20 Best Hose For Pressure Washer (2023 Updated)

Love this hose. Bought this particlar hose because I needed something both more flexible and longer than the 1/4″ ID, 25′ hard plastic PVC hose that came with my Karcher power washer. This rubber hose is MUCH more flexible than the OEM hose.

The BE quick disconnects are the same size as those on the model Karcher I have. Only issue I encountered was that the new BE hose has a male and female quick disconnect on each end while the original hose had male disconnects on each end.

This meant I couldn’t connect the spray wand directly to the new hose. I just connected the old hose to the new hose and wound up with a fully functional 75′ hose. Since the new hose is 3/8″ ID it is 125% larger in cross section than the 1/4″ hose, so it contributes very little pressure drop to the combined length.

Works great.

The hoses that ship with these SPX pressure washers should already be at least 50 feet. The fact that you have to shell out more money to extend such a tiny hose and then wait 2-3 weeks for delivery is ridiculous.

An in-stock item that spent ten days “processing” before it was shipped via slow boat, delayed the pressure washing even more. Between 3 weeks to get the washer and another 3 for the hose, summer will be over before sunjoe gets its act together.

Extremely expensive but product is good and works well. A lot shorter then the original hose. No other replacement products available therefore you buy it without a 2nd choice of product. A little less flexible and thicker then original.

Almost ALL makers of pressure washers include a hose rated at about the same PSI as their machine’s output so that even the slightest abrasion causes the hose to weaken and eventually burst. Wise up folks! To gain a 4000 PSI rating these hoses have a tougher outer layer which will resist abrasion far better and thus extend the service life for years.

Do yourself a favor and don’t wait til you’re on a job when it bursts and you’ve gotta go buy some high price lower rated hose just to finish your work. Get a fair priced quality hose BEFORE you go to work and save yourself time, money and frustration.

Bought this hose to replace the old one on my pressure washer. It fit perfectly, doesn’t leak and along with the new handle, makes the pressure washer feel like a new machine.

This hose is awesome – it’s light and extremely flexible. I’ve used a lot of pressure hoses and this one has beat them all so far. Love this hose. Will definitely purchase again!

This hose is replacing my Goodyear hose that is finally falling apart. The outer wrap is cracking, and the blue coloring rubs off easily. It is probably 12 years old. This replacement hose looks similar and is more flexible, being easier to handle and coil up.

Obviously, only time will tell, but it looks to be an excellent purchase.

This hose was better than I expected. The fittings and hose were high quality. Didn’t kink and was easy to move around. I bought 2 quick disconnect adapters for my pressure washer and now I just snap on and off.

I highly recommend this hose.

The price and value is there however I was a disappointed in the construction. This does the job for the average DIY person. The hose itself just appears to be like the tubing from a drip line and not really rubber as the description says “Thermo Rubber” construction.

My Troybilt hose is a real rubber hose and more flexible than this hose. Uncoiling it can be chore but after some time in the sun it was a little better. The hose does concern me because it is very light and feels like a 100 PSI drip hose tubing.

The brass fittings remind me of pot metal or some kind of thin brass, and nothing like the heavy fittings on my OEM hose. With that said is does work on my pressure washer without leaking. I recommend applying oil to the O rings and fittings each time you use it (see other reviews of threads stripping or not threading correctly).

I have to weigh the cost and quality for a 50 foot hose that I use occasionally. Although I have not had any issues in two uses, I will say next time I will pay more for a quality rubber hose vs. this cheap China model.

Use: As an extension to existing washer hose (now have 80 feet of reach). Pro: Exactly as described; easy to connect and disconnect due to large grips at connection points; does not crimp; At now 80 feet, no noticeable drop in pressure (worked great).

Con: Hard plastic; must untangle/straighten (-1) before use or will have difficulty extending cord as needed (price wise – worth the effort). Hint: To make it easier to pack away when the job is done, I purchased quick connect adapters and placed on each end.

To preserve the rubber o-ring, I placed a little bit of plumbers silicone grease on it. Reduces the chance that friction from connecting and disconnecting will wear it down (one time friction hit for quick connect install only, but still used grease).

This looks like a real winner. Tried it on my gas washer and it is easy to get on and off and works well as an extension. It comes with a brass connector that allows you to use it as an extension or you can take the connector off and use it as your main hose.

Well made, heavier than the one that came with the washer. BTW: Be sure you oil your pump regularly as the Mfg requires. Get the oil at Home Depot and do it every time you put your washer away for more than a week or two.

Also, since oiling your pump requires you to take your hoses off, put a little 3 in 1 oil on all of the connectors on your hoses before you put them back together. I now have a hose frozen onto my wand because I didn’t do that.

Also a little WD40 sprayed on your wand dips when you are done spraying will keep them from corroding.

Great value. I have a 3100 PSI gas machine and needed extra length to do upper gables washing siding on my house. My original hose is 30 feet with a 9/32 diameter. This 25 extra feet of hose was perfect for me.

It’s 1/4 inch – a 1/32 smaller so the pressure stays up. If you go larger sometimes the pressure drops. This thing has a 3600 PSI rating which is high for a 1/4″ hose. Quality of hose is excellent and it came with all the adapters you will need to hook up which is very nice.

I would not suggest this hose for commercial use as the construction does not look like it could take a beating every day. But for homeowners – excellent.

Works like it should so far. Will have to see how it holds up over the long haul though. Price was right and it came in a timely fashion. The four double male adjuster nuts are heavy duty so you won’t have to worry about them cracking and they will help you connect to just about any sprayer on the market which is a plus.

After having two Ryobi hoses abrade and burst while pressure washing my driveway, I bought the Simpson Hoseflex #80391 and it survived without a scratch. Since the hose gyrates under pressure, the heavier hoses literally rub themselves to oblivian on the concrete and abrade easily and soon burst.

