20 Best Heavy Duty Air Mattress (2023 Updated)

This air mattress is so comfortable! I was surprised. We used it for about two weeks after moving across the country and waiting for our stuff to arrive. Only needed to reinflate about three times. Also really easy to inflate/deflate.

Very impressed with this air mattress. Way better than the cheaper versions I’ve used in the past.

My Roomate 3wks ago. Went to do Mechanic work on a 🚗 for a store owner & we got 1🆓 queen size brand new in box. I 💘 it But a small hole open on top around 1of the sewed circles on mattress. Very dangerous.

It discinflated while asleep. U wake on top of metal spokes and flat plastic mattress. Thank God we didn’t pay any 💵 now stored in 🚪till we can try to patch up. It ws good while it lasted. 😂 yeah but awakening to the legs metal spokes is not safe.

I absolutely love this bed. I own a proadapt tempurpedic extra firm quenn bed that has been slept in mayb 14 nites. Im a disabled senior and on a fixed income and could not afford to replace my bed. Ive been sleepin on my sofa for 3 years with tremendous pain daily.

I jus bought a quenn e z bed and im thrilled to say that for the last two nights i have slept well and woke up PAIN FREE. Tell anyone and everyone about this product its exactly what it says it is. I look forward to keep this review updated should i need to.

We moved last year and before we had the moving company deliver our household goods, we had them store our stuff for 2 months while we replaced the floors, painted the walls, and other odds and ends.

Since we needed a bed, we purchased an air mattress. The Coleman Guestrest Double-High Queen bed lasted us the whole time! However, we had also picked up two twin beds in another brand for our kids that we ended up having to replace halfway through.

We should have purchased Coleman! The internal pump was a great feature. I’ve always had air mattresses that you had an external pump that was always somewhere in the linen closet LOL. Built in pumps are the way to go! Also, after using the double-high, it would be hard to use a regular air mattress that is 5 inches off the ground.

This mattress definitely served our needs. I know we didn’t use it camping, but for 2 months it was our nightly bed. It needed to be topped off every 4 days or so. Box says 600lb weight limit, we had a ways to go from that but I’m assuming how much/how often someone needs to refill has to do with their weight and if they flop down of the bed.

Once we were finally done with the bed, there is a deflate mode on the pump to suck out all the air. This would be a good purchase if you are looking for an air mattress.

This Coleman product started loosing air after the 4th use. I tried the recommended approach of topping off the air after 2 hours from filling because the mattress stretches (based on the product instructions).

The mattress looses so much air at night that it’s uncomfortable and awkward to get in and out. I bought the product to replace and Aerobed that Inhad for almost 15 years. My Aerobed never leaked or lost air.

I had to replace it after the valve finally failed. It’s very disappointing that this new Coleman Supportrest product is so bad that its unusable after only 4 uses. I absolutely wish I could find another Aerobed – it was the best air mattress ever – unlike this Supportrest mattress.

(’22) IC: Daily Task – In hosting the 4th of July weekend, several years ago, some our family and their children ended up staying with us. We went to Walmart searching for what I called a blow up mattress for the little ones.

I searched in the hardware and outdoor aisles and found this Coleman SupportRest Double High Airbed and was happy they had anything to help me. We’ve come to trust the Coleman brand over the years. This Airbed can be used for indoor and outdoor ✓ it’s air tight ✓ lush and velvet✓ once we blew it up, it sat high✓ the valve to blow up is doubled sealed for added leakage ✓ it fit standard sheets we already had✓ it came with a 1 year warranty ✓ *the only con was I found out after getting home that the pump was sold separately*✓.

I would certainly recommend it to anyone.

I purchased this mattress to use indoors when my partner visits from the States. It inflates quickly and easily, and is very comfortable for two people. While it was functional for the first 2 week visit, it did lose air pressure at a rate higher than expected.

However, on the first night of the second visit months later, one of the seams around the circular sections on the top burst open during regular use. Due to the location and the material that the top section is made of, it was not possible to patch the seam.

Reading the other reviews here, it seems that at least one other person has had the mattress burst at the same circular seam. This would be an excellent air mattress if not for the tendency of the seam to burst.

At a price this high for a mattress that burst irreparably for me after 15 nights, I cannot recommend this to anyone.

