IšverstiShow in original languageI’ve had rabbits my entire life and always wonder why rabbit cages cannot be designed more thoughtfully for animal and owner (as, I am a product designer) – and this one IS.

It’s the best I’ve found. What I Like: 1. A Large Plastic Basin with a High Gallery Edge AND with (2) Removeable Grills (rabbits like to lay in nesting, lops like to kick it out, that’ll drive an owner to the mad house).

2. A Removable Droppings Tray for Easy Cleaning (u can also buy liners). 3. 2 Large Doors (side + top). 4. Roominess (width + height) 5. A Large Mezzanine Level (so, bunny can fall alseep, this one can hold 2 buns) 6.

Locking Rollers 7. A Bottom Grill that is NOT Wire (easier on their feet, and to lay). Also, was assembled easy. SUGGESTIONS for 2nd-gen design: It ideally wants a 3rd horizontal cage wire b/w the top and bottom ones (water bottles need it to perch on).

Which would also provide the anchoring for a 2nd mezzanine perch. The 1st perch does not need stairs, buns just hop up. then if there was a 2nd higher perch, then possibly a set of stairs. I’ve rigged up my water bottle with a ribbon to suspend it and I just bought a cat hammock to provide my buns a 2nd perch;0).

IšverstiShow in original languageIt’s a good cage for a starter, right now. I only got one guinea pig, I will be looking into get another one after he passes vet health check, got him because he needs a good home and proper care then the hamster cage he was in.

I feel like I might need a up grade the cage for another one tho. I do like the lid for him because he will get on time of his little house a popcorn off of it and he got out one time that way. Putting it together was easier then I expected, but it’s pretty shaking, I do recommend getting cage liner that go up and inch or two on the sides, to project the bottom, because I had to separate the bottom to clean urine off the bars and bottom.

Dose fit a 2ft x 4ft table perfectly. Over all happy with it for being a frist time cage.

IšverstiShow in original languageEasily the best cage out there right now. Aside from giant and expensive C&C’s, the Midwest cage is top tier. I love the fact that they are modular so if you have more than one you can connect them to make one giant cage.

There are all sorts of ways to arrange them. I don’t recommend using just the canvas liner that comes with it. Use some sort of bedding or fleece. The walls of the canvas come up high to not allow most bedding and poops to come out.

The access to the cage is amazing as its open top. You can get it with a top and divder with the Plus model, but i would say only get if you have other pets that may want to “play” with the guineas. The divider makes the cage claustrophobic so only use if trying to corral the pig or if you have more than one cage connected.

I currently have 3 cages all connected end to end for 2 piggies. There is soooo much space for them to do zoomies and play. 12. 7/10.

IšverstiShow in original languageWe needed a shelter for a stray cat that has lived around us for a while. It had nowhere to go and did not like coming inside our house because we have a young dog. We bought this shelter for it for when the weather is cold and wet, and placed it under a bush in the garden.

We lined the inside with some fleecy pet carpet and the cat seems to love it. We love to know the cat has somewhere safe and dry to go when it is pouring with rain outside.

IšverstiShow in original languageThis little play hidey house arrived quickly and in good condition. My Flemish Giant likes to lay on the top of it rather then in it. It is in his indoor 80 sq foot enclosure so should stay in good condition for awhile.

We may cut a second hole in the side as rabbits like two openings. I am pleased with my purchase!.

IšverstiShow in original languageEasy to assemble despite the instructions being incorrect! Purchased for my tortoise who hasn’t ventured up the ramp yet but has enjoyed sitting inside when placed there.

I might put some roofing felt on the slope to give a better grip for him. Would definitely recommend to others.

IšverstiShow in original languageFirst off, the the assembly is not straightforward and requires a lot of thinking. Some critical steps like the orientation of the doors and installation of the latches we had to learn by trial and error.

The wood is cheap quality and splinters easily. When we were putting the top of the roof, the edges were very hard to align where if we screwed in one side, the other would stick out. Also, the height of the coop is way too small and I wish I had gotten a taller one.

Might be ok for rabbits but not great for chickens. I only installed 1 latch door for the house because theres not enough room for a feed box inside if you install both latches. Overall its a cheap quality product and I wish I had spent more money and gotten a better product.

