20 Best Jeans For Fat Knees (2023 Updated)

My husband has been wearing these jeans for over 10 years and they have always been great but this last order of jeans is horrible. The material is thinner and and the fit is different and the color is off.

He has always had 32 waist and 30 length. Now the 32 waist is way to big and baggy and now to long. We tried the 30 waist and 30 length, the 30 waist is tight. What they heck happened??? These went down hill all a sudden, He is now searching for a new brand after over 10 years of this exact Jean, very disappointing.

I absolutely love the double knee pants for work, but I am disappointed that they changed the traditional carpenter jean style to this one with the goofy, un-functional cellphone pocket. The pocket is undersized and in a terrible location (you practically sit on the phone).

I used to buy 10+ pairs of the traditional carpenter style double-knee dickies a year. I loved the quality, durability, and fit of the jeans, but will not be purchasing any more until they bring back the old style with pockets on the side and hammer handle.

Pants are very comfortable, and durable. Cell phone pocket is a little to small for most phones. Last a couple years using them at work(Auto Repair, and Tow Service) every day. Leg openings are perfect size to fit over work boots.

Double knee adds to comfort when kneeling, and are like a pocket so you can add knee pad, or a folded shop rag in there. Makes kneeling when changing tires much more comfortable. Last pairs were retired due to pockets worn out, and belt loops coming loose.

Only holes I ever had were burnt from welding. Material is perfect blend for comfort, and durability. Best work pants out there. Highly Recommended.

The best ever shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair or very dry hair with split ends. I am a cosmetologist and I swear by this. I use it daily and recccomend it to anyone with dry or grey or colored hair.

Through the years I have been using this brand of jeans for my workplace ( warehouse) and have been holding up to the rugged atmosphere everyday. Constant bending and twisting all day long at work. This is truly one brand that I would recommend to anybody.

I have multiple upon multiple pairs of Lysse leggings. Having tried many other brands Lysse I have always gone back to Lysse. However, I ordered 2 pair of the White denim and could not be more disappointed.

They are a little shorter than most, not being ankle length but not a good regular length. I find it difficult to fina a pair of shoes that looks good with them. But the biggest disappointment is the tops roll down and I am constantly pulling them up.

I have never had this happen with Lysse??? In fact, they are so terrible I am just throwing them in the trash!.

Ordered 4 pair of Lysse pants- 3 leggings and 1 denim straight leg. All the same size. The leggings all fit perfectly- the straight leg would not go past mid thigh. I requested a return label. Went to 3 UPS stores to have label printed and return pants.

Label would not print. Contacted Lysse again, was sent another label went to UPS and again- label would not print. Spent $13. 80 to return pants. Very unhappy with customer service and wonder about brand’s inconsistent sizing.

Lyseé makes the best denims I’ve ever owned! At 5’3” I’m fussy how things fit! Right?! I feel they enhance my figure in all ways, snug, but not too revealing. The length is flattering. The overall look is really nice.

Tee shirts or long winter sweaters, they keep pace with my needs for denim. A keeper.

Great cut jean with a super comfy stretch for the huskier gentleman. The have also washed up very well and stayed true to size even thru a warm wash. I have brought multiple pairs of jeans from Johnny Bigg and the always fit really well and continue to be hard wearing and stylish.

The jeans fit great for a big fella! The elastic jean fabric wraps softly around the calfs and thighs, while the waist fits securely with space for the pockets. There is no groin rub and the fabric and finish seems to be good quality.

Of course the true test is over time and use. For now I enjoy waering the jeans daily.

These are great. Still love my skinnies but wanted to branch out. Do wish the waist had a little more stretch but only because I’m picky with high rise and my stomach having too much compression. I love the legs though, perfect and not tight.

The most I’ll fitting jeans I’ve ever experienced. For having a lot of apparent stretch, you’d think the calf would be smaller. I bought my side after measuring my waist etc, I definitely needed one size down, but even then the legs would just gape! The tight fit around the ankle on the model is absolute rubbish.

I got them taken in, but they are still definitely not worth so much money, I’m baffled at the cost for what you’re getting.