Comfy week of camping. Bought this a few weeks ago (my first high rise air matress), I had read that it is normal for the matress to stretch so I inflated it at home (fairly fast with built-in pump) and re-inflated to very firm 3 times over 4-5 days without using it.

Deflated it using the built-in pump deflate function and packed it easily in the bag. Inflated in camping using a portable battery-powered 120V inverter and only had to run the pump twice for a few seconds after sleeping on it the first 2 nights (2 adults approx 360Lbs total).

The matress then maintained desired firmness for the next 3 nights. Definetly happy with the purchase!.

This is the second Coleman mattress I have bought. I started with Aero Bed about 14 years ago. That didn’t last very long before developing a leak. I then went to various other brands before settling on Coleman.

I might add here that I sleep on my mattress every night at home. I found Coleman to be extremely comfortable, more so than all the others, right off the bat. I also looked into Sleep Number beds and found that they couldn’t hold a candle to the comfort I experienced with my Coleman on a nightly basis.

I might add here that I have been dealing with a deteriorating hip socket for the last 14 years. I have noticed a distinct improvement in the comfort I experience while sleeping on my Coleman since I permanently changed from a standard mattress to the air mattress world (be it any brand,) but the Coleman has been the best in construction and longevity.

I might also add here, that this time around I also bought the mattress pad made by the My Pillow people for added pressure relief for my hip. That was also a very wise decision.

Have used it a couple times camping in back of Ford Ranger. Only giving 4 stars as wish it was a little wider. There’s still a little space between the wheel wheels that wish was more mattress. For two people it is a little too cozy.

When you roll over, you bump the other person because you are so close. Held it’s air; good mattress.

The mattress was advertised to fit between the wheel wells of a 2009 Toyota Tacoma – well technically it fit – with lots of room to spare! The mattress is narrow and it’s thin. It was pretty rough with two adults trying to sleep on it.

It was pretty darn speedy for something that probably cost pennies to make. The pump is pretty weak and would not fill the mattress up as firm as wanted. The cord is pretty long. I will say that it is made of fairly rugged material, so hopefully it will last a while.

This is just a regular full size air mattress at double the price. I was expecting it to be thicker and more comfortable. Something to justify the inflated price. Giving it 3 stars though because it did mostly hold the air all night and because the pump was actually really good.

Inflated the mattress very quickly and not obnoxiously loud as some I had in the past.

Bought a twin mattress and received it on 1/12/22. Used it for the first time on 1/14 and for 5 consecutive nights for a 60lb, 7 yr old. It was inflated each night and deflated every morning. On the 6th night of inflation it was deflated about 20% after 1.

5 hours and by 50% about 4 hours after inflation. We added air and again it began to deflate. Contacted amazon and a replacement was sent. I received the replacement on 1/22/22…. The replacement had the hook missing in the cord compartment and was already on when I plug it in.

I felt as if I received a refurbished item, but had no real way of knowing. Inflated the replacement on the same night received and it was worst than the original mattress. This one deflated the same night.

Had to air it up 3 times on the first night’s use. I checked both the mattresses trying to find a leak and was unable to. I believe the deflation has something to do with the built-in pump…. Ive had air beds in the past that lasted for years which did not have built-in pump features… it’s increasingly difficult to find air beds without that feature nowadays.

Though it was easy to inflate and comfortable for the time it lasted, I would NOT recommend purchasing this air mattress, at all. It isn’t a quality product, and left me inconvenienced with having to add air several times a night until I made other sleeping arrangements for my young visitor….

Plus now having 2 boxes to return to the UPS stores.

I bought this to sleep on in the living room because my kitten was quarantined in my bedroom with ringworm. At first it was great. I had to buy an egg crate topper though because it hurt my back. Then I had sciatic pain from sleeping on it for the first week.

I learned that I need to not fully inflate it so it’s a little softer, like make sure I can push my hand down in the corner a little. After a few weeks, I noticed it was getting harder to get out of the bed each morning because it was too low.

Now I’m waking up in the middle of the night and having to hit the switch to reinflate it while I’m in it, just so that I can sleep the rest of the night. I saw other reviews in which the manufacturer was explaining that this may happen when it’s new, but i’ve slept on it nightly now for 6-7 weeks, and it’s only gotten worse.

