20 Best High Pressure Kitchen Faucet (2023 Updated)

This faucet has been a disappointment. After only a year the pull down function has lost it’s spring and the faucet head is frequently found dangling. The sensor malfunctions all the time. We keep it clean, we “reset/replace” the batteries as instructed, it doesn’t matter.

We use the handle or the sensor and suddenly the light is blinking, the water doesn’t work, and we just have to go use another sink for water until it eventually resets. Yes, we can ask Moen for a new faucet (which is why we all pay the Moen prices, right?) but after only a year we shouldn’t have to deal with these issues.

The sensor started acting up within months, the messed up pull down faucet was at about the year mark. I should have gone with the foot pedal model.

I love the quality of the new Moen kitchen faucet. Happy to say, it was a fairly easy installation. We used a You tube video as well as the written directions that came with the faucet, since we’re not terribly proficient with such things.

I love the quality of the faucet, the spray aspects it offers. I recommend for those who want a good quality, but need lots of extra bells and whistles. The bronze is beautiful with our kitchen granite and cherry cabinets.

This is a great pulldown kitchen faucet. I love everything about it. The look is elegant. The finish is beautiful. The sprayer has good pressure and retracts nicely when not in use. My sink is too shallow for the height of this faucet and subsequently sprays onto the counter.

I still love it and would recommend it. I have purchased several items by Moen and they stand by their merchandise.

This is a worthy replacement for our venerable Grohe Ladylux, which after 20 years plugged up for good thanks to our mineral-laden city water. I like the appearance of the Allegro E Gourmet and the fact that the water volume/temperature control is very similar to that of the Ladylux.

Installation was straightforward (I’m not a plumber) after the Ladylux was finally removed from the sink (non-trivial). The installation manual is really minimalist as well as having incomplete (even misleading) drawings, which leads to my caution for buyers of this product: I looked everywhere for the threaded nut that attaches the handspray wand to the handspray hose, certain that I had dropped it somewhere in the kitchen or the basement, or that it never was included in the kit.

It turns out that the nut is part of the handspray’s magnetic attachment mechanism and it was magnetically stuck up in the handspray hose well out of sight. It is beyond me why the manual couldn’t have pointed this out as this is obviously the way that hansgrohe ships the part.

After finally getting the faucet up and running, we are well pleased with its design and functionality. Another thing to watch out for: this faucet comes in two versions (other than the finish). The version that Home Essentials Direct ships, 04066000, contains a baseplate in spite of the fact that the installation manual claims in the text that it is a different version that contains the baseplate.

Nevertheless, the baseplate is real spiffy if you need to cover up extra holes in your sink and is also recommended.

Replaced a pfister faucet that started leaking from the sprayer hose. The steel optic matched the stainless steel soap dispenser pump from the pfister set so I am glad I didn’t buy a new soap dispenser to match.

The installation was very easy. It had all the hoses I needed. If you have older valves be prepared that they may not fully shut off the water. You’ll need a couple wrenches and a phillips screwdriver.

I didn’t need a basin wrench to get into the space under my sink. The new hoses and connections seemed to be pretty good quality. I like the feel of the handle and that on cold the handle remains forward so I don’t drip my wet hands over the counter when I shut it off.

You can’t toggle from spray to stream without shutting the faucet off which is a difference, but not a big issue for me. The water pressure seems slightly less than the pfister, but the spray pattern is more effective.

The provided hose weight is heavy and keeps the spray head firmly docked.

The old saying of “you get what you pay for” is true in this case. Over the years we have had several drop down faucets. non can hold a candle to this one. Because we live in a small apartment with a galley type kitchen where every inch of space is significant.

sadly we had to return it. The upper kitchen cabinet was too low to allow the clearance needed to insert the faucet into the plumbing. It is a beautiful faucet with a solid feel. Its handle is clearly marked for water temperature, a smooth handle and solid faucet head retraction.

In our opinion it is worth its price. Reviews are important to me when making a purchase, I offer this one in appreciation of all the reviews that have helped our family when making purchase decisions.

Modern, sophisticated and elegant, yet simple by design and features! These qualities are why I absolutely love our Hansgrohe Focus N HighArc kitchen faucet! Let’s start with the design. Very simple design that allows for both the pull handle and spout to be connected as one.

Less room to take up on the sink and prevents less mess overall from excess water, leaks or soap scum/mildew buildup under bulky coverings. Easy to clean and keep sanitized! The faucet has a nice high arc to it that allows us to wash any size dishes or pots and pans with ease.