The Simpson hoses seem to float above the ground while under pressure and the glossy, tacky surface seems to seal itself. Clearly, Simpson is concerned about quality and not scheming to get customers to regularly buy replacement hoses after their hoses fail.

The first hose I received bubbled up near one of the fittings almost immediately upon use. I shut the pressure washer off immediately before it burst. I had some work I needed to perform so I went out and bought a replacement that day.

That evening I sent Pressure Washer Direct an email with a photo explaining what happened. They sent me a replacement. Unfortunately I had already purchased a replacement, so I haven’t taken the opportunity to see if the replacement sent repeats the bubble routine.

yes it is a little heavier, but it just won’t kink! Easy hook up, it follows you around better than the cheaper brands, the outer layer of the hose is a lot tougher when being drug around around on the ground.

Wrapping a backup on the power washer is a lot easier,I am thinking about getting a hose reel to make it even easier. Just because it doesn’t kink was the main reason I got it, spend the money you won’t go wrong with this hose! I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT.

The high pressure hose on my TroyBilt pressure washer sprung a leak. Since I had bought it at a department store , I checked their website first for a replacement hose. The website for my local store indicated that they had at least a couple dozen types of hoses in stock, so I figured I had a pretty good chance of finding the correct hose there.

However, when I visited that store, they only had three different hoses in stock, none of which had the correct connection fittings for my machine. I then went to another store; they had the same three hoses.

I ordered a new hose from eReplacementPartsI received the new hose within a week, and it works perfectly.

This is now a year later, and this hose hasn’t given any problems. My previous one was also ordered online (not from Walmart) and started leaking within hours. Quite satisfied; I’d certainly buy it again from Walmart!.

This like original equipment for my Craftsman Pressure washer. It is as advertised. Nice replacement.

I have used it multiple times and it work great with no issues. You get an added length of 35′ with a great value. Definately recommend the hose.

Wish this comes came with the original purchase. This is a well built hose and also a long one. Very satisfied. Had to replace with this after my dogs chewed away the hose that came with the unit.

You charge me for it and I didn’t pick it up. It was supposed to be returned. Purchased it but never picked it up and charged for it anyways. Nice

Required longer hose to reach around vehichles

This hose looked identical to another I had recently purchased but was several dollars cheaper. I took it to my job site, installed it on my pressure washer, fired it up, and promptly got soaked from it leaking at both ends.

Close inspection and measurement revealed that the hose only had one o-ring on each end and that they were incorrectly sized, providing absolutely no sealing capability. Instead of the hassle of returning it, I bought o-rings that would work properly (9mm ID x 3mm THK) but had to buy a pack of 50; negating my savings on this purchase.

The product arrived very quickly which was great. The original hose that I had on my Katcher water sprayer was Kink-Free. This new hose fit my machine perfectly. Unfortunately it is not a Kink-Free hose.

Because it is not Kink-Free, I expect the new hose to not last long. Will See.

However, like the original hose, it wants to lay over the muffler. Obviously, this is not good. I will need to buy clamps to try to permanently keep it away from the muffler to avoid a repeat of the reason I had to buy a replacement hose.

It’s a design flaw in the pressure washer.

I bought this a few weeks ago, and you can use it on so many things. We have cleaned the sidewalks, fence, house and porches so far. You can even use it to wash your car (we have done that as well). I have never seen the rocks mixed in the sidewalk until we cleaned it.

Once again the suggested purchase option from Home Essentials Direct lead down the path of incompatibility. My Active washer was leaking – here is what I was told. Basically this hose has the wrong fittings.

I purchased this hose to replace the much shorter hose that came with my pressure washer and it’s a total game changer. Gone are the days of constantly having to drag my pressure all over the place with the power cord (it’s electric) and hose attached.

Now I can leave the pressure washer in one spot and rely on the length and flexibility of this hose. If you’re still using the hose that came with your pressure washer, this will be a massive upgrade.

The hose is very flexible, but won’t kink. I also love that it’s a made in the USA product. I’m using quick connectors on both ends of the hose to be able to attach to the pressure washer and wand quickly.

If you decide to look for quick connectors, make sure to check the size needed for your pressure washer, as the sizes vary between brands.

Just purchased a HF electric pressure washer and they threw in a hose for free. Seriously considered returning the pressure washer due to the unmanageable wand hose. It was awful, super stiff and would not stretch out without tangle due to memory.

Decided to think it over and try it one more time before doing the return. Decided to to see what was on the market for replacement hoses and found the Flexilla. I’ve owned a Flexilla compressed air hose for years and LOVE it.

This hose is everything I thought it would be. 35 degrees outside, brand new, works amazing. If you’re on the fence, pull the trigger you won’t regret it.

We have a gas pressure washer, it’s 3200psi 2. 4gpm cold water! This hose was simple to install, use & honestly felt very high quality! Especially in comparison to the one we currently have! Which surprised us! It’s 25’ which is a good length for most and definitely at this quality it would be worth its price! Its definitely opened my eyes to the hyper tough brand hoses! I’d love to get a longer one! Exact same everything as this one but just longer! Hyper tough has brought out some high quality items, which is neat since it’s always available & affordable!.

Works as advertised! Purchased thinking I would need them for my new washer/dryer combo that I also purchased on Best Buy. com but apparently I didn’t need them (wasn’t listed anywhere stating otherwise).

I’m now the proud owner of “back up” Washing Machine Fill Hoses lol.

PVC inner tube. Connectors looks solid. Item was covered with dust. Must have been sitting in the warehouse for a while.

So far these are great hoses! They are long enough to root them however you want to and seal tightly! Feels like high quality long lasting fill hoses!