I think I”m going to return it because it doesn’t stay inflated with regular use. If I need it in an emergency down the line, I want to know that it’s ready to go, and not going to have problems inflating, or staying inflated.

I will say this though, I had a thyroidectomy just before I bought this bed and I stopped having hot flashes at night (night sweats). I’m not sure if it was because I’m sleeping on air, or because of the surgery, but that part of it has been amazing, so I would recommend this bed to menopausal women for sure.

Maybe I just got a bad one, or maybe I weigh more than I’m supposed to to use this bed. IDK if there’s a weight limit for it. I mean I”m not huge, but I am overweight. That could factor into how the bed supports me overnight I suppose.

The internal pump feature is fantastic. The mattress inflates very easily within 4-5 minutes. However, that’s pretty much the only positive. Eh, it’s fairly comfortable to lay on too. The problem is, the mattress definitely loses a ton of air, which begins to happen in a very short amount of time.

I’ve only had mine a couple of months, but since the very beginning, once it’s completely inflated, after about 30 minutes or so it’s beyond obvious it’s lost a considerable amount of air…and continues to lose air slowly throughout the night of sleeping.

It’s stated by the manufacturer (or whomever) that it’s due to the material needing to “stretch. ” At least in my case, that’s a complete joke. Maybe after the first day or two that might make some sense, but certainly not after a month or two of use.

Furthermore, I’ve closely inspected the mattress for holes with a flashlight, but haven’t been able to find any. Therefore, I’m fairly certain the air is coming out through the seams. Yea, after only a couple of months (and I use mine every single day) I’m pretty much at the point where the whole thing is going into the trash.

Unfortunately, my experience with this particular mattress from Intex has left a dirty taste in my mouth—figuratively, of course. For the price, I expected much, much better quality.

I live in a 1 bedroom apartment and wanted an easy solution for when friends and family come to visit. Its compact enough to store in a cupboard and doesn’t take up much space. The bag makes it easy to pack away and transport.

I brought this 2 months ago and I have used it at least 10 times. I have lent it to friends that have had unexpected guest and they have all said that it was comfortable. There is a little bit of roll together but to be expected.

I like that it has 300kg weight limit as I’m not small. I’ve slept on it multiple times and have really enjoyed my sleep. I really like how affordable it is as when I was looking online similar ones with the same weight compacity cost a lot more.

The first mattress, the seam between the upper and lower chamber, on the right hand corner of the pump end of the air mattress, separated fairly quickly. I wasn’t going to try to patch a seam. I took the air mattress back and traded it for another new, in the box air mattress.

Now, I’m dealing with ends of the pillow (pump end) side of the top end of the mattress separating as well as one on the underside of the mattress. Six patches later, and I’m still dealing with seam separation.

I’ve heard Outbound is a really good brand. My experience, not doing a repeat purchase.

I bought 2 of these to sleep on while I wait for my furniture, and though they were great for a couple days they slowly started leaking (no holes) over time. No, it’s not stretching no it’s not hot cold and they both failed in tandem the same way same time.

From a little air loss to your on the ground in an hour in a week. We are not over the weight limit. There are no punctures. This mattress just loses air over time – faster and faster. I do not recommend.

I need to submit a new review of this product as I don’t see a way to change my previous one. I had complained about the noise from the Never Flat Pump and was set on returning the item. But I desperately needed to use it first.

It turns out once the bed is fully inflated to your desired firmness the horrible noise goes away because the Never Flat Pump shuts off. The bed is quiet when you first go to sleep. When the Never Flat Pump kicks in peridiocally for a few seconds during the night to maintain your desired firmness it does purr.

Your tolerance to this is key. If you are a sound sleeper this may not bother you. I decided to keep the bed because I am primarily using it when it’s too hot and I need to sleep in the living room where the window A/C and fan are.

This extra noise in the room keeps me from noticing the sound of the pump coming on. I may very well be annoyed by the pump when I use it in a quiet environment. I’ll have to wait and see. But it is kind of a cool feature if it doesn’t wake you up.