I’m absolutely obsessed with GA jeans since I got my first pair 6 months ago. I used to be a Levi’s girl but these are better. They’re so flattering, they don’t sag, I don’t have to pull them up constantly and they’re just well made in my opinion.

I was very excited to have a comfortable pair of jeans. I wore the jeans 2 times and when I went to wear the a 3rd time I bent to pick something up and they ripped! And, not like in a normal place a person would expect jeans to rip when a person bends over.

Almost like the quality was poor or the jeans had been worn for years before I received them.

This is the first pair of skinny jeans I have bought, because these are the first pair that really seemed to fit. Like another reviewer, I have been active for years and have a “solid” lower body, but these fit perfectly in my regular Prana size, which is an 8.

I tried on a 10, and thought it was ok, but the 8, while tighter, looked and felt better. I am usually a wearer of more relaxed clothing, but these are very comfortable, soft and stretchy without becoming baggy over the course of several hours wear.

I bought these Online last week and was so excited when they arrived promptly (within a week of purchase). MEC is great like that! Unfortunately, although I usually wear a size 10 and I bought a size 12 (just in case! – this was the largest size available at MEC) they are far too tight for someone like myself who has strong thighs from all the hiking, backpacking and skiing I do.

They look good otherwise, but for mature women who have done a lot of outdoor exercise and activities, Prana & MEC should offer larger sizes, particularly in the “high rise” range” and consider the fact that women who have been working and active in the outdoors for many years do have larger gluten, thighs and calves than women who may not have done so much.

Some note about the target market would have been useful. Now I have to return them, sadly.

I love the dark mud color, and wanted to love the pants but they are not built for my body shape. I am curvy-athletic (new term?), and these are soooo tight and could barely cover my butt. I think even if they had a higher rise, it still wouldn’t work.

I ordered a 10 and 8, and only tried on a 10. I think these would be great for a narrow-hipped lady. No hour-glass figures for Prana. For reference, I wear a size 6 in Old Navy straight leg jeans–5’6″ and 140lbs.

First of all, the jeans came within 2 days which is already amazing. I was worried about the length since I’m 5’8, but when I tried them on they fit alll the way to my ankle!! The fabric is so soft and has a great stretch to it! The jeans are VERY flattering to my curves and fit perfect! I’ll definitely be buying more jeans from this store in the future!!.

I saw these jeans on a video on Facebook and the girl in video had my body shape! I decided to purchase two pairs of the story jeans in light wash and dark wash. The delivery was fast and I was expecting a delay because of covid-19.

I bought these Sarah mid-rise skinny jeans in black with a 30 inch waist and they are perfect. I bought a dark blue pair in the same style and holy cow the fit is small. I had to upsize to a 32 inch waist to get them to fit.

They are still tight in my calves, but I am hoping they stretch out a bit more. I think a 33 would be too big in the waist. I looked at the fabric and the label is close in the percentage of cotton, rayon and spandex is about 1% less in the blue pair, but I would not think that would make a huge different – but it does.

I am keeping them because I love the look and went with a 37 inch inseam because I wanted to cuff them. I hope I don’t see this inconsistency in the future.

I’m 6’1” and have a 36 inseam. When I order jeans/slacks from sites for tall women it’s like playing roulette. I can order the same pants in 3 colors and get 3 different lengths. Quality control doesn’t exist.

So frustrating. I ordered these jeans and held my breath. Would it be another order of disappointment? I am very pleasantly surprised. They are plenty long enough and good quality. I’m older (67) and like the high rise jeans.

I bought the Georgia High Rise Skinny jeans in black in a 31 /35, and they are perfect. When I saw that this style was on sale, I bought the same pair in Monaco blue, in the same size. I cannot even button the waist! I already returned another pair of jeans and have a $79 store credit, and I don’t want another.

I’d reorder in a larger size, but I found a similar pair that fit better, and I don’t like the other colors. So now it’s going to cost me $9 to return. I love the fact that the clothes are made for us talls, but I hate having to pay top dollar for returns.

