What an incredible phone. My dad loves it. He wears a hearing aid and is severe hard of hearing. This phone enables him to have phone conversations that he could not otherwise. Thanks Liberty for offering this solution.

Difficult to use – too many steps to complete operations. Volume is too low. Visual and sound are not in sync. Would not buy again

Bought this for my mother who was having problems with her phone. It sounded like she was under water and it would need to be charged during a long phone call. This phone changed that, she’s now happy and relieved that she’s not being told that she can’t be heard anymore.

She’s had the phone for a month and hasn’t had any issues with it. It was simple for her to figure out and she didn’t need help setting it up. She’s also happy how it looks esthetically, having an answering machine and 2 handsets again.

I think I paid about $70 give or take for the phone which was the best price I could find for what I was looking for and a at&t and/or Panasonic phone.

I gave 4 stars because one of the cradle that charges the phone did not work. I had to use an old cradle I had from the phone I was replacing. So the color does not match, but I didn’t want the hassle a sending it back and waiting for a replacement.

Obviously the manufacturer is not checking the equipment to be sure it works. Other than I like the phone because it announces who is calling.

I bought this product because this is a name brand known for years. Also my phone service and Internet was under AT&T so I have confident that this phone is a good investment. Fingerhut has been there for me when ever I am in need for items.

I have been with them for years and appreciate they’re loyalty.

I got this phone set to replace my old Uniden set that I really loved. These AT&T phones are a real disappointment. The ringer is hard to hear even on the loudest setting. My husband is hearing impaired , so even sitting 4 feet away, he has trouble hearing it.

Another issue is, even when dialing local calls, we have to dial the area code. The only way around that is to program numbers into the directory and then scroll through it each time you want to call someone you call frequently and know their number by heart.

On the positive side, the clarity of calls is great, though my husband sometimes has to use the loudspeaker, the large buttons and back lit screen make this phone easier for us senior citizens.

We use the landline for 99% of our calls and I am impressed with the quality of this AT&T set. The most important feature is that the sound quality is clear and not muffled or distorted, even in speaker mode.

Next, we love the large numeric and function keys and the ease of features like redialing, and reviewing call history in the large display screen. The only feature we wish the set had was a flashing light indicator for messages.

Messages are indicated in the display screen but they can be easily missed without carefully looking at the display.

Got these for my mother to replace an older set of pretty much the same set. The others lasted a long, long time so, we hope these do as well. She actually liked them more than the old set because the display was larger.

I did the setup and it was simple to do. The applications on the phone were different but, easy enough for me to demonstrate for her. She has been enjoying it for a couple of weeks now. She is 92 and likes to have phones scattered all over the house so she doesn’t have to try to rush to answer the phone.

Just plugged it into the phone jack and power and it worked. I didn’t bother setting up a message, it comes with a generic one. Instructions are pretty thorough and tell you about all the settings. I had it outside my house, up on top of an RV about 60 feet from my house and the reception was good.

I am happy with this purchase.

Great phones with All the conveniences, speaker system is great, works perfect, one of the main reasons I purchased this particular brand, light weight, super easy to operate and program. Has plenty store space for numbers in the directory.

We purchased the AT&T phones when our previous AT&T phones became outdated. The phone displays the date/time and the menu is very intuitive. I really like the large numbers for dialing and am getting used to having the caller ID announce function.

The reception is crystal clear throughout our house and out in the yard. Pretty extended range. The hands free speaker function works nicely but I’d prefer more volume. The only problem here is you cannot stand the phone up so either the speaker or the mic is facing down when using the phone this way.

And if you set the phone button side down, it sits directly on the buttons so any of them could accidentally be pressed. Overall, this is a great phone and we’d not likely be happier with any other brand/model.

This is the second such phone I bought; I’d bought an identical model several months earlier, then purchased this one for a different room because I liked the model so much. The phone has all the features that I wanted: answering machine, speakerphone, caller ID, a mute button, volume control for both ringer and handset, ability to pick up messages remotely, and others.

I rated it 4 rather than 5 only because the sound quality coming from the earpiece is a bit on the tinny side, but this might not bother others.

At the time I bought this, nowhere in the description did it say that this is a refurbished phone. We do not buy refurbished products, since they are often inferior. I had to go to the trouble of packing it up and sending it back.

I have specific features I need as I am in a medical office. The aswering system will not mute completely. The ringer will not mute completely. Speaking of ringers, the choices are all unsatisfactory, including about 4 or 5 obnoxious digital ‘melody’ tones.

