20 Best Headphone For Working Out (2023 Updated)

I like to sit in the dining room and study while my husband watches TV in the living room which is connected. I wear the headphones. They are really comfortable, and the battery is great! The sound is just awesome! The noise canceling feature is controlled by a switch and works perfectly for me.

It really makes a huge difference. I also like to be able to turn it off when I’m listening out for my daughter. The headphones will connect to two devices at once so I can listen to music on my laptop and not have to switch devices to answer my phone.

I waited a couple of months, and I can confidently say these are truly sweat proof. They’re not the best sounding headphones especially with the noise cancelling off, but they’re more than good enough.

I don’t baby these things either, I’ll work out, then toss them in my car. I never dry them off and I’ve dropped them countless times. Still as good as the day I got them.

I bought these based on the good reviews from many sources online. Out of the box they worked well, they paired and sounded nice. I put them on charge and I noticed no change light. Okay, so I changed cables.

Still no light. I plugged another item into the cable to verify it worked and it did. I never used the headphones more than 2 hours. The ANC red lamp still comes on. No power to the left pod. Now it’s over a month and I cannot return it.

The X10 is great for workouts – the ear hooks keep them in place (which for my small ears is important because earbuds always fall out of my ears), they are super comfortable, good sound quality, and it has ANC.

I also like that it has physical buttons for control. Worthy to note for those that care is that you can only access voice assistance if you have only one earbud in – however this doesn’t bother me. Definitely recommend these as a good option for people in search of wireless sport earbuds.

These have been a great sounding earbuds. I use them when I work out and run and they actually stay in my ear the entire time. The app that goes with it has been great and easy to navigate. I like the breathing excersises that come with them.

The only con is battery life isn’t great and I’m finding myself charging them every night if I don’t want them to die the next day.

These earbuds are amazing!! I was very impressed by the quality of these! I love that they hook around my ear and don’t fall out. They are also very comfortable. The sound of these impressed me because they are very clear and no one else could hear them.

I normally don’t posted reviews, but I thought my trials and tribulations trying to find a good pair of headphones for working out might be helpful. I was initially looking for a pair of totally wireless headphones for working out.

I tried the JLAB JBUDS AIR SPORT, but after a couple workouts they stopped working. I returned them for a new pair figuring I was just unlucky, but the same thing happened. I exchanged the second pair for a pair of Bose Sport Earbuds thinking that the JLAB quality was just poor and I needed to spend some money to get headphones that would stand up to some very sweaty workouts.

The Bose Sport Earbuds stopped working after a couple workouts as well. After 3 failed pairs of totally wireless earbuds, I figured I should just try the earbuds that are wireless, but still wired to each other.

I exchanged the Bose Sport Earbuds for the Bose SoundSport Wireless Sports Earbuds and have had zero issues with them after a month and a half. The sound quality is great and they fit well.

Stays in your ears. Delivered on time, works well. Replaces identical version. After two years the wire broke at the stress relief at the ear piece. A simple design change could fix this weak point.

Good product at a very reasonable price. To get that last star from me JVC would have to lengthen the connection wire about 4 inches to make it easier to wear for larger or taller users.

I bought these a few years ago but the recently broke. I was so happy to be able to find them on Ebay. I love thee JVC earbuds. These are the only ones that actually stay in and around your ear, especially when you are working out.

These headphones are good – glad I bought them at the recommendation of a friend. In full disclosure, I don’t really use them for their intended purpose (running). I needed to replace my headset for video conferences at work and wanted something small/discreet, lightweight, and with a decent battery life.

these fit the bill. Pros: – battery life – I’m on MS Teams calls all day long (6-7 hours/day) and these can make it through on a fresh charge. If I do have to charge during the day, they top up pretty quickly (seems to be less than 30 minutes for a full charge) – very lightweight and comfortable to wear* – the mic seems to work well according to my coworkers & clients – discreet – small enough to be barely noticeable on video calls – neat little feature is the voice that tells you “charge me” when the battery gets very low (but it can startle you the first time the voice randomly speaks to you without prompting) – relatively easy Bluetooth pairing** and controls Cons: – *comfortable.

to a point, that is. Not sure that they were intended for my extended usage but they do feel like they’re pinching right in front of your ear after several hours. I end up feeling a fatigue similar to clenching your jaw too hard or for too long and wonder if that’s the fit or a side effect of the bone conduction – **only pairs with one device at a time so you have to go through full pairing process again if, for example, you want to switch from your laptop to your phone – might be unique to my use case but these get in the way of using the headrest on my office chair.

The loop between earpieces lays right where your head meets the headrest. can be pushed down but that moves the earpieces and reduces sound quality since it’s not “bone conducting” properly (if that makes sense) – sound quality is “meh” to me (I typically use Pixel Buds II with my phone which has much better bass & depth of sound).

That being said, my wife (AirPods user) tried these out and thought the sound quality was pretty good. Overall, happy with my purchase and they make my workday more comfortable. 4 out of 5 stars, would buy again.

