20 Best Insoles For Morton’S Neuroma (2023 Updated)

I ordered this expecting to receive two set of 6 pairs of pads. Instead, they shipped 2 – 1 pairs of pads. Here is what the order details says: Qt 2 Comfortably fits under your foot Adhesive back to keep it from shifting Your day won’t end needing a foot massage Six Pairs of Pads 3/8 inch thick Jet then marked the order for the pads as shipped and received.

There is no way in the order to contact them about the order. Do not buy these. You will not get the number of pads they promised.

I wear these because I have a dropped metatarsal, and they provide excellent cushioning and help push the metatarsal up where it belongs. The adhesive works well, but after a few weeks of putting the pad and then taking it off my foot for bathing, it began to tear the skin on the bottom of my foot.

So now I attach the opposite one (for the left foot rather than the right) to a Dr Scholl’s shoe liner and wear the liner with the hapad in my shoe. The quality is excellent and the pads are very comfortable.

They are quite expensive, however.

I haven’t had enough time to review how well the pads work. They seem excellent quality but I can say more later.

I have many of the OrthoFeet styles but the Francis No-Tie is absolutely the best for bunions and/or wide feet! The no-tie laces hold the shoe securely around the mid-foot while leaving the toe box area roomy.

The Francis is the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned! This style is also perfect for golfing! I purchased the Black color and I will be purchasing the Blue color as well!.

Help alleviate pain caused by plantar fasciitis. I’m on my feet a lot at work and this shoe help by providing support on my heels. Very lite and comfortable and looks great. Only down side is I own a lot of wide shoe but this one in wide has too much room.

Recommend to try the regular first because the materials will stretch to accommodate wider foot or swollen feet.

I really needed a shoe that I could just slip into. I was very skeptical about how well these shoes would work for that. I was so thrilled to find that they work like a charm. And. of course they are amazingly comfortable as with all OrthoFeet shoes! I’m so glad I tried them!.

I had high hopes for these but he shape is wrong for a work-related sneaker or boot. They do not cover the entire inside of the foot bed sideways. I suppose if you have a very narrow foot and wear a very narrow sneaker, they might be OK.

Also, the so-called metatarsal support doesn’t give noticeable support in that area. Without even putting it in a shoe you can tell it’s just a slightly harder part of the insert, not like the insoles that have a raised metatarsal area providing lift to the metatarsal arch.

I was highly disappointed and plan to send them back unused.

I am returning the above as they cause pain in both feet. But I sincerely wish to commend your awesome, wonderful and totally over the top customer service to me. Never, ever, have I ever experienced such great customer service.

LIFE SAVING insoles. I was using Aetrex insoles exclusively, but after months of increasing foot pain I had to get more of these. I had one set in some boots and found my feet only felt good wearing those boots.

So after buying two more sets and replacing my Aetrex, I can wear all my shoes and not feel pain. Life is returning to normal. Hate to sound dramatic, but when your feet are in a lot of pain, it affects every step you take.

They are made of quality material but they stick so strongly to the shoe insoles if you have to reposition them the glue stays on the insole and completely comes off the pad so you have to throw them away and then proceed to scrape the glue off the insole.

I really love this product. I had constant pain in my left foot, on the ball of my foot. I had no idea anything like this existed. I am so glad I bought it. I wear occasionally with my sneakers and I wear it whenever I wear flats or shoes with heels.

It relieves the pain and I can walk comfortably. I would recommend it to anyone. I am really impressed with these pads.

Parts of this product gets 5 stars, others less. When this stays in place, they’re surprisingly effective. I have not gone to see a doctor or had anything diagnosed with my feet, I just have 2 pressure points where all my weight hits the most that is causing a lot of foot pain.

These pads offered instant relief once I started wearing them and I started liking them a lot right away. They are pretty easy to get on, sometimes just have to adjust them a little bit once the sock is on, and easy to clean.

When they’re firm in place, they were exactly what I was needing. The issue I hit with this product is getting them to stay. I wear socks that are quite tight, and most of my shoes are pretty tight too, but I can never get them to stay in place for long.

