18 Best Healthy Trader Joe’S Snacks (2023 Updated)

I did not see that it had green pea protein in it, otherwise I would not have bought them. They have a lovely smokey-sweet bbq flavour to them, and they are extremely, satisfyingly crunchy. Think cheese straws but a lot heartier.

I did pick up on the pea protein that left me with a slightly bitter aftertaste, which is why I checked the packet afterwards for ingredients. My family who have no such issues didn’t taste it at all, so if you like peas and beans, I highly recommend.

These did not live long in our house.

I absolutely love these protein sticks! They satisfy my chip cravings by being a healthy alternative! This flavor was one of my favorites. Has a nice balance of sweet and spicy! The bag comes with the perfect amount and they are super filling! Just repurchased a variety pack because I love them so much!.

I was skeptical at first because I am not super fond of barbecue flavors. However I was pleasantly surprised at the bold yet sweet flavor of this snack!! Such a healthy, plant based snack that carries less guilt for me when I’m mindlessly snacking at my desk😊.

All the ingredients are ones I can say and this company gives back a portion of their proceeds to help others!!.

These are great! I love the cute square shape, and the flavor is awesome! Chewy, semi-sweet, with a just enough chunks of chocolate on top. And the chia seeds inside give it a nice crunch. Plus, they’re gluten free, so I share them with my dad who has Celiac disease.

He loves them too.

Thes granola bars are fantastic. I was on the lookout for a healthy options with high-quality ingredients when I came across them. I only wish there were more in the box

Do not buy this product. I was mid chew when I found not one but TWO wood chips in my bar. They are lucky I did not choke. They will be lucky if they do not hear from my attorney. Also taste is mediocre.

Love these! I eat them everyday at work with the TJ’s dried cranberries. A delicious combo, in my opinion. 😋

Almonds are my mid-afternoon snack of choice for when I get the munchies or need something to jump start my brain. I like the roasted and unsalted variety to cut down on salt. They are filling and taste great alone or crushed as a topping for yogurt or oatmeal.

I love the individual size bags because I can share them. I can also chose a different bag each and every day because of the variety packs. My friends like the combination of the different mini packs!! I will be ordering again and thank you for such awesome trail mix!!!.

My brother (in San Francisco) and I (in Washington DC area) resolved to eat healthier in 2023. So, I introduced him to Nature’s Garden Organic Trail Mix Snack packs this month, He loves them. I had ordered a big bag over Christmas and placed individual snack packs with gifts to family, friends, neighbors.

I also ordered a big bag for myself. All the bags were shipped and received on time. The snack packs provide the healthiest mix that satisfy both one’s nutritional needs as well as as a lift-me-up between meals.

The price is also quite reasonable!.

I ordered the variety box of 12 Youtopia snack packs to see if I was interested in using the product. The Expresso Obsession was good. The cookie was crisp,, the almonds were OK and the Chocolate Covered coffee beans were very good.

The expresso was a little too strong for my taste so I don’t plan to purchase it again but if you are a coffee lover you will enjoy this snack. I didn’t care for the So Money Honey Mustard snack. It was too dry and while it did have a pleasant amount of heat it did not have much flavor.

The spice coating kept catching in my throat so it required a lot of water in order to finish the snack. The Fava crisps were about the size of a small sunflower seed. nowhere near the size posted on the wrapper.

The Banannas for Chocolate was definitely worth the money. The banana chips were crisp, the cocoa expresso cookie puffs were crunchy and satisfying and I liked the dark chocolate covered sunflower seeds.

would have appreciated a few more of them in the snack bag. I definitely plan to reorder the Banannas for Chocolate snacks again. That snack was satisfying and kept me full longer than the usual chips or junk food I have used in the past.

If you’re diabetic, maybe you’ve eaten a sugar free something, and while you’re eating it you know it’s only a matter of time before you’ll never pick it up again. You sit there, having a polite argument in your head, with one side saying surprisingly, “This is pretty good” and the other side dismissively arguing, “Keep telling yourself that.

” I’ve had that experience an un-countable number of times, and if not for Youtopia, I’d be on a stretcher, clutching a jar of Nutella by now. These snacks are simply perfect. I can turn to them at almost anytime and get just enough of a fix to shut that part of my brain up that seems to demand sugar despite the consequences of eating so much as half a Snickers bar.

My only issue at this point is there are only two sweet flavors, so I have to find creative ways to continue to enjoy them. Do I try to get a little of everything with each grab, or do I eat everything but the sunflowers seeds, and then have a little sunflower seed avalanche into my mouth at the end? Maybe a peanut butter flavor or something like that.

But what you have now is perfect. It really is a life saver.

I was just snacking on the honey mustard variety while I was going through my email and Youtopia popped up in my inbox to ask for a review. I thought it was a sign to take the time to give a review (I normally don’t give reviews) because these are exceptionally good! I’ve only had the honey mustard so I can’t tell you for certain how the other flavors are, but these are definitely worth a try.

I am a chip girl, love salty crunch, but was looking for something more health friendly and with only 130 calories and 9 grams of protein, they check the box while being very satisfying. I would highly recommend.

