20 Best High Chairs For Infants (2023 Updated)

I received a Stokke Tripp Trapp high chair with newborn set through the Stellar Product Testing Panel, for use with my baby. I actually already had a Tripp Trapp from my daughter, who is now almost 4 years old.

So even as I received this one complementarily, I have paid in full for one previously. Which is to say, please trust I mean it when I say the Tripp Trapp is worth the price. While we already had a Tripp Trapp, this Stellar Panel is our first time with the newborn set, and it came at just the right moment.

My son is 4 months old and cleared for light solids. Feeding a young baby is generally a mess–they’re sitting on your lap, they’re squirming, oatmeal is dripping down their chin and onto the floor. So I’ve loved that the newborn set makes this process easier.

And an easier process with a baby is instantly a more joyous one, as you can focus on the fun part and not on the challenging part. The newborn seat is easy to pop on, is secure once it’s on, appears comfy for baby, and looks and feels nice–bringing him right to the table with the rest of the family.

From here, I absolutely *know* I will continue using the Tripp Trapp with him. I know this because we still use our first Tripp Trapp with our daughter, these multiple years later. It has served us well, from those early days with the baby seat and food tray (thank goodness it’s so easy to remove and clean that tray!), to the milestone-feeling days where you adjust the seat to reflect your growing child’s new height.

I love that, at almost 4 years old, she has a chair that’s a good size for her. A traditional high chair would be too small physically, and would infantilize her. A dining room chair would be too big; a dining room chair with a booster on it wouldn’t be sturdy and wouldn’t fully feel like hers.

So the Tripp Trapp is really purpose-built to grow with your kid, and it shows.

This is our fourth Tripp Trapp for our fourth kid, so needless to say we love them! With our older children, we didn’t start them in the Tripp Trapp until just after a year old (we switched from a different high chair), so this is our first experience with the newborn set and it’s been a great addition.

I love that the newborn set has allowed our new baby to sit up at table height with the family; she loves watching her older siblings and being a part of the action vs in a bouncer or other chair on floor level.

Being up at the table and part of mealtime is great for her development, but also gives us as parents time to eat since she’s much more engaged and content than she otherwise would be. I frequently bring it into the kitchen with me while cooking or doing dishes, and the height of it is much easier to navigate around than something low to the ground that would be easier to trip over.

The angle adjustment on the seat has been great as she grows and is now able to support her head more than she was as a newborn. The only downside is that it’s a little bulky to move around just due to the nature of the chair, but it hasn’t ever stopped us from using it.

Once she starts solids in a few weeks we’ll transition to the high chair, but will probably also use the newborn set at times as well since it’s so easy to take on and off the high chair portion. I was a little skeptical of this given the price, but I am absolutely sold on it and it’s one of the few things that I wish I had had with my older kids.

I’ve already been recommending the Tripp Trapp itself to everyone I know having kids, but I’ll definitely now be recommending the Newborn Set as well. We received this item as part of the Stellar Review Panel in exchange for an honest review.

I would have given 5 stars but its extremely pricey compared to other products made rhe same. However it’s really great and my granddaughter loves it she can sit anywhere with us. It’s not too tall nor is it too low.

She fits in it perfectly 7months and 20 pounds 27 inches. Pretty average with some fatty cuteness. It folds and unfolds just like a typical camping or beach chair and it has a cup holder and carrying bag.

I see her in this for quite awhile at least 2 summers. Its kind of like a lifeguards chair but shorter. It also has metal latches to lock in place to keep it open and added stability. We will carry it everywhere even around the house.

This product was a lifesaver at first for taking my son with me to work. It kept him contained, and was very portable. My issues with this product came when my son got to to the age of feeding himself.

The tray when set up is on a slant and causes everything to slide right on to his lap, making it pretty much useless for feedings. The fabric is also very difficult to clean. I have found other portable high chairs with hard clip on trays that are much nicer to use and offer the same convenience for portability.

I was really excited about the concept of this chair! We wanted something portable for camping or even just parks, backyard or quick trips. The seatbelt is really difficult to get on a squirmy baby, and the weight of the child sitting in the chair, pulls the tray fabric down.

So the tray sags toward the child so any food or toys just goes immediately into the child’s lap. The tray was kind of the selling feature for me, but unfortunately it is just not functional.

I bought this highchair for my grandson. I love the ease of putting the highchair up and down. I do wish it had a pull-out tray. maybe to the side, otherwise, if you put my grandson’s bowl on the tray that is located in front (even if you use one of the compartment-like areas), he can still easily grab it and he is only 6 mths old so it will get worse as the months move along.

I remember with my other grandchildren, having a tray that you could easily slide out out of the way of the child’s reach, would be more helpful. even to put a washcloth on. Moves around easily. I am not a fan that you cannot put the baby into the highchair while the tray is on and it is hard to hold the baby AND try to get the tray open with one hand.

and the tray is rather heavy and cumbersome (if you want to do this holding a baby). I wonder if whoever designed this highchair, had never had a baby. It is also easy to accidently raise this highchair just by pulling up.

yet, it is easy to get it back down. Other than wishing it had an additional tray, the highchair is good quality; colors of the highchair look good. Seat cover wipes clean easily. Adjustable height is a huge bonus.