IšverstiShow in original languagePerfect for two hens. This has everything your pet hens need and it is so cute. Compact, well made, rain resistant. Hutch has a sliding door to close in the hens. There is no wire floor on the bottom.

There is a great sturdy pull out tray and roost bar, a nest area that is big enough to put a feeder and waterer inside where they roost. The window lets light in and is covered by clear thick plastic plate.

There are two ventilation holes at the top of the hutch. It weight 57 pounds, but I can swing it around fairly easily to move it. I am a 70 year old lady. Unless your are strong and understand complicated instructions, pay for the assembly.

Well worth it. Only took him 35 minutes and it was done perfectly. Instructions said it was a two person job, but he did it all himself.

IšverstiShow in original languageCage needed quite a few adjustments. on paper it’s great but to suit our Guinea it wasn’t. Here is the list of adjustments we made. Turned the ramp over ,put sandpaper on, added wood to the base and adjusted where the hooks were.

Was too steap and our girl refused to go up with the slats so we made it the same as her old home. Cut the house down as it was quite big and took over the walkway which stressed me out in case she fell off the edge as she was struggling to get past it.

It’s still more than big enough for her to lie in. If you have guineas you know they wee and poo a lot, straight on to wood it would soon start smelling. I used 2mm plastic sheets to put a base on the two wooden floors and then I add a fleece bedding which soaks up the wee and the plastic stops it going through to the wood.

With any wooden cage you have to figure out how to add a water bottle. We used a hook screw which fits around the teet which holds the main weight, drilled holes and used a ribbon to tie round the top of the bottle.

The base does not hold no where near enough shavings, and to top it off they constantly fall out the bottom which at first I thought the drawer would be great to spot clean everyday, nope!It’s a bloody nightmare having to clean up shavings literally 10 times a day as our Guinea likes to run and popcorn so I followed some one else’s review and taped it up.

Yes not so easy to spot clean but so much better than having to clean up the shavings! Lastly it’s a noisy cage when our girl moves around, the plastic windows and the plastic on the base makes a bit of noise.

Oh and we chopped off part of the metal grill at the top just so we can fuss her easily when she’s in the cage. Overall would I recommend this cage , yes I still would as it is a nice looking cage with good potential for a nice pet home however i do feel you should be prepared to make the odd few changes to suit your pet and I would say for one Guinea only certainly not big enough for two.

IšverstiShow in original languageits space saving. like how you can easily clean it with the pan that slides out at the bottom. i like how it opens at the top and has the latch to lock it. i dont like that it is made of cheap material.

the see through plastic like window panels already came cracked. the pee and poop pan that slides out at the bottom is already cracked and im not sure how that happened. also a very strong odor to it that still hasnt gone away in a month of having it.

all around cheaply made. wouldnt recommend buying.

IšverstiShow in original languageI brought this for 2 new baby rabbits. When it arrived and I started to build it I realised how flimsy and not stable the hutch is. The hutch is lovely to look at and perfect for my rabbits, however it’s not suitable because of the poor quality within the thickness of the wood or other items used to build.

I’m very disappointed.

IšverstiShow in original languageVery happy with this purchase. It’s cute and seems very durable. No chewing issues yet. He likes how the room on top is mostly blocked off on the inside – it’s his bedroom the dog cant’ see him in there.

I did have problems with him kicking bedding out all over but we switched to fleece that’s been working great I dustbuster the poop every night it takes 3 min. It’s a little dark but I think the pig likes it that way anyway.

IšverstiShow in original languageThis really is cute but the wood is cheap and its not sealed with a clear coat. Without the wood seal your pets urine will soak into the wood. There is no metal grate over the top of the drawers so your pet will be sitting in its own filth.

This hutch will be ruined within a month since there is no clear coat seal on the wood. The hutch is not sturdy and will shift, making it hard to pull out the drawers sometimes. It also has a very strong smell to the wood.

I had to leave it outside to air out for a day before i could put it together. It is also way easier to have two people put this together. I had a hard time by myself. There is a design flaw as well.

