well other than the knees. I am 116lbs, 5 foot, with fuller lower body, and usually have a hard time finding jeans that fit at the waist and thighs, these are perfect, other than my personal preference for the knees.

These jeans are very comfortable and a good fit. I just recently purchased them, so I can’t comment on the durability. While playing with the grandsons, these make bending running, and playing on the floor/ground easy.

I didn’t do a review right away, b/c I wanted to see how these jeans held up. I’ve had them for 1 year now, and they are my favorite jeans!!! Have a great fit, so comfortable, and still look new even after so many wears and washes.

If you usually hate skinny Jeans because they’re too tight feeling but you like the look of them, you should try these out. This skinny fit is the first I’ve found comfortable enough to wear daily. I get so many compliments when I wear them.

Im buying more just so i can wear them everyday at work. I work 12 hour shifts walking, lifting, sitting, I work around fire/water/dust/metal also in a poorly cooled shop building. Most days I sweat like crazy.

These jeans hold the shape pretty much the whole shift. So comfortable, I lift heavy things, bend over, climbing ladders, it’s all comfortable. I get caught on so many sharp metal corners, I do get tiny threads that pop out from it but they never run and I can just burn them off with a lighter.

They wash fine, and I don’t iron, most the time I don’t even fold and they still look great. I always wash in cold water, I do use a electric dryer and I usually have to wash after work which is 3x a week.

I wear a size 20M I’m 250 lbs. 5’9” kind of a chubby hourglass figure. Larger hips/thighs/calves, smaller waist.

Delivered faster than I expected. Exactly as described, color and size. I ordered these with the info on the tag on a pair I already have. 18M, regular, boot cut. As much as I hate to share this info, I hope it helps you get the correct size.

I’m 5’5”, 250 pounds, waist to floor 34”, 50” waist, 54” hips, These have enough stretch to stay comfortable all day without looking like you have saggy butt hours later. I highly recommend these and will be ordering another color, hopefully a smaller size.

These are absolutely my favorite jeans, hands down. They fit my body perfectly and look great with either boots or sandals. My only problem is that the waistline is too large and I have to wear a belt to hold them up (not my favorite thing in the world).

That’s just my problem, though, because my waist is so much smaller than my hips. They fit my daughter perfectly, and she doesn’t have to wear a belt. It depends on your figure. I have multiple pair of these jeans in both a size 10 and 8.

I wouldn’t trade them for any other jeans!.

It’s a long while since I’ve had Levi jeans but I would certainly consider buying them again after wearing these. They are very comfortable, in a really soft denim with just enough stretch. I do have slim legs and hips so the straight leg feels quite relaxed but not too baggy.

This pair are too long for me so I wear them turned up which I don’t mind, but I know I could buy a shorter leg next time. There are obviously less expensive jeans available on the market, but it’s worth considering these if you are after a quality pair which will hopefully last a long time.

I love these Levi’s, not had them before as all the numbers Levi label their jeans with scare me. But I will never look back after trying these 724s they are amazingly comfortable and a little giving.

They keep their shape and just spring back into shape. They are very flattering and give good shape to your bottom always a plus. My only niggle are the front pockets not being very deep and wouldn’t trust a phone or any valuables in them.

Apart from this they are perfect.

I’m really pleased with the look, fit and feel of these jeans. My only concern is that one of my cats caught a claw in them and it caused a thread to be pulled into a little loop. I was able to pull the loop through to the reverse of the fabric, but there’s still a line where the thread has been pulled.

I’ve worn Levis for most of my life and always found them to be really robust and long-lasting, so it’s a bit of a disappointment that this pair will obviously have to be looked after more carefully, and maybe not worn around the house.

I also note that they have to be washed on a maximum temperature of 30 degrees, which means that they can’t be put in my washer’s ‘denims’ programme with our other jeans. It’s because they are only 10% cotton and mostly made of lyocell.

So, they are great trousers, but need to be cared for differently from other types of Levi!.