We bought this chair several years ago but actually started using it about 10 months ago when our little one turned 6 months old. There are some things we love and some things we don’t. After 10 months of active use.

the tray no longer automatically locks in on one side and our baby can easily pop it off. This is disappointing as we were hoping to use the high chair for more than one child. The cushion fabric cleans well in the wash, but I wish the cushion stayed in place better (we always have to adjust it once we put her in).

I like the flexibility of the features. The tray cleans really easily (if you have a big sink), so that’s a plus for us. Our daughter seems comfortable in it and it usually does a good job of keeping her in place (she’s a wild child).

A few tweaks – and longer durability – would make this a great product.

As a FTM to be I was so excited to pick out things for my registry and was really drawn to this for how many stages I would (potentially) be able to use it for. Now that I’m a mom and my daughter is 4 months old I was excited to start using this but am disappointed that I still can’t.

The chair does recline however you can’t recline it and use the booster insert. The seat belt is way too far forward to be used when the booster portion is out and seat reclined. My daughter can sit without support for short periods and with support without any issue, however due to the way this is built she slides down to an uncomfortable position.

Which leads me to another pet peeve of gracos products …the seat belt what a pain in the behind (I have their baby swing and it’s the same buckle. and for that and few other reasons I wouldn’t recommend that either) I imagine whoever designed the seatbelts for these items isn’t a parent at least not of a squirmy baby.

Hoping in a few months I’ll be able to use it until then it’s just a decoration in my kitchen.

The instruction’s are pretty useless. Hopefully you can make out the black and white picture enough to see how it goes together. The ” three tray adjustable” is really two but they put 3 notches. The seat is placed at an awkward angle so if you strap your child in the seat they have to fight against the straps to lean forward enough to reach the tray.

Even if you loosen and adjust them. The chair again in table form with straps makes it hard for the child to reach the table. The chair padding has deep ridges where it was sewn together – so food easily gets trapped in it and its not the easiest to clean out.

The rest of the chair wipes down fine as it is mostly plastic. I do like how easily you can switch from highchair to table.

I am very handy so even though the instructions were almost complete trash, I was able to use the picture and complete the assembly. I bought 2 of these chairs at the same time. a pink and purple one.

i bought on for my 1 yr old that’s 30 lbs. and my 3 yr old that’s 36 lbs. I just put them together last night and obviously the 1 yr old loves it and it seems sturdy enough. my 3 yr old is very active but not so much when eating.

so I will update my review once she has had some usage in her chair. There are 2 parts of this chair that bother me but I guess I can live with. I don’t like that the tray very much. those grove things seem very unsecure and if a child was a bit wild or they weren’t secure enough, I feel like the tray could fall off.

But on my end that’s something I will always just make sure of because its a concern for me. And also i absolutely hate that the table top doesn’t fasten more securely. UPDATE!!As I figured the tablet top is the worst it comes off just by the baby messing with it and she’s only 1.

My 3 yr old fits it perfectly but as I stated before still do hate the tray part but its something I can live with. Above all else if you can deal with the small infractions then this would be good for you.

I still really love it for my girls.

I purchased this high chair because my son had grown out of one we received as a hand me down. I wanted one where he can grow into and I’m glad I went with this one. I love having the ability to move the chair up and down to accommodate any height, and my son is loving it as well.

I also like that the tray has different settings so my son can grow into it. The seatbelt is fine and I had no issues with them.

Sturdy yet lightweight and comfortable. I like how the footrest is adjustable. And like the overall look of it in my kitchen. I’m the Grandma and glad that I bought it for my only grandchild to use when I babysit him.

Also, my husband and I both drive Jeep vehicles so he got a kick out of the fact that grandbaby has his first jeep.

I purchased this when on sale in the fall of 2021, thinking that it would be easier than using one of our older kids’ booster chairs which get strapped to a regular dining chair. While it is much easier, I didn’t factor in that I married a woman who towers 9 inches taller than me, and our children are bigger than usual; our youngest, at 8 months old, now stretches 1/3 the length of the twin bed that I slept on until I was in my 30s.

She was 2 months old when I bought this, and we haven’t used the harness straps since she was 4 months old as they can no longer fit around her. The base and legs are very simply designed and surprisingly strong, and it was very easy to assemble.

I really appreciate how the seat cover can be removed with little effort for washing. We can still snap the tray in place and it secures her in the chair for now, but unlike our son’s high chair that we threw away after being left outside for over a year, the tray has absolutely no adjustment whatsoever: it tilts into slots and snaps downward onto a single pair of locking tabs, and that’s it.

If the child obstructs that path, you can’t move it out another tab unless you engineer your own mechanism to do so. Thus, I’m taking off two stars for that lack of a really basic feature; this is supposed to grow with the child to a certain age, not a certain height.

For most children, this seat could probably be used through kindergarten, but my daughter will probably be too big to sit in it by the time she learns how to crawl confidently, and even in the toddler configuration she’d be too young to understand not to flop out of the seat and faceplant on either the base table or the floor.

I love that it turns into a table and chair for when baby is older, I love products that I can get a lot of use out of. However there are some parts of the chair that are a bit annoying to clean. I also saw that some of the reviews said they couldn’t get the headrest on all the way.

