I can’t say I would truly recommend these. I have incontinence issues due to MS. Even though these say overnight, I still place a disposable bed mat on my bed every evening because you will leak more than you don’t.

Sometimes it holds okay, sometimes I have it running up out the side towards my back. The two things I really hate about them is there is absolutely no odor control, so you will begin to smell quickly unless you change out of them right away, and, even though they absorb wetness so it doesn’t leak outside onto surfaces, it does not absorb wetness inside.

This means, that your skin remains extremely wet until changed. It is supposed to have a proskin barrier, but your skin is wet. This can cause skin irritation, skin breakdown, and just an outright feeling of nastiness.

I buy them because they fit better than others, but they don’t necessarily work better than others.

My urinary problem is a bit more than just bladder leaking; more serious and, fortunately, very treatable. So, I have tried every brand of “pullups” out there. Tena is the brand i have found to fit the best.

I’m no skinny mini, so finding an underpant to cover my large behind is no small matter (no pun intended). They are a good price point, absorb a lot, and fit me like undies should. You may find another brand suits your size and body type better.

For me, Tena is the one!.

I have used all kinds of pullups and pads and then I bought Tena products. I started using them in sm/md and then my store just had Lg Ex Lg. I had to use the other kind again. Then I found them on line in Sm/Md.

Now I buy them in packs of 64 count. They have smaller and larger packs. I was glad I found them and that’s the only kind I buy. I get the nighttime pullups for days and nights. They have a double layer around the legs so they don’t leak.

Try them once and that’s the only kind you’ll buy.

It liked the Clinique perfume Happy. It is very flowery but with a note of a citrus scent. It get compliments that I smell good so it must work. At the end of the day I can still smell it on my wrist which is reassuring that it’s a quality scent that lasts.

From the first time I smelled this scent as a teenager in high school, and even now I LOVE this scent. It’s something you can wear at any time. It last forever and isn’t too strong or overpowering.

It’s a scent for younger women and older women alike. I highly suggest this as a gift for someone or for yourself. Clinique Happy will make you all sorts of Happy while you wear it, you can’t go wrong.

Superior fluid and solid waste capacity. Keeps my Mother dry all night. Easy to use. For superior back-up protection I also use Covidien Wings underpads.

Absorbency seems to be ok!! Just didn’t get the best fit from the mediums! Had to hold them snug with a pair of healthdri underpants. Even though I wear sm/med in the pullups, I think either a med/lg or a large would have been a better fit.

I liked the velcro like ties. Thet were easier to readjust once you pulled them on. Possibly one size larger the next time trying them. Jim.

Haven’t used it yet, but it is much softer and thicker than store brands. It’s worth the slightly higher cost. I use them on my elderly mother and she often complains that the other brands get uncomfortable across he back side.

The elastic gets a little “scratchy” across the back especially since she isn’t very ambulatory. Sitting in them and then laying down on her back gets uncomfortable for her. These feel softer and a little thicker in general.

I’m hoping they eliminate the discomfort. If so, I’ll be purchasing them in quantity.

I had really high hopes for these briefs. I wasn’t necessarily disappointed – they just didn’t quite deliver what I need. They are certainly comfortable and soft – my issue was with the absorbency. I wear 2 extra pads with the briefs for nighttime as I have severe bladder issues.

I woke up in the morning soaked and the diaper fell off as I got out of bed. And one of the difficulties is the sizing not being quite like most of the other briefs on the market. I really wanted these to be what I needed but I don’t think I’ll be buying them again.

These wellness pull-ups are the best that I’ve found and yes I’ve tried quite a few. Two reasons are because they hold a lot of ‘pee’ 🙂 and they fully cover your bottom too. I have been trying for more than two years to find a continence underwear that is absorbent enough to not leak when worn overnight. I’ve tried almost every brand that has a 2X size available, and all had problems, especially leaking along the leg opening, causing the wetting of bedding and clothing, and sagging in front and rear where the garment doesn’t fit all the way to the waist.

I put off trying the Tranquility premium overnight underwear because it cost more than the other brands, but I finally gave in and ordered a sample package. After one week, I’m sold. This Tranquility 2X premium protection overnight underwear is the best I’ve found for overnight continence protection.

First of all, I like the fit of the panty. I have a large belly and high waistline, and this 2X panty fits around the middle, and up to my high waistline, without stretching the leg openings and causing leakage at the crotch.

As normally worn, the garment holds an above-average amount of urine for about 6 to 8 hours, with only a slight dampening along the leg gather. With the use of additional booster pads, this garment is able to hold urine, without leaking, an additional 4 to 6 hours.

