No more cutting new holes in my belt. This belt has notches all the way around. So it fits even as my weight changes. I like the black distressed look. It reminds me of the belts that were popular in the 90s but without the rivets.

The belt is well made, nice and thick with a metal double closer as the belt has two holes all the way around not just one. I like it. It’s both casual and just dressy enough for me.

This is a great belt with very good durable construction and has a great look! I owned another belt by Levi’s previous to this one and had it for 20 plus years without ever having an issue with it loved it! I had a Levi’s belt previously and it was getting little worn out. This replaced my old one perfectly. The old one lasted for nearly 4 years and hope this one will too. Great leather quality and built quality on the loops, metallic black hinges.

This thing is perfect. I work in a concrete precast plant. The option to take off the reel when I want is a dream that I never thought would come true. There is a little play on where it sits too, which is a plus for me because if I’m not using it, it doesn’t have to stay on the front side of my body, and can be pushed back and out of the way.

I got this to replace a similar belt that had totally worn out to the point that I could no longer fix it with stitches and Gorilla Tape. The leather tool-pouch I’ve used for years also needed work, but I was reluctant to get rid of it, so I got this belt to keep it going for a few more years.

This belt was advertised to have the same dimensions as the old one and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it does. I wasn’t sure if I would like tie double-prong buckle, but it does buckle easily so I’m well satisfied with the belt overall.

This belt is very well made and sturdy. Worth its price. Unfortunately it’s not what my husband decided he needed for his job. Its stout, heavy build Will be great for a serious carpenter or someone suspending tools off if the belt.

The belt was also too short, so either we misjudged my husband’s waist or the belt is literally 46” long with no excess to comfortably accommodate a bigger person.

This belt is soft, yet strong. Beautiful leather and antique brass buckle. (And I can’t believe I found it at such a great price!!) Havent used it as a work belt, but nothing gives me the impression it wouldn’t last years.

This is my 2nd one , strong , clips securely , unclips easily fits all of my pouches ,it does what it is supposed to do . Great item . The other holds my drill holster .

This is a great multi-purpose belt such as for a tool or gun belt but also could be re-purposed without modifications for such things as securing a rolled up sleeping bag or strapping down a cooler lid, etc.

I can think of dozens of uses and am going to get several more. One of them is going to get cut down to secure my trolling motor from bouncing when underway.

Belt is not big enough to carry a average size tool belt without noticeable sagging

Its a good belt and does the job but I cant believe there isnt a band to hold the excess end of the belt. I had to cut it back and still have fold and tuck the end which would be easily avoidable with a simple band or strap.

It’s a great belt, however, it’s a little large for me, and has a lot of excess length that hangs from it. The buckle is tough and rugged, should last much longer than a cheap plastic one!

This belt is a higher quality than other belts at this price range. Interesting buckle and it feels top notch not cheap. The nylon belt is thick enough to hold a holstered firearm and equipment without folding.

I wear this belt for officiating and for my regular job as well. This is such a tough and durable belt. Over the years, I have purchased belts from big box stores and they all stretch and get misshapen.

This belt holds its shape and lasts for a long time. A great value.

This is a well made belt, quality workmanship. The two things that I would change would be a stiffer leather-better suited to use as a gun belt-and a lighter shade of brown for the color; it almost appears black from a distance.

That being said, it is a quality belt.

Work Belts run small. Even when you use Brunt suggestion on ordering a belt. To ensure the perfect fit, add two to your pant size; that way, the belt will fit comfortably in the third hole. Which didn’t work for me I wear a 32 so I ordered a 34 and can only use the first hole on the belt.

This is a super well built belt. The leather is strong, but soft. The clasp is awesome and the roller ensures nothing gets hung when you are pulling it tight. Definitely follow the sizing guide for the perfect fit belt and no extra dangly.

I purchased this belt because I love my forever belt from Duluth. From the looks of it online I thought it would be as thick and sturdy as that one. I am not overjoyed with what I received. It is a well constructed good looking belt but for the price it is in my estimation not what I expected.

I’m sure this belt will crease and roll in the middle like most belts I’ve purchased from Duluth. I will just have to buy their forever belt again, but for $75 bucks each that’s a lot of money just for a belt!.