I run into that problem every time I take it off to clean and put it back on, it is definitely possible to get it on properly and securely it’s just annoying to do. I like that the cushion is machine washable.

Straps are annoying to clean and stain very easily but I guess that comes with any straps that aren’t dark or black. Also be aware that the tray doesn’t seem to be compatible with suction plates because the tray isn’t entirely flat.

Some might work so I’m not going to say that it’s 100% incompatible but all of the suction plates I’ve tried would not stick. Overall though I do like the chair and we’re happy with it. The tray is super easy to clean and doesn’t seem to stain at all, it’s a good height and baby doesn’t slouch or lean back too far when he’s in it.

This is a pretty decent high chair for the price. It does it’s job. It’s not the highest quality (it is made mostly of plastic). Basically you get what you pay for. I did not want to spend a lot of money on a high chair, so this one was a good option for me.

I also really like that it has longer term use and becomes a chair and table set as baby grows. Seems sturdy and safe. I did find a few long shreds of plastic when unpacking, so make sure as with any baby items, to double check it and wipe it down (I used soap and water) to make sure no small parts are on the items that baby will use.

Overall, I would recommend for anyone who is looking for a good deal.

I LOVE THIS Chair! It’s surprisingly very sturdy for a portable highchair. The feet are very strong and have rubber on the bottom. The table top locks which is awesome, you can also use the chair without the tabletop.

It folds up nice and compact and comes with a bag with a shoulder strap. Honestly such a great purchase, it’s great for picnics and when we go out I love it, especially since my daughter is such a busy baby.

It’s good for her to have somewhere secure to sit. Fits great in my tiny little trunk, folded up it’s the size of like a regular fold up chair for an adult maybe smaller.

Cheap. Don’t be fooled Bought this for our RV and used the high chair a handful of times over the course of a year. After about 3 uses the fabric started coming unraveled around the leg support and today the plastic foot broke away from the screws.

Called support. Spoke with Melissa saying i would need a whole new chair. There is a 90 day warranty and no spare fabric seat for purchase or replacement foot. Do not buy this if you plan to use for more than 90 days or want to contribute to the landfill waste.

Where has this highchair been all of our camping days? We used the highchair a few times recently when visiting friends and family but didn’t want to write the review till after our camping trip this weekend.

Let me tell you, what a great invention, a portable highchair. We no longer have to struggle at the dinner table passing the baby off to each other when we’re away from home. This chair folds up just as easy has the outdoor folding chairs so being able to put the baby in his own seat to eat has been great.

I like how the try hangs to one side when un-clipped so it makes getting the baby in and out much easier. The fabric is machine washable to so cleanup is a breeze. The wide feet gives it a much more durable feel.

I never once noticed it beginning to wobble. The pouch on the side is great for keeping baby wipes or whatever you use for easy and quick clean up. I did notice that we have to keep him strapped in as it’s much easier to escape than his highchair at home.

No biggie, we just strap him in each time. The quality of the highchair is great and I feel we’ll get a lot of use out of it.

My advice: Do not buy this highchair. We bought this high chair with such high hopes. It seemed to have a lot of great features and came with good reviews. However, many of the reviews were from people gifted the high chair so I should have known better.

I don’t have much good to say. Yes, the tray and seat can go in the dishwasher, but our dishwasher is always full of regular dishes so we have to run a separate load to make these fit. We do it once per week or so to get a good clean.

The bib hook on the back is a nice feature. I liked that it would work as a toddler chair in the future, but we’ve never used it that way so I can’t comment on the actual use of it as such. The tray is a decent size with a good lip around the edge.

That’s where the good ends. Now to the negative. Where to begin? First, the seat is not at all ergonomic for proper sitting posture while eating. It’s awful. I have to shove all kinds of rolled towels, etc.

behind my baby to get him even close to correct sitting position. This makes using the straps difficult. My baby isn’t even small for his age, so I can’t imagine typical 6 month olds fitting well to start solids.

The seat cushion is a disaster. It soaks up food, isn’t wipeable, and stains easily. We stopped using it because it was just awful. The straps are nearly impossible to wipe because of their design and the warning label stitched onto them.

The highchair, while low profile, has wide-splayed legs so it takes up a lot of floor space, particularly if you have it in its highest setting. Finally, and worst of all, the tray is IMPOSSIBLE to remove, even with two hands.

You absolutely cannot remove it with one hand, and even with two I also have to use my knee to get it off, which is not fun when it’s filthy after a meal. I have also hurt myself numerous times removing the tray – it’s an awful design.

I cannot believe a company that makes baby products would make a tray for a highchair like this one. If I could return this highchair I would do it in a heartbeat. I wish I could buy a new highchair, but this one wasn’t inexpensive so I feel like it’s difficult to justify, but it’s THAT BAD that I may end up buying a new one anyhow because it’s something we have to use multiple times a day and it’s AWFUL!.

We’ve been using the Boon Grub for a few months now and I have some thoughts on it. Pros: -Soooooo easy to keep clean. I am consistently grossed out by most high chairs- not the case with this one. -Extra chair pads in other colors available and super easy to wash.