If I just wear them through the day while at work, I notice they move after a few hours. If I use them to do any kind of cardio exercises, they never stay in place for even 20 min. Once they move, they are either uncomfortable or can cause a little more pain from putting extra pressure in places on your feet that you are trying to have less pressure.

I’m sure I could try other things like KT Tape to keep them in place, but I’m just not willing to go through that much tape every day. Even with the slight moving, they are fairly easy to move back into place, without needing to remove your socks.

I do recommend this for every day use and for a more instant pain relief that may not be a long term solution. I do not recommend these for running/hiking though as I can’t get them to stay for long at all.

These did show me that this is all I need right now and that I don’t want to take any medical action and spend a lot of money on doctors when this helps a lot. I will continue to use these, and then consider custom made insoles as a more permanent solution if I feel like spending all the extra money.

For the price and for the instant benefits and small drawbacks, these are still a very good purchase and it’s more than likely that I’ll buy more once these start to wear out.

I ‘self’ diagnosed myself with metatarsalgia. I have been a novice runner for several years, just running about 2 miles every morning so that I stay somewhat fit. This last spring I started up running after taking a break for winter and my left ball of my foot became very painful after a week of running in my old shoes accompanied with some long hours of wearing uncomfortable heals.

After suffering for 3 months with the pain that wouldn’t go away I did some google searches and came across metatarsalgia and the symptoms fit mine perfectly. I found these Metatarsal pads here on Amazon and ordered a set.

I put them on right away under my socks and wore some moccasin type roomy slippers all day around the house. The next morning my foot didn’t hurt. I walked around my tile kitchen making breakfast and after about an hour of time in the kitchen my foot began hurting again.

I pulled out the pads, socks, and slippers and wore them all day. Morning of day two no pain at all again. After wearing these pretty much all day for a week the pain was completely gone. They provided the perfect amount of cushy support right where I needed it.

After about a week of wearing them though they stretched out somewhat and I ended up having to tape them onto my foot (like another reviewer did) with some MeFix dressing tape I had in my medicine cabinet.

The MeFix came off the pads nicely each night, but held them in place all day. I did make the mistake of wearing these pads in my running shoes without taping them on my foot while on a hike. It wasn’t until I was coming downhill that I remembered the pads were still on my feet.

It was so annoying having them stretch way down almost to my heel with every downhill step I made. I am very pleased with the results these inexpensive pads gave me to heal my pain.

They are very nice. They helped the first two to three days, but then it was as if they were too much for my foot issues. I don’t think I ordered the right insole for my needs. Other than that I gave them four stars because of their quality and performance for someone that has more of a need for this much help with their feet.

These pads have saved my feet! I have custom orthotics but they don’t work well in all my shoes. Having the ability to add this pad to my shoe or my foot has saved me from the deep pain that develops when I go without any support.

I highly recommend them.

While the cushioning is good, I have been unable to keep the pad in place. It continuously slides across the bottom of my foot as I walk, which causes me to wonder whether it is doing more damage to my foot than helping.

When I remove the pad at the end of each day, I have to spend time washing the adhesive residue off my foot. I had no such problems with the pads originally supplied by my podiatrist, so despite the high-quality appearance of these pads, I am disappointed.

These are the third brand I’ve tried since my podiatrist suggested metatarsal footpads and are the worse. They do not stay in place and move to other parts of my foot where they are not needed. They also leave a thick white adhesive residue on the bottom of my feet that is difficult to remove.

IšverstiShow in original languageI have genetic flat feet. I’m 44, and have lived the “strenuous life. ” Very active – hiker, power lifter, stone mason, former Marine. Over the last 4 years I’ve developed pttd, and over the last 5 months it’s gotten very painful.

As someone who can usually physically do whatever I want, having to avoid simple things like stairs has been very difficult physically and mentally. I have tried lace up ankle wrap braces, custom rigid orthotics that cost 1000.