The faucet also pulls away from its base with ease in order to rinse out the sink or needing a lower flow. It easily reattaches with no issues or leaks. I like the two spray options. A normal water flow and a spray can be used for whatever you need them for.

A simple flip of the button on the faucet is all it takes to switch between the two flows. The brushed black chrome is something new to me and I’m starting to enjoy the color as I add more to my kitchen space! Wipes easily and looks beautiful! Let’s talk about installation.

Super easy and clear cut! Instructions are included and walk you through step by step. I think it took me about 30 minutes from start to finish on this installation. A very quick project! We definitely love our Hansgrohe High Arc kitchen faucet!.

First impression was, “Beautiful” Because of my black stainless steal appliances, I was having a hard time finding an exact matching faucet. This one matches them exactly! The curve on the faucet doesn’t come out as far as my current faucet however, because of the angle, it works well.

Well design, built sturdy. Product was very easy to install. Pull down works well however could use something stronger to hold it in place. 2 types of spray works well. Would have been nice to have a few spray options.

Buttons make it easy to switch from stream to spray and back. Faucet handle is nice and tight and doesn’t have that cheap loose feel. It would have been nice if it would have came with a matching soap dispenser.

One of my only complaints is that it gets smudged very easily. It has to constantly be wiped down. Other than that and the fact that it didn’t come with a matching soap dispenser, I would definitely recommend.

The rating reflects the fact that the hand sprayer was defective out of the box. Of course I didn’t know that until I had installed it. So, I was stuck with a kitchen faucet that leaked from the hand sprayer.

However, Build customer service was super helpful in sending a replacement despite the fact they were back ordered. So, I received an entire new one and just swapped out the hand sprayer and returned the package.

The faucet seems to be working nicely now but it was unfortunate I had a defective product at first.

If you believe that the money saved is worthwhile, go to it. But the installation has a few factors to consider first. 1) Any time there is water under pressure, amateur mistakes can be expensive. Concealed dripping leaks are always a threat.

(Also stripped threads). 2) A plumbers van has grommets, fittings, washers, spacers and special tools. 3) When you are on the floor on your back, you are upside down. If you drop a tool, gravity helps your wrench collide with your teeth.

4) The usual printed installation instruction manuals are not very helpful. Read them slowly and carefully, take a deep breath, and then call a plumber. Pay your dues. Admit that you don’t know what you are doing.

This is my second Hansgrohe faucet. This one went inside by butlers pantry. My first Hans went in my main kitchen. I am a general contractor and have installed two others in clients homes. Was so impressed with the quality that I ended up putting two in my own home.

The main difference between these faucets and the Moens or Kohlers or Price Fisters is the quality of the material. I have installed many dozens of these other brands and they are fine but do not compare to the heavier grade metals used in the faucet body of the Hansgrohe.

This particular unit is half the size of the one in my main kitchen and it must weigh 5 lbs. It is solid. If I had to make one negative comment it would be that the spout head is plastic but. All the other makers are too when it comes to having this pancake head type design.

The faucet in my kitchen is a long neck downspout and is all solid metal. I’ve had that one for one year now and it is working great. No staining or discoloration. Great valve action. What to say. ??? These German designed faucets are near flawless.

Overall the product functions and was a straight forward install. I would say it is “commercial like” rather than being a true commercial faucet. After installing there are two things I wish it had and I should have measured for prior to purchasing.

1) The neck of the main faucet really should be longer, 2 to 3 inches, allowing it to reach further in the sink basin. 2) The neck of main faucet should be taller, 3 to 4 inches, allowing for better and easier rinsing of larger items.

Ran across Homary. com website and there were so many elegant and upscale choices. The quality of this product is well made. The faucet has a lot of parts, but instructions seems very easy to follow, although our Plummer is installing it.

The finishes are nice and stainless and black combination is beautiful !! The picture doesn’t give it justice because the actual product look so much better when it arrived. The price is reasonable compared to other places we reached.

We are very satisfied with this purchase !!.

Seems as though the lifetime limited warranty for this product is misleading. “Lifetime” on the structure and finish but a 1 year warranty on everything else. So basically when compared to a car warranty, Homary offers a 1 year bumper to bumper warranty and a lifetime warranty on the engine (structure and finish).