It did work with VOIP, Ooma in particular. Also, the time and date comes first when playing back messages, so it is one must delete the message before it ends, or take the time to replay it. The system for leaving an outgoing message was confusing and did not work last time I left town.

Getting to the settings means going to a long list of options. I wish there were more simple land line phones that do not emit signals, yet work with VOIP.

This phone is Great!. Corded main phone with 2 Wireless Handsets. plus Useful features. Call Block. Speaker Voicemail. Fax machine connection. Etc. Wonderful!. So Glad it has the Corded “main station” for Security reasons.

Many phones are Only Wireless! Have purchased this Exact unit for 2 of our relatives plus myself previously. I’ve purchased 4 units in the past.

I have purchased this Panasonic phone with some doubts in my mind. My experience of using the Uniden, VTech and ATT was not that long (as they did not work for too long) or pleasant. Each of the system was lacking something, either a mute option or a long enough battery charge etc.

This phone so far has exceeded my expectations. Nicely build, with the solid not cheap plastic; large screen and convenient enough buttons (as though not as good as the buttons in my Logitech keyboard for PC).

For the first time in many years I have found the piece of equipment made in China with the perfectly readable manual. Written in really good plain English, it is surprisingly very clear and helpful.

Another nice surprise for me was that all phones, the base and both headsets are powered by regular rechargeable AAA batteries. What a great idea, finally! The system has a lot of preset or one-touch dial options which is I immediately used to pre-program the most frequently called numbers.

The speakers in the base and headsets are good and loud too. The system can easily be used for making the conference calls with minimum effort. Great feature is blocking undesirable calls, which allowed me to cut off most of the annoying telemarketers.

I did not use yet the cell phone connection but I am sure it will work well too. I expect nothing less after successfully testing other features of this excellent phone.

Usable. I preferred rounded corners from prior model. Charger seating is very shallow and easily knocked over. Can’t give a complete review as I am charging both handsets now but have not used them yet.

Still using one handset of older model (other one dropped in a glass of water). Disappointed that the charging bases are not compatible with prior models. These should be okay if they work like my older model.

Bought this for my grandma. She had an older version of these phones for years and they were just finally dying out. It was cheaper to buy this set through BestBuy than the actual AT&T store. So far they work the same, my only complaint to this is you have to go through some extra steps/buttons to access the voicemail feature on the handheld device.

Because of this, the product does not get a full 5 stars. Otherwise a good phone.

This is an older model of the GE wine fridge. As such, the racks are rubber coated metal racks. The newer ones are wooden trays so they’re sturdier and nice. Overall, the fridge quality is great and works well.

I only have 2 small comments about the fridge. The first is the height and width between the racks is very narrow. Unless you only have standard size slim bottles, it doesn’t fit comfortably and you have to force it in scratching the bottle label.

Often times, I have to flip the bottle backwards to make it work better. Second, the sides are plastic lined an a little thin, The weight of the wines on the racks and forcing them in/out due to the height problem has torn some of the plastic leaving a bit of a hole.

Overall, I still like it for the purchase price since I got it as an open box because it was a display model.

I bought this phone from a local Office Depot store a few years ago. It is one of those rare pieces of consumer technology that does almost everything you could ask. I have it connected to a standard AT&T landline and a MagicJack line.

Plus, through the Connect to Cell feature, the phone rings when my cellphone rings, and I can answer cellphone calls. This is handy if I am at my living room desk and my cellphone is in the kitchen or bedroom.

This feature may not work in a large home, but in my condo apartment, it works very well. Up to two cellphones can be connected which the phone identifies as CELL A and CELL B. The answering machine works on the land lines 1 and 2 and can be switched on or off for each line independently.

You can also record a different announcement message for each line. It does not have any call blocker feature that I am aware of. But to me, that is not a big deal. The built in speakerphone works OK.

But the sound quality (as with the handset) depends somewhat on the quality of the phone line. I would not describe the overall sound quality as being exceptional, but it is certainly adequate. On the side of the phone are two USB A type charger ports which I use to charge my cellphone and sometimes a secondary cellphone.

These are not quick charge ports but they will charge the cellphones overnight and at other times when I am not using them. I bought two short USB-to-lightening cables (each about 4 inches) to help control cable clutter during charging.

If desired, a wireless bluetooth headset can be connected to the second “CELL B” bluetooth connection (instead of a second cell phone). I have not yet tried this feature. The ringers can be independently adjusted for volume or turned off entirely.

