20 Best Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee (2023 Updated)

I purchased a variety of flavored coffees recently and couldn’t wait until my package arrived to try them. The first 2 flavors we brewed were Smores and Vanilla Caramel. They both were absolutely SUPERB.

Love the smell of the brewing coffee, as well as the delicious flavor. I couldn’t wait to open the Jamaican Me Crazy blend because that is the main reason I purchased coffee from you. When I visited the Outer Banks of North Carolina, the Outer Banks Coffee Company had this flavor.

It was my absolute FAVORITE. Alas, they closed their business and I no longer had my favorite brew. When I searched the flavor online I was led to your company. What utter disappointment when I tasted this flavor.

At first I thought I received a batch that had NOT been flavored but I don’t know how that would have happened. Needless to say I’m truly saddened that your blend did not compare to the one I can no longer get.

A few years ago my friend and I were traveling to Disney world for my birthday. We were staying in the Marriott Grande Vista hotel / resort when one morning upon our touring of the grounds we came across a very nice young girl & a coffee bar for door county coffee.

We are very avid coffee drinkers and it’s a must for us every morning. So we decided to give it a try. All the flavors were so good but by far jingle bell Java surpassed them all. We fell in love immediately.

This was in 2018. It is now 2022 and We still anxiously await for the season to come and purchase our 5lb bags for the season. Since then, we’ve gotten our friends and family to try it and fall in love with it.

The coffee has such a smoothe, sweet taste and it is by far my most favorite coffee in the world. It’s a staple in my house all year long. I have no problem giving every dollar to this company as I’ve never had a bad coffee from them yet.

If you’re wondering if you should buy this coffee. Do it NOW and stock up. You will NOT be disappointed ♥️.

Door County Coffee is the only coffee we purchase and drink; it is the absolute best there is anywhere. But this was a huge disappointment. The aroma is fantastic but the flavor was overpoweringly off.

It tasted like drinking perfume. Our guests could not drink it either. We had purchased the 6 pack and ended up cutting it with plain ground coffee using 1/4 of this to 3/4 of plain coffee just to make it drinkable.

This is the only bad experience we have ever had in purchasing Door County coffee for several years. We love all the other flavors we have tried and the people there are first class.

Magnum coffee is absolutely wonderful and delightful. The aromatic blends that they offer are simply the best in southwest Michigan.  The coffee itself is affordable for the coffee pallet and would definitely recommend to others.

Currently only found in southwest Michigan it is a treat and I recently discovered the ability to purchase online.

I have been drinking Magnum Jamaica Blend Whole Bean Coffee for over 8 years. I used to buy it at Marshalls or TJ Max, but sometimes they had it, and sometimes they did not. Then Costco started stocking it in the warehouse, and then stopped carrying it.

Then Costco had it online, then they stopped. So, I am super happy, that Fleet Farm sells it, and ships to Pennsylvania. Anyway, since I have been drinking Jamaica Blend for over 8 years, it’s obvious that it’s a really good coffee.

It’s very smooth and always tastes great! Whenever I have company, everyone raves about the taste. Thank you Fleet Farm for selling such a good coffee, and for shipping at a reasonable fee. One last thing, make sure to buy the WHOLE BEAN, and grind just enough for a pot full.

I tried one bag of GROUND, and it was awful.

Those days when we want a light roast, this is the perfect blend. Other light roasts might taste as bland as dishwater. But this one tastes like real, delicious coffee. We never tire of it. I have given this coffee as a gift to many people, and they all rave about it.

Plus, at Fleet Farm, the price is right.

It smells amazing. Woody flavor with hints of hazelnut. Light and bitter with a hint of sweetness from the roast. Does not bloom when used in a percolator. The best way I’ve found to enjoy this coffee is through a French press and whole bean would be the way to go but I couldn’t find whole bean.

Also I believe this is overpriced for the quality however, I am also a fan of El Salvador style coffee which is typically a darker sweeter berry roast and cost less.

I thought I was going to receive a coffee that was going to knock me off my feet. The taste was quite bitter and did not satisfy my pallet. No rich notes of anything. I got (2) cups out of the expensive package.

I can not recommend it to anyone. Not a high quality resturant type coffee in my opinion.

As an advid coffee drinker and ex coffee trader I was gifted my first bag of Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee. I like it a lot, wasnt crazy about the price, bought it just the same. Will continue to purchase, wish it was a little bit more budget friendly.

I guess good coffee comes with a price. lol.

This is a wonderful, medium roast coffee with excellent aroma and not too much acidity. I literally drink it every day and can’t imagine going too long without it. It is a blended coffee that I think is even better than the stuff they sell in Jamaica at almost $50.