So now I give it three stars right in the middle because it could go either way.

after about weeks I couldn’t get the fitted sheet to stay on. that was an indicator that something weird was happening. the shape of it was starting to change. the right side seemed to be ballooning out.

then, it started to overinflate using the secondary pump so that the mattress was higher in the middle and lower by the head. that is uncomfortable positioning. so, i would delate it a little bit so it flatten in the middle but the secondary pump would overinflate again.

this happened even on the plush setting. so, two nights ago i got an idea. i’ll deflate it until it was flat on top and then unplug it, that way no overinflation. i was finally comfortable. until i woke up on the floor.

so, i plugged it in reinflated it, and it won’t hold air anymore. as soon as i lay down, I can feel myself sinking. I certainly can’t sit on the side and ascend to a standing position. i basically have to commando roll off of this thing.

now, i need another air mattress and target put a sticker on the box saying it can’t be returned. so. I don’t know. I would have given it 1 star, but it worked pretty well the first couple of weeks.

I have wanted a quality queen sized air mattress for the longest time. We picked this one up to replace an old air mattress with a separate pump which didn’t feel as fast, did it feel as quality and wasn’t nearly as tall.

Now that we have this Intex ultra plush We noticed from day one that This was absolutely above and beyond anything we’ve had previously. Not only does it fill faster due to the internal pump but it also fills up completely and feels firm but never felt like it was going to over fill.

The mattress has a separate too layer which is almost like a separate pillow top like something red vine on a typical mattress. This is tall, plush Confirm all the same time. My mom, who already has a bad back sets on it last night and said she was willing to buy it from me because this is better than that she has at home.

Coming from somebody who already has a bad back I said that is a fantastic review. I concur that this is a quality air mattress. The internal pump is the icing on the cake. It was a fast, divides quickly and you never have to worry about this place in a separate pump.

The cord stores quickly and mattress comes with on carrying case equipped with handles.

Bought the Pitman Mattress for our short bed truck (June 2021) and loved it until the fourth time out (March 2022) and it developed two holes in the seams. It also started leaking out of the valve. They have a one-year warranty on the valves and seams being defective.

I sent my receipt and pictures of the seam holes to the company BUT I purchased it through Amazon so they would not honor the warranty. Bummer! Amazon did give me a refund minus a 20% re-stocking fee.

(which is funny because it won’t be re-stocked!) So, no I longer have a functioning airbedz and I am out a $50. 00 restocking fee. Too bad, I did like the bed when it worked, pretty comfortable. SO. be aware of how you purchase it and think about foam because it won’t leak!.

I purchased this product wouldn’t recommend I’ve not taken it officially out on the road did an indoor test first were it actually split on the right side panel. I could see a run like you would see on a stocking on that side which indicated a weak point.

I then examined the other side which did not have the same flaw. Unfortunately for myself do to the pandemic was not able to go camping and product is past warranty. Hindsight should have checked upon receipt of product lesson learned.

This is honestly the biggest piece of garbage camping gear I have ever purchased. It leaked the day I got it brand new out of the box. Still a piece of craps that leaks. I gave it one star because the battery lasts long enough to reflate the mattress in the middle of the night so you’re not sleeping on your truck bed.

Mattress so far is great. We’ve used it a few times. It’s comfortable, spacious, and seemingly durable. Great for car camping. It’s a bit big and heavy for backpacking. but perfect when weight isn’t a major concern.

It’s rolls up pretty well so it doesn’t take up much space either. overall quite pleased with it. A little thick to use in the back of my hatchback. But that’s also not it’s intended purpose. It should although be sold without the pump as it is total garbage.

First time we used it. didn’t work. This is odd I thought so I decided to troubleshoot. After examination I noticed the plastic ridges inside the lid are thicker than the tip of the (+) side of the D battery.

So the battery couldn’t make contact. Okay. So I cut those out with a putty knife and the back of a hatchet. Viola! It worked. took a while to inflate. , but worked. The next time it was used it worked but again, took longer to inflate.

The following time, wouldn’t start up. Okay. maybe batteries were dead. Changed. I flipped the switch. Nothing. Set it down, left on and then after about a minute it started making noise and worked, but hardly.

From then on it would turn on but would slowly ramp up to measly volume, sounded like it was struggling, and took about 30 minutes to inflate the air mattress. I couldn’t deal so I found a Coleman one source air pump which was not cheap but has a long life rechargeable battery, fills the bed up less than two minutes, and supposedly does that about 20 times before needing a recharged battery.

Make sure you test the pump before relying on it for a restful night. Which you likely will get as long as you get the thing inflated.

