I have been wanting to try one of these herb garden kits for the longest time! I don’t know a ton about gardening, but this seemed like an easy entry into this hobby. The box is super cute, and really, so is every part of this kit.

It has everything you need. More importantly, it has very clear and detailed instructions, as well as access to a support line if you have questions. My herbs are growing well, and I am so proud of myself.

I think I am hooked now! This may be my go-to Christmas gift this year for my extended family. I would highly recommend this herb garden kit to anyone who wants to grow their own kitchen herbs easily! I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review.

I’m very excited to use the Garden Republic herb kit. It has everything you need to start growing herbs. There are detailed instructions as well. I don’t have an area with all day sun inside, so I’m going to supplement with my grow light.

The kit seems good quality, the fabric planters seem like they will hold up well and are lined on the bottom. There are 4 different seed packets enclosed. This would also make a great gift for anyone like enjoys gardening.

I am very excited with my purchase of this Garden Indoor Herb Garden Kit! I am glad to use these organic seeds for my “Herbs in the Burbs” art project. It is fun to deal with the included soil disks that are packed full of nutrients.

I like the burlap pots, they look artistic and add to the decor of my kitchen. I now have my own Herb Garden that I will enjoy observing every day, and will soon have fresh organic greens that I love very much and use for my wonderful meals.

I really didnt have high hopes for this but i planted each plant seed that was sent to me. most of them started popping up pretty quick. i would say the hardest one to get going is the lavender. But so far most of them are overall doing good so far.

i really liked the fact that they sent a paper showing you how to start it out and when to harden them, and what hardening meant. Overall this is a good place to order multiple seeds. (wouldnt let me upload photo but they are green and looking good).

This tea starter kit was a gift to my grand-daughter. She had sat 2 months in a hospital with her husband. She desperately needed a garden for therapeutic calming. She loves herbal tea. This kit came with every needed.

Since she got the garden and started propagating, it has much improved her well being. Soon she will pick the leaves and brew tea. For years to come she will enjoy your tea. Great product for many reasons.

I bought this one as well as the Mexican Salsa and Culinary Herb kits to get myself started. Just been tired of not having fresh herbs at home and paying extortionate prices at the store. These are such a good price I figured it was the right path to enter into the world of grow-your-own at my place.

The kits are extremely comprehensive, the instructions are easy, everything comes well packaged and separated so you can start as many/few as you like. I have had them going for a little over a week now and 90% of the seeds have germinated successfully.

I’m only waiting on about 5 individual starter pods out of 36 total. All of the current germinating plants look great, very healthy, and are well on their way to becoming healthy enough to move to their larger homes.

It really is such a great way to start at such a reasonable price as well. Costs about the same as about 3-4 bundles of herbs so why not try it yourself first. Can’t wait to start my next round of seedlings :-).

I purchased these seeds for my father’s Christmas present. He is an avid gardener and these were an exciting thing to look forward to for spring planting.

Now I wish to have my former self back to bend and work to settle these health little seeds into a suitable cradle to begin an exciting summer with fresh herbs.

Due to the COVID crisis, we are here at our home daily for the very first time–no travel for work or for play. Thankfully, we decided to plant a large vegetable & herb garden. Thanks to the Sustainable Seed Company, we ordered seed packets for both.

I didn t realize there are only 25 seeds of each variety which was not enough for my needs. I read the booklet. It takes a long time for the seed to germinated the coating they put on it. Not a single rosemary, sage, parsley or lavender germinated.

Only a fraction of the chives. The cilantro and thyme did well. I m not a newbie and grow in 2000 sqft with all self started seed. I paid a lot of money for a handful of seeds in a reinforced bag. I would not order again and do not recommend.

These seeds arrived promptly and under the grow lights, all of them sprouted within a week- some after just a couple days. The only thing that would improve this pack might be the inclusion of Rosemary.

I would definitely order from here again.

It is impossible to write a review on an item I am still waiting to receive I received information this order was shipped on 12/14/2021. According to UPS, they are still waiting to receive the item for shipment.

I am very disappointed as this was a Christmas gift.