A QUIET feature shuts off all ringers for the time period you select (up to 12 hours). I use that feature at night and unlike on some competitive phones, it is easy to activate. The phone comes with one wireless handset unit that I put in my bedroom.

Many of the phone’s functions can be controlled from that handset. The handset also includes a connection for a wired headset. There is a built-in phone directory feature that, via bluetooth, allows downloading of your cellphone’s stored contacts.

You can also create separate directories of numbers dialed on the phone. I have three separate directories (one left over from a previous cellphone) and occasionally refer to them for older phone numbers that I have not called in a while.

The phone will announce an incoming caller in a computer voice. However, that feature can be turned off if desired. The screen lights up and displays each incoming caller’s phone number (if available) and the phone number.

I like being able to screen calls using this feature. Pressing a silence button mutes the ringer or the caller’s voice as they are leaving a message. I still occasionally use a dial-up modem with my computer.

I have the modem phone line connected to the data port under the phone. This port is a small but nice-to-have convenience feature. My phone shipped with an AT&T Softphone software which allowed a Windows compatible computer to interface with the phone.

I never used that feature and am not sure if it is supported anymore. This phone depends a great deal on the LCD screen menus and some function buttons mounted directly below it. These buttons change function depending on the phone mode and available menus.

The LCD screen can be tilted at an angle if desired. I use a landline phone much less than I did before. But a versatile landline phone is still a nice thing to have especially when working at home. The numbered pushbuttons on the front panel are the perfect size, not too small or too large.

This is a consumer phone that is almost like a business phone in many ways. It has so many features. But the nice thing about it is that you need not learn or use them all. There are a few newer full-featured desk phones available today.

But I think the AT&T TL86103 is still one of the best in its class, especially for people who work from their homes.

My husband purchased a new phone and took in the old phone was only 15 months old and POPPEd then dead. Third phone that has not lasted over two years. The store KEPT our old phone and the accessories, all went back with the original box.

Then threw accessories and box and put phone in recycle bin. Meantime, the WARRENTY company said they would not honor the warranty without the PHONE and all the ACCESSORIES. We never used any of the accessories, just the phone, hand set with cord and line as well as electric hookup parts.

NOW WE ARE GETTING THE RUN AROUND and no honor of the phone. Manager left on vacation and never told other managers to handle our account. NOT AT ALL HAPPY. They sell the warranty, they should know what needs to be sent back to honor the warranty.

The phone works good just a few things I don’t like. 1) if you answer the phone and someone else picks up the cordless to answer, you can hear each other answer. The other phones I had only let one answer the call the other one the phone would be dead depending on who picked up first.

2) My line 1 always says voicemail and I have NO messages. I myself have even left a message just to see and I can not get messages on the answering machine. 3) the cordless phones seem to drop my calls during the call and it cuts off my customers.

My wife wanted a cordless landline phone; she picked out this one and loves it. It’s fairly rare to find one with a built-in answering machine, which she also wanted; this model has it. Handset works well throughout the house and even in the back yard with good clear sound for both the user & the person on the other end.

We purchased these a few weeks ago because we loved our previous AT&T set which we had for about 15 years. We are very disappointed with this purchase as they keep cutting out so the person on the other end cannot hear us.

With this set if you are speaking to someone it’s best to stay still as it tends to cut out if you move, bend over to pick something up, move to another room, etc. Cannot go outside with these. With our old phones we could go anywhere in the house or yard and everything was still clear and the range was amazing.

Also, the old answering machine was more private in that if a call came in when you had company a message could be left without it being audible to anyone. You had to play it back too hear it. Messages left on the new one are broadcast at the time of the message.

We sometimes have a house sitter for our dog. If a personal message is eft in our absence she would hear it if present at the time it is left. We would not recommend this set. We are now looking for a replacement.

Got this phone for my dad. it is a wonderful phone for him because he has difficulty seeing. Numbers are quite large, and much easier for him to see than on his previous phone. He has no difficulty hearing, but the phone is meant for people that are hearing and/or vision impaired.

The ringtone and receiver can be turned up to high volumes. There is also a flashing red light when a call comes in. I highly recommend that this product be purchased for those people experiencing vision and/or hearing problems.

It was very easy to set-up. The handset is slimline and has large print so it’s easy to see what number you are dialing. I was concerned more about the answering machine as I had purchased a different brand that had a sound distortion when playing back messages.