I had really been wanting to try this style after buying both the ribcage and original 501’s over the last couple of years and loving both pairs. These are the typical good quality denim you would expect from Levis, but if you’ve never tried them before expect them to feel pretty stiff and quite tight the first time you try them on – but don’t worry they do give.

Unlike the original 501’s these are a pretty baggy fit and meant to be worn loose at the ankle. They are a button fly and tight at the waist but then baggy everywhere else. I do like the look, but it will take a while to get used to after wearing everything a bit tighter and at my ankle for so long.

I’m 5″3 and I got the 30″ leg which is fine with trainers, but I could maybe get an inch taken off so they’re not quite as baggy at the bottom. These are also a mid – low rise I would say. I am so used to high waisted that I kept trying to pull them up only to realise that that’s as high as they go! I’m still unsold on this waistline so I’ll have to see if I get used to it.

I love that they are in this original blue colour which they seem to have stopped doing in the cropped version and I much prefer this colour. They’re expensive for a pair of jeans, but you can always guarantee the high quality with Levi’s.

These will literally last you 10 years or more if you look after them. I think the thing that makes me unsure about them is – does it look like I’m trying to be too cool?! Overall, I do like this jean to try something new, but I don’t think they’re as nice or as flattering as the original 501 cropped for me.

Levi jeans will always be a classic. You cannot go wrong with them. These Levi’s unfortunately do not have stretch being 100% cotton so felt a little bit tight (be sure to get your exact size unlike me!) But they are an amazing cut, have buttons to do them up and come in a rich classic shade.

They are also a high rise fit which is always flattering but as mentioned above I would love if it had a little elastane to accommodate to my curves. They are a thick rich denim pair of Jeans with the red tab in the back pocket, very much worth their price.

The brand is respectable and would always be my first choice for jeans. I also find it impressive that the quality hasn’t faltered in all the years I’ve been wearing Levi. I would buy Levi’s again without a doubt but not these ones due to the lack of stretch.

These I would recommend to get the EXACT SIZE.

I was so happy to find these jeans and Levi’s sizing is always inconsistent, so it took a few tries. These remind me of my old favorites: The perfect light blue, naturally faded look and they feel comfortably broken-in without being distressed or whiskered! The fit is straight, but I went up one size (two from my skinny fit) to cinch in the waist with a belt for a slightly slouchy look.

I bought in two lengths for two different looks. So happy and I have received unexpected compliments! Other washes fit differently. I’ve been looking for classic 100% cotton denim jeans like these for awhile.

I took a chance when they were price matched and I am a very happy customer!.

I found 1 pair of LeviSignature Modern Slim Jean’s at a Walmart in North Carolina. I tried finding more on my return to Ohio. Not finding any in stores, I ordered 2 pair online of the Modern Slim. Walmart delivered the wrong style.

Instead I got Mid Rise Slim which is a completely different cut. It seems like other people are receiving the same substitution. The 2nd pair on my order was not delivered to me but sent to a Walmart near me for pick up.

When I went to pick this pair up I was told they never received the order. I’m left to wonder if that pair too was the wrong style or possibly the Modern Slim I’ve been trying to find for 4 months. I guess I’ll never know but one thing I’m certain of: I WILL NOT be ordering anything from Walmart that can’t be delivered to my home as I spent 3hrs at this Walmart waiting for them to locate my missing order.

These jeans are the first garments I have been able to purchase off the rack in several years that fit perfectly!! I love them. No hemming, no alteration of any kind. So happy that I was able to find these.

If you’re looking for high waisted jeans, then these are for you. I’m 5’3” so the high waist is not so flattering on my short frame. A little big in the waist as well. The jeans seem like nice quality and wash well, it’s just the style isn’t the most flattering for me.

I have had a pair of these jeans for 2 Weeks now and I enjoy wearing them! They are Super Comfortable and feel smooth! No roughness! No leaving Blue stains on your Skin or in the Laundry! I. Wish I had bought more than 1 pair!.