I got one extra so we could use one pad while the other is in the wash. They wash like a dream and wipe pretty well too. -Large tray that fits most of my child’s suction plates/ toys. -Foot rest to avoid choking -Will turn into a seat for my little guy once he outgrows it and he can use it at a small arts and crafts table we have for him so I like that it’s eco-friendly in that way.

-Smaller footprint than I thought it would be and definintely smaller than most high chairs Cons: -The tray. It is super loud to get on and off and It took me a few tries to get it. Once you get it, you get it.

I usually have to use a little knee action to get it loose. Honestly this has been a dream to use overall and I would super recommend it.

My son really loves this high chair. He always wants to sit in it and seems quite comfortable in it. This chair is lightweight, easy to clean and aesthetically pleasing. I’m so glad the grey finally went on sale! This high chair is over priced IMO and My only other complaint is the footrest.

I really hate the way the footrest was designed and mine came defective. From other reviews on other sites, this is a common issue for many people. I called the company and they have agreed to ship out a new one to me but I am still waiting to receive it.

Aside from the faulty footrest, great high chair!.

I was worried about reviews saying the infant insert doesn’t work for babies with chubby thighs, but my 8month old bubba is 76%ile and carries it all in his monstrous thighs, and he fits no problem! It was a little challenging to put together, but what baby furniture isn’t.

Follow the instructions carefully (don’t tighten the sides before you put the seat and footrest in) and it’s no problem. We haven’t used it without the infant insert yet. But I could see that cushion getting dirty easily, maybe I’ll spray it with some waterproofing spray so it will wipe down easily? I love that this high chair comes in different wood finishes.

The espresso matches all my other dining furniture and blends in with my decor. It’s true that it doesn’t have a footrest when the insert is in use, but my kid prefers to stick his legs straight out anyways, so that doesn’t really bother us.

Very excited for the longevity of this chair, as our boy grows he’ll always have a chair at the right height for him!.

This highchair is very challenging to put together. That comes from my husband who loves to put things like this together and comes easily for him. It’s very hard to clean. Food gets under the seat you have to clean and stuck in the holes the safety straps go through.

He is a tall baby (90 percentile) and his feet don’t touch the foot rest. Hejust never seems comfortable and we’ll be getting something else.

Bought this fairly expensive high chair for my 10 year old autistic grandson because he needed a tray and something to keep him seated a little longer during his meals. Overall, the chair is somewhat short in height.

The tray is VERY small, and no matter how I adjusted the chair, the tray sits very low on my grandsons stomach area. The chair is heavy and it is impossible for me to move once my grandson is seated.

My grandson weighs about 95 pounds and the tray can barely slide in to lock and presses tightly against my grandsons stomach. The latches seem cheap and hard to lock and release. I bought this chair because the description said it holds a person 200+ pounds.

I would have returned it, and would still like to return, but we fully assembled it. This chair is not suitable for a larger, older child.

We purchased this high chair for our little one when he was 1 year old and our only regret is that we didn’t purchase it earlier. We initially didn’t want to spend too much money on a high chair because we figured he’d grow out of it so we went with a cheaper chair that still had great reviews (Cosco).

While it was and still is a fantastic chair for the occasional use when our toddler visits his grandparents, for daily use it was very frustrating to clean and took forever to wipe down. We still went back and forth a long time before purchasing the trip trapp but honestly, the trip trapp chair is worth the investment.

It’s easy to clean, secure, ergonomic and comfortable for the baby/toddler, and is durable. It does not chip easily (if at all), nor does it scratch easily, and even the toughest foods wipe off so easily.

Trust me – if you’re on the fence, go for it, you won’t be disappointed. Clean up is a breeze. The tray is a great size and is also really easy to clean, despite the crevices on the under side. But of course, the beauty of the trip trapp is that it comes right up to your dinner table so you don’t even need the tray, which makes clean up easier.

We aren’t being paid for this review nor are we receiving any sort of incentive – we just genuinely love this chair, and after doing copious amounts of research and being worried that we were investing into something that was a “fad”, we want to save other parents who may be in the same boat from having to go through that.

I was shocked by the price of this set but it was a necessity to use the chair with my baby. I got it in warm red with our natural chair and I love how it looks. I wish the belly bar was a little lower because this keeps my baby away from the table by an inch or two which lets food fall into the space.

It also makes it so the chair cannot be pushed all the way into the table when not in use. I love this chair because of the small pace it takes up when not in use, and being unable to push the chair all the way to the table makes it take up more space.

This all depends on your table height but the bottom of my table is about half an inch below the top of the belly bar. The belly bar is about 29″ at the top when installed, and you cannot just move the baby a setting lower to adjust.

I’d love to be able to use the harness without the belly bar, but I cannot. Also, the harness is made for skinny babies. I had to stop using it with my rotund little one because it could not buckle over his belly, and we’ve pinched him a few times trying.

Now that he’s older and thinning out he can use it again but it’s still a tight squeeze. There’s plenty of room for him to grow taller, just not to have a belly. I definitely think there could be some improvements in the harness but overall I like the set and would recommend it.

This highchair is BEAUTIFUL and looks SO good in our space. I wanted to downsize from our big clunker of a plastic eye sore but as far as function goes, I really miss the big clunker!! To get a baby kicking their legs in this thing almost leaves both of us in tears.