Adorable kit and many of the little containers have sprouted. I wish there was a bit more instruction on growing and caring for the plant. I don’t have a green thumb so extra information on the care would have been beneficial.

My main question would be there is a little gauge at the top which you can open for air, do you keep it all the way open halfway open or not open at all? Additionally once they start to sprout how long do you keep them covered?.

Shipment arrived 26 October 2020\nHere it is about a week and half and this is what I have. not at all like the picture from the website. All but two of 12 pods sprouted bit I’m hopeful that they will, given more time!! Can’t wait to transfer them to a bigger pot and start using them in my cooking!! Fast service, great instructions and even got extra seeds which I will plant later.

Arrived end of April. Fantastic packaging, but only 5 of the 24 germinated. Transplanting the five from the container that they arrived in resulted in 2 dying as the root system is fragile and the plant was difficult to remove from the container.

I would not buy this grow kit again. I’d be more interested in purchasing more mature moringa plants.

Yes I used to be so bad with plants that when I shop for plants the plants are trembling and saying please don’t buy me. I’ve heard what you did to joe. Joe was a cactus of mine. Joe never needed any care whatsoever.

Didn’t even need water to flourish. We I killed joe with a plant stimulator that I built myself. Joe was Florishing until I put the plant stimulator in front of joe and you guessed it joe was dead In a week.

I killed so many plants in my life that the Italian mafia wanted to give me a job. The plants in retail stores are pleading with me to walk away and not purchase them. They say to me pleeeeease don’t by me cause I’ll be dead in a week but I didn’t listen I just buy another one only to confirm later that the plant was right.

Til I got the aero garden and now it really does make me a good gardener. I love the simplicity to growing great plants and now it’s a lot of fun and exciting also. Thank you aero garden.

When i first got my aero garden it came with different herb pods. I planted them and they grew so well. It eas gun watching them and i got a lot ofherbs. Then i hung them up to dry and put them on little jars which i have used in my baking and cooking.

Then i tried lettuce and oh my goodness. did i get lettuce. Unfortunately i. had an accident and was out of commission for several. weeks. i hada friend. who emptied the garden for me and turned it off.

I have just cleaned out the last batch and. started a. new one. I love. the lettuce because i can use it to make myself a salad and on sandwiches and dont have to buy bagged that gets rotten and ends.

The butter lettuce is my favorite for snipping off a few leaves to toss on a fresh sandwich, though honestly, all three are good. Greens for the store are only good 2-3 days, and at this point of the pandemic I only shop 1-2 times a month.

It’s been really nice having something fresh and green available every day, whenever I want it. All three lettuces grow super fast. It’s pretty rewarding to watch. At this point (month 3) I’m able to have a little side salad at least once a week as well as sandwich fixings.

The plants keep chugging along! Once the plants are big enough to start harvesting leaves I recommend going a little bit light on the nutrients (3/4 cap in a Harvest Elite). My first round I ended up with some “burn” around the edges from over-feeding them.

Your plants are happier and your nutrients last longer, so everyone wins! This collection is sweeter and crisper than the Heritage Salads mix. If you found the dark purple leaves of that collection too bitter or soft, give this one a try! I think for an actual dinner salad, the ideal mix would be mostly these three plus a little of the Deer Tongue and Red Sails from the other collection for a dash of extra flavor (and some basil, because if you have even one basil plant, you have a TON of basil.

I’ve been using Earthboxes successfully for many years with tomatoes and other vegetables. Recently switched my entire indoor cannabis grow to racked Earthboxes with living soil and could not be happier.

My plants have all the organic fertilizer, all the water, and all the probiotic micro organisms they need to achieve optimal production and quality of flowers without compromise to either. The low profile makes this system perfect for two level LED growers like me.

I add about 50% to my grow space in a small 5 x 6 layout by shelving half of it and these low profile pots make that possible without pushing my plants all the way to the hot ceiling. EM-1 or homegrown bacillus in the reservoir kick the system up another notch as well.

I still don’t have the restraint to keep myself from pulling the plastic mulch and doing a light worm tea + myco + bacillus or sprouted seed tea top drench once every two weeks or so although I doubt the system needs it.