00 dollars, special shoes, and been religious about foot strengthening- they all sort of work, but there’s always some pain. I have routinely been told “otc” orthotics aren’t effective. Regardless on a whim I bought a pair of SOLE insoles, and after I put them in my gym shoes -INSTANTLY – the pain went away almost completely.

I bought a second pair for my Danner hiking/work boots, with the same result. I can’t wrap my brain around how there can be such an immediate dramatic change, but running up and down my stairs without a second thought or wincing in pain is absolutely amazing.

I haven’t worn them long, but they seem durable. I hope they hold up, though for this level of regained mobility, I’d buy a new pair every month if I had to. My hope is, as they are clearly relieving the strain on my tibial tendon and over pronation, over time with continued wear and foot strengthening I can reverse some of the damage done.

I prefer to stay clear of the pharmaceutical pain relief strategy, and decided to try a set of SOLE footbeds. Not sure which product to purchase, I used the SOLE Product Guide to determine which product was best for my condition.

Sure enough, the Active Medium with Met Pad was suggested. I purchased the product and it was delivered to my home in just a few days. Following instructions on how to form the footbed to my foot shape, I set the footbeds in the oven at low temperature for a few minutes.

Next, I placed each footbed into a pair of my shoes, put the shoes on and waited for the material to conform to my personal foot shape. Skip forward two months, and I can say that after years of foot pain, I am much relieved.

Not only can I now go back to long pain free walks, but I have more energy, because I am not in constant pain. These soles are great. The Actives with Metpads easily transfer from one pair of shoes into another.

Now that I am satisfied with how well they work, I plan to order another pair for my runners. Relief is a great thing!.

IšverstiShow in original languageI purchased this product because I suffer with supination and cannot afford the $400. 00 plus cost of custom made orthotics. I liked the fact that you can heat the insoles and then have them mold to the shape of your feet.

I did heat them up as directed and they did mold to the shape of my feet. The insoles were a perfect fit to the shoes I wanted to use them in and I started wearing them immediately. I initially found them reasonably comfortable.

However, my right foot is much worse than my left foot and after a few days my right foot became painful with the insole in my shoe. I do know that people who suffer with supination need insoles that are very soft.

I have both read this and can speak from experience. I tried putting a foam insole over the SOLE product but the shoes became too tight. The insoles are simply not soft enough for someone who suffers with supination.

I have stopped wearing the product. I liked everything about this product but truly wish you offered an insole that was extremely soft for people like me. I really wanted and needed this product to work.

As it is now they are sitting in a drawer.

A great option for those who need extra special support and insurance won’t pay for them. Check with your podiatrist to choose the perfect options for you, I forgot to do that but she said l made some good choices.

A little long so l had to trim, hard for my arthritic hands. They feel great! I just have strange feet and would still like a better fit in a terrific shoe which does not seem to be an option for me, YET.

I am always on the hunt for a perfect fit that doesn’t cause extra pain.

These inserts were for my daughter who has small feet; wide on the ball and narrow at the heel. She has had orthodics before and they made all the difference. However the cost to purchase them through the foot doctor was too high for us.

This product hit all the marks.

I discovered these amazing footbeds when I was doing some research on arthritis relief for the feet/ankles/knees. Over the last couple years, my arthritis has gotten so bad in my lower extremities that I struggle to walk without a cane or walking stick.

When I started searching for ideas to help alleviate the worsening pain, I found a number of articles recommending the footbed offerings from SOLE. I was leery that they could make too great a difference, but even a small improvement was welcome.

When I received my footbeds, I immediately placed them in my walking shoes and tried them out. It took a couple wearings for the footbeds to completely form to my feet, but the improvement was nearly immediate! After I stand and stretch a bit, I can get around so much better now.

I am able to go grocery shopping (or anywhere else for that matter) without taking my cane with me. I have even been able to return to the gym and walk a couple miles with limited pain. These footbeds have been a true life-changer!.