When I was a teenager I had a good leather belt that lasted a decade or more. Since then I have bought several belts at department stores and quite frankly they have all been junk. A good belt has been hard to find and when I do find one the price can be a bit (or a lot) more than I want to pay.

I have kept trying cheap belts rather than biting the bullet and shelling out for a super high quality belt. This belt was a bit more expensive than most of the department store junk but still inexpensive.

The description and reviews made me think it might actually be 100% good quality leather so I decided to take a chance on it. As soon as I opened the package I could tell this belt was much better than any I have purchased in the Bad Belt Era.

It smelled great. It looks like it is actually three layers but not like the other belts where there is some cheap foam with two thin pieces of fake leather glued to either side. This is two pieces of substantial real leather with another layer between them.

Not sure if that layer is leather or not. If not, the belt is still at least 70% very good leather. It is all stitched together with three rows of stitches on the side of the belt closest to your face and another three on the side closest to your feet.

So essentially there are six rows of stitches holding it together. As far as the look of it goes, it is pretty nondescript. It is very plain. Not fancy. Not ugly. Not good looking. It is just a belt to hold your pants up and go unnoticed.

It would be better suited for casual, play, or outdoor work clothes but I don’t think it would be horribly out of place wearing it with dressier clothes. All in all, I am sure there must be better belts out there, but I feel pretty confident that this is a quality product that has the potential to last at least a decade like the one I had long ago.

Factor in the low price and I think this was a really, really good buy.

Medium is my normal size. I swapped it for a large after I received it. With my bags on it. I was on the largest hole. With extra winter clothing I sized up. Seems like great quality! Has not stretched out like some leather “pants” belts do.

I often hook my drill or impact to the back of my belt. I was concerned with width of belt but they hook perfectly. Very comfortable belt! I highly recommend!.

I wear a solid 32 in jeans and went with the 34 belt and it fits in the third hole just like a perfectly fitting belt should. But the color is the real winner here. It’s a “black” belt, but it’s not a true black, which is exactly what I spent weeks scouring the internet for.

I normally wear 38 pants and have bought many belts from American eagle, but this on is too small for some reason. The size is correct and my old one fits fine. I live in rural area and we don’t shave an American eagle store.

I asked about returning to get another one to fit me and they made me aware it would take several weeks for me to make my return finalized. Just frustrating when u eagerly wait for a new belt and it doesn’t fit.

Sturdy – solid – my use case is attaching an older klein electricians/telco leather tool bag. I took a photo of the packaging but I’m a 33/34 and the Medium sized belt fit me fine with a few holes to spare.

The quality and thickness of the belt is great. It carries my loaded 5125 canvas tool pouch very well. no sagging or twisting like my old nylon belt. I’m a size 36″ and it fit in the middle holes, perfect fit.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received this product. It is much better made and higher quality than similar products I have bought at other stores. The stitching on the belt is sturdier, the loop is securely in place and all-around it looks like something that’s well made that should last a long time.

This belt is a bit wider and the leather heavier than what you will find in department stores. I’ve worn it now for 2 weeks and it has not stretched or changed at all. This is a good economical choice for a EDC compact firearm as well as just a good stout belt.

I ordered this belt for work, but once I received it I decided to use it instead as my dress belt. It’s made of excellent quality, thick but supple leather. it arrived quickly and was packaged well. This high quality leather belt will last forever and the thick leather will age beautifully.

Thought this would be a good basic belt for my husband. It looked very similar to the women’s Justin belt that I have had for many years and love! This is not a good belt. The leather is soft, but is actually stretchy! Does not seem like it would hold your pants up under work stress, let alone your pliers! Might be fine for dressy occasions, or if you’re not wearing it for long periods of time.

My husband was not at all impressed, so we returned it.

I work in heavy construction where jumping up, down off heavy equipment and stooping over, climbing in/out of trenches is par for the course. The belt did not hold my pants up!! The belt itself is very attractive but is too thin and flimsy.

Not at all what I was expecting for a work belt. Even with the belt cinched tight my jeans kept slipping down constantly and it’s not like my jeans are too big waist size they fit quite well. I wore the belt about 3 days and it drove me crazy having to constantly keep pulling my jeans up.