My wife and I have backpacked all over the place over the years and have used numerous thermorests and sleeping pads. We purchased this originally to get my mom out in a tent up in Denali national parkas it fits perfectly in our three person tent.

I finally got a chance to sleep on it over the past couple of weeks. It takes camping to a whole new level. No back pain or waking up every time you roll over. It has a built in pillow even if you don’t want to bring one.

It does take about 5 min to fill up with the pump and I wouldn’t do it by hands unless you absolutely had to. But when weight isn’t an issue, (rafting, canoeing, front country camping, atving, or even bike camping while pulling a trailer, I would bring this.

Makes so much of a difference. Pretty compact to as it can roll up smaller than a normal sleeping pad. Most of the weight comes from the pump. I might even backpack it and split the pad and the pump with your partner.

Would only be about 2 lbs a piece that way. Highly recommend it.

Good, I like the built in pillow and it packs down small enough. Things I don’t like are it’s a little small for two, love hate the nylon makes it durable but you slide all over the place maybe rubberized dots spaced a foot or so apart and the pump that come with it takes 4 d batteries heavy and need to carry extra, make it a rechargeable one, I went head and bought an aftermarket rechargeable pump.

I had the the Kelty Easy Queen air bed for eight years. I loved the size of that one, I would still be using it if the glue/weld between the plastic of the air valve mechanism and the nylon material separated.

Side note to the Air Queen it did come with a rechargeable pump which died in year 7 not a problem other than good luck finding a replacement as the air valve had to be some kind of proprietary lock and seal design to Kelty.

This was surprisingly more comfortable than I thought it was going to be. My son doesn’t like the divots in it, but a couple of blankets over it pretty much solves that. It holds air well, was very easy to fill, and I’d buy it again.

Great mattress left setup for three nights to make sure no leaks it worked perfectly. The pump deflates the mattress to so there is no or little air left inside. Makes pack a lot easier and faster.

There is a ridge halfway down the valve. If the valve is pushed into the hole only as far as the ridge, the airbed will lose air quickly or the valve may simply pop out. (I got two replacements for this airbed before I figured this out.

) I’m certain this issue explains some of the negative reviews, which is why I tried to make the headline on this review stand out — I’m hoping others will avoid the frustration of thinking their airbed is defective when it actually isn’t.

More details below about how to inflate the airbed in such a way that it doesn’t lose air quickly. Putting it (fairly) briefly: pull open the thing on top of the valve; pull the valve out of the hole — or leave it in (I think you leave the valve in if you’re using the pump that you can purchase specifically for this airbed; with the Coleman pump I’m using, I pull the valve out); inflate the airbed; if you pulled the valve out, push it all the way into the hole — past the ridge at the halfway point and all the way in (there’s a little sound when you’ve pushed it all the way in, but do a visual check to make sure) — or if you didn’t pull the valve out, make sure it’s pushed all the way in; push closed the thing on top of the valve.

Now, for the more detailed description, I’m going to use the terminology used on the box the airbed comes in. First of all, if you’ve only opened the valve cap (the circular thing on top of the valve housing with a little “handle” that allows you to pull it up to open it) when you’ve inflated the airbed and you’ve left the valve housing in place, the issue of the valve housing possibly being only halfway in may not be relevant for you.

At any rate, if your airbed is losing air quickly, it’s worth it to check to see if the valve housing is now pushed all the way in. As I said above, there’s a ridge halfway down the valve housing. Previously, I had been trying to push the valve housing into the exhaust hole with the valve cap in place and I was able to push it in only as far as the ridge.

Once I “separated the valve cap from the valve housing” (the first instruction on the box, which I wish I’d paid more attention to earlier) before inflating the airbed, I was able to push the valve housing all the way into the exhaust hole once I’d inflated the airbed (and then I pushed the valve cap closed immediately after that to prevent air from getting out), and now the airbed isn’t losing air quickly.

And regarding the issue of the valve housing popping out, I’m pretty sure that only happens if the valve housing isn’t pushed all the way into the exhaust hole.

The first night your loss was 10 to 20%Every night since it’s been closer to 40 to 50%As it’s only 8 in thick to begin with I’m basically sleeping on the floor again. I have all the aches and pains I did with a mattress I had to throw away which lasted two years almost before it developed unstoppable leaks.