The room separator slides in and out but once you put it in it wont come out unless you unscrew the entire roof off. Overall, I would not suggest this product to anyone.

I first came across this brand years ago with my daughter who is now 15 years old & she absolutely loved the little animals and the different accessories they come with.

The pieces are all solid, well built and virtually indestructible! Heavy weight compared to typical hollow plastic figures, these cute little rabbit’s and guinea pigs are perfect for play time and can be mixed with other farm animal sets from the brand or from other brands.

They really stand out as a collector toy to me, we have passed my daughters Schleich collection down to her cousins and they continue to love them almost 10 yrs later. Great colors and very cute too! Def would recommend as a present for any little kid who likes animals!.

They are super small and I’m afraid will get “misplaced” easily. Overall it’s a cute toy that promotes imagination and creative play just wish they were the toys were slightly bigger.

She loves animals and this is one of her favorite sets she ever got! It comes with some accessories like a food, fence and little hutch for the animals to go into.

IšverstiShow in original languageIf you don’t mind spending time crimping about a hundred j-clips with j-clip pliers that either your local feed store will have (I would call! ) or you will have to order, this is worth the time and $! You CAN use pliers if you bend each J into a C first and then it’s a breeze.

But to save time, especially if you are buying more than one, I’d buy the specified pliers. Spring latch seems cheap but actually works well. This 24″ Sq cage is only adequate for dwarf size (under 5lbs) rabbits! Use bigger cages for pregnant does with a box.

Great size for a dwarf buck (boy bunny) or dwarf pet doe (girl bunny)! Can be upgraded to be stackable!.

IšverstiShow in original languageYes, its a good value for $35 & I recommend it because its the only thing offered of its kind. But, its time consuming to assemble. Each cage is held together with over 100 clips.

It takes over and hour for each cage to assemble.

IšverstiShow in original languageI bought this hutch not even a year ago and I have already endured many probelms. About two months after I bought it the winds tipped it over. The top propped open, releasing both of my mini rex bucks into the cold, windy, dark, rainy November night.

My dad, my friend, and I all looked for hours for my bunnies. Eventually we found them hiding under some trees. My dad fixed up the hutch (and tied the roof shut with a rope and put a heavy log on it to secure it) but it did no good.

Throught the following months, the floor started to give, the middle dividers came apart, and it fell many more times. As the hutch fell, it started to chip and suffer holes. Eventually, I gave one of my bunnies to a friend for comapny.

Now it’s June (Father’s Day morning) and I went out to feed my bunny. As soon as I stepped outside, my heart sank. the hutch was tipped over again. This time, the floor completely gave out, so my bunny was able to run out (probably in fear).

I looked for hours for my bunny but to no luck. I came inside only to change out of my wet cloths (from the rain), get a hat to keep the mosquitos from biting my head, and write a qick reveiew to warn people of this weak hutch.

I went back outside with my day and looked for another hour. I was almost ready to give up, and then my dad spotted him hiding in the tall grass in our horse paddock. My dad and I slowly walked up to him and, before I knew it, I had Zeus in my arms.

As I am writing this reviewm, I hold Zeus in my lap, wrapped in a towel. I will never buy this rabbit hutch or another rabit hutch of the same or similar brand. I advise you, PLEASE, don’t buy this hutch! I don’t want anyone else to suffer the close calls that I have endured.

IšverstiShow in original languageNot what I thought it was going to be. It was easy to put together. I bought two so the first one was about 45 min second was !/2 hour. The wire on this hutch is flimsy.

I wanted to leave the bottom tray off could not do it. My buns quite big the cage part is not big enough for them. Also to low to the ground.

IšverstiShow in original languageTrès satisfaite de mon achat. J’ai acheté ce clapier pour mon lapin nain et le mettre dans le salon car je trouvais que ça cage en plastique n’était pas de bon goût. Le montage est très simple, toutes les pièces sont numérotées et il ne suffit que de suivre la notice et d’avoir une bonne visseuse.

Le seul bemol c’est que sur les photos du site la cage semblait blanche avec le toit gris foncé mais en fait elle est grise claire et non blanche. Et l’escalier est arrivé légèrement abîmé mais ça ne gêne en rien (peinture un peu enlevée).