This AT&T phone system (manufactured by V-Tech) has quite a few useful options, especially for people with hearing or vision issues. It has an extremely large viewing screen with large, black text on bright, white backlighting.

A large keypad with orange backlighting with the option of a key press to be announced by the digital voice function. You can also activate talking Caller ID to hear who is calling as well as call-screening to hear answering machine incoming messages.

I’ve had these for 3 weeks and I’m very pleased with them. I had no issues with set-up. I printed out the relevant pages of the online manual & read through the procedure several times before starting and there were no surprises.

I set the time once & it has not changed by itself as some users complain – I have to guess that they are not following the procedure correctly. I don’t have a smart phone to pair with these phones so don’t know about that function.

I manually entered my phonebook. Everything I use is working fine. Volume (another area a few reviewers complain about) is quite acceptable, including on speaker and messages. I must say the statement of range is ludicrous! My house is 300 feet off the road, across a meadow, with no obstructions but one stone wall between the road and the base station.

The first day I tested it & lost the signal less than halfway out to the road. Paradoxically the signal was strong for 100 feet through 3 walls in a different direction. The range is not an issue for me as I don’t plan to need them outside.

They do work through several stone walls all over inside the house, including down in the cellar which is something I was concerned about. The only things I would wish for would be for: 1) All the handsets to beep when there is a new message.

If I’ve been out, I have to remember to go to the base station to check on that. 2) The set to use standard batteries you can buy anywhere rather than having to go to the manufacturer. I’m really glad I chose this set and that I finally got them.

Best comparison landline phone I could find to replace my old Panasonic phone. One would of thought after 19 years since my last phone purchase, phone technology would of been greatly improved. Struggled searching for a phone which had all of the features my old one had, ended up going without a few i.

e. color screen, different ringers, and some other features I rarely used. This VTech is nice and price was great, The Bluetooth technology is an added feature. The Smart Call Blocker is the only real advantage my old phone didn’t have, and this hands down is the best thing invented in years, all those scam calls not filling my answering system every evening.

Until you get used to it and have your family & friends loaded in phone book, all calls are screened, you do have option to turn it off, but why when this is an asset to deter scammers, which I got more calls from them than from people I know.

I needed the ringer light, my old one had different colors & ring tones for different people in phonebook, this one is just amber, still handy feature I utilize a lot. Was very easy to link cell phone phonebook for a technically challenged person to this phone.

Haven’t tested out the range yet to comment. The menu is easy to scroll thru and operate. Love the fact again that I have an expandable system, this time with more phones to place around the house so I’m not always running to pick up.

And my old phone had Caller ID which was a Must Have feature to keep one from running thru the halls, this VTech also has Caller ID,.

Customer service requires that you key in model number. Their system does not recognize this model. Can’t change handset name = Intercom is therefore useless. Power glitch at Base erases date & time.

Can’t contact customer service. My old AT&T system would stay powered on if you left a charged handset in the base. Phone then worked during blackouts as my cable modem is on a UPS. Without tech support, can’t get help.

BTW: Our cable provider has superior answering and call forward services. So we’re not using the answering feature at all. Same for the call blocker. Is advertised as being able to take additional handsets.

Downloaded manual (you don’t get full user manual with purchase), explains how to add two cell phones, but hints that handset limit is 5.

Worked like a charm. We ordered other phones but this one helped right away. It was for my father who is 101 and wears hearing aids.

My hearing is not great and I can hear much much better on a corded phone. The cordless handsets are convenient around the house and even work out in the yard, I like the intercom feature between up stairs and downstairs or outside.

I am not tech-savvy and found the instructions difficult if not impossible to follow but it makes.

I had a feeling right from the start, as soon as I couldn’t correct the last number from a 4 to a 3 number that was off by one number, the last one and it not only wouldn’t save the edit, but when finished it wouldn’t accept the change, kept saying the number was already saved, but I couldn’t pull it up.

SAME THING FOR ANY NUMBER. One of the wire-less phones has been “OFF-LINE/NOT REGISTERED”, and now not functioning properly at all. If I for whatever reason cannot finish putting the entire contact information in at the same time, it saves the number w/o the the name and doesn’t come up when searching for it.

No trace that it is even there. It’s too much for something to have such a price tag. I am not sure if this set is a return or completely new, but for the name brand, I’ll give “The Benefit of the Doubt’ this time.

Yes , I love the product and how it operates. I love the announcement of the name or number when someone calls. I also love the call block feature on the product (which was the reason I bought the product in the first place).

I am very satisfied with my purchase.