This is my second pair (2022) of these exact insoles. I got the first in 2018 to help with plantar fasciitis, as diagnosed by my podiatrist. Since then, they’ve been through many hundreds of miles in everyday walks in running shoes, more hundreds of miles in dress shoes on business trips and airports, and yet more hundreds of miles in hiking boots, most recently on a rugged 75 mile backpack trek in the Rockies.

And they are *just now* beginning to show a little bit of wear, with the cork crumbling at the tip of the toe. Other than that, they’ve held their shape and remained springy. And the plantar fasciitis is completely cured, as a bonus.

I’ve switched the old pair to my in-the-house shoes and look forward to many years with the new pair. If you really want fresh smelling feet, I recommend two pairs of insoles that you can alternate between.

The one downside is that yes, the cork can be fairly squeaky until long after it’s broken in. This does depend entirely on the shoe, however – some shoes are quite loud and others totally silent.

I had been wearing Comforts in a size 7 but they didn’t seem long enough. I bought these in an 8 to try. The Comfort provides a support bump in the middle of the foot, which I guess is supposed to lift pressure off the ball.

I wear a 7 to 7 1/2 in dress shoes and recently began buying size 8 sneakers to allow for more toe room. The length of the 8 Comfort moved the support bump deeper into the shoe (logically) but not comfortably.

The width is the same as the 7 and the heel area is very narrow. The don’t cover the whole inside of the shoe they are placed in. There didn’t seem to be any difference between the size 7 and 8 except the length.

Unfortunately the only way to decided if these will work for you is to try them.

The insoles were formed correctly and the padding was adequate. But the small sticky spot on the heel doesn’t hold the insole in place. I have 11. 5 shoes and the correct positioning on these things is crucial.

I can’t get that with these insoles. I’ve tried double-backed tape and taping them to my socks but they just don’t stay where I need them.

I love these! I’m waiting on my orthotics with metatarsal support, but couldn’t wait for those to relieve the pain. I’ve worn these three times so far in different shoes, absolutely makes a difference.

They are so much easier to place in the right stop compared to just the metatarsal pads, which slip around in the shoe. Taking these supports with me to NYC this weekend for a lot of enjoyable walking! Also I was not sure about these, another type seemed very similar.

My 12 year old son has been using these inserts for 2 years to help with fallen arches and growing pains. They are very supportive and durable. We had to size up as his foot had grown. When we attended the rehab facility after a consultation with an orthopedic doctor, which resulted in over $200 worth of visits, copay, time, and these arch supports, this was a recommended suggestion by the physical therapist who was working with him on arch strengthening exercises.

I wish we could. have gone back, saved our money and just invested in these in the beginning. He no longer complains of foot pain and uses them daily in his tennis shoes and sports shoes. They have been a lifesaver! I highly recommend these to all of our friends who have kids complaining of the same symptoms.

Insoles are personal things, of course. All I know is that this one works for me to provide good moderate arch support. I’m in my late 60’s and injured my instep last year on a walk, something popped in my arch (not good).

The healing took a while. At last, I found these Power Step insoles after trying numerous others. I now own three pairs and exchange them in my shoes. No more foot pain! A very comfortable feel all day long.

and they’re not so thick, so they don’t make your feet tight in the shoes. Firm, great arch support.

With this current order I was disappointed in the pad as it was not as firm as the ones I have ordered in the past. This pad gave way too much to completely eliminate my problem. I would no be able to order this particular one again.

I really need the firmer pads to help my problem.

My Podiatrist gave me a similar set of these for my Morton’s Neuroma. The pads made it almost impossible to slid a socked foot over it into the shoes. Because these are leather, you can slide a foot right in to the shoe.

Very happy with them.

I also use toe spreaders and do exercises but these metatarsal pads make a huge difference. No more foot pain even when hiking and skiing!

I purchased these to go in a sas shoe that just did not feel the best with their insole. This material is great. Soft but comfortable. Feels very natural. I was able to wear all day and feel great!

Bought these because foot support needed for sesamoiditis. Instant relief from pressure pain. True to size no adjustment needed when inserted in to my trainers. About to order a second pair.

I buy insoles for my workboots ……And the are like walking on clouds.
