I was looking/ researching for the best natural medicine for my husband who has panic attacks, anxiety and nerves. Doctors always give him medicine that knocks him down and I found this to be the best pick due to the ingredients.

Seems to have started working but one that it is being administered to is mean as a snake and if it calms him down I might buy a case. After using entire contents I can honestly say that it did not work.

I was told it may help with my busy brain. I always feel like my brain has too many tabs open and I can’t focus. This was recommended to me and I received some samples. All it seemed to do for me was make me sleepy.

It didn’t help with hyperactivity, focus, or impulse control. I know it isn’t a cure but thought it would at least take the edge off a bit. The only thing I noticed was that I was yawning.

IšverstiShow in original languageI love this blend. It’s a great combo of two things I try to take regularly and a nice dose for being one tablet. Usually most Ashwagandha supplements I’ve taken are usually two capsules, so having one tablet that gives me 600mg is super convenient.

I usually always take the KSM-66 Ashwagandha from different brands, so I feel I should have a good baseline of it in my system. It is something you have to take pretty regularly to find the most benefits.

Saffron isn’t something I end up having as regularly, so the pair together is appreciated. And I consider it a decent value, since the cost is similar to some of the different Ashwagandha varieties, but with the added Saffron.

I opt for ksm-66 ashwaganda and these just didn’t maintain healthy cortisol levels for me. They say take once I day but for me, I need 2 a day. These are very hard and I’m unsure of how easily they digest.

I like the gummies better because I feel like they hit my body very quickly. I’m sure these work better for someone with less anxiety. I do have a lot of anxiety and bpd symptoms so these weren’t quite enough to help with the symptoms I still have.

This is a great product though. I will always recommend ashwaganda to those with stress! These are great for those not wanting gummies or wanting a different brand. #ashwaganda #solgar #vitamins.

I know everyone’s body will respond differently to herbs like these, but this product gives me a feeling of calmness and almost euphoria. It has improved my emotional state considerably. Solgar never disappoints me! I’ve already recommended this to several costumers and coworkers.

I’m amazed at the effectiveness. I have an anxiety disorder, and this works as well as medications I’ve used. Doesn’t cause drowsiness and helps me have some get up and go. I paid 2x this at my chiropractor’s office! I may be able to wean off my prescription for anxiety with this! Just makes you feel “normal” and good without any kind of high or low feeling.

I take prescription pills for anxiety so obviously this isnt the best product for me. It does calm you down a little bit, and if youre someone that doesnt suffer from anxiety but is nervous for a presentation or something im sure this would have a bigger affect on you than it did on me.

I tried this out to help with my anxiety. First off this tastes gross or at least to me it does. Very turned off by it. I tried to use this a few times before I reviewed to make sure how I felt about it but sadly to me this doesn’t work.
