I was in a bad car accident and broke my back (L1 burst fracture) and my sternum and after having lumbar fusion surgery I was given a hard plastic Clam shell brace and it hurt like heck to get it on not to mention wear it for very long.

It was extremely uncomfortable. I found this website and found this brace. Honestly I bought it because of the review it had. I asked my doctor if he thought it was okay to wear it and he said he preferred I go to an orthopedic supplier that fitted patients with various braces.

I had already ordered this brace but wasn’t sure if it would be okay to wear it without permission from my surgeon. I decided to send it back and go to the orthopedic place my surgeon referred me to.

But it sat in the box for a few days taped up and ready to get dropped off at the UPS store. When I showed up for the appointment the brace they were going to give me was the same exact design but nowhere near as stable, and not nearly as well made.

I left and boy was I glad I had not returned this item!! I’m so happy with my purchase!.

This brace is helping me with compression fractures on my spine and is well made and helps support me so that I do not get muscle spasms. I use it when having to move around a lot, but I make sure to take it off quite often and do some deep breathing, which is important since all braces rather restrict our breathing.

The customer service was excellent and compassionate.

July 1, 2018 I was bucked off a horse I was trying out to buy. Not buying that horse! Or any at this point. Compression fractures, T7,8,11 and sternum. I was fitted in the TLSO out of the ER and into my hospital bed.

I was instructed to put it on every time I was upright, even to the bathroom. Had to call a nurse for that, and generally included a walk around the floor. My legs stayed strong. After 9 days I was transported from hospital to another facililty for a time in a “swing bed” Where I did more walking & some PT still in the brace whenever upright.

After 3 weeks I am home, extending my activities, walking more, doing some horse chores, and appreciating the brace even more as I wean myself off pain meds. I was told to wear the brace 3 months. I am starting the 3rd.

As a 76 yr old female, my bones are not as strong as I had expected, not healing at this point, we’ll see what the future holds, but I am sure the brace is really helping me be up and about!.

It really seems to be a very simple concept. Stretch the back and allow it to relax. I was having lower back problems and gimping around my yard when my neighbor told me about this. He loaned me his.

I used it one time for about 5 mins – and – my back was in shape again. Now – mind you this is a temporary fix. I ordered this on line and now I use it once or twice a day. I really should be more “religious” about it though.

Because when I use it – I feel remarkably better. My theory is – – If used consistently – it will eventually fix my back. Not scientific – but sounds logical.

This is the second TrueBack stretcher that I have. The first was a gift/loan. One SHOULD/MUST use this both carefully and with ‘medical advice”, whether you consult a chiropractor, osteopath, physical therapist, or some other spine oriented professional who is familiar with the architecture of YOUR back.

I say this because you can reap great benefit and also potentially hurt yourself worse, depending on how you mount this device, stretch your back, and dismount from this device. Having wrestled with back problems for over 50 years, I HAVE indeed been helped by occasionally using this device.

HOWEVER, I STRONGLY suggest that without correct application and use of this tool (like so many things in life), you can potentially make your condition worse. All that caveat aside, it has helped me gain temporary relief about 20 times over the last 10 years during which I owned the first unit I received.

This second one is going to be a loaner for friends and family. BUT, BE CAREFUL to abide by what your back professional advises you to do with this device.

I like this back adjuster. My BIL likes it. My kids have mixed feelings. I prefer a chiropractor, but this helps so I don’t feel like I need to go as often. (I typically go less than once a month.)

This brace is incredible! I have multi-level degenerative disc disease (lumbar-sacral region AND mid-thoracic level) and because of my short torso, this gives me support in for both areas. Specifically, I tried it because I’m not quite ready to give up skiing yet and wanted something that might support my back on the slopes.

This looks like it’s going to work great. I’ve tried a number options but never one of this quality, with the semi-rigid support. All the others “rolled” at the top or bottom, and didn’t fit my weird short-torso.

A few months prior to me getting this brace I had been battling with some really bad left sided back pain, but I shook it off and pushed through. Later on down the road I went to my doctor and explained that my back pain had gotten a lot worst and she put an order in for a CT scan (this was done due to my right knee replacement in February), so sure enough I had a bulging disc on my L4 and L5.

