I luv this product. It works amzingly well and getting rid of my horrible sinus headache and congestion. It took a total of six tabs the first day, after nothing else I took for days had worked (zertec, claritin).

The pain was so bad *the headache lasted for 48 full hours!*, that I actually took both claritin and zyrtec at the same time, just to try to get relief. Nothing helped for this particular allergy sinus headache until I tried these Sinus Calm tabs.

I took 4 the next day, and just 2 on the third day. For the first time in months, I was able to have relief for a full week without needing any more doses. Lately, I have been taking them maybe once or twice a week.

YMMV, as everyone is different, but if you suffer from allergies/sinus issues, I def rec you try these! If I could figure out what is triggering my sinis issues, that would be great. In the meanwhile, I make sure to keep Sinus Calm with me wherever I go.

I have sinusitis and was hoping this would help. Unfortunately, I also have blood vessels on the surface in my nose. This works but almost too well. I have been getting nose bleeds almost every day while using this.

s a great job with sinus headaches and a lousy job with the sinus congestion! On normal pollen days it does not dry up your nose you have the sniffles, and when the pollen gets bad you have a great deal of chest congestion then I have to use it with a supplement like Sudafed.

When this happens it makes the products cost which I feel is already way overpriced go out of sight by adding on things like Sudafed are Robitussin.

I as an adult find that this works better then the adult sinus. My system is like a Childs system so this really works. If I am really stuffed up with sinus this will work in 5 minutes. It’s Great.

I had high hopes for this product but after I received it and found that the formula Contains milk/dairy I was extremely disappointed. First off no where on the website ingredient list does it say it contains any milk and or dairy.

This formula is called “Three Spices Sinus Complex” and why would they have to include “Milk/Dairy” in such a complex? First of all dairy and milk products are not what you want to be taking for any kind of sinus or lung problems because of the mucus factor from it.

The product idea is 3 spices Ginger root, Long Pepper fruit, Black Pepper fruit and dehydrated Honey. Why do they have to add Milk/Dairy too this formula? It is not needed. If I had known there was dairy/milk in this product before I ordered it I would never have done so.

This product caused me to have a runny nose and non stop sneezing. Please remove the Dairy/milk from this product. I am very disappointed.

This product is not gluten free. I looked at all the information on the site and there was no mention of gluten. It is clearly and boldly written on the label. Having Celiac,, this is something I cannot take.

Decided to try this product based off of reviews and the simple fact I’ve already tried every other available med thus far without any relief. I’ve taken claritin, zyrtec, fexofenadine, flonase, benadryl, netti-pot plus a few prescriptions from Dr, all touched on the surface very short lived or put me to sleep.

I have lived with a post nasal drip constant with no relief for the past two years. On hot days I felt like I was suffocating, only thing that helped was sitting in front of super cold A. C. blowing directly on my face.

So far, I am impressed with this product. It seems to work like a vitamin, as I take it about 2-3 times a day and it does its job. The first time I took it was during a bad seasonal allergy reaction.

Therefore I need to try something different this spring. I decided upon this supplement in combination with kyo-dophilus probiotics as well as a minimum of morning and evening nasal cleansing with xclear plus more as needed along with allergy eye drops in the morning.

I also switched to a whole30/ paleo diet several years ago which has helped as well but alone did not clear my seasonal allergies. I started the combination which included this product in late February / early March and it is now June and I made it thru theworst of my allergy season without any allergy issues.

Have never used this for colds unless there is sinus pressure and drainage, as well. Works very well for sinus. I prefer pellets over the chalky tablets just for the feel in my mouth.

For my sinus/allergy issues nothing beats Hyland’s Sinus tabs! Living in Arizona with its dry climate and unusual plants/landscape made my sinuses act up. I wanted to try a homeopathic medicine instead of another prescription (that might not work).

They work great for me without all of the side effects other remedies may produce. I carry them in my purse too whenever I leave the house in case I feel an allergy “attack” coming on. They’re very easy to take, you just take 2-3 and let them dissolve under your tongue–very easy!! As long as I’m living in Arizona I will definitely keep them on hand!.

The original Hylands Sinus works great for my almost nightly congestion. I couldnt even tell I had taken this more expensive product. It didnt help much at all.