I have been drinking this coffee for more than 10 years now. I was first introduced to it by a friend that bought me a bag back from Turks and Caicos. I have been drinking it every since. Like one other reviewer I was able to get a friend with a Costco card to get it for me, then I had to start finding it at Marshall’s.

Now I have difficulty finding it at Marshall’s and I don’t have a Costco card so I am glad to find a place I can now purchase this coffee. It is awesome and everyone that visits me and drinks it loves the aroma and taste.

Glad I’m able to find it again.

I ordered online as well as purchased in store many, many different brands and types of coffee looking for a good decaf brand. Many were just okay, some awful but very few that were really good and tastes like freshly brewed instead of “meh” Keurig decaf coffee.

We love the convenience of the Keurig and we aren’t wasting a half pot of brewed because we didn’t drink it all some days but it was quite a long, expensive hunt finding a really good Kcup. I’m really picky about how my coffee tastes and hubby, not so much.

I found SF brand decaf and thought FINALLY! a good decaf with real coffee flavor and because I liked it so much I ordered hubby some regular and he really likes the robust coffee flavor. He drinks his 2 cups every morning and in the past wouldn’t drink “nasty” decaf but since we’re older and he can’t deal with caffeine in the evening he will drink the decaf and can’t tell the difference between regular and decaf because SF knows coffee and it’s always good!! Recently while traveling we forgot to take our coffee and had to drink hotel room coffee.

We quickly decided we’d rather do without since we couldn’t have our SF coffee! I won’t forget again!!.

I love the OneCup Pods, but I had to tame down your French Roast a bit. I generally prefer French Roast over others because I definitely like a bold coffee, black no sugar. I usually only make 8 oz so it’s not too weak, and set the Strong button on my new Keurug K-Express, which definitely makes a difference by the way.

But with your FR, I don’t need or want to use the Strong button. I have just ordered 3 more to try: Fog Chaser, Organic Rain Forest Blend, and Espresso Roast. So we’ll see which one turns out to be my first choice.

In any event, now that we’ve found you OneCups, we’ll be sticking with SFBay Coffee.

This continues to be my favorite decaffeinated coffee. It has a robust bold taste that makes it not even taste like a decaf. The environmental friendlier compostable pods s an extra bonus. Although I do not yet have a composter facility close enough yet to take advantage of I feel a bit better that I am not tossing plastic pods into the trash.

I am on a limited income so the fact that I choose these is indicative of how much I enjoy the coffee, I pray the price continues to be within my means as I would very much miss this coffee. I want to also say they have great customer service so give them a try.

You will not be disappointed!.

Very light duty set. I got this for working on knives and firearms so its perfect but reason for 4/5 is the head that screws down to tighten bit still allows bit to be pushed in when pressed on harder which can be cumbersome when trying to loosen tight bolts or screws but overall Id buy it again and for most people this will work great!.

Product doesn’t seem to have any smell to it. have used jimmy choo for years if you check my purchases although perfume is light can usually smell pleasantly on your clothing. This item does not.

I used to enjoy drinking the Green Mountain “Mountain Blueberry” K-cup coffee. But after I switched to only drinking decaf coffee, I have not had blueberry-flavored coffee since then. So, I was elated to find this Blueberry Cobbler decaf coffee from Coffee Beanery! I was excited to try it and see how it compared to the blueberry coffee I used to drink.

Apparently, I have been craving blueberry-flavored coffee ever since I quit drinking regular coffee. I say that because after drinking this Blueberry Cobbler decaf one time, I daydreamed at work about it on at least TWO consecutive days! My imagination was so strong, and the flavor and scent of this coffee so distinctive, that I ‘tasted’ and ‘smelled’ it in my mind at work.

How crazy is that? All that to say that I am very pleased with this Blueberry Cobbler decaf coffee. It smells and tastes AMAZING. Did I mention how great the flavor is?? I don’t know if this coffee is completely artificially flavored or not.

And, frankly, I don’t care. That’s how good it is. Keep on creating great tasting flavored coffees, Coffee Beanery! I plan to try y’all’s other flavored decafs at some point!.

I had purchased this after reading the description along with my regular coffees (Breakfast Blend and Cafe Caramel). I had just run out of my everyday coffees and was so happy that I had a backup. Once I opened the bag, the aroma was delightful.

I had to question what kind of brew I would get once I saw how blonde the whole beans were. Well, after brewing and taking that first sip, any questions I had quickly disappeared. This coffee is a very smooth, rich, silky and tasty brew.

I should have never second guessed it since it is a Coffee Beanery coffee. This coffee not only was a wonderful substitute for my morning brew but also made a delicious after dinner coffee with the addition Irish Cream liquor.

The flavors of brown sugar, Caramel, mild vanilla all balanced together complimenting each other and not overpowering in any of the tasting notes. Nor, is it overly sweet or acidic. If you’re looking for a new morning brew, a change up or a dessert coffee – this one can fit the bill.