I severe 3 days after I had that scan, I wasn’t able to walk!! If felt like my entire left side gave up. That disc was pushing on my Sciatic nerve that went from my lower back down to my feet. My leg had tingling, numbness and pain shooting in my leg constantly! I had to work remotely for 2 weeks be I couldn’t sit to do anything for a long period of time.

I was put on muscle relaxers, Lidocaine patches, and Gabapentin and nothing touched this pain. My mother who lives with us, was so worried and went online to look for something that could help, and she found the brace ability site! Lord, when I tell you once my husband helped me stap this brace on; I felt relief I a matter of minutes.

I was able to stand and walk around, I could sit, but at first only in a minimal durations. I was so happy that I was able to actual get back to some normalcy. I have 3 very active boys and it broke their hearts that their mom had been in pain and in bed for those 2 weeks, but I am so thankful to my mom that found you guys online and I’m even more thankful that yall make a brace that has allowed me to get back to ME!.

I am no longer hunched over thanks to the brace. I usually put it on first thing in the morning and it stays on most of the day. It gives me the support I need to stand upright without my shoulders hunching over.

I wear it inside or outside and it’s especially helpful when I’m doing chores. It’s easy to put on without the front piece; impossible using the front piece without assistance. The only time I don’t wear it is when I’m driving my car.

Size wise, the brace was too small to wear comfortably when I tried it on with the front piece. Also I needed assistance putting the brace on. I followed the size guide according to the measurements on the site, without the front piece sizing was perfect.

It only takes seconds for me to put the brace on and I never need anyone’s help.

This is my first time trying the Dr. Hos Pain Relief Belt. I wasnt sure what to expect, but have seen the tv infomercial a few times and have been looking for a cheaper used version, when I came across it here.

I got a great deal, and was prepared to have a used Belt, but this arrived brand new in the box! A wonderful surprise! The belt itself does take some practice. In order to really get the most out of it, the most decompression of the lumbar vertebrae, the Belt has to be terribly tight first.

Then, when I inflate the belt itself to achieve that decompression, sometimes the handheld pump starts to leak out that precious air either during pumping or during removal of the pump. However, with more practice 8 have gotten a little better at this part.

If I get the belt tight enough in the beginning, and master the pump usage, the belt DOES provide the decompression it describes on the box and in the infomercial. It takes practice, though, and some patience.

But after several surgeries and years of back pain, its worth the effort! I give the belt a thumbs up for providing back pain relief, sciatica Relief, and would suggest it to others. Just be ready to have a learning curve to get the most out of it.

First this is not easy to get on by yourself esp. with back pain. Second the belt pumps up creating a tightness that I imagine will compress the spine with the idea that maybe the muscles along the spine will be elongated or stretched- I felt no difference after 2 months of continued use.

And finally customer service was not helpful. I was told that medicare would help with the fee, I gave the information to the customer service woman and as I finished with my information she said I was not eligible.

I can’t image how she processed my information so quickly other than to just blatantly deny skipping the work of what may assisted me financially. We are all desperate for back relief but I feel this company takes advantage.

Sorry – this does not work. If you do buy, make sure you return if you are not satisfied. I wish I had.

I have been using the belt for the last 3 weeks. Using for 1 hour in the morning. The relief is amazing, am lasting the whole day without severe pain. I have not needed my narcotic based pain relief,, just Panadol Ostio.

An amazing and easy to use product. Well made, complete and helpful instructions. Would recommend to anyone experiencing severe back pain.

Quick comments – Disc bulge at L5-S1 for 8 years. Constant pain level- 3-6 in the past 7 months. Used NeuroMD for a month now and the pain is completely relieved. Detailed Comments- Suffered pain lock twice and hospitalized to get relieved.

Daily pain relieving physiotherapy exercises was helping for many years and able to manage daily life. By December 2021 fell sick and there after started experiencing constant pain at level of 3-6. Consumed prescription steroids to get the pain under control and continued with OTC pain killers, hot water / cold packs, physiotherapy exercises which brought down the pain level to 2-4.

Even tried with different bed types and now settled down with extra firm foam mattress (Hybrid Firm Memory Gel didn’t help). However constant discomfort was annoying me in my everyday life. Then happened to see the NeuroMD product and started reading about it.