As far as I’m concerned, this is well worth spending a few dollars more, because I can use fewer for my needs, and don’t have to deal with the frustration of having to change clothes in the middle of the night.

I am, finally, very pleased to find something that works, and works well.

I haven’t figured how to fit the diaper so that it doesn’t leak. Most of the time it doesn’t but sometimes it does and this is very frustrating. The fit is not really comfortable. The backside feels like the diaper brief is falling/sliding down my buttocks.

I have tried 4 other brand name diapers and found that the diaper could not handle my initial filling at its flow rate which is heavy at the beginning and tapers off. I get a feeling of embarrassment when in public when my diaper feels like it is overflowing.

I have always wanted to try depends because of the cloth like feel, not like a plastic feel. I have always gone with other brands because the largest size hair is 2X. I have an inoperable tumor in my stomach which makes it quite large and a 2X is just all stretched out and tight when I put these on.

I always put good incontinence pad in the pull up also because I have gotten this bad illness. I can’t even do that with the depends. I wish you would go up to a 3X for those of us with the need. I am not going by anybody else’s reviews that were negative because I know depends it’s a good brand and I know two people who are very happy with that, a man and a woman.

Is there any chance you might be making these larger? I have the silhouette, and I don’t care anyway, shape, or form about designs or not like someone else did. I appreciate you trying to make them more than diapers.

I was using another brand of underwear and didn’t care much for the fit or for the material used to line the panty so because I had really liked poise when I was using pads decided to give these a try.

On the down side they are quite expensive compared to other products but what a difference in quality! I was certainly able to go all day where with my old product I often had to change three times a day if I was having floods or gushes.

I suffer from severe incontinence of the turn a tap on and I go variety! So I have zero control and very little ability to hold fluid. These have made me feel like a woman again with the pretty colors and great fits.

On top of that the material is very comfy and fits much better than my old product which was also called silhouette but is made by Always and uses cheaper materials. I love my Depends,.

I have been trying the men’s Night Defense S-M for a few months. I have found that they are substantially better than any of the other Depend pull-up underwear. I use them for all day use. So far I have not experienced any of the absorbent padding “bunching or separation” in the area between the legs, like what occurs with ALL of the other Depend pull-up underwear.

My only recommendation for the Men’s Night Defense is Depend should add standing leak guards to this product. That would really make them the best. I am not fond of other Depend incontinence products as they frequently fail and do not hold up very well at all.

The Men’s Night Defense have not had these issues. In addition to the aforementioned upgrade by adding the standing leak guards, the only other issue is the availability to find the Men’s Night Defense underwear in stores.

For some reason, most stores are now not keeping the Men’s Night Defense in stock, however the Women’s Night Defense seems to always be in stock. It would be nice for us (men) to be able to find our version of this good product available in stores and not have to order them on-line.

This is embarrassing, but if I save one person the trouble I had, it will be worth it. I bought these to use on a long car trip and I didn’t want to get out and use the bathroom. The Equate brand works GREAT and I have tested them multiple times.

I bought these Depends thinking an adult diaper is an adult diaper. WRONG! I peed all over myself, my jeans, and my car seat when my urine leaked through the legs, into my jeans, and all over the car seat using this product.

I was so so so mad. The Equate band works extremely well and will hold a full bladder sitting down in jeans. The Depends leaked everywhere in the most inconvenient way – will never buy these again ever.

Compared the measurements of these to underwear I currently use. They were the same. I was shocked when I took a pair out and opened the u/w. Way smaller that compared to ones i currently use. If I CAN use these u/w I will have to make slits in the legs and waist.

The SEAT PANEL doesn’t. cover my butt. The rest of the u/w fits like a bikini. NOTHUING LIKE THE PICTURE> I consider your picture to be false advertising. The model must have been at the smallest of the inch measurements because she could not have been at the largest size in your scale.

Shame on you. Now I am stuck with useless underwear and feel you are responsible for me wasting my money on falsely advertised merchandise. HEAVY LADIES DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!.

I’ve compared different brands and Attn:Grace always came out on top. I need both brief and pad so I need these items to work together efficiently to be kind to my “fixed income” budget. All combinations of brands tended to tear up the inside of the brief EXCEPT Attn:Grace.

Pads and briefs are able to handle the flow and have comfort-first quality. I keep others in the back of the cupboard in case of shipment or out-of-stock delays. I am always grateful to A:G and my friend who recommended them.

I though I’d try the heavy ones so I could get my needs met with one company. I used one and won’t again. They were too bunchy and the pad separated leaving gaps that could cause leaks also they were a little large and were uncomfortable.

I don’t need the heavy weight ones but wanted to try them so I could use only one company’s product. I won’t be using the others so I wasted the money. I did really like your fabric so much better than the other company’s.