So do not waste your money. Instead seriously consider going the hammock valve no I’m not joking. Vheck out vivere brand. There’s many in-depth reviews including lady who uses it as a everyday sleeper just like I would.

She even had a sleep number bed but even that didn’t solve her issues. The hammock has given her nearly pain-free sleep again if not completely. Another lady has used it most of the year on her balcony at her apartment.

When is used cotton and the other has used polyester both love theirs. So seriously considered a hammock as your actual bin heck of a lot cheaper I purchased one and should arrive within a couple days of days of this review.

If this would stay inflated it would be a perfectly suitable air mattress. I did follow the instructiins to let it stretch. However I have had many difficulties keeping it inflated. The main plug doesnt fit very well, it only lightly sits in place.

The smaller plug is much more secure. however this means pulling the smaller plug to re-flate often pulls out the big plug leading to much more work. I tried using the big plug but found it often dislodged or completely popped out when i inflated with it then applied weight.

This still happens when you use small ***. just slightly less often. I can’t even blame my large dog (first noticed the deflation after a night of sleeping on it with her) as most the issues have happened with just me laying on it.

Several times I could hear the air hissing out, but just tonight all of the sudden my hip is touching floor and corners are off the ground. I reinflate. Give it a second. Go to get back on and whole plug pops out.

The only good thing I have to say about this is they were 100% correct on easy to deflate! I would much rather be annoyed trying to deflate a mattress than have to deal with constant reflation though.

If I wanted to sleep directly on the floor I wouldn’t be paying for the pleasure, Id just throw my blankets down.

When I ordered it, it was suppose to be delivered in 3 days. Next day, they said it would take 7-10 days. While I waited, I bought $20 Intex dura-beam queen size air mattress. The Intex is comfortable, hasnt leaked.

When I finally received this one. It was really comfortable. After an hour of lying on it, I had to add more air. I thought it was from stretching, they do that. By morning, it was flat to the ground.

The nozzle is not a twist cover cap like the cheaper ones. It’s an easy to push valve or “comfort control button” as they call it. I think it was slowly leaking from that. If it had an actual cap, like most airbeds, it probably wouldve stayed inflated.

You can only use the air pump it comes with. A regular one wont work.

We have had this approximately one month for use as a crash pad under a basement climbing wall for four children under 10. It is still fully inflated, no leaks. If it can hold up to this abuse, I feel confident purchasing a few more for camping trips this summer.

This Sealy Tritech Air Mattress is really nice. It has a built-in pump that inflated it faster than I had imagined! The pump is located inside of the bed with only the knob sticking out so it was very convenient.

When the mattress is inflated, you just roll the cord up and pop it back into the storage compartment in the bed. Awesome! You can plug it in to deflate or let it deflate on its own with a quick turn of the knob.

The mattress is high enough off of the ground to not feel like you’re right by the ground. It also has a nice quilted surface. There is a built in antimicrobial treatment to protect from bacteria, mold and mildew on the sleep surface.

There is also an included carry bag as well. As far as comfort, it was not the same as a regular bed however it was better than I would have expected from an air mattress. I would use this in any situation you needed a temporary bed set up-camping, overnight guests, etc.

Bough it a couple of months ago and been using it for about a month now, after I donated my previous mattress and while I wait on my new one. All of a sudden, this morning, I felt I was sinking down into this air raft thing, and I woke up to a whooshing sound, to discover a weird tear in the velvety part of the mattress, where it shouldn’t even be ripping.

I had to quickly jump up and get some crazy glue and patch it up. I glued a piece of latex glove over it to stop it from leaking air, and went back to sleep. I use this air mattress by myself and I am not a big person.

Waste of money.

I am so happy with the sealy air mattress. It inflates in under 4 minutes, and deflates in under 5. I like that it had antimicrobial treatment built in to prevent mold and mildew. It is very comfortable to lay on, and will for sure make camping a lot more comfortable for me.

The surface of the air mattress is very soft, and inside has tritech internal beams for more durability and firmness. It comes with a carry bag for storage. I like how the cord stores inside the built in pump.

This Sealy air mattress is very easy to use. This is an excellent air mattress for sleepovers. I am very happy with this!.

I purchased this air mattress based on the positive reviews. I do like the ease of being able to plug in the mattress to inflate it vs. having to use an air pump. I disliked the lumbar support which is more like a speed bump in the middle of the bed.