For comparison, Moen, Kohler, Peerless and probably the other major brands all offer a limited lifetime warranty (bumper to bumper) on the entire unit for the original owner and a 5 years if the unit is transferred to a new owner.

I would rather pay more for a better warranty so I won’t have to by another faucet in a couple of years.

Installed this faucet 4 months ago. I love the pressure in the spray feature. I wish that the faucet automatically reverted to normal stream after you turn it off. But it comes back on in spray. The matte black looks fantastic and my contractor said it was one of the easiest faucets to install he’s ever worked with.

Unfortunately the faucet has chipped a little bit on the onoff handle already. It’s copper underneath. I’m still happy with my purchase despite the chips. I like the height and the length of the pull down hose.

Overall it’s great.

Pros: The tall faucet body is very useful when washing large pots in the sink. Cons: The Kraus hose connections were cheaply made compare to the old Hansgrohe hose connections. The connector/thread was too thin and I had issues with the water leaking out.

I didn’t have that issue with the old Hansgrohe faucet.

Products arrived well packaged and right off looked more expensive than it is. It’s well constructed and nicely finished. I finally got it installed and so happy of my choice! Water flows easily and both faucet and soap dispenser rotate as discribed.

Not to mention the simplistic style is exactly what I was looking for. My kitchen is still under construction but I’m well confident these will last for years!.

Great faucet! Excellent quality. Easy to install. Update. The top of the pull down nozzle where it piviots is leaking. Doesn’t interfere with the performance but not sure how long the faucet will last.

Looks nice. Pretty shiny chrome. Good weight, not light-weight or flimsy. I like the high arch of the faucet and it swivels easily. Handles are easy to turn on and off. I rated this 4 stars instead of 5 because the sprayer leaked some and needed to be sealed and reinforced, but the sprayer hose is sturdy.

I should also include in my review that I found this exact same faucet at a popular building supply store for twice the price. Walmart’s price is a very good value. Because of the price, and because the faucet works so well, I am satisfied with my purchase.

Easy installation and great looking! My husband thought I ordered the wrong faucet because it looks like a high end faucet! Fittings are copper with plastic outer, love sprayer too. Highly recommend for the $32.

The faucet works great and looks amazing. The chrome color looks sleek and clean. You can’t beat the price. It’s an upgrade from the older style faucets, but also simple.

The K7 faucet is a wonderful design outside of the spray head. You will receive compliments from everyone who enters your home until you go to use it. You will be greeted with the most annoying grinding sound from the dysfunction of the spray head.

After 16 months of use, the spray head failed and I foolishly rushed to purchase a replacement spray head believing the issue would be resolved. To my astonishment, the spray head failed again in under 10 months.

An email sent to customer service went unanswered; so with that I am sharing my experience of disappointment.

This is a massive and heavy faucet with some of the functionality of a commercial faucet as you would find in a restaurant or other food preparation location. It may well overwhelm whatever sink you choose to install it on in your home, so take the measurements seriously and try to imagine this big thing in your kitchen as you decide.

My kitchen sink is an Elkay stainless steel double sink. One would think that this product would go perfectly with it, however, in fact, the stainless steel is not all that thick, and the faucet flexes the sink and moves a bit whenever it is dislodged from the holding bracket.

With care, I think that this will be OK, however the plumber who installed it cautioned me that the sink might end up breaking at the mounting hole over time as a result. I decided to have it installed anyway, and worse comes to worst, I’ll buy a new sink later (this one is already 16 years old).

We have another one of these exact same faucets recently installed on a porcelain enameled cast iron sink in a business house located in another city 3 hours drive away. In this case the faucet does not flex the sink since the sink is much thicker and more substantial, but it does overwhelm it a bit in size.

We don’t regret having bought two of these, but both installations do have their limitations as I have detailed above, and I would bet that many others considering the purchase of this thing might find that their own proposed locations have limiting factors that should give them pause before purchasing.

Otherwise, it is a well made and well functioning product.

We bought this faucet when we remolded 5 years back. It still looks great and has held up with time. Bought a second home and of course we bought another one. Beautiful finish and looks great with our farm house sink.

This is a great little faucet. Personally I think its a tad overpriced for what it is. I ended up with this one though because the perfect one Id previously selected was out of stock. This was a good replacement and I am happy with it.

Impressive quality for the price. The spout glides easily. Feels really heavy and well made. We’re putting this in an apartment so we weren’t too concerned with it being all that great, but I’d put this in my own kitchen.