2 years ago I had moderate nerve issues in my legs and arms/hands. Lower back had a moderate bulged disc, upper moderate to severe. I did all the normal treatments including decompression therapy which eventually did bring relief but it is quite time consuming.

It came back about 3 months ago much more severe than before. Burning, itching, what felt like joint pain. My right arm was sore/losing strength. Talked to my doc who did the decompression and he suggested trying it.

Almost immediately within the first week of treatment placed on my lower back 95 percent of my lower issues are gone. No nerve pain, no burning, no lack of movement, stiffness, etc. I still have a very small amount of joint pain in one foot but it dimishes by the day.

Upper is taking a bit longer but all joint paint in hands is gone, no tingling/burning at all. I have one muscle group in one arm that acts up a few times a day but nothing like before. It is a minor singular annoyance compared to what I had before.

I expect continued improvement as my upper is much worse than my lower. This is after 2 weeks of using the device once on the upper, once on the lower and I’d say I did the exercises 75 percent of the time.

Compared to the 90 days the other treatment took and most doctors who do decompression will tell you it gets worse before it gets better this was not only a huge time saver but I think help addresses the problem versus just pulling things apart without doing anything regarding strength to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

For the price worth a try no matter the outcome when you consider the cost of decompression and the time commitment.

I was skeptical at first when I ordered it but knowing the return policy, I thought it was worth the risk to order this product. I have had back pain on and off for at least 10 years. Due to needing to frequently lift at work, it’s not something I can really get away from.

I work as a Materials Tester (Soils and Concrete) and often need to lift and carry equipment for the day. One tool in particular, the Soil Moisture/Density Gauge, is particularly difficult to manage because it is carried by one hand.

Being that it is so heavy and makes me feel lopsided, iI find it’s very hard on my lower back. I will use a cart over flat terrain but 99% of the time, I’m working on a job site where uneven terrain/slopes are the norm.

I have gone to the chiropractor/massage therapist and taken otc medication to help but I get relief that doesn’t last for very long. I would often have to lay on the floor just to get some relief. I would fall asleep on the floor because as soon as I found a position where I didn’t hurt, I would pass out from exhaustion.

If you know what I’m talking about, meaning you’re in pain all day and the constant pain is a burden. Any relief from it pain is like a massive physical/psychological release. For the first week and a half, I was honestly thinking this product was going to go back (return for refund), but I figured I would stick to the treatment plan in the book.

I am really glad I did because it has helped me tremendously. Although I do get sore at the end of the day, it is nowhere near what it was before starting treatment. I feel like I have better overall strength and endurance and more energy.

Whenever I lift the gauge, I don’t have the same negative association any longer (associate the gauge with being in pain from using it all day). If you have chronic pain, all I can tell you is to try NeuroMD and if after sticking with it for the trial period, it doesn’t work, return it for a refund.

My only complaint about the product is I wish there was a wire option to connect the pad to the device so it makes it more comfortable to lean up against something (like when you’re sitting on the couch).

It’s not terribly thick but it’s hard plastic and having it push into your back can make it a little uncomfortable. I use a soft pillow behind me to help support my back while contouring around the device.

I have been suffering from back pain for quite a while now. I was looking for different things to help me manage pain but I havent been successful until I found this brace. It is keeping my back straight while correcting my posture and relieving me from pain.

Again if anyone has back pain especially from Lordosis or Kyphosis I would 100% recommend this brace. It has worked wonders for me and honestly I didn’t think anything would work for my back pain but I was very wrong.

Hats off to the creator of this brace and the braceability team. Absolutely delighted with this product and I most definitely will order something from this website again. If you are in two minds whether to get this brace or not I would recommend you do.

It is expensive but it will definitely help so it is really worth it. I am a very happy customer and hopefully you will be too.

I feel that the brace helps me keep straighter where my scoliosis makes me bend. So that helps , but it puts pressure under my arms and it hurts from the pressure. I do like it in the morning but can not wear it all day due to too much pressure under my arms.

The large was too big and the medium fits better.

I bought this for my little sister as she is growing tall and experiencing mild scoliosis. This has helped and the adjustments are great for all sizes, take your time and figure out the straps and you’re good to go.

Great product, I love the sturdy support plate in the back it works very well.