I’m a decaf coffee drinker and drink both flavored and unflavored, but prefer flavored. The coffee in general is fine, tastes nice but I specifically bought it for the added “flavor”. I have a fairly heightened sense of smell and taste and all of the flavors I have tried so far you can barely taste if at all taste or even smell the added flavor i.

e. , Irish Cream, Hazelnut, Carmel, Smores, Crème Brulee. They pretty much taste like normal, unflavored coffee. I don’t know if it is perhaps just the packages I received or maybe it is just the decaf line that is produced this way.

I have seen on Instagram posts where followers/people are showing their C. B. flavored coffee they received posed next to a hot cup of coffee some creamer and a bottle of flavored syrup, so it leads me to believe that others might be experiencing this as well having to add additional flavor to their already flavored coffee, that’s just how it comes across to me.

Other brands that I have purchased are much more flavorful and some had to be cut with unflavored coffee to tone down the added flavor, which I would prefer over what I am now experiencing. This isn’t meant to be a negative review just my honest and personal experience with the coffees I have received so far.

When I saw all of the different flavor options for decaf and that they use the Swiss Water method I was very excited and hopeful, but have to admit i don’t know if I will make any more purchases (anytime soon anyway) due to lack of flavor especially because this coffee isn’t cheap.

I would encourage those who are interested to give this company a try and find out for yourself. Customer service has been great and orders are processed and shipped fast.

The best coffee I’ve ever had, and I’m not kidding! I’m VERY picky! A friend of mine brought it back from Jamaica a few months ago, and we finished it in no time, so I ordered this from Ebay, and I’m very happy! Now I know from where I can order it in the future.

I rated Jamaican Blue Mountain 5 Stars because the flavor deserves 5 Stars. I currently am aware of 5 coffees that in my opinion have 5 Star taste, and Jamaican Blue Mountain is #4 on that list, and by far the most expensive.

Haitian Blue (FRC, and it’s brother by another mother), Bali Blue Moon (FRC), Ethiopian Misty Valley (from my local roaster and also very precious), Jamaican Blue Mountain (FRC), and Ruta Maya (from a roaster not too far from me in San Antonio), round out my top 5.

The question is…is Jamaican Blue Mountain worth more than twice the cost of other better tasting , imho, coffees, that better it in flavor? Surprisingly, the answer is a resounding yes, and I will always have it in my arsenal of fine coffees.

Firstly, I save it for a special treat, and feel positively decadent drinking it. I love it’s mouth feel and the mild note of sweet tobacco. Secondly, I love serving it to a “special” guest. With first sip, they know they are drinking a delicious coffee.

By the time I finish the back story concerning rarity and cost, etc. , they depart thinking they have just had the best cup of coffee they have ever experienced. And in all honesty, they probably have.

And that…, is priceless!.

I cannot get this coffee off of my mind! In the middle of doing dishes or raking leaves, I’m like all “Kooooooooh-naaaaaaaaah. ” It’s ticks every box for me. And it’s like someone trying to describe how a person knows they are in love.

You just know. Were I a rich person, I would have bags of this squirrelled away in a dark cool dry place. As it is, this Kona is great to blend with a darker roast. I blended this with FRC organic Sumatra a couple times and with the organic dark Mexican.

So lip-smacking delicious. I do wish ya’ll sold this in larger bags at a better deal as you used to, because I would rob Peter to pay Paul for it. I lived in Hawaii for a few years and way back then, this was not what was on the grocery store shelves.

This is what I should have been enjoying. I will be back, Kona, oh I’ll be back. Every person who shops FRC must have this at least once. Hand ground with a ceramic burr grinder and pour over. That first mouthfull is so good you will begin to chew! Cupping notes are spot on.

I took a year sampling many coffees from FRC. It was like going around the world not leaving my kitchen. Brazil, Colombian, Jamaica, Papua, Kenya, Guatemala, Sumatra, Haitian Blue, Indonesia and the Anniversary Blend, I settled on Tanzanian Peabody for its full flavor and no acidity.

The only thing to be careful of is be sparing with milk, it can reduce the flavor more than the others. Perfect black, good with a little milk. Beautiful when fine ground. The second best was Kenya AA.

Indonesian tasted like mud.

I’ve been a customer of Cameron’s for some time, and always got vanilla hazelnut decaf, which I loved! When I was ready to reorder, they didn’t have that in ground coffee, so based on reviews, I decided to try Highlander Grogg.

I wanted to buy one package, to see if I liked it, but they would only sell it in 6 packs. I decided to take a chance, based on my positive experience with Cameron’s coffee. I made it this morning for the first time, and I think it’s horrible! It has a very sweet taste, and while others seemed to find the aroma pleasant, I don’t.