Do not doubt the system. Living soil can work exceptionally well in it provided you keep it light with coco or coco peat mix and pumice or Perlite. Instructions say vermiculite is okay too, but in my experience it can lead to a muddier/muckier mix which can lead to greater issues with living soil mixes than one might see with a less rich medium.

I stick with med/large pumice add mostly coco to lighten plus a touch of peat for improved tilth. Quality in, quality out and Earthbox helps one stick to keep it simple ****** principles. I use neem and karanja meal in my soil mix along with diatomaceous earth spead generously around the opening in the mulch cover to help control gnats which are par for the course with living soil but rarely cause any harm if the system is otherwise in balance or I should say in its usual state of hyper vigorous growth.

This is such a great product. I like to use this in my raise bed garden on my vegetables and it works great. I can’t believe how quick I was seeing results. I was already seeing results within seven days.

It’s been a few weeks now and my garden is doing great and my plants are looking so healthy. This product is very easy to use. The directions are very clear and easy to follow. I really like that the container is very easy to hold and shake onto my garden.

This is such a great product and I will definitely be using this for now on. I highly recommend this product.

This year was my first spending the xtra money and using this miracle grow product as opposed to the original liquid or blue product. Once I filled my hose end feeder, I started watering my garden. Then shortly thereafter smelled an odor of sewage, I thought my neighbor had sewer problems, but the smell was originating from my feeder.

I have a greenhouse on my property and used a rototiller to get a great jump with early seedlings. I planned this expensive garden again this year and lost my large investment of time and money without the benefits of a harvest to enjoy.

This is only fertilizer product from Miracle Grow that states wash hands after use, the original doesn’t have that restriction. I returned all of the product. I didn’t harvest any of the vegetables as I was afraid to eat because of the potential human sewage used in the manufacture of this product.

I am a licensed master plumber, this didn’t smell like any fertilizer I’ve ever used.

So far so good. It’s early in the season yet in New England, but the seedlings are looking AMAZING. I’ve been cautious about fertilizing my 5 huge raised beds in past years because I get nervous that I’m going to burn the plants or mess with the ph too much, but this stuff seems like it’s doing a great job and keeping the plants growing hardy and strong with no ill effects.

I’m really looking forward to seeing what kind of yields we get this year compared to last year. I’m also planning to try it in some of the vegetables in my container garden. Bonus is that it’s clean and easy to use.

I started this mushroom kit around the 13th or 14 of July. After a week of nothing I started getting discouraged but eneded up spraying waaaay more than it recommends(the air is VERY dry in my home)and after a couple more days it finally started showing signs of growth! My 5 year old and myself watched and waited patiently and these things really started to grow fast! If your grow space is dry I highly reccomend getting a humidifier or covering it with some plastic like we did to keep in moisture cause these things love humidity and will dry out super fast if you’re not careful.

I also kept a small fan close by for my other plants so that probably contributed to dryness but also the size as well. We finally harvested the biggest one today and threw it in some eggs. My kid doesn’t like eggs or veggies much but he ate half of my plate! So yummy!! Definitely give these a try especially if you have young ones who will enjoy watching them grow fast!.

My kit was actually missing directions and the little spray bottle which was disappointint. I am on the 7th day and unable to stand the box upright yet because the water leaks everywhere. I don’t believe these are normal issues and am willing to overloom it because the kit is growing some amazing mushrooms.

The directions can be found on their website and have better video directions than any paper directions would be. It is soo much fun to watch them grow. They are dense and there is a lot of them growing.

I have never eaten an oyster mushroom but am looking forward to it in a couple more days or so. I highly recommend this kit to grow some mushrooms.

I wanted to love this. I grow mushrooms all the time, and this seemed like a fun, easy way to get my nephew into gardening a little. But it was a bust. I purchased a test kit to try out before gifting him one, and I’m glad I did.

There were full grown and dried mushrooms in the box outside of the substrate, not a great sign but not necessarily a problem, so I soaked it and cared for it according to the directions (which were simple and clear enough that I think kids could follow them,) and a few pinned but only a sparse scattering that didn’t mature.