The opening is so small and the straps start so low to the seat (at the bottom of the back when worn) they get kicked underneath baby every. single. time. so you’re trying to dig them out from beneath baby once you finally get them in! I love that it puts him in proper sitting form with legs bent but if you’re not quick to strap him in, he’ll push to stand quickly and pulls the tray up with him since it doesn’t lock on.

He’s made my heart beat fast on more than one occasion!! In his old highchair, if I knew I would be sitting right in front of him the whole feeding, I wouldn’t bother with the straps. There’s no chance I would try that with this one.

and again, these straps are a PAIN! I think this will be much more functional as a toddler chair to pull up to the table but as a highchair, this was a fail for me.

I purchased 2 of these chairs in different colors. 1 for new babies house and one for my house ( Nana should have the same chair for baby to use when here right?) The green color did have green trim, but the seat cover is not green, the blue, however, did NOT have any shade of blue!! it is grey no blue trim like the green one has.

If they are going to send grey they should have labeled it that way. Daughter in law was very disappointed as was I that it is not the color we wanted and I wanted the seat have green on more than the strap pads.

What I like about the chair: Ease of getting toddler in and out of chair was amazing! He is 2 years old and had outgrown the IKEA one we had for him. Toddler fits in it great! He was comfortable and I felt like he was safe in it.

Tray is easy to remove and a breeze to clean. It is light enough for me to move it, having wheels made it a breeze. Chair folds to be out of the way but is still standing, no need to unfold and reassemble after each storage -an important feature for those of us who have it for grand-kids and not for children actually living in the home that will use it daily.

Things I did not like: the height adjustment is ‘locked’ in for lowering it – you have to squeeze the button down to lower it. but to raise the height all you have to do it pull on the top with very little strength and it will go up, which happens when you use the seat as a handle when rolling it after it is folded.

Toddler (2 year old) got his fingers under the tray insert and could not get them out without help. I will have to watch that he does not try that again. Tray insert would be better if it snapped down in more than 1 place.

it currently attaches at the inside – next to the childs stomach- and is ‘free floating’ on the tray itself. Changing between booster and chair appears to be smooth. Husband loves the extra straps to hold booster to chair and how they are stored.

The ability to have 2 children use this at the same time was the deciding factor for the purchase. A growing family will benefit from this feature. Overall I like the chair and am happy with the purchase.

We have only had chair for 1 week so cant speak of the longevity of liking it but from experience with my own now adult children using a high chair, and other grand children, this one really is my favorite that is available currently.

As a mom of six, I have gone through a few chairs and boosters. This high chair is a decent high chair. It’s solid and sturdy, and I feel like my baby is safe in it. It has adjustable height and recline, which is nice because I can bring baby right upto the table.

The pad is easily removable, which was essential for me, for quick and easy cleaning. Some of the other models require a screw driver to take the pad off, and let’s be real- who has time for that? This does a lot of things, can be a booster and all that, which I don’t really care about, but if you are looking for a “All in one” chair, this is is.

I don’t really need the bells and whistles, just give me easy to clean and safe! What I don’t like about it is the snack tray. I don’t need it, but can’t use the full tray without the snack tray being there.

As my child’s legs get bigger, I wonder if she will fit. I also don’t like that the straps are fabric and hard to clean. My old high chair had straps made from a smooth material, making it easy to clean, but alas, it has broken and they don’t make that brand anymore.

Also, I have not washed the removable seat cover yet. It is made from a plastic type fabric that can be wiped clean, but I am uncertain how it will fare in the washing machine. Also,I want to add that it is hard to find cute patterns any more.

This one is sort of pretty, but where are all the cute animals and stuff we used to have?.

First time mom who did lots of research on best options for BLW. I love that this chair grows with the child and has the 2-kid seating option. We have a bar height kitchen table and a regular height dining room table, so the adjustable height works for both table settings.

I also like the 2-wheel function, so the chair can be easily moved. I was worried about the fabric seat cover, but is so easy to wipe down or throw in the wash. The oversized tray is great, but my future MLB star player still practices throwing food on the floor.

I only gave 4 stars because although it has the option to remove the tray with the one handed button, it’s so hard to press, it rarely works. Also, the tray storage on the back legs doesn’t stay up. Maybe mine is faulty or operator error? Overall, I’m pleased with this purchase and would recommend to new parents!.

I love the design of this high chair. It was very easy to assemble. I like the fact it grows with your child from infant up. Also has a booster seat, so if you have a baby and older child you could use this for both.

One in booster and one in high chair. It lays back for infants and has nice cushioning. This even has a mesh basket on back for items. All this in one chair is cost effective. It is sturdy and saves you money in the long run by not having to upgrade later.

This has wheels so can be moved very easily and tray is dishwasher safe. I got one for my house and one for my daughters this is so nice. This adjusts for the size of your child. This chair has a very high rating in my book.

The seat pad has cracked and based on things I’m reading this is not uncommon. But why can’t I buy a replacement. I don’t want my daughters legs getting all scratched up on the rough pleather that’s spreading.

Other than that the chair is really nice. We love the ease of the rollers on it. The height adjustments. The convertabkenes. I personally would never in my lifetime pay this for a high chair especially if the seat pad is going to crack.

It’s a slightly older chair but still. For nearly $200 should hold up to just about anything in my opinion.

