I love my puffy blanket. For something so thin and light, it is quite warm, making it a great cover for a warm night, or an extra layer or sleeping bag liner on a colder one. It easily takes a 45° bag down to 30° for a small increase in weight.

I also like that it packs down into something smaller than a hoagie roll, and that it can be worn as a poncho—great for sitting around the campfire or while watching television. I have two minor quibbles: the blanket is hard to snap up when putting it on as a poncho—I usually just fasten two snaps and throw it over my head.

Also, the blanket is so light, there is a tendency for it to fly off the bed in the presence of even a minor breeze. Best to anchor it with something.

I bought this to replace my GI Poncho Liner (aka Woobie) as a part of a layered sleep system of a MSS Bivy / Thermarest / Patrol Bag / DPCB. That system works in warm or cold weather. It is warm down to 20F with this setup and without waking in middle of night.

The DPCB will be perfect for 50-40F nights on it’s own. Snaps / thumb loops are awesome, would like to see tie out loops (like the Kifaru) to close it like a sleeping bag if one wanted. It’s not a Kifaru warmth but it’s less than 1/2 the price also.

Great mix of price/ thermal protection, and everyone likes the stuff sack!.

I really enjoy this plush heated throw blanket. It is a great size for sitting on the couch, laying on the bed, or snuggling up on a reading chair to finish that book. It really heats up fast. And also has automatic shut off which conserves energy and prevents getting too warm.

The very plush blanket is the perfect size to get comfy, and stay yummy warm! You just might get another for your house mate. They will be quite taken with yours. I got an extra one for my college daughter.

Good day, I am giving my feedback for my new Pure Enrichment heated throw blanket. My home has a large family room with 3 walls of glass so our Wisconsin winters can be very cold and this room is the coldest.

I have always purchase heated throws and some work well and some do not. They have a life of a few years at the most. I purchased a Pure Enrichment heated throw blanket for Christmas and it is the most luxurious warm heated blanket I have ever owned.

First it is beautiful, the bottom side is a white Sherpa and is so soft and the top side is a gray micromink and equally soft. Three heat settings and on the first use I turned it to high and I was quickly warm and toasty.

I appreciate the safety auto-off feature that will turn the blanket off in 2 hours in case I do not remember to turn it off. I love that the blanket is large enough to wrap around myself but also large enough to share for 2 people.

This blanket looks beautiful and inviting on the back of my couch when not in use. We will never be cold again this winter and this blanket will also be used in the spring and the fall when temps are still cool.

I am very satisfied with this blanket. It was my first time using heated throw blanket and I really like it! It’s so soft and fluffy. Even without plugging in, this blanket is very warm. It also heats up quickly.

I’m not 100% sure if it heats up evenly throughout the surface but if I’m under this throw while it’s plugged in, it keeps me super warm and cozy. And I really like the auto shut off timer – I like to sleep under this knowing it will be off after 2 hours! Overall, this is beyond my expectation!.

After a ton of research on heated blankets and some disappointing trial runs with other brands I decided to purchase the Pure Relief Radiance Deluxe Heated Blanket. What swayed me was the amount of positive reviews across different platforms and after trying it out myself, I must say the hype is real.

Pay attention to the measurements because I ordered a queen size and it was bigger than I expected (which is not bad thing). The blanket is super soft, high quality, and the adjustable heat setting/range is amazing.

I’m able to customize the temperature to my needs as I’m winding down before bed. The heated blanket helped me comfortably sleep through the night. There is a dual heat setting with two different plugs that will heat individual sides of the blanket.

So if one of the cords is not plugged in/in use only half of the blanket will be heated. This initially confused me but is a plus for customizing desired heat when sharing the blanket with someone else.

I loved it so much I bought 6 more of these and gave them as gifts. This past month the blanket stopped working on the one side and I called customer service and spoke with an amazing woman Maria G. who promptly walked me though the warranty process.

I bought the PureRelief king size heated blanket last April (it’s Feb now). I found it to be one of the best heated blankets I’ve ever used (30+ years & many heated blankets later, haha). It is super soft and luxurious and definitely gets hot, sometimes too hot to where I can only use it at its last setting.

It washes like a dream, still looking brand new wash after wash. I use the delicates setting, in cold water, and tumble dry on LOW. It also air dries well. My only two issues with it are: 1. The top hem at the head of the bed (all across the top about 70 of the seam) came undone very soon after I purchased it, as though the sewing machine pretty much missed its intended target of where to sew.

2. It stopped working suddenly last week. However, the company is replacing it which I 100% appreciate. Thank you so much Pure Enrichment!.

