20 Best Herbs For The Heart (2023 Updated)

I recently stopped drinking caffeine and looking into other types of beverages that have great health benefits. This is the second dandelion tea I’ve tried and while the other was also great, I really like this one best- I might be a little biased since I really love vanilla.

Opening it is a little difficult, but once it’s opened, there’s a stack of little round bags of tea instead of them being individually wrapped, which I thought was cool. I don’t personally like the string and this is perfect for my to-go Starbucks cups I enjoy drinking out of since I’m always on the go.

Once steeped, you can smell hints of vanilla and the tea smells so fresh. The taste is very enjoyable and would also be great with a little cream and sugar. It’s not so difficult not drinking coffee with a delicious alternative such as this.

I really like this tea. I add this tea bag to my evening cup of chamomile and it gives the cup a hint of vanilla. I feel like their teas are very smooth and not bitter. I am a fairly new tea drinker as I have generally preferred coffee but in the evening this is a nice cup to end the day with.

I won’t drink any other tea. This is the best earthy flavor. Not sweet not savory, but a blend of the two. It’s amazing and makes me happy. The tea is smooths and I buy it in bulk so I never run out.

I had been wanting to get on Lion’s mane for awhile, but kept forgetting/putting it off. (If you know you know how it is with ADHD). I struggle to remember to take things daily sometimes, especially multiple times a day but because these capsules are concentrated and only require 1 a day I think that could really help folks with ADHD/people with memory problems.

For years my family has used Traditional Medicinals raspberry leaf tea and been satisfied with the effect, so I decided to try RoT’s version. Have it on hand for Day 1 and serve warm, not cold. Raspberry leaf is a general female system support herb, so I’m adding Perimenopause to the indications for my home use now and buying this for an older friend as well.

If this formula works for you and your relatives, I recommend keeping it in your arsenal at all times to reduce the days of work/school missed, and to alleviate suffering as a whole. It’s a blessing if your 8-hour timeout gets shortened to 45 minutes only.

This was hard for me to rate. The tea is certainly potent and of high quality, but it doesn’t taste or smell right to me. When I opened the can, I thought, “weird, this smells like it’s got cumin in it.

” The smell is warm instead of cool and refreshing. I tried a cup and the taste was also unexpected. I was hoping it would be potent and very peppermint-ey, but the cumin taste was also on the palate.

I waited a day or so and tried again. Same thing. I smelled my other Republic peppermint teas side by side with this one. Definitely different. I’ve loved peppermint all my life. I grow it, drink it, and use it in cooking, so I’m pretty sure I’m not crazy.

This is simply different. So while the taste is not off-putting to me, and may taste great to others, it is not what I was hoping for.

This tea is fine, I drink it a few times a day and it seems to help with some allergies. The natural taste of grassy nettle is overpowered by the vanilla, which I don’t love, but I guess I just keep drinking it bc it’s good enough.

It seems like ROT really likes to gussy up the herbal teas. I suppose they probably have the research to back it up, but I definitely prefer them without fruit, vanilla, or stevia added. Same thing with the dandelion tea with the added vanilla.

It’s just a little too extra. Would also love to see this sold in a refill packet instead of having to get a new tin every time. Seems really wasteful.

I drank 1 cup after being backed up for about a week and a half. I expect that it would take 6 to 12 hours but I went to the bathroom 3 hours after I drank it. It was so easy and completely pain free.

While I have tried almost every TM tea there is, for some reason I hadnt tried this previously and I really like it. Hawthorne and Hibiscus are both good for the heart and overall well being and this has a lovely flavor.

This tea is very tasty. Some berry teas need two tea bags used in 10 oz. to get full flavor. This tea is full of flavor using one tea bag, even in a 16 oz. cup! It has become an instant favorite for me and after drinking it every day for a week, it has helped bring down my high blood pressure, which both hawthorn and hibiscus are known to do.

No wonder this tea is also known as “Heart Tea”. Love it.

I have felt much better since I’ve been taking hawthorn with hibiscus tea,nothing beats hawthorn for strengthening the heart muscle, hibiscus is also very good for the heart,helps support it. I bought this based on reading about the excellent properties of dandelion, and the taste is very pleasant indeed. I would have given this 5 stars, however, the tea bag sachets are made of paper but with a soft plastic inner coating.

My borough does not support recycling this type of plastic and it is impossible to separate the paper and plastic. Please rethink this type of sachet manufacture, I will otherwise be most reluctant to purchase any more teas from Heath and Heather and they have such a long and interesting history too, so it would be a shame.

This is the first time I have had dandelion and burdock as a tea. I used to love the fizzy version as a child. Please note that it doesn’t taste anything like the childhood drink we all remember. The taste is quite subtle.

It’s really refreshing! I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely but these again. This is the first time I’ve seen this as a herbal tea.

Heath and Heather are the best quality tea that you stock and the Dandilion and Burdock has to be my favourite flavour. It has the most pleasant creamy taste, I know that sounds wierd, but I’m obsessed with it.