Maybe one day I’ll actually use them for running!.

I can’t wear ear buds, wanted something that could stay on when working out, wanted something small (easy to pack, less conspicious), and wanted something that doesn’t block out other sounds. This headphone style meets all these needs! I’m not much of a critic on music sound quality, so can’t speak to that, but these headphones are my go-to for any activity outside of work (where I use large noise-cancelling headphones), including walks around the neighborhood, going to the gym, or just doing the dishes.

While granular control is limited with just a few buttons, there is a nice large “Pause” button on the left side, which makes it easier than most other headphones I’ve used to stop the sound and fully engage with someone interrupting me (then quickly restart).

I also appreciate that if I need to stop using my headphones for a while (eg driving, long conversation), I can just leave them on instead of removing and risking losing them, as I often did with other small headphones in the past.

This is my third set of headphones over the years from Aftershokz/Shokz, and my favorite pair yet due to the option to buy the mini size – it fits my head so much better than any previous versions which were only full-sized when I bought them (Trekz Titanium, Aeropex).

It’s reduced how much they stick out from behind my head, and increased the comfort of them. In the past I’ve had to wear them for a short while at first as I acclimated to how they press on my head–with this pair, I didn’t need to do that.

I’m hoping that there’s also some increase in durability as my last pair snapped on the side (but still works, technically). I appreciate the quick charge improvement over the previous Aeropex model, and the sound range continues to be good as i run all over the house, leaving my phone in one place.

I haven’t yet used it much for calls, but the few I’ve done have been fine (held while in a quiet environment – predecessor had some challenges in noisy environment, understandably).

I currently have the OpenRun 8th Gen (when it was still called the Aeropex AfterShockz prior to the name rebranding thus I have the old logo). Overall, I am very happy with this product. Just recently I saw that a 9th Generation OpenRun PRO was just released to kickoff the 2022 New Year.

In comparison, there’s only very slight differences between the OpenRun (8th Gen) versus OpenRun PRO (9th gen), of which I will note below. So if you’re currently considering on getting the PRO like I am, consider if the differences are worth it: • 8hr charge for the OpenRun versus a 10hr charge time for the OpenRun PRO.

Okay yeah. I dig it 🙂 Any extra usage time is always a plus for me especially on days when I’m too lazy to charge. • The OpenRun weighs 26g and the PRO weighs a little heavier at 29g but not a deal breaker for me.

• Different placement in terms of the charging port (which is neither a good or bad thing, just an observation). • The OpenRun PRO has faster charge time of 1-hour versus the 1. 5 hours for OpenRun 8th Gen (but honestly an additional 30 mins is not a big deal at all that would make me jump for joy and run out to get a PRO).

I usually unconsciously leave my headphones on the charger for longer than it should anyways since I sometimes forget about it while running errands and doing other things around the house. So this additional charge feature I didn’t care much about.

• OpenRun is ‘waterproof’ (IP 67), while the OpenRun PRO is only ‘water-resistant’ (IP 55), which confuses me. Honestly my biggest beef here, obviously. IP rating weathers dust and moisture, so they are durable enough to withstand rainy runs, sweaty rides, or other gritty conditions.

So like WHY would the new generation downgrade the IP rating??? This makes no absolute sense. Typically shouldn’t new generations in anything be more advanced and not a less/downgraded version of it’s former counterpart?! So I would really like to know why???? Definitely a major turn-off.

• The PRO version has two bass enhancers, unlike it’s former counterpart. I’m very excited to find that the new OpenRun Pro has incorporated the two bass enhancers. This is pretty much the ONLY reason why I would get the PRO because I’ve aways complained about how much I like my headphones except for the lack of bass and sound quality.

Hoping the more premium sound quality of the bass enhancers is as advertised and worth the penny for music listeners like myself. So that pretty much sums up the differences in a nutshell between the OpenRun and the OpenRun PRO in terms of features.

In comparison to everything else, all the other features are exactly the same between the OpenRun and the OpenRun PRO in terms of sensitivity, wireless range, microphone, bluetooth type, command controls, frequency response, compatibility, moisture detection, frequency, etc etc etc.

I haven’t bought the PRO yet given the pricetag so I’m going to wait until my birthday this Summer to get one, and again mainly for the bass enhancers and the extra 2-hours battery life, which for me are both very important to me so hoping when I do get it, that it won’t be a disappointment.

Another thing I want to mention in terms of its size is that I would like to see a “Mini” version of the PRO. Makes no sense to have a Mini for the standard OpenRun but not have it available for the OpenRun PRO.

The “Mini” is very popular especially amongst us ladies so I’m hoping to see if there’ll be one by Summer. Guess I’ll see what happens when the time comes!.

As a man who has carefully studied this subject for months on end, ran a multitude of of test and spent months curating the perfect detailed analysis, I must conclude the the green m&m is the objectively hotter m&m.