For those cold winter nights and even cool fall evenings you just might need a Soft Heat Electric Heated Blanket for your bed! I have to admit, I was skeptical about the claims that this blanket was soft and that you couldn’t feel the wires inside of it but honestly this is the softest and most comfortable heated blanket I have ever seen.

It is soft, comfortable and yes you can barely even feel that there are wires inside of the blanket. The blanket is easy to set up and use. Simply place it on your bed, run the controller wire under your mattress and plug in to the plug at the bottom of the blanket.

My Queen size blanket came with dual controllers, one for each side of the bed. After running both cords under the mattress, you plug it in to the wall and you’re ready to use your warming blanket. The controllers have ten temperature settings from low to high.

Just set to the desired temperature then turn the blanket “on”. You can easily change your setting if you are too cold or hot. Living in a cold climate like I do, you can really appreciate the warmth of a heating blanket.

But you certainly do not want a bulky hard mess of wires keeping you warm at night! When you are under this blanket, you do not feel any wires and the blanket is soft to the touch. It is very comfortable to use.

The blanket is easy to care for. You can wash it in your washing machine and even dry it in your dryer. This blanket is everything it claims to be and more! I highly recommend!.

This Serta warming blanket is luxury at its finest. Living in the northeast, an electric blanket is a must for me and it was time to replace my 15 year old blanket for a newer model. The blanket is made from a micro fleece type material and honestly, you would never suspect any wires are running through this blanket, they are that thin.

I love the soft outer shell off this blanket ( almost like a insulated mid layer). I use it everywhere from car camping to lounging around on the couch. It’s machine washable and pretty packable into its own integrated pouch (one less pouch to worry about).

Though it doesn’t have a dedicated clip to clip it around your neck you can use the snaps along the edges which are designed to connect to other accessories. Overall really loving the blanket.

Being a cold sleeper who hates extra layers (sleeping with my down jacket is simply not something I like and usually don’t get fully rested when I have to) I bought this for spring/summer/autumn camping.

I found it super warm in the evening at camp even though the fact that it’s thin worried me at first. But I found out that it keep the warmth super well. At night I like to use the attachment inside my tent to use it as an isolation layer without blocking airflow and when I get cold I just wrap it around me.

I got the 2 persons for myself so I can double the layers. When not in use, it serves very well as a pillow. After trying it out in the filed for multiple days I intend to backpack with it instead of extra fleece in the summer, because for my need it’s enough for chill evening and night.

I also machine washed it and it was super fast to dry. Definitely worth the little bulkiness in my backpack (also now I’m using a compression bag to avoid that so it’s ok).

We purchased this to pair with the Vela Quilt and it keeps us warm from underneath. Only used a few times so far, but already a staple. I love that it packs up easily and has a soft texture—doesn’t feel overly synthetic.

When not sleeping, it’s lightweight and is handy for adding some warmth to little and big campers alike while hanging by the campfire. The color is isn’t my favorite and super intense, but makes it easy to find at least.

I initially bought two of these for my kids to use during warm weather camping to replace their cheap, bulky sleeping bags. Now that I have them, I feel like I should have had something like this years ago.

My wife and I recently used it as the first layer over both of us on a backpacking trip. It is wide enough to cover 2 25″” pads pushed together, and will clip in to the loops on the Synergy Coupler sheet when used in that manner.

Even though the blanket was fairly taught, it still covered us well. I rigged up some clips at the foot to make sure our feet didn’t slip out. My one request to Thermarest would be to add attachment loops along the foot of the blankets and also the Synergy Coupler.

Mind you, it wasn’t warm enough by itself for our purposes (backpacking at 10,500′ with 40-degree nights), but we topped it with an unzipped Feathered Friends Flicker 30 Wide, which made up the difference.

We also used this when traveling across country as bedding for one of our children in a hotel room. I think this is the perfect couch surfing blanket, and I am considering gifting a few of these to recent HS grads as graduation presents.

I also plan to use both of ours on next summer’s 5-day canoe trip with my son. This year we both took traditional mummy bags, and they were complete overkill. These would be perfect. The blue side is slippery and lightweight, and the interior grey is soft and cozy, not clammy at all.

The Sealy Rapid Warmth Bed Blanket has been my best friend this winter. This blanket is a great size. The queen size blanket fits my queen sized bed with plenty of overhang. It’s extremely lightweight and has an amazing soft, velvety texture.