So now I have 5 unopened packages that I won’t use! What a waste of money!! I’d be happy to donate the unopened packs to anyone who likes this flavor. Just pm me on facebook…Vivian Green Oliver.

So far this is my favorite blend for cold brew. It’s always sold out at the store so it must be an area favorite. The butterscotch and rum that comes through is flavorful, the coffee is smooth and not bitter.

This makes for a very smooth cold brew. It is so good I don’t even need any sweetener to enjoy this. It’s also good hot, but personal preference is cold brew. I would recommend this to anyone who likes a flavored coffee.

The advertisement states that this coffee is a genuine product. However, the packaging does not have the authenticity seal certifying the product as that grown in the specific region. All genuine products must bear a seal.

Terrible and not 100% Jamaica blue mountain. This is fake! Do not buy from this company. It was roasted 3 months ago and coffee bean and tea leaf send it out during Christmas. I return and request a refund but no answer.

Kona was so perfect and well worth the price. I tend to Light or Mild as it is not a burned bean with less caffeine leached out by over roasting. This is my favorite coffee ever.

This is the coffe. After enjoying a cup of this divine beverage, nothing else you would dare to name a coffee.

This is a great coffee. The mouthfeel is medium leaning slightly heavy but not overly strong. It stands up well to a splash of cream. I prefer it in my automatic pour over machine which gives it time to bloom.

Ordering a two pound bag this week. Want to try pulling a espresso shot with this blend.

This blend is unbelievably smooth and flavorful! I’ve often been disappointed by Jamaica Blue Mountain from other roasters having a bitterness or acid bite. They were supposed to be pure and not a blend.

This blend brings me back to the first time I tried Jamaica Blue Mountain and fell in love at a fraction of the cost!!!.

This is a great balanced coffee. However, this blend is less satisfying that the 100% Jamaica Blue Mountain. For the price, this blend is a good option.

This coffee is legit. It has deep body and tastes amazingly smooth. If you have a good grinder this is the way to go. It keeps the product fresh and lively. The product is very affordable. You need a good grinder but I definitely recommend this product.

I couldn’t find this product as a picture on the list selections, but while visiting a friends liquor store to make a purchase, I asked him about what is a good coffee liqueur and he gave me this to try.

It’s a very tasty liqueur inspired by an Indian coffee process. It tastes really good! Once chilled, it tastes like an iced coffee with that little kick of alcohol! I really did enjoy it, and when I do get a taste for some coffee on the weekend that has that kick, I will buy this! A good recommendation from a friend!.

I was shocked that the taste of this coffee did not blow me away. I’m a coffee snob and could not make myself down an entire cup. It tastes awful. Incredibly disappointed in this overpriced, terrible tasting coffee.

No offense to the customer service personnel, they are incredible.

This coffee has a pretty good flavor, so far I’ve tried the Hawaiian blend and the Jamaican blend. They are both decent well rounded flavorful coffees, and not too acidic. My favorite part of these ones, is that the k-cup pods are more eco-friendly.

I can easily open the pods after brewing and put my coffee grounds into my garden. The price is also just right. Cheaper than the big name brands, pretty close to the price of generic store brands. I’ll keep buying this one.

The only coffee I drink and my favorite flavor is Southern Pecan – a smooth dreamy coffee! No plastic after taste because the pods are mesh. So many great flavors always available at Fleet Farm! And added BONUS – I add the used grounds to the dirt around my acid loving plants from time to time and they show their gratitude with bright green lush leaves! It’s a quick easy order online and in a few days I have coffee on my door step.

I just discovered this brand on my recent grocery trip and I am IN LOVE. The first thing that caught my eye was the “Toasted Southern Pecan” as I’ve recently been obsessed with Dunkin Donuts’ Butter Pecan latte.

I also noticed on the packaging that these are eco-pods. While I’m not a huge environmentalist, I think it’s great to find products that won’t pile up in a landfill. The coffee is incredibly smooth and the aroma as it brews is heavenly.

I have been cutting the coffee pods open afterward (long after they’ve cooled) and emptying the grounds into my flower pots as I’ve read this is incredibly beneficial. I’ve found my new favorite at-home coffee pods!.

I was looking forward to using this eco friendly product, but I sadly had the exact same experience as the other person who gave it a review of 1. Water just filled up the pod holder and ran over on all sides onto the countertop.

What water that did make it down into the waiting coffee cup was just clear water. I tried twice (did not reuse the same pod- used a new one) and had the same experience. I have successfully use many different k-pod brands, but this just did not work.

I’ve been looking for coffee that has a great aftertaste since I started drinking coffee again. Saw these & I though why not because they are eco pods & not your tradition K-Cups. Made some Cameron’s this morning with a little sweet cream creamer & wow!! It tastes amazing! I will definitely be purchasing these again!.