Beautiful faucet, works well. It’s a little chunky; I’d prefer it if it were slightly slimmer. The spray/stream button works well. The faucet swivels 360 degrees so you can position the controller on either side.

Really liked the bayonet install of this faucet. The faucet water lines were long enough to hook up to the hot and cold water valves. Good quality! Instructions were fairly easy and accurate. Tip: put the black line through the hole and make sure all the lines go in to the other opening smoothly so that they don’t bunch up or crimp.

This will help the black line pull out and go back in easily. The weight was super easy to install and adjust. Well thought out.

Installed and looks to run smoothly. Seems like a good product especially for the price. One thing to note that might not be evident in the description is we found the counter weight system is not heavy enough to retract the hose into the home position.

Had to add an additional weight for it to work. Also, the button on the faucet to change from stream to shower mode doesn’t stay pressed so when you want the wide shower type stream, you have to manually keep it engaged.

Outside of that seems like a good product.

Got this one in black and it’s fantastic. Simple install and clean look. Pull down is smooth and easy to use and it finishes off the kitchen well

This faucet looks great and I have loved it! But it won’t last forever. One negative is that the pull-out part of the faucet is made of plastic, and it has a switch on it that allows you to toggle between stream and spray.

We always keep it on stream, but now the toggle won’t hold (even when we switch it firmly and with lots of water pressure) so it will suddenly switch to spray (you can hear it starting to happen with a little sound).

It’s super annoying and we now have tape on it to hold in place until we can get a new faucet. Three stars “average” rating because we got five years out of it, but honestly a simple mechanism like a faucet should last forever.

This Krause faucet was a replacement from another brand. The Krause base collar attachment is really a huge improvement; very secure and easily rotated if needed. The sprayer is better and the flow rate through the hose is improved as well.

The spray head retraction works better than the older faucet. Impressed with the function and the engineering quality. Would highly recommend.

Purchased this for our kitchen remodel in 2018. The weight is too heavy and the length of the spray hose gets caught on the plumbing beneath the sink (no adjustments will correct this). For going on a year now, the dripping has increased to the point we must now replace the unit.

We have had it inspected, and there are no defaults w/the mechanics of the faucet. so just poor design(?). Too, the splashback onto the counter deck and tile back splash is excessive.

This is a part 2 to my previous review. I forgot to add that you probably need a higher than 8′ ceiling for these to really work well. We only have an 8′, and so we had to remove the entire chain in order for them to hang high enough over the kitchen island, and pull in the cord and adjust for that.

These would be better for at least a 9′ or 10′ ceiling height. Also, because the glass is so much part of the fixture, it’s a real pain to keep it shiny clean. When the light is on, every smudge or tiny scratch is obvious.

So, it’s a bit high maintenance. But it really is a beautiful and unique. fixture.

was installed eight months ago and works well. Look beautiful when you come into my kitchen. Blanco sent me a new water cartridge, since it started dripping. I don’t know how to take the unit apart to replace the cartridge.

I was lucky enough to email Blanco and they sent me a new cartridge, but can’t get an answer on how to replace it.

I have this faucet in my kitchen and bought another for my laundry room. It is beautiful, functional, and of good quality. It looks even better in person than in the photo, feels solid, and functionsl beautifully.

I purchased for my rental apartment. The style simple, but elegant. The price was fantastic, and the quality very nice. I have read the complaints about the faucet not retracting properly, but I have not received any complaints from my tenant and she is very specific, like me.

broke after a couple of months…quality isn’t great. Also doesn’t come with a base.

I replaced a crappy Moen soap dispenser with this one and I’ve never been happier. This is higher priced than the average soap dispenser but it’s sleek, it operates like a soap dispenser should. I can hit it with one hand and it works each and every time, unlike the Moen that wobbled all over the place and never dispensed the soap downward but out all over the place even though it was well-cleaned and properly installed.

I would buy this again in a second.

I brought this from Home Depot and I am hoping that the quality gives me years of no issues. However, I am slightly concerned. Installation was okay, but could use some better directions. When installing the outlet hose to the control box.

Don’t have the control box secured to the wall/cabinet completely. Hold the control box in one hand and with other hand gently push the outlet hose onto the control box until you hear it snap into place.

At first I did it with the control box secured to the cabinet and when I pushed the hose on, I thought it clicked. However, when I turned on the water, the outlet hose popped of and water everywhere.

