I was on the hunt for a cream to help with extremely dry and sensitive skin, and landed upon Egg Mellow Cream due to its good reviews. Its texture is fun– slightly goopy, but not sticky once it soaks in, and it dries down quite matte.
Not an oily feeling cream, and can easily be worn day or night, even under makeup. The scent is lovely, but I do find that the fragrance can sometimes irritate my skin, as it is relatively strong but not in an offensive way.
Alas, it does not hydrate my skin as well as I hoped. Despite its thick texture, it seems to feel more like a lighter cream once applied. This would work great for someone with less sensitive and only slightly dry skin.
The packaging is very nice, however, and is very hygienic and overall really cute. Though I used this for about a month, I have since switched to a different cream to address my extremely dry skin (Cerave Moisturizing Cream,) and I no longer reach for Egg Mellow.

This a 5 in 1 moisturizer. Is very easy to apply. One pump it’s enough. A bottle lasted me over a month with daily use, sometimes twice a day, morning and night, as my last layer of skin care. It has subtle fragrance, not irritating.
This moisturizer gets absolved in the skin quick, almost like gel products. It lives the skin feeling soft and hydrated. I like it for those rush days and I only have time to apply one product. Definitely would recommend to others.
Also is not as pricey as other products that do the same.

I had to switch from Designer Whey protein powder to the Designer Egg product. My vitamin B6 levels were too high, and the Designer Whey protein powder had too much B6. The Designer Egg powder does not have added B6, but it has a much stronger vanilla taste.
Per ounce, it’s also quite a bit more expensive than the Designer Whey protein powder.
As a fan of Designer Whey Protein I bought this because I am currently off dairy products. I failed to look at the sodium content, however, and am on a restricted diet. Once you add a cup of almond milk into a serving of this, you have a drink with 530 mg of sodium-and that’s if you don’t add anything else like peanut butter.
That’s way too much. The Designer Whey protein only has 90mg, this has 350, nearly 4x as much. I can taste it. I regret I will have to pass this on to someone else to eat and must warn anyone on a sodium restriction to pass.
It’s a pretty good protein powder, to be honest. I appreciate that it’s egg instead of dairy or soy based. The taste isn’t bad by itself, but I tend to use my powders as a base for building other flavors with fruit, veggies, or even coffee, and the vanilla flavor on this one is just a little too overpowering for that, in my opinion.
It’s the only thing I can taste! If you’re looking for a straight up vanilla shake, this is a great option. If you’re looking to add it to smoothies/other flavor elements, I’d maybe consider something else.