It caused me to sleep on an odd position with my back being pushed up while my head and legs were lower. Very uncomfortable. My husband and I are tall (5’10”, 6’1″) I thought a queen would be big enough for both of us.

I was wrong. While it does hold our weight I felt like I was going to roll off the bed.

This mattress is not only comfortable but it is also durable as well. We bought 3 of this particular mattress for our out of town family. They come from all over the United States and Europe. One family has 4 very athletic boys who are always wrestling and honestly did not think the mattresses were going to make it through the 3 days.

Well they did!!! We get one out when our 3 year old grandbaby spends the night to play on until time for bed. Lots and lots of jumping with spotters and she is ready for bed by 8:30! Thank you Beauty Rest for making this product stand up and not deflate !!!! I see this particular mattress is out of stock in 4 of 5 stores in my area and the store pick up only allows 1 to be placed in cart due to high demand so I will go inside the store to purchase.

I tried my air bed and in the second use I heard a sound of air coming from the top near the pillow area. I did not save the original package and did not get a return label. I did get a return label from QVC, but the letter said it had to be in its original package when returning the item.

So I tried to fix it but no luck. Well there goes $85. 00 down the drain.

Great air mattress. The built in pump is so convenient to use versus those without it. Would not buy any other type from here on out. Very comfortable to sleep on.

I can’t believe how comfortable this thing is. I had an Aerobed for a really long time & when it was fully inflated it was like lying on a football, so I had to keep it slightly deflated all the time.

It was pretty noisy too, although it did have a mattress pad. The Beautyrest, wow. I just wasn’t prepared for it to feel like an actual bed. It has a sort of flocked surface so it isn’t noisy but I got a separate mattress pad anyway.

The one thing I would improve, something I liked better about the aerobed, is the inflating device — in the beautyrest it’s separate, you have to kind of twist it into the hole & then flip the switch.

With the aerobed it was “embedded” & part of the bed so all you had to do was turn it on. But it’s not a huge deal. I would have given the bed 4. 5 stars but the comfort makes me just go ahead & give it 5 stars even with the small inconvenience of the inflating.

Also I really like the height. And the edges really are supported pretty well. You can sit on the edge of the bed & not roll onto the floor. UPDATE: Well, after a couple of months of using it, I woke up on the floor one morning.

One of the seams had split. Wayfair was great about refunding me the money. It’s too bad because I really liked it comfort-wise but if it isn’t going to hold up then I guess I’ll have to look elsewhere.

I received this on 4/25, let it settle and get room temperature one full day. inflated on Tuesday night. By Wednesday morning I was rolling off of it to get up because it had deflated so much. So Wednesday morning I inflate it again, nice and firm stand it upright out of the way until night.

Pleass tell me why when I’m getting ready for bed, it is not as firm and I haven’t used it for at least 7 hours. I’ll say this, if it has deflated by Thursday morning, this junk is going right back to the store.

Thought for sure if I purchased a name brand it would be better, boy was I wrong. One review said theirs did not require air for at least a week after inflating it once. That must have been a bot or I got a lemon.

This mattress blows up and deflates easily. That is the end of my good news. The mattress loses air as you sleep. By morning you will be left with less fullness each day. Bought one from W_____t keeps the firmness without needing daily air additions.

It’s an excellent mattress. I will keep QVC one for emergencies.

This is advertised as camping gear, but unless you’re camping where there is a regular household plug convenient for a six foot cord, you’re sleeping on the ground. The inflation port is unique to the pump, so “universal” battery pumps don’t work.

RealTree was helpful in tracking down the manufacturer, but BoydSleep ignored my requests about finding a useable air pump when you’re, you know, in the woods. Had to buy an entirely different mattress.

Though the mattress appears to be sturdy enough for camping, it has to be inflated with the packaged airpump and the airpump has to be plugged into a traditional outlet. It is not chargeable and does not have a vehicle utility plug adaptor.

Not super useful for a substantial amount of tent camping.

We have owned and sleep on over 50 different ones. This one by far is the best to date, the wife and I have used it for 3 camping trips,,its been used at home for comany atleast 12 times. So far the only complaint I have is with how the air pump hooks up,,, its a special nozzle on the pump so if the pump goes out you cant just go buy any ole air mattress pump at walmart lol.