My old belt was a black, stiff, thick leather belt used by law enforcement and my jeans would barely move off my waist but since I gained weight that no longer fits very well. It’s a very attractive belt, my buckle fit great on it but it just doesn’t hold up to hard rigors of constant movement.

I had to refer back to my old belt and no slippage. If there is a brown belt that is stiff, thick with minimal design I’d be interested in purchasing that.

I agonized for weeks about the decision between these and the ultimates. For me, I preferred having a little more of an open pouch design on my dominant side. The professionals did just that. They have the perfect blend of organization and bigger bulk storage on your tool side.

This space is great for those times when you have an odd sized tool like a stud finder or protractor. You can even toss some wire connectors down there for doing makeup. Fair play that it gets a little snug when wearing gloves though.

The tool loops inside the main pouch do a great job of holding a variety of tools, so if you prefer to hold your screw and nutdrivers in there, or if you prefer to hold your pliers there by the handles then you can do that as well.

The outer pockets hold strippers, lineman’s pliers, diagonal cutters, and needle nose pliers equally well. The outer slots are a perfect fit for most single function screwdrivers, but are a little snug for insulated or multi bit drivers.

I love the dedicated inner pockets for the utility knife and pencil (or permanent marker), but they’re versatile enough to be used by other similar sized items. I find that my work style suits having a utility knife and pencil with me at all times, and the placement of these items is right where I want them.

The large inner pocket is perfect for lineman’s pliers or multi function pliers and the big pocket it lives in has enough space to provide a quick landing pad for odds and ends. The seven tool pouch is a great balance between tool storage and material storage.

The inner pockets on the main pouch are exactly where I prefer to hold my torpedo level and folding ruler. They’re a great size for tongue and groove pliers if you run a lot of conduit and like to have a set on either side.

The pockets are roomy and easy to access. The outer pockets have some folded material that can conceal smaller wire connectors and screws from time to time, especially with gloves, but otherwise still very functional.

The tool slots on the outside hold cable jacket strippers and other shorter tools as well. The tape clip is in a great spot and the belt is very comfortable. I opted for the the leather tipped, medium, and I’m using the last hole.

I’m a 32″ waist for size comparison. The hammer holder is strong and light. I moved it to the left of center position, which opened up a spot on my right side to hang an impact driver from. The belts supports it without issue and balances nicely.

If you’re like me, and your work style is more about carrying only a few tools at a time, but with a wider variety, and you find that you prefer a little bit of bulk storage space on both sides then the professionals are a great choice.

The fact that they don’t hold as many tools is actually a good thing as it prevents you from carrying your whole tool box or tote on your hips. I have occidentals, CLCs, and a shelf of mixed styles of huskies, and these by far are my favorite.

The handles on the belt are a feature I have been missing in my other sets and the belt itself is wide, comfortable, and offers some good support for your lower back. It’s nice and wide and distributes the weight very nicely.

My son in laws very slender brother was visiting and asked my recommendation on a tool belt which would give his back and pants waist band relief. I called my electrician and asked him, he said to call CED in Nampa, Idaho.

They recommended the Boulder tool belt in a small, which they did not have in stock. I got onto Boulder’s website and ordered the Boulder Bag Ultimate Electrician MAX Comfort Combo Tool Belt and sent it to the young mans house as a surprise.

I love the bags. The color is perfect and I’m able to carry my tools and all the screws, wire nuts and straps I need all at once. My only issue is I cannot use the padding with the belt that was sent because it isn’t long enough.

Without the padding the belt works great. I guess I will just have to find a longer belt so I can use the padding.

PROS: As a bridge and freeway concrete laborer, I prefer the material of the belt instead of the leather, only because in doing concrete, your bags get wet frequently. I am also a woman and chose this brand because of being able to customize for the task, and the belt is no different.

I have always had to cut my belts and drill new holes to get it small enough, but this one you cut and melt the end, AND they give you a nice metal clip to finish it off. Looks nice. CONS: These might sound petty.

The clip is plastic. Although really tough plastic. I actually think it will work for many years to come. Wish they made it in just black. I wear enough yellow with my work vests and shirts.

Got this belt when my old padded belt started shredding. I was worried about the plastic clip, but after weeks of using this daily for work I’m not. The clip is highest quality plastic I’ve seen and very thick.