As a western rider, I feel like there weren’t enough reviews reviewing these to that purpose. I love these jeans! Plus size and riding aren’t always easy to pair, and these are just great. Good stretch, good feeling, and while they’re pricier, they’re overall dependable.

Would like to see a better price but if you’re going to spend it, these are a good bet.

These are Stretch Pants NOT Jeans. You see, real Jeans are made of 100% Cotton, NOT a mix of Polyester, Spandex then cotton. I have been reading for years about the disappointment of customers and the Quality of ‘so called jeans’.

It doesn’t seem like to me anybody with any kind of clout with these companies care about the customers. I’m not gonna get started on the lack of choices for real women with curves.

These were purchased for horseback riding. I first purchased boot cut, they were too much like bells. I returned and ordered straight leg, I needed them to go over my boots. I also ordered one size smaller because of the comfortable stretch, I was not pulling this size up.

Fit great! Would buy them again.

OK, Saturday afternoon — had a moment and fell for the advertisement. After ten minutes after the CC was processed — worried if I bought another pair of poorly-made *^%$# jeans. Nope! Extremely pleased with the quality (there’s some heft to the fabric) but also, on first try-on, a surprising amount of “give.

” First wash (black), they felt even better — but definitely wash ’em by themselves a couple times or prepare yourself to enjoy that “new” dark shading your other clothes will have. I wear these with my casual shoes as well as my Iron Rangers (happy to say that boot fit = boot fit).

GUESS WHAT!!!? They are the most comfortable jeans I’ve ever put on my body! Seriously. Literally the fit is well perfect. Normally I have to suck in my gut a bit or just not breathe for a few seconds.

Not so with these jeans and what a relief. I will always be a Levi’s guy, but I have finally found jeans to add to my favorites list. Oh yeah, the boys say hi and thsnk you for you jeans not scrunching them.

From nearly every advert you’ve seen the idea is that these jeans are comfortable. I purchased these at my chubby weight and they are very loose, the stretch also means a belt is very necessary. IMO I’d order a size smaller than my skinny weight, with confidence, because of the stretch.

They don’t migrate when I sit down/squat. Beyond that, the build quality is really good. The elastic (or whatever poly they’re adding for the stretch) makes the pants warm too.

The title is true – they are super skinny. I was expecting that they will be true to size that I selected and that always fits me, but they are smaller. The good news is that they are elastic and after several times of wearing they stretch.

I like how black it is, fabric is light but not too light. Unfortunately, I’m way too short for it. I’m 161 /5’3, the knee rips are a good way down my knees and I have so much extra fabric at the ankles.

These are black pants, not black jeans. The fabric is thin and feels like stretch twill. I wouldn’t have a problem with that if the description was clear. I wanted denim, jeans.

Dazu möchte ich sagen, dass die Jeans in Denimblau eine wesentlich andere (schlechtere?) Qualität aufweist. Sie ist vom Stoff her viel dünner und eher für den Sommer geeignet, irgendwie ist sie auch lappig und gibt keinen guten Halt.

Bei den anderen beiden Farben gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

Unmöglich eine Hose mit normaler Stoffstärke zu finden! Mittlerweile muss ich sogar bei Kleingröße 8 cm abzwacken. 70 Euro sind einfach zu teuer. Ich muss in Zukunft leider von Bestellungen Abstand nehmen.

This is the second pair of jeans on the sale that I have to exchange due to poor fit or quality. I ordered the 8 and the measurements were a few inches smaller than mine on the size chart for these jeans but they were still too large.

They may not work for me any smaller though as the legs are snug but the hip area is loose and bulgy in the front. I could pull the front waist band out far enough to fit a grapefruit inside my pants.

My hubbys comment; “They pooch out in the front. ” lol. I will give a second try to these as they are flattering from teh back, if I can get the fit right. My advice is for sure size down at least one size.

Love these jeans! So soft, comfortable, and flattering. Perfect amount of stretch. I had to size up, they definitely run small, but they were perfect one size up. Love the snug hip and thigh fit, which is balanced out by the straight cut at the ankle.

Nice mid blue wash too. Can’t wait to wear these every day.