I got this Sealy Rapid Warmth Bed Blanket for my mom to use in our home. She was diagnosed with a disease that eats away all of the insulating fat in her body leaving her cold all the time. Many of the reviews here are amazing due to being made as “part of a promotion”. This review has not. The throw is lovely an soft and a good size however it simple does not do the job it’s supposed to! It barely heats up and is luke warm at most.

My friend has a dreamcatcher heated blanket and it does actually heat up and is fantastic. Don’t waste your money and got one of those instead!.

I just love this heated blanket. The fabric is soft and fleecy, and lovely to touch even when not heated. I tried it out on a few cooler autumn nights, when normally I would have put the heating on to take the chill out of the room.

It has a very practical long lead, so I could sit in my usual comfy chair, and a choice of 6 temperature settings. It is also large enough to cover me completely, with some overlap, so I could tuck it around my legs.

I thought I would try it on setting 3 as a start, the blanket heated up really quickly and was really hot, so I turned it down to setting 1, which was far more comfortable for me personally. It worked a treat, using it as a blanket it kept me warm and cosy and my cats loved it too! I can foresee me using this a great deal over the autumn/winter months to keep heating costs down (it seems very economical to run) and as something to cuddle into when Im feeling the cold.

It is a very practical blanket, and the colour fits in with my living room scheme well too. I would highly recommend this to anyone who feels the cold easily, or who just likes snuggling x.

Beyond my expectations , I would give this product 6* if i could. I was looking for a cosy electric over blanket to have on the sofa. With the nights turning nippy here in the uk, and my other half working nights, its such a waste of energy to have the heating on just for me.

This blanket is a little piece of heaven! I have previously used heated under blankets but have never used a heated throw so was not sure what to expect. As soon as I got it out of the packet it felt beautifully soft on both sides and feels quite heavy.

I wasn’t too keen on feeling the wires running through the blanket but once I was under the blanket and it had heated up you didn’t really notice it. The lead is a very good length so I can use it whilst sitting on the sofa and there are 6 heat settings to choose from which is great.

It heated up really quickly and temperature number 6 is very, very warm!! I loved that I could turn it up or down according to how cold I felt. The lead fits into the side of the blanket and can be removed for washing which is fantastic and there is a label with very clear washing instructions on it.

This throw has been used daily in my house since I got it and is a huge hit with my daughters who are constantly fighting over it! It will definitely save on my energy bills as I tend to use this when I am on my own instead of turning the heating on.

It is a wonderful product and I would definitely recommend it.

There are many positives about this throw. It is incredibly comfortable as the fleece material is so beautifully soft. It is really large, probably big enough to fit two people. It heats up so quickly in comparison to other similar products I have used and the temperature gets really high, the highest setting is actually too much for me.

However, the fibres keep coming off all over my clothes which is really irritating. And you can really feel all of the wires inside the blanket so it’s not nice to hug against yourself. The biggest downside though for me is that even though it says it is machine washable, you can only wash it a certain number of times before you can’t use it anymore, and to be honest I don’t feel comfortable washing something like this.

I’d much prefer a product where I could remove the external cover and just wash that.

I love, love, love this blanket! Now that I am working from home permanently I find I get very cold sitting at my desk but I don’t particularly want the heating on all the time for environmental and economical reasons.

Enter my heated throw! It warms up really quickly. I have mine on the top setting because I’m a cold person and I find it gives me a lovely, all over cosy feeling. Apparently it is washable but I haven’t tried that yet.

I only have two small negatives. One is that because the throw is new it is currently shedding a lot of loose bits of fluff but perhaps if I give it a wash that would solve that problem. The other negative is that the label is quite large and rustly which makes it a bit more difficult to snuggle up in but I’m really picking tiny faults here because overall I absolutely love it.

Like all modern things its bring made thinner and of a lower standard. I bought this to replace a previous blanket. Although I upgraded to the larger sized throw this is lighter than my old one even though this was from the same brand and same retailer.

Heatwise this is warm but NOT as toasty as my previous purchase. Still happy as able to snuggle up on the winter nights ahead but lets hope its not too cold.

Bought this as a replacement for a much smaller one that cost almost as much and was barely big enough for one person. This one is a fantastic size and no problems in the 2 months it’s been in use. I have never washed any kind of heated blanket so cannot vouch for the success of that.

I did a lot of research on electric throws because it’s now heat the person, not the room. My dog loves it too although I have to make sure he’s under it and not over it! Material is lovely and soft and it heats up quickly.

Also if you have pets, don’t leave this unsupervised.

Timer / temperature control one can not go back to reduce while on. One has to go all the way round up to maximum then it will go back to beginning point. Product is good