The padding on the belt is also thick and comfortable. This works perfectly with the toughbuilt clip pouches, which have become my favourite pouches. The belt is comfortable enough that it stays on the whole day.

If I’m talking a break, I simply unclip the pouches and rest. Slowly, the other workers are starting to switch to this system after seeing the flexibility and convenience.

This tool belt is very comfortable to wear and nicely supports your back. Would rate it 5 stars were it not for fact that hard plastic belt clasp is too stiff. This makes it not very easy to unbuckle the belt.

You have to work at it a bit. After having used ToughBuilt gear for a bit now, I have distinct impression that the manufacturers have concentrsted on the product being really tough built. They have succeeded very well with this, but this success comes at expense of ergonomic factors such as skinning fingers on tough plastic bits and grazing hands on tough and very stiff pouches.

I really like this belt, leather is thick and high quality, I’ve had mine for over 7 years, it’s still going strong and just bout another colour. The leather really flares out where it folds into the buckle at the beginning, thick leather takes a while to break in.

The roller part of the buckle adds onto this as it adds thickness, I pried mine off. The only issue I had with mine was that the prong, the part that goes through the hole is sharp on the end and has damaged the back of the leather near the hole when I’m sliding it through.

Leather is so thick it’ll be years before it actually causes an issue but still, on a 100$ belt you’d think they’d be more careful. Colour is as advertised and the brown build nice patina going lighter in wear and fold areas.

The leather stretches so from day one I wore it a bit tight and it’s fallen into place perfectly. Perfect for workwear and leisure.

The Filson bridle belt is a stylish, sturdy leather belt that comes in 1. 5 and 1. 25 inch variants. I bought the 1. 25 inch belt in brown leather. Bridle leather is a cow leather that is tanned to be used for straps that encircle a horse’s muzzle and allow a rider to control the horse.

The leather must be strong but supple enough to be comfortable on the horse’s tender face. The leather on the Filson belt is “corrected” meaning the grain and flesh sides are both quite smooth, showing little grain or nap.

The tanning process has “stuffed” the leather with oils and waxes. One end of the belt is folded over and riveted to accommodate the buckle, there is no stitching on the belt. My buckle is polished stainless steel; brass buckles are also available on the brown belt, black buckles are an option on the black coloured belt.

The belt has one keeper loop. Some have described these belts as being on the small side. I usually wear pants with a 32-33 inch waist and I found the 34 inch Filaon fit well; I’m wearing mine on the fourth of seven holes.

Overall, I am very pleased with the quality and workmanship of the belt, so much so that I have ordered the same belt in black. I recommend this belt for someone looking for a simple, hi-quality belt.

I spent quit a bit of time looking around for a belt with the right color, thickness, and with a quality brass buckle. This belt met all of those. Although it is on the steep side price wise, it is made in the USA.

There are other companies that are much smaller that offer similar handmade leather belts, but the color of this particular one was what sold me. The price generally ranges close to this one plus or minus twenty bucks.

I got the tan leather color. The thickness of the belt is great for attaching a knife, flashlight, but might sag a little if you were to try and carry any larger caliber pistol- obviously you can just use a holster srap in that case.

Overall I picked this one because of the tan leather color and brass- it’s a belt though- it does what it is supposed to. The size is the tricky part with belts- for reference I wear a 30 in most denim and ordered a 32 size.

I use the 5th hole from tip of belt leaving 4 inches extra past my loop.

A lot of my old belts are starting to crack. It’s time to replace them, but I don’t want a layered belt that is sewn together, because they don’t hold up. These belts are one piece, and made like harness leather.

Some of those reversible belts have a trick buccle that needs to be pulled out, then you can go from black, to brown. Two tiny screws hold it all together, and causes a separation, so it’s time to chuck it.

Good belt, but even though described as “oil-tanned”, was pictured as being a glossy-finished belt, which was what I was looking for – they’re hard to find in tan. Unfortunately, the belt has an oil finish.

Except for being disappointed at the finish, I’m happy with the belt – it makes a good holster belt and the size is right on.

Sturdy. Even a little thicker than I expected. Useable as gun belt if necessary. Even used twice to replace a broken cinch strap.