I researched high chairs for many months, and I am so glad I decided on this one. I really liked it. It’s super versatile. It is sturdy, durable and versatile. It is very easy to clean. The material is good quality.

I really love that you can use it through the stages of the child’s growth. The chair has 3 types of tray and The tray glides in and out of easily. The upper tray can be easily remove and clean without taking off the baby.

My toddler girl and five month old loves sitting at the table with us in her new high chair. They feel comfortable and secure. I highly recommend it.

I bought this high chair for my almost one year old. So far I like it but I do have a couple of concerns. Pros: It looks nice and it seems sturdy. Assembly was fairly quick and easy although you have to insert two rods that I had trouble getting to go in.

You have to have some very strong thumbs or use a tool to push it into place. It has three recline setting making it great for lifting baby out, if you don’t want to pull the tray off. I like that it has a footrest and seems the appropriate length as well.

The tray is large and seems easy to clean. The cover is easy to take on and off. Cons: There is no tray insert (a smaller tray that can be lifted off for easier cleaning) and from what I can tell you cannot buy one for this model.

The handles to remove the tray are small and hard to find when holding a wiggly baby. The seat itself seems a little small, my guy is about 23 lbs and I don’t think he will be able to fit for a long time in this seat.

All of that being said, it seems like a nice seat for the price. It isn’t super fancy but I have three boys and sometimes fancy isn’t what you need, you just need function and easy to clean. I also should mention that it converts to a booster seat and that is nice too for the money, those can cost around $30-$40.

Overall, I would buy again.

Real quick, my negatives: Feels dinky and its bulky when out. Wont slide under table, Next time I would splurge on quality a little more. However! Heres my pros: I’ve had it for two years, it has held up and it works as it is marketed.

It is easy to switch from high chair to booster seat. Its so easy to clean- the cover removes and washes well or just give a quick wipe. The tray is easy to remove and easy to clean by hand. Tray also did well in my dish washer.

It breaks down for compact storage or for easy transport and will fit in a car. It has straps to secure high chair to a table chair for safety and a storage slot for those straps under the high chair when not using them.

Only thing for me is in high chair mode, the sides of the high chair and because of the way my table is (old fashion french table) make it hard for my toddler to be seated right in front of his plate when he’s at the table on the booster seat.

So theres always a space between him and table. Its no longer an big issue at 2+years but when he was 1-2 years, it was harder for him to reach his plate or sippy cup hence why I would look for a different one next time, one that slides directly up to the table and is less bulky when not in storage.

But! its overall a simple, affordable, and uncomplicated high chair and you cant go wrong with that!.

All I can say is that I am. blown away! The Graco Table2Table(TM) LX 6-in-1 Highchair was incredibly easy to install and only took a few minutes from start to finish and my little one was sitting up like a big boy and ready to eat.

This highchair is very fashionable and super comfy for my little one. It’s also very sturdy and the material used will last him until he’s at least 7 years of age. The material is super easy to clean for those messy feeds and the removable dishwasher safe tray plate which is shown in one of my pictures is a lifesaver.

We used two of the six different stages when we first got it and plan on trying the third stage and the other stages when he gets a bit older because he’s an infant. My favorite feature is the extra padding and recline settings which is easy to use.

I love the adjustable recline setting because it’s easy to push up for eatings and push back for when he wants to lounge. This feature allows him to be able to remain in the highchair if he wants to take a cat nap or if he passes out after feeding.

Also, the safety of this product is hands down the best for those stressful moms. It has an adjustable strap that locks which is comfy and keeps him in place. He literally did not want to get out after being in it for over 20 minutes.

The fact that this high chair grows with him every step of the way is mind-blowing. The funny thing is we did set up the big kid table and chair to see all of the stages and his older sister loved it.

She really loves the idea you can do homework with the table, eat a snack or just play. All of the stages are easy to assemble and no matter what stage you have the highchair in it does not take up that much space for storage.

We tried the highchair in our dining area and it fits amazing. We also tried it in our living room and was amazed at how easy it was to roll around the house due to it having wheels. I also love that all of the fabrics are removable and washable so it’s easy to clean for many years to come.

Moms have no fear for your messy eaters because you will not have any stains since you are able to handwash the trays and machine wash any fabrics. I did not have any complaints about the Graco Table2Table(TM) LX 6-in-1 Highchair.

I love it so much I’ve already referred it to many of my moms to be and mom friends of those who have infants and kids who can still enjoy it. Overall, I give his highchair a A+, it’s easy to clean, has the cutest design and the patterns can be for a boy or girl which I love.

I got this and a couple other high chairs and this won, obviously, but only over the inconveniences of the others. I love the wheels, i love that I can wipe clean the seat, however, it cannot receive an honest 5 stars for me as there are major setbacks (at least for most moms).

It is very hard to clean as it has many creases, you can easily wipe the seat but oh the creases, they don’t get wiped as easily. I wet q tips and clean the corners which takes hours. The belts are super hard to wash and have to be unscrewed but it is doable.

The seat cover is lovely as it has a cushion but it cannot be machine washed so I washed it by hand and twisted it till I thought all the water was out. Nope! It took 3 whole days under the sun to dry leaving my child without a high chair and I had to resort to using his stroller and then the stroller got dirty and I was super frustrated, wishing I had gone with another option.