I have this style of jeans in almost every color. They are flattering, soft to the touch, and at the same time with a robust and heavy fabric. I don’t recommend them for hot days; they are more for fall and the beginning of the spring season.

The black is consistent color, not quickly faded, but I recommend washing them with dark detergent. I love the length because you can show off your boots or wedges. Since the jeans are ribcage, you should try your usual size and one up to look for comfort in the abdominal area.

I will keep buying them in almost all the colors that come out.

I’ve never worn the GA brand before, and I’ve had a crummy string of luck lately so far as denim goes (ie: pairs giving me love handles where there are none, leg fit feeling weird, etc. ), so I had modest expectations for this pair of denim.

I was most anxious about the sizing as I’ve read that these stretch somewhat, while others seem to say they’re true to size (and it’s not like they’re so cheap that you’d just buy three sizes outright…you want to get it right the first time).

I utilized the size chart on the website here, and after much debate, I decided to order my true size and not count on tons of stretch. It turned out to be a perfect choice! Out of the bag, these look like they’d be too small, but they slide on just right! I’m so glad I didn’t size down, because these fit like a glove.

Now I’m sure I would have been able to squeeze into the smaller size, but it wouldn’t have been as comfortable. For reference, my waist is 28in with 40in hips/butt (I ordered the size 6), and these had no waist gap at all.

They were also amazingly comfortable! I actually tried them on after a full dinner, and I didn’t even have to wiggle into them. They feel really soft! These do have a bit more of a flare than I was expecting, but they’re right on in the fashion department.

They also just skim the floor for me, and I’m 5’8” on the nose. They also do nice things for the caboose, I must say. 😎.

I’m 5’9 and 120lbs and I have the hardest time finding pants that are long enough for me that actually look classy (without ripped hems, holes, etc. ) I was on the fence between ordering a 0 vs. the 00 and I went with the 00 because I like my pants to be tight, and I suspected that these would stretch.

They do indeed have a lot of stretch, and they were just tight enough for me. But the 0 would have been fine, too. I just basically want everything to fit like leggings. My butt looks AMAZING in these pants, and there’s something about the cut that is incredibly classy.

These are the quintessential “dress” jeans that I think many women are looking for. Will definitely be ordering again.

These are FANTASTIC. They are exactly what I was hoping for when I saw them online. I am 42, and they remind me of my old going out jeans in college/after college. When jeans had that perfect hem and flare with boots and a new “going out top” you just felt SO good? Ahhh, best memories, and these jeans brought all that back.

then these are for you! I never leave reviews, but I had to this time because I was pleasantly surprised when I tried them on. I’m really short (5′) and sadly hold most of my weight in my midsection, so finding flattering jeans in general is hard for me.

I originally had purchased the regular AE stretch mom jeans, but they pushed all my rolls up and gave me cameltoe so I had to return. I decided to try these jeans instead expecting the same results, but for whatever reason they fit much better! It doesn’t ride up my butt or give me cameltoe, and it’s not super tight in the waist so I don’t have big rolls coming out the top or bottom.

They hug my waist just right, and aren’t too loose in the legs for me. So not only do I hold my weight in my midsection, but I have chicken legs too, yet my legs aren’t swimming in these jeans. I’m really happy and not as insecure as I felt about the other jeans.

So, I don’t love these. Part of it is my own fault, but part of it is the construction of the pants. I have many pairs of AE mom jeans and have loved them all. The part that’s my fault is that I didn’t read the description close enough to see that it’s a straight leg as opposed to the tapered leg on the rest of my mom jeans.

A straight leg just doesn’t particularly suit my body. The other issue is that the pants bagged out big time the first time I wore them. They fit well in the waist, and the waist maintained its shape, but the legs just completely lost their shape and looked sloppy.

This is my first time buying mom jeans and based on reviews I read it ran big. So I went with a 00. I am a size 0 XShort in high waisted jeggings. I am 4ft 8inches weighing 95 pounds, slim and equally porportioned from top top bottom not much curves.