It is so soft and comfy. I do like the pads very much and wear them every night when I am at home as only need briefs for travel and overnights. It is import6to me to know yours are better for environment.

They are nice and absorbent but can’t you make an extra Large? If you had ex. Large I would subscribe. If you have a tummy, the large roll in front at waist. All other have ex large. You should too. I was just getting ready to order and looked for ex large because I like the absorbency of the large and no leakage but Large just is not comfortable when they roll all the time.

I have probably tried every product on the market, from the expensive name brands, to the generic cheaper brands, with absolutely the same outcome…the products were lousy. I saw your ad on Facebook, and I thought why not, It’s probably going to be inferior and a waste of money, but what the heck.

Wow! Finally, underwear that works well. I had purchased these for my mother because of both urine and bowel incontinence. I was amazed at how well they contained everything, no leaks! The sides rip away easily which makes it a lot less of a struggle to clean up and change someone in bed.

Sadly, my mother has passed on but I do highly recommend these. Well worth the cost.

This product does actually feel more like “regular” underwear. They also come in the XXL size that my 90 year old Mom needs. She says that they are much easier to get on and off. They are very absorbent and she has far less leak accidents.

I gave them 4 stars simply because they were so highly scented/perfumed that I don’t like wearing them. I’m chemically sensitive, and artificial scents of any type give me a headache. That being said, once pants or leggings were over them, I could only smell the perfume when using the bathroom.

As for fit, it was excellent. Sizing is very generous, more so than others I’ve worn. They also put a purple flower or X on the back, so you know which is the back and which is the front. Pad comes up high on both sides, so when I’m not wearing leggings or pants, I always wonder if you can see the outline of the panty in the back of my dress on my tush.

Excellent product with good coverage, good fit, and good absorbency. I just don’t like that they’re not unscented.

Purchased for heavy menstrual cycle. I use tampons but they are not enough. I typically use pads for backup. The only pads that usually don’t leak on me are Charlie bananas reusable, but I find it gross.

I thought I would give this a try. I’m petite so I got the smallest size, s/m. Too big. The waistband is all the way up to my bellybutton. I have a big gap between my crotch and the panty. After moving around for a while(wore it to work), they bunched up in the center.

So once I leaked, it missed most of the padding and went through the lining and my clothes. The padding wasn’t even saturated, total amount of leakage was only about 2 tbs. Couldn’t imagine how bad it would be if a bladder had emptied out in there.

I will never wear these out of the house again. I was hoping to wear these overnight so I wouldn’t have to put a towel down, but no way. Waste of my money. Terrible.

It’s about time I finally found a TRUE size 2XL. After buying 3 other brands, I found Tranquility is what I wanted to begin with. I need a high rise (I got a big stomachregrettably. ) When I put on the Tranquility disposable underwear, I was finally saved.

They fit comfortably and don’t slide down over my posterior. They have super absorbancy and are really comfortable. When I am fortunate enough to lose some of my front porch in the near future,I will definately move down to 1XL but stay with Tranquility.

These overnight Traquility underwear are the best! They truly hold a LOT of urine. I also use the Topliner Super Booster pad with the underwear on my mom before bed and it really helps keep the wetness from her skin.

They are by far the best I have found. They are the only company that will list the quantity of liquid that they absorb. Been using them for over a year now. Would not switch.

These are excellent disposable underwear and the XXL size fits me well. I’m a woman that wears a 28-30 pants.

Was staying with a friend for a two week working vacation. Helping him with chores on his ranch. Saw the box in his gust room and asked him how he liked wearing the briefs. He said his dad turned him on to them.

I have been looking for a pull up that feels like underwear, absorbs well and is comfortable. Tena does the trick for me. I had bought them a while back, but, they were a bit tight, so I put them to the side.

Since then, I lost about 25 lbs. and they fit perfectly, even though I’m supposed to be in a large, not an XL, so I would recommend going 1 size up to get a good fit. Although I don’t like having to wear “diapers”, I can live with something that feels more like underwear and doesn’t irritate my skin!.

This product has changed. Consistently leaks. If i sneeze, outer clothing gets wet in the back. Need to change. The point of using these is to not change outer clothing. Back does not come up far enough when standing.

Guess what happens when you sit. Bingo. The padding tapers at both ends of the padding – so almost non existant the last inch or so. Need to specify how many ounces it holds. Super plus is what???? Used this product for years.

Will need to find a new brand or put plactic covering on my furniture, and car seat and take plastic with me when i visit friends. Disappointed.

I’ve also tried the ones available through online stores that specialize in incontinence products. Many of these are more expensive than Tena, but the quality is equal or inferior. With Tena, I forget that I’m wearing a diaper since they fit so well.