Sooo yummy! Crunchy yet a little chewy texture. Notes of sweetness from the fig with a tad of saltiness from the olives. Perfect sized cracker as well. Love adding these to any cheese board I make. I recommend pairing them w Brie or goat cheese.

One of my favorite Trader Joe’s snacks, but a little misleadingly expensive when you consider how few crackers are in the box. With that said, they’re delicious, have a ton of flavor, and look beautiful on a charcuterie board.

This is a staple in my household. The fig and olives are a good balance together. It’s slightly sweet, but not too sweet. I am personally not a huge fan of olives, but the olive taste isn’t crazy strong.

I like to snack on this by itself or on top of brie.

Decent price with decent amount inside. I find it to be too sweet for my liking. I also wish it wasn’t soo soft because after a few chews I feel the texture of the jerky gets weird. What do you guys think of it.

This is one of my favorites!!! This beef jerky has incredible flavor it is affordable and high quality. It is also low on sugar compared to other brands. Love all Trader Joe’s products! I definitely recommend this one to all the beef jerky lovers out there!.

Our dog’s favorite treats! It’s hard to rate these, as a human, but we trained her with them and she never got bored of them. We ripped up the sticks into smaller pieces to make them last longer. Would definitely buy again.

These pita bites are one of my go to purchases as a Canadian visiting Trader Joe’s! They are so delicious and comparable to a much higher priced item. Love these with the roasted garlic hummus

The blend of grains and sea salt makes for such a unique taste. There isn’t a lot of flavor but the sea salt topping makes up for it. Best topped with some egg salad, cream cheese, or whatever topping you have with pita crackers.

The texture it pretty hard. Sometimes I feel like I’m going to break my teeth. Pretty healthy though.

One of my favorite TJs product. Perfect two bite size and they pair so well with any of their cheeses. I recommend trying with the vanilla/blueberry goat cheese. Delicious!

Perfect treat to satisfy that sweet tooth, plus the ingredients are the sort that don’t make you feel guilty for the indulgence. Chocolate chips are a-plenty, which makes this even better. I find that by the end of the bar, I am completely satisfied.

Wouldn’t say this is filling for a meal replacement, but for a little pick me up between meals, definitely.

Love these granola bars! I always like to keep quick meals like this on hand for when I’m on-the-go and these granola bars definitely didn’t disappoint. Not too sweet and just enough chocolate for every bite.

I actually prefer Trader Joe’s granola bars to other brands.

I’m obsessed with these cashews. Literally changed my life once I tried them. So I make my own batch of trail mix because I’m allergic to almonds… I mix these cashews with just dried mangos and it’s the best and most delicious thing I’ve ever had! Once you try it there’s no turning back!.

These are dangerous! I cannot stop eating them. Perfect amount of spice and so so flavorful. I love eating them along as a snack or chopping them up and tossing them in salads or as a garnish for various dishes.

The thai lime and chili almonds are delicious as well, but not quite as good as the cashews in my opinion.

I have never had anything like these nuts before. The flavor is outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised by these. They are salty but not too salty. It’s a great healthy afternoon snack. I would highly recommend trying these.

This is amazing! Perfect amount of crunch, the mixture of different spices is addicting, and it goes great with various dips. Price is very reasonable for the quality. Honestly I’m not usually a huge fan of these sort of flavored chips but this is on another level — highly recommended!.

Love these! These remind me of Fritos. They are sooo good. A little salty but they are so worth it. The price is super good too for the amount that you get. I love dipping these in the Trade Joe’s salsas.

I see another comment on the Elote version of these chips, and I want to second that they are literally the most addicting chips on the planet! We have to buy 2 bags when we go to TJ’s bc they go so fast! Kind of remind me of Cool Ranch Doritos with a kick! Doesn’t taste like traditional elote, but I don’t even care bc these chips are seriously AMAZING!.

I love buying chia seeds from Trader Joe’s. They are affordable and the bag has lasted me a couple of months. I use my chia seeds daily in my smoothies and noticed that it has helped my digestive system.

I’ve noticed a consistency in taste and have not had any issues! I am running low and can’t wait to go to Trader Joe’s to buy some more!.

You can never go wrong with chia seeds! Packed with so many nutrients and good for the bowels!! My favorite is adding it to my overnight oats or blending them to making chia pudding. Will always be a staple in my pantry.

Trader Joe’s is an excellent brand, and one of my favorite places to shop! Always high quality that you can expect. The chia seeds can be added to smoothies, or a plethora of other recipes. Did I mention they’re a superfood?.

I would like to start my review off by saying that these should be called “wheat fatties”. My aunt Adalyn has bought 1,000 boxes of these distasteful pieces of cardboard. She says that her 7 children have lost so much wait, but in reality they are just over the 400 pound mark EACH.

Her youngest daughter of 7 just turned 2 years old. The average weight for a 2 year old is 25-35 pounds. Aunt Adalyns youngest daughter of 7 weighs approximately 137 pounds and 6 ounces. I would also like to touch on the addictive properties of these crackers.