These fit good in the waist. A small gap in the back but not a big deal. The legs are wider then I expected and longer then what I used to but still looks good when i fold it. I have to weat this with a crop top because of my petite figure or i look swamped.

I could have went 2 sizes down but I don’t mind the wiggle room. Definately comfortable to wear. I will order more mom jeans but the traditional line versus straight leg. Overall they have a nice color and are super comfy.

” NOT TRUE. You do need a printer. I took my package to UPS and WAS CHARGED to mail my return when they printed it. I have my receipt. I am so done with this store. What good are Tall sizes if everything falls apart during first wearing.

Bought new jeans for my Hubby. He’s the kind of guy that wears his jeans through rips and stains. I am handy with a needle and thread so he gets away with wearing his jeans longer than most. There was one work day where he ripped his worn jeans so bad that he had to duct tape them back together to finish his shift.

It is really difficult to find a light weight , light wash summer weight jeans that aren’t supper stretchy. These are pure denim, and a nice straight fit with an even wash. I find. That modem faded , whispered washes with artificial induced fade patters don’t look great on us older folk.

And don’t get me started on skinny jeans. I find the 34 x 32 were true to size.

Love the color, love the fact they are not ripped anywhere including the hem, and they way it makes me look DARN good in the rear, I always size down one with Mother and Good American and they fit perfect.

I purchased the size 26 (2), whereas I purchase a size 27 with all other jean manufacturers. The only thing wrong with these is that they are too short. The reason I switched from Mother Jeans to Good American Jeans is I heard they have longer inseams, which they do but they are still so short.

For reference I am 5’6″ and 133 pounds. I am assuming the woman modeling the jeans is taller than 5’6, so I was hoping to have it a longer length. I must have much longer legs than torso? Anyways, I like the skinny jeans at about a 28″ inseam- they come right about where it is shown on the model.

But I like some straight leg jeans to wear as regular jeans with flats and heels that don’t have a strap that goes up a couple inches from the shoe. The shortness makes my legs look cut off, or that I bought pants too short.

I try to find 30″ inseams but those are few and far betwen. I absolutely love these jeans in every other way, so if you are shorter or cropped type jeans works for you I would absolutely recommend these jeans!.

I’m a millenial having a hard time letting go of the skinny jeans. These are the perfect soft transition piece. Not skinny but not full on mom jeans. Super curve flattering as I’ve come to expect with Good American.

Comfortable and roomy. I’m 5’6 155lbs and size 8 fits perfectly. I love them and never want to take them off!.

I have gotten the same size jeans 4x from GA. Two have been too tight, one too big, and one that fit and I was able to keep. For the price, I don’t think this is acceptable. Also, that I have to pay to restock when I don’t know if the same size jeans will fit, be too tight, or too small.

I am not some tween that needs to have skin tight anything. So I am always looking for actual jeans. These are the best jeans that I have found. The last couple of pairs that I have had lasted a long time.

These jeans are great quality, fit great, and are perfect for an ACDC concert or throwing on a dress shirt and sport coat. Plus with the deals you can get from Old Navy made them incredibly affordable, so I bough 3 pairs.

Tried these on and they were great jeans! only thing was my dumb self thought for some reason I should go up a size and when I did the waist was so big!!! I’m 5’10 so I got a size tall and the length was good.

My body type Im smaller in the waist and big/wide in the hips/butt/thigh region LOL so that might be one of the reasons I shouldn’t of sized up. So if you’re body type is like mine definitely don’t size up.

Other than that the jeans were great, just gotta return to side down to my regular size.

I swear by American eagle jeans only but I took a chance and stepped out of my comfort zones. I ordered these by the size they suggested and the entire time wished I sized up. They just arrived and could not be more perfect!!! I’m glad I didn’t size up.

So comfortable and flattering. My new favorite jeans. The hight of the waist sits right above my belly button which is exactly what I wanted. Not to mention there is a little stretch and the denim is high quality.

I think old navy has officially won me over on my first purchase. I’m 5″4 160lbs for reference.