Since in theory it’s a two crop box I opened the other side and tried again, with the same extremely disappointing results. Maybe the kit I got was really old, but I’d guess it’s more likely that these are produced in batches large enough that the occasional kit with poorly distributed spores makes it out into the world.

For that reason I’m giving two stars even though I got zero mushrooms out of it. Oysters are easy to grow typically, (I have 3 other varieties going currently) and impressive, so I can imagine the successful kits are a lot of fun.

It’s a great idea. It’s just a bummer to get a dud, so I’ll figure something else out for the kid but I wouldn’t steer anyone away from this product if they wanted to give it a try.

I recommend General Organics to anyone and everyone because not only is it organic it’s a very good fertilizer and they gives you great results I have huge plans and huge buds and wouldn’t use anything else.

The GO is fantastic. Great formula that you adjust throughout the season. Compatible with other feed because it doesnt load your soil with salts.

This was a gift for my grandchild. When it arrived I brought it over to their house. Unfortunately I did not look inside the kit but I wish I had. When the kids opened it up it was infested with tiny ants and ant eggs.

They had to toss everything but the seed packets. They weren’t expecting an ant farm but according to their dad that was exactly what it was. I was so embarrassed and upset when they told me the other day.

I will not be ordering from your company again.

I thought this was a good idea because I could not get out to the stores due to the stay at home orders. My biggest problem with the kit was the quality of the product, for the cost. The soil pellets: one was actually missing and three others did not expand correctly.

Trying to get the faulty pellets to. expand ended with several of the cells in the planting trays breaking, thus unusable. The trays are extremely thin and flimsy. I am sorry that I made this purchase.

The only thing ok was the shipping box, which turned out to be a very expensive box. I planted a few things in the cells that were not broken, or lacking a functioning soil pellets. If anything grows, I will really be shocked.

One star is too much for what I received.

If you plan or already have an herb garden, any serious cook will confirm that Greek oregano is the only one to grow. Flavor is the best, neat growing habit and adaptable to in-ground gardens as well as in pots.

Started indoors, they germinated within 4 days. Love Everwilde seeds, resealable package, info on package, competitive pricing.

I wonder if I am missing part of it. As in, perhaps it is a two part system, and I only got one part. The instructions do not make a ton of sense. That being said. It is absolutely fine for what I used it for.

The “dirt” part is almost like a really dense cake texture. I used it two different ways to test it out properly and give it a fair chance. However, I did not use it with a cutting which I actually think would work best.

The hole in the “dirt” part is super small. It says to put more then one seed in it, but I really struggled with that. I put in two cat grass seeds and they seem to be growing as fine as they can be when my cat keeps eating them.

I do think they grew a little faster then usual, but it is hard to be sure and the cat keeps getting in the way of me measuring the grasses growth. The other thing I used was a sprouted garlic clove.

I tested this against sprouted garlic cloves in dirt. The clove in the miracle grow “dirt” sprouted roots way more quickly and is growing much better. However, it was impossible to get the whole clove in that tiny hole.

I ended up ripping the “dirt” to get it in, and it kept working it’s way back out of the “dirt” which did not happen with actual dirt. I can see myself getting this again if I had some thin stemmed cuttings, but I do not think I would bother with seeds.

I live in a state where one day it is sunny and 80 degrees the next it’s snowing on the ground. I decided to grab this miracle grow kit so I can start growing vegetables in my house and transfer them into the ground once the weather stays consistently warm.

Miracle grow has been amazing my plants have actually grown quite a lot within a few weeks and they’re doing really well to the point I already have transferred them into the garden. This kit is amazing helps you get everything started ahead of time everything set up you can see how everything‘s doing and monitor it from inside the house keeping the weather from ruining your plants vegetables or whatever you decide to plant.

This is a really great product that works amazingly. If you haven’t tried this kit you should. You will be really happy with the out come. I will be buying this kit again it really made things so much easier for me.

Received these and took awhile for me to use them as it was not planting time. Was finally able to use them and it makes starting your plants so easy. As long as you keep it moist, your seedlings will have a great start.