Je ne regrette en rien mon achat. Comme elle n’est pas haute elle reste malgré tout assez discrète enfin je trouve qu’elle est plus agréable à voir qu’une en plastique. En plus elle reste assez facile à nettoyer.

IšverstiShow in original languageBought with caution based on reviews but it’s good. Used for an indoor rabbit with a playpen area around it so the door stays open. Was easy to assemble and I am not a DIY type, though it does take a while and you must lay everything out and check through exactly what you are doing.

It also looks much better than some of the ugly plastic indoor options. Would be better if: – slide out floors were on castors so smooth, especially the lower floor – a few more inches in height and a wider door – my rabbit has blankets as bedding and a seperate litter tray and the litter tray is a squash in and out – perhaps bigger options available.

This is ok for a single mini lop who also has a pen area, AND who is free ranging much of the day.

IšverstiShow in original languageWe wanted to replace a similar 2 year old bunny cage which has some insects in it. Thought this was the same but was wrong. Pull ut tray is not metal so will no doubt rot quickly from the strong rabbit wee.

But just about got started anyway as instructions are unintelligible and holes not pre drilled so its guesswork. Will be returning and paying more for something proper. As far as I am concerned the goods are not fit for purpose.

And to cap it all bosom expect me to pay for postage back. Its not like I have changed my mind and want a different style, its simply that the quality is too poor. I know what I want.

IšverstiShow in original languageIt’s real wood and extremely simple to but together. I would have liked just a little more reinforcement for the chicken wire but that’s the only flaw and it’s not really a flaw it just gives a bit.

With this being a bunny hatch typically their water and food containers are hung on the side and since the chicken wire is not that tight it definitely gives a little bit and makes it to where their water spills, but other than that 5 stars.

It’s just as shown. Took me 20 minutes to put together with no help and my bunnies love it. They can move around and actually get minimal exercise even when in their hutch. Both of the 1st and 2nd level have pull out trays.

I put bedding in the top so they would use the bathroom up there and left the bottom for food and sleeping and that’s just what they did! Awesome purchase for the price point.

IšverstiShow in original languageIch habe das Gehege auf 2,10 x 1,05 Meter erweitert. Meine meerschweinchen fhlen sich pudelwohl darin. Die ritzen unten habe ich mit paketband abgeklebt und zustzlich unter das Gehege wasserundurchlssige Tcher gelegt.

Da das Gehege innen glatt ist, habe ich es gut eingestreut. Viel streu brauch ich aber nicht, da ich jeden Abend die Hinterlassenschaften meiner Schweinchen entferne und nur dieses verpieselte streu ersetzen muss.

Da man das Gehege so gro bauen kann wie man mchte bzw. Platz hat kann man es auch toll einrichten. Wir sind vollauf zufrieden mit dem Gehege, es ist gnstig und, wir haben das transparente Gehege genommen, man kann die Tierchen gut beobachten und es sieht auch schn aus.

Aufzubauen ist es ebenfalls leicht, habe ich auch ohne in die Anleitung zu gucken hin bekommen. Wir wrden es wieder kaufen und knnen es jedem gerne weiterempfehlen.

IšverstiShow in original languageNe souhaitant pas de cage pour notre future protéger, nous avons opter pour cette enclos. Il est facile à monter et vraiment adaptable à nos envies. Nous envisageons d’en acheter un autre pour agrandir l’enclos et avoir un enclos d’appoint pour les gardes.

IšverstiShow in original languageparfait pour accueillir notre lapin dans le salon pour l’hiver sans subir d’inconvénients. Il y passe les nuits et semble bien apprécier. Facile à monter, nous avons modulé les plaques pour une forme atypique qui s’adapte à notre espace.

Juste dommage qu’il subsiste un écart entre les plaques sur le fond. du coup, ce n’est pas étanche. Il peut aussi être nécessaire de couvrir le dessus, si votre lapin est facétieux et a envie de sauter par dessus: ce n’est pas très haut.

Un petit bémol sur le prix que je trouve un peu élevé vu le basic du produit. Mais bon. ça reste correct.