Before I continue you must know that aunt Adalyns great grandmother was addicted to every drug under the sun. Aunt Adalyn cannot function without these wheat thins. She carries 10 boxes in her thirty one tot every where she goes.

One time we were at great uncle Bobbys going to prison party and she ran out of wheat thins. Let’s just say great uncle Bobby almost wasn’t the only one going to prison that day. I believe that wheat thins change your thinking, and they should not be consumed.

I grabbed these on a whim one day when I was grocery shopping and in a hurry to find a healthy snack. I wasn’t sure if I would like them, so they sat on my kitchen table for awhile. You know when you buy something that you’re kind of unsure of, so you try to avoid eating it.

Lol This was like that for me. One day, I finally decided to open the box and give them a try and I am so glad that I did! These are actually very good and they remind me of eating a pizza. In fact, it’s difficult to stop eating them because they are so tasty! I suppose they remind me of eating a pizza because of the tomato and basil.

If I had to describe them, I would say that they are reminiscent of eating a pizza crust with some tomato sauce and spices on it. If you like the idea of that, then there is a good chance that you might like to munch on these wheat thins as your next healthy snack!!.

Really good with soup, plain, or with cheese and grapes. Low fat family size would be the best value! The Mediterranean-like spices on top make these crackers very savory. Have napkins available for snack time as these can be a little messy when the spices stick to fingers; especially when tech devices are involved pre/intra/or post consumption 😉 Crushed and crumbled these would make a great crunchy topping on casseroles or on top of Mac n Cheese with shredded cheese blended and baked or broiled 5-10 minutes to Golden Brown.

After the Mac n Cheese is complete on the stove top transfer to a casserole dish and brown the cheese and cracker topping. Really flavorful!.

The Freeze-dried Strawberries from Trader Joes are the best! They are sweet and crunchy, but still melt in your mouth. I always keep some on hand at home. I use them in baking recipes instead of fresh strawberries, they have such an intense flavor.

You can crumble them on top of desserts as a topping, throw them in cereal, oatmeal, pancakes, etc. I pack them in little snack bags for my 2 year old niece and she loves them. They’re my favorite out of all the freeze-dried selections at Trader Joes.

10/10 just because they are really good for what they are for. If you eat them by themselves keep in mind they are unsweetened so they are really sour! They are really good as drink add ons and in cereal! I think it’s pretty affordable, $2.

99. Normally these are pretty expensive so the only thing I’d improve on is making a bigger bag so we can have the option to get a larger quantity.

I love !love! love these freeze dried strawberries ! They are so tasty full of strawberry flavor and not artificial tasting. Their crunchy so they keep up with the cereal milk and don’t get soggy. So hard for me to not eat entire bag.

I just love these wheat thins! I have never ate anything as much as I eat these. I bought over 1,000 boxes just this year. I take them with me everywhere! My youngest daughter (of 7) had a recital last week and I had to leave because I was out of my Wheat Thins.

Momma Bear can’t do anything without her Wheat thins! Now- Mama’s Cub- she only eats wheat thins. They have all the nutrients a young child could ever ask for! A lot of people say my kids are skin and bones, but that’s just the Wheat Thins doing their “thang” like the youngins would say.

“Thin” is in the name for a reason after all! I love my skinny family and my Wheat Thins! Wheat thins may come first ;).

I have not had a decent tortilla chip since I was told I could no longer eat grains in 2019. The taste and or texture was just not right. I grabbed a bag of sea salt tortillas, and for some reason decided to try the lime, too.

I have never liked lime much. I never understood why anyone would want lime chips. until now. The plain chips were great, but the little something extra the lime adds makes these the best grain free chips I’ve ever had.

It heightens the salt flavor a bit and is amazing with salsa. My new favorite! I’ve since purchased the taco shells and taco seasoning-regular and spicy. Will review those afterward too. LOVE THIS BRAND!.

All but one scored these excellent. If your reading this and considering a purchase. My advice is to buy more than one bag because these are so good. Finding good veggie and vegan foods can be a challenge.

These chips and seasoning are fantastic. an outstanding balance of flavors that shows outstanding snacks can come from healthy ingredients. The chips are a perfect thickness; a tad thinner than corn chips, which I like.

I have them on a regular order since they aren’t sold at my local stores and just now I’m upping the quantity. I think they got the seasoning perfectly right too. In fact, if they would sell it separately, I’d use it to zip up frozen burritos/wraps and then have them more often.

If the rest of the population had regular access to these chips, I’d picture brands like Doritos eventually ceasing to exist. I can’t imagine going back to products like that. Thank you Siete Family for your wonderful products!! Keep them coming.

These are so good and addicting! At first, I was hesitant because it contains coconut and I don’t like coconut, but I don’t taste coconut at all. These chips have a softer, dissolve in your mouth type of texture, but they are still crunchy.

I don’t find these to be spicy; they do have a slight kick to them but nothing like hot Cheetos or Takis. I love that these chips have healthier ingredients and are delicious! Would definitely purchase again.