And I am not a green thumb. I used it to start a canna plant and was amazed to see the start of a plant. Now I just hope to keep it alive. It is much neater to use these than the potting soil. Would recommend if you want to use an easy, clean method to start your seeds.

Love the taste. I put it in everything from smoothie to steak & my doggies like some sprinkled in their food. Very happy that container is filled up to the brim with powder unlike other products that are only half-way full.

Bought this fine ground black seed after reading all of the benefits to the body. It adds a wonderful burst of flavor to vegetable dishes and meats – an extra boost you usually find in the more high end restaurant dishes.

Tomato based foods get a magical boost from the black seed that plain pepper just can’t quite give. We love this Product.

Had no problem germinating these seeds. Started them indoors under a grow light. Will be moving them outside in a few weeks. Oregano seeds are tiny. If sowing outside I would just scatter.

Very happy with the germination rate. After three days, all the seeds germinated. Hopefully everything goes well till harvest time.

Talk about convenient! Small enough to fit on the window sill, which is great as its basically out of sight. There is a small sound when it cycles the lights and water on and off. Only need to water it once a month and then just each month after that.

Basil pods grow delicious, fresh, leaves that sprouted in about 3-5 days and after about 2 weeks were producing edible leaves. We did purchase the strawberry pods as a bonus but we haven’t used them yet.

If they are anything like the basil pods i can see this being a life long investment.

My 20-something daughter loves to garden. This garden was perfect for winter until she can get back outside in her garden. We didn’t really need to read the directions to put it together. It has extra arms to raise the light bar higher when the plants grow.

You have to buy the seed pods that come with it. We were hoping we could use our own seeds. This garden is great for small spaces and is very easy to use! #sweepstakes.

I now have bought 5 of these Click and Grow systems. I have two at my office, one at my home, my husband has one at his office and we just set up one for my mother. It is extremely satisfying to eat tomatos that you have grown in your living room.

It seems almost crazy that you can cook with basil that you grew on your kitchen counter in the middle of winter. My plan is to give everyone one of these as a family gift for Christmas. I think the kids will love them.

The Herb kit was recently purchased as a Christmas gift for a family member who loves plants. I sent, as an email, the growing instructions that I had seen on the website. So far the family member is very pleased with the gift.

My wonderful Aunt gave me this kit as a present this Winter. She didn’t realize it came with no instructions and had no idea, despite being an accomplished gardener, how to direct me to use the soil disks or if I should grow the seeds into seedlings elsewhere and transplant them.

When I looked online there were no examples of folks sowing seeds directly into a multi-pocketed “strawberry” planter like this so I have no alternative guidance. This just isn’t what my aunt wanted for me.

I just planted them last week and they have started to sprout. I will add to this review once the flowers bloom and I have pictures. I have been ordering seeds from True-Leaf for a few years now. I have never been disappointed with any order.

These seeds like so many others I have ordered have an incredibly high germination rate. Plants are always healthy and lots of fruit and flowers. In all the years I have been gardening, no one’s seeds sprout faster, grow quicker, and super healthy.

Last year I compared (tried) seeds from several other seed sellers, and the results were phenomenal. True leaf seeds sprouted 7 to 14 days earlier, and 90 to 100 % germination. The other brands? Less than 50% germination, slow-growing small, sickly plants, and poor fruit/flowering.

Let me start by saying I purchased 3 different herbs from this company. The other 2 did ok. But I had horrible luck getting these oregano seeds to germ. My first round, very few worked out. So now I’ve dumped a ton more into the same pots and still very little growth.

So far it’s been 2 months, I’m not happy, I don’t have any oregano and I’m out $10.

We are at 8500′ in Southern CO. We planted this oregano seed in our 9’x84′ hoophouse in early May. The seeds took a while to sprout (I think it was too cold) but they came up and we’ve had plentiful oregano all summer.

Our first package wasn’t sealed along the bottom 100%, I dropped a lot of seed out of it before I noticed, a lot of that seed came up next to the planters and has been growing without much help from me.

I recommend this variety for cold nights, fine loam soil with intense sunlight.