I love the tray that is removed but if I remove it and keep feeding baby and that gets dirty, as well, it takes a very long time to drain the water out of the original tray piece as there are so many holes and corners.

It never fully drains and that makes me worried as it can catch mold. Somehow, crumbs fall all the way below the seat cover just from the holes of the seat belt. Basically, I really like it but at the same time don’t.

Aesthetically, it is beautiful and has many options to choose from to match home decor or just to choose. It also reclines and the height adjusts which is amazing because my child has fallen asleep multiple times and it felt great to simply recline him and I continued with my dinner without interruption.

You can also feed by a coffee table or dinner table as it adjusts.

We registered and received it as a gift before our baby came. Being first time parents and not having researched enough, this high chair looked good with adjustable heights& reclining options. Oh boy was I wrong.

Once my baby started eating solids, all the mess that got into nooks& crevices of the chair are impossible to clean, the chair takes up a large space and we’re always tripping over the legs that extends far back, and rolling chairs only works in certain directions and very inconvenient.

Also, for some reason the seat kind of swallows up even though she’s a tall baby for 6. 5 months old. And she’s always slouching sideways a little but she can sit up straight by herself. Removable tray is very hard to wash too.

Just so bulky. I ended up buying Nomi high chair from buy buy baby which is only slightly more expensive than this but soooooo much better, lighter and easier to clean. I highly suggest Nomi which was designed by the same designer of Stokke tripp trapp but newer and better…for any first time parents out therefore.

I listed this Peg perego high chair for sale on my local mom group real cheap and still nobody wanted it lol.

The outlook is very nice. It is foldable and save space as a high chair. But once you unfold it, it is a little bigger than my expectations, I guess because my home is not big enough. However, the seat itself is a little bit hard so i have to pad around for my 2 month old baby.

And I am not very sure if my baby feels comfy or not yet I do like the multi height adjustment and seat pocket included. While there is another problem with the wheels, it is alike to airport trolley which you can’t 360C rotate as you wish, you need some skills to move the chair.

I hope my baby enjoys when she grows older. I also look forward to the moment dining with baby when she can sit upright.

Based on reviews and price, I had high hopes for this chair; but unfortunately after 19 months, I am still disappointed. I’ll start with the bad:- It does not support ergonomic sitting for babies (which is 90° bends at waist knee and feet flat).

– Our child has low muscle tone (not uncommon!) but can sit straight for long periods on a flat surfaces. But this chair encourages slouching. – At 19 months I’m still waiting for the foot rest to become useful; at this rate our child will use the foot rest at age 3.

– In general don’t understand why the seat is so large. With the baby seated correctly (butt against the back of the chair) their legs do not come far enough forward to hang over the edge. – Have needed tray in the tightest position since day 1.

Our child has always been in 50th percentile for weight. – Tray cover cracked after about 6 months. – Too many seams / nooks / uncovered bolts for food to enter. A real pain to clean. The good:+ Can adjust seat to lean seat back, which is useful for very small babies when bottle feeding.

You’ll use this feature *occasionally* for a few months (OR you may end up eating all of your meals on the couch while breastfeeding). + It folds up easily and compactly! But once you are feeding your child at the table daily, you rarely need to put it away.

+ Cover is nice, remains in good condition, and wipes clean. + A good balance of lightweight but still large enough to be stable with a rambunctious toddler in it. + Might work well for someone with a baby / toddler that is above average weight / height.

My sister and friend had both purchased a more expensive highchair, and they hated it. I saw this one and read the reviews, and it seemed like it might be a secret gem. IT WAS! It is the perfect highchair.

It is comfortable for my son, which is the most important thing when you are trying to instill good eating habits and positivity around the eating process. It is so easy to wipe down after each meal; I just use a washcloth and water and I can clean it really well.

During potty training, we’ve had to wash the entire fabric top in the washing machine a few times, and as long as the dryer is set to ‘low,’ it is perfect afterward. It is also really cute! We have the red one and I have loved it.

It is so comfortable that my son sits in it to play playdough, to color, etc. An additional note– I follow a renowned toddler nutritionist on social media, and she has posted that it is critical for children’s bodies to have 90 degree angles when they are eating and for their bodies to be supported in order for them to maintain hunger, comfort, and the ability to properly digest as they eat.

This seat is perfect for that. My son’s body’s natural shape is so supported by the design of this chair. The leg/footrest is adjustable, so we had it all the way up when he was a baby, and now that he is 2 we have it at about 45 degrees.

If he continues in the chair, we will lower it further. I can’t say enough good things about this chair! Buy it!.

I was concerned when I received this high chair because there was very little information about it online. It is a relatively new product so I was skeptical about putting my precious first child in something that got less-than-stellar reviews on the one YouTube video I could find.

Also, please take into consideration that I haven’t tried any other high chair, so ignorance may be bliss, but I love this high chair. The fabric is very easy to wipe down, as are the straps. I’m not sure if they are removable as I haven’t yet needed to.

The material wipes clean even though it’s woven. I also do not often use the fold up feature. This was the thing that the other reviewer didn’t like and felt that it was “flimsy” once folded. When I do fold it to put out of the way, it is in a corner and I’ve never had any issues with it toppling over.