The very-stretchy material will accommodate a wide range of sizes, yet fit snugly without being too tight. I’ve had no leakage of any kind. The leg openings are secure, non-binding, and comfortable. Unless you wear skin-tight pants, it is impossible to tell you are wearing diapers under your clothes.

There is no papery or rustling sound as you move, so no one will know you are wearing diapers. With these, I am always comfortable and feel secure, whether I’m out of the house, sleeping, or doing any other activity.

For the last 20 Years we have used a lot of products and this is by far superior. Soft and gentle on the skin, easy to pull on and off, as well as easily torn to remove if needed. Extremely absorbent, of course in cases of heavy urine saturation it will leak a little around leg bands if ignored for too long.

Find me a product that doesn’t. Also a bit high backed for those uh oh uncontrollable #2 moments which helps protect clothing/bedding.

I bought these “paper pants” underwear for my elderly mom. She has used other brands and most were comfortable and quite plush, but they were overkill for mom’s leaking and sometimes missing the the toilet.

These are a much better product than many of the others out there on the market. They keep me much drier longer, they stay up and don’t fall down and are very comfortable. I don’t like having to wear protective undergarments, but since I have to and that is not an option for me, then I’m glad I found something that it comfortable and protective and does not cost an arm and a leg.

I have been ordering this product for my father for almost 2 years. My mother has been very happy with the product until our most recent order in March. It seems this may have been a “bad batch” of diapers because when trying to use them, the wings were constantly separating from the actual diaper.

The wings are where the tabs are to connect the diaper therefore we were unable to use these diapers or had to use duct tape to reattach the wing to the diaper. This, of course, did not work very well.

We will continue to order this product as it fits well for my father’s size and works for the need intended. We are hopeful this was just a fluke in the product of our previous order.

I buy these all the time. I like them. They are very short waisted thought.

My husband uses a 3xl bariatric brief. I have tried them ALL and settled on this one for most comfort, best fit, and best value. The tabs on many others lose their adhesive the first time you pull them off.

This one keeps it’s adhesive. It is not too bulky but it also “gets the job done”.

I ordered briefs on line as my dollar general is usually out of this size. Easy to pull up and can tear side to take off if soiled. They fit comfortably and fairly absorbant ( two voids). Are not as absorbent as overnight briefs (3 voids) but are cooler to wear.

I use multiple packs per month. I like them just as well as depends brand and they are cheaper. Think of them as adult pull ups ! Glad I can order on line and ship to house.

As a parent of a grown special needs child, I wish I found these eons ago. Our child holds her bladder almost all day, resulting in huge floods that our old diapers (various brands and absorbencies) could NEVER hold or absorb fast enough.

This has resulted in over a decade of money spent on carpet shampooers, rugs, carpets (yes, entire rooms), clothes, detergents, diapers, mattresses and mattress pads, inconvenient waterproof play mats (she moves around enough that chucks don’t work, she just scoots right off of them because she doesn’t like sitting on them), and years of frustration.

Godsend. The only things I think may be a concern are:They have a lower rise than comparable sized diapers. They’re definitely thicker (my child is non-ambulatory so not a big deal). The tabs are not great, pull them gently.

I hope they improve them in the near future. We’ve had to MacGuyver a few that tore right off and/or didn’t stick. Nurses blew through a lot in the hospital because they’re so fragile (NOT the nurses fault), which is wasteful and annoying since they’re definitely a lot pricier than other diapers.

Tabs were the only reason we’ve had tiny leaks since purchasing these diapers.

Overall an excellent diaper, it took me awhile in getting used to the difference in the quality when it comes to stretching the side to attach the bottom tapes first. Plastic backed is more durable (Abu diapers for example or tykables etc.

) However be that as it may the overall quality is pretty good, you may get a diaper that rips off the tapes while attempting to attach but that isn’t often the case. No matter the brand of diaper for adults there are defects at times with them being mass produced.

The tapes stay on pretty nicely and can be reattached when taken off ever so gingerly, for best results fully activate the leg gathers by folding it. In comparing these to the abena m4 I choose these hands down with abena’s quality control on the m4 being drastically reduced from what it was in 2012.

I care for an adult person with disabilities who is incontinent. I have been trying different overnight tab closure diapers in search of one that is both absorbant and able to be fitted snuggly so that there isn’t any leaking.

This is very absorbant, but the tape closures are terrible. They are way too small (short and narrow) , not easily adjusted, difficult to “open”, and rip completely off from the diaper extremely easily.

They are not much more than scotch tape. Given that these diapers are on the expensive side, I would have expected much better closures.