My two other areas of concern are the battery compartment will not stay closed once batteries are installed. Had to use electrical tape to keep it closed. My last item of concern is the quality of the supply hoses for the faucet.

The flexible metal mesh around the hose is quite thin and easily pinched if not careful when connecting to the water supply. Be careful. As anything, time will tell.

Purchased this faucet for the hands-free feature and here I am a short time later with a faucet that doesn’t have a hands-free feature. My sensor doesn’t work and replaced all the batteries. The unit pulsates and the sensor blinks repeated on each phase of water pulse.

They offer zero troubleshooting info on this in manual or online. For spending that kind of money on a faucet I could’ve went out and bought a manual one if that’s what I thought I was going to end up with after such a short while.

Not too thrilled at the quality. They say they have a five year “full 100% parts and labor” from purchase date in manual… but let’s see if they hold their end of the bargain. I have yet to hear back from anyone when I emailed and sent a direct message via their social media.

Not sure if I should hold my breath.

I bought this faucet because of all of the good reviews. It stopped working three days after I paid $285 to have it installed. I contacted bio bidet and they said it was something I could fix myself.

They sent me complicated instructions about how to fix it. I’m not a plumber and my three day old faucet should not have quit working. When I called them again, they said to have my plumber called them because the faucet was different from the usual faucet and they could walk him through fixing the faucet.

Really? A faucet a plumber can’t fix without calling the manufacturer? I don’t think so. I returned it and got a Delta faucet which I’m very happy with. I would not recommend this Bio bidet faucet to anyone.

We absolutely love the look of this faucet however it does not function as intended! The weight to retract the pull down head is not heavy enough to work, you have to physically reach inside the cabinet and pull the hose from the back.

Also, our plumber said the holes that the hoses go through are also too small meaning there is not enough room for free movement, compounding the issue of the head retracting. Going to try and make it work but not sure.

I’ll write and update.

One only has hundreds of faucets to choose from. Can’t test them all, so eventually a decision must be made. I found myself in this situation. I am very pleased with processing (speedy) and the product itself.

Enough money will buy most anything (product), but budget constraints ordinarily prevail. And that is where this product finds its nitch. Very good value for the money.

Faucet pictured is not what you get. One I ordered in the photo above has a single spray button that stops spraying as soon as you let go. Model sent to me has a on/off switch. I bought this model for the single action spray button.

I replaced a Moen faucet that I didn’t like because if the on/off spray button. Not a happier customer.

Like the way it looks and pressure is very strong. It was a little difficult to install since threads were not wide enough and tubing not long enough.

Terrible quality. Looks nice but is cheap cheap cheap. We haven’t even had it for a year and it drops constantly and has water spraying out the side of it. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT BUY!

Just had this installed in our new kitchen yesterday. Early days, but really happy with this mixer tap. It looks great and matched well with our new Franke black sink. Love that it swivels and has a pull out hose.

Like the look of the design, but functional design beats looks for everyday use, and this one looks better than it functions for two reasons. 1. The lever design is functional, but has caused us to pinch our fingers inadvertently when turning the faucet off more than once.

The lever opens to the right and to shut the faucet one closes to the left which can cause a pinch of the finger tips between the lever and the faucet base. Ouch! 2. While I wanted a faucet which can produce larger amounts of water with its 2.

2 GPM, the diffuser doesn’t airate the flow enough to prevent splashing of water outside the sink space. This requires a much more careful opening of the lever to control the flow of water so as not to splash everywhere.

The spray function is so significant, that it is barely usable because the flow is so high, even at low flow adjustment, everything outside of the sink gets doused with over spray of water. The finish we bought is the satin finish, not chrome, and appears to have a clear coat of some sort on the outside.

So far no issues with the finish, but long term I hope it doesn’t chip with accidental bumps of pot or pans.

I like my faucet a lot– it looks neat with my large rectangular stainless steel sink. My chrome faucet is very shiny and easy to clean. My sink is in front of a window so this does not stick up too far and does not block the view through my window.

I like the simplicity and function of the single lever handle; you rotate it to get the water temperature you want and you pull it out to the side to get the water to come out. The front of the faucet pulls out and it is the only faucet I could find that was all metal and made in the USA, not China.

I like the spare simple design as I feel tired of too much florid decoration. It looks elegant and stylish. The only thing I miss with this faucet is you don’t have the ability to have a stronger spray when you are filling your sink or pots so it’s harder to get a lather with the soap.

If it had the option to have a stronger spray it would be perfect.