The tray comes off easily and the top lifts off as well. Both surfaces are easy to just wipe down. The straps were loose for my baby at first (she was a little shy of 6 months when we started putting her in it) but once the tray was locked into place, I was confident that she wasn’t going anywhere.

Food does end up in the seat and crotch areas, but I assume this happens with all high chairs and messy eaters–again, the whole thing is very easy to clean. I originally chose this as a registry item because it matched my decor (it was early in the process before my pregnancy addled mind could get to obsessing about every safety rating and environmental impact each baby item would have) and I am glad that it has worked out.

I would buy this again. I would recommend it to a friend, and I have no regrets in owning this for my baby.

For the price we paid, I am really disappointed in this product. We bought it when our child was 6 months old so I assumed that when trying her out in multiple high chairs in the store she would grow into it, however 4 months later I am still not happy with the fit.

Things like the adjustable footrest are great in theory, but when it actually comes to getting her knees at a 90 degree angle, the footrest adjustability is of no help. When I’ve tried to adapt the fit with towels, the high chair design doesn’t easily allow for that – eg.

she sits too low and can’t see her food/comfortably get her arms to the tray so a towel under the butt cushion would help, but then when she’s propped up, the tray won’t fit over her legs. For a child who is relatively close to 50th percentile for height and weight I am confused with the fit.

I haven’t found a way to get her to comfortable be 90 degree bend for back and knees, using the tray or having her sit at the table. Does it look nice? Absolutely. Are many of the features useful? Not really I wish I would have spent more time shopping for a high chair that allows for a better fit.

I have no words to describe how terrible this high chair is. I hate everything about it. It’s always in the way, it take up just as much space folded up as it does normally. The wheels don’t roll properly, so it’s very hard to navigate around the house, and the locks on the wheels are not big enough to step on, so I have to bend down to lock them.

All of this and not to mention the monumental task of cleaning this monstrosity after every meal. The whole chair is covered in non-wipe soft surfaces, forcing me to do laundry constantly. Nothing is easy to remove, you basically have to take the chair apart to remove all the buckles.

The hard surfaces have so many crevasses and bolt holes that there is no good or quick way to wipe this down. There’s always something that gets missed and smells to high heaven when you discover it a week later.

One good thing I will say is the tray is easy to remove, so I can pull the chair up to the table. Lord knows the table is easier to wipe clean.

I picked this high chair because it looked pretty! However, after using this high chair for several months I have a different opinion. If I had to redo my registry I would have picked something with a smaller footprint and more practical.

I really dislike the tray. It does have a removeable top tray which is handy but the bulky lower tray is not easy to wash or dry and it’s heavy!! I just heard water sloshing around in the big tray after rinsing it following a messy mac n’ cheese lunch.

I also do not like how the fabric does not wipe clean easily. I have to remove both layers to clean in the washing machine frequently. Half the time now we just leave the fabric layers off which is neither comfortable or cute! I do apprecaite the functionality of how it grows with your baby.

Now that my son is 1 we’re going to attach it to a dining room chair and remove the tray altogether.

This high chair looks great and the idea of growing with the baby is awesome. However, actually using this high chair is not so great. The space between baby and the actual tray is so far. The second issue is that the tray has a finished surface that does not allow for suction bowls and plates.

Disappointing if you are planning to introduce those during meal times. Overall very difficult to clean and people always struggle with the buckle as it is a bit confusing.

We actually own the charcoal version, so I am not sure why I can’t leave a review on that specific one, but we LOVE the [brand:nuna] high chair. It is so sleek and understated in style. The tray is not huge, but it’s big enough for our daughter.

It doesn’t accommodate many silicone suction plates, like the EZPZ plates because it’s fairly small, but that is not a problem for us. It is adjustable, safe, well-made, and easy to clean. The straps get messy, but they look like new every time I wipe them off.

This is the second time we bought this chair. We’ve had the first one for almost five years now and it still looks like new – our first child unexpectedly didn’t want to free it up for her little sibling so we ended up buying a cheaper Joovy Foodo chair which couldn’t hold up to our very active, wiggly second child who made it rock dangerously through every meal time.

So we finally gave in and got a second nuna with absolutely no regrets. This chair is visually pleasing and solid as a rock. Unless your child throws up in this (don’t ask why I know this. ) it’s a breeze to clean.

And even if it’s a major mess, all parts come apart fairly easily and we’ve even hosed it down in the shower. Just a great chair well worth the money. And if you have guests and are short of a chair, this one makes a great adult chair too.

It is so compact and easy to use. No need to drag around a bulky booster/high chair combo. Wonderful for travel. Takes almost no space at all in a carry on bag. We used it every day of our trip at friends, family and restaurants.

It is now permanently in the diaper bag for use about town. As mentioned by another poster, the baby will be below table level so if you want them to feed themselves they may need a cushion to boost themselves higher.

Great for traveling. I keep it in my diaper bag for those unexpected trips! My little guy is 16m old and a little small for it right now but he will definitely grow into it. Had to hoist him up with a cushion so he was at the right level to eat at the table.

I think it’s great except for it should have some padding on the part where their head goes. My grandson moves his head a lot and beats his head on the chair.