Allow me to explain. Throughout my carefully thought out experiments of watching the m&m commercials and thinking, the answer of which m&m is in the subtle details. I must first start off with saying the the supposed attractiveness of the brown m&m is only a visual illusion, allow me to explain.

The glasses that she wears makes the viewers think she is attractive because it adds symmetry to her face. Human nature is that symmetry means more attractive, meaning healthier, meaning better offspring in the biological aspect.

The glasses mask majority of unwanted facial effect which are ****. On the other hand the green m&m is naturally beautiful. Let’s take the commercial with green m&m in the pool. As you can see she is still as attractive in the pool as she is out of it, which indicates she wears very minimal makeup at the very most.

Despite the brown m&m being smart, from all of my studies she seems to be smart on a superficial level meaning you would most likely be bored with her after a while. The glasses again help with the illusion of be smart as well as pretty.

My next point is also the color values. Green is inherently a good, well meaning color. Green is the color of grass, trees, nature, money, health, luck, and over all good. The particular shade of green is also attractive to the human mind.

On the other hand the color brown for an m&m is superbly basic. It is the color of any other chocolate and to the people I’ve interviewed, is the least tasty m&m. My final indication of attractiveness are the length of the heels.

Now, neither m&m has heels anymore because of the company taking them away, but when they had them the green m&m’s heels where slightly taller than the brown m&m. Heels are a sign of femininity and how much said woman wants to present themselves.

With her heels being taller she was establishing dominance over the brown m&m and also showing that her genes were more than capable of creating happy and healthy offspring. Not mentioning how attractive high heels can be.

This also shows that the brown m&m does not care as much about her appearance and likely does not have her life together. If her life is not together than what are the odds that she can care for you substantially.

With all of these point together this just proves the objective beauty of the green m&m. I would like to thank Cambridge for approving my study of this topic.

I really love the product so I will give it a 5 star, but support is definitely barely one star. I bought these specifically to use for work so connecting to my work PC was essential. Right out of the box the headphones connected to my phone and MacBook, but refused to connect to my Windows work machine.

I sent multiple support requests to help me with this as it was obviously a Windows issue. I even stated that if I could not get them to work, I was going to return them I did not receive a single response from support so as a last ditch effort I scoured the internet for a solution and eventually found it.

I am sure this is a known issue and the Raycon support team probably could have saved me days of searching. Since they are unable to do that, I would like to save anyone else who has this issue the headache.

I’ve had my work headphones for about 6 months and have not been able to use them for work. The bluetooth connection to multiple devices drops fairly consistently. Now, I’m not a normal user and constantly switch them between many devices (over 8).

But I understand completely how to disconnect from all paired devices and only have connected to one device at a time. But even being careful about that, I’ll get disconnect/reconnects every 30 minutes or so.

So, if you are a normal user – these are really good. Good sound, good features, comfortable for 4-6 hours at a time. But if you share between quite a few devices – you might experience some drops which can be really irritating in a work environment.

They have almost all the features youd want. I used them for DJing because I could use the 3. 5mm input and not worry about battery life or latency, and have great noise cancelling to focus on my mixing.

They do not impress at all on the lows, but manage to stay clear with the mids and highs. Overall great audio quality and not easily noticeably worse than using direct wired. Cant wear them for a while without feeling clamped.

Battery life is amazing. The metal earcups will scratch against each other when folded flat. No thought put into the design in this regard. They only like to fit in the carrying bag one way. Ultimately I was expecting more sound stage or wow factor when first trying them out.

I wouldnt pay more than $150-$200 for these and Ive since let them go.

I bought this set of headphones in 2020 in the fall 18 months later that battery only holds a charge for 1. 5 hours and the right earphone has fallen apart. I bought these because I was hoping the metal construction would translate through to being an overall quality item.

With the battery life at 90 minutes now these headphones are almost useless. The ANC is also not as good as my sony headpones. When I wear these on the street they have BT connection issues near traffic lights.

and in my 800 sqft apartment they have trouble staying paired to my computer if I go to the restroom or am in the bedroom. I would not buy for Master and Dynamic again especially with only a 1 year warranty.

These are fantastic. They come beautifully presented in the packaging, which separates out each element for you. They have an ability to be changed to be both on ear and over ear, with the spare ear supports protected and presented in a beautiful leather box.

Transport of the headphones themselves is within a thick material case which stays closed through a magnetic closing function and a has a little storage pocket inside the bag to hold the relevant cable for charging.

Although hesitant initially about this storage type for transport, the headphones sit flat within the bag and feel well protected within, it also takes up less space that the alternative hard case. The headphones themselves are covered in leather and beautifully soft to hold and have on, however, importantly these expensive details do not overshadow or cover up any compromise on sound quality.

The sound is beautiful, crisp and contains depth at both high and low pitch, and whilst the headphones do not have the noise cancelling function of others on the market, they significantly reduce the sound even with the on ear rather than over ear cover, blocking out significant levels of noise traffic; tested both on car and train.

Positioning on the head is extremely comfortable, and can be adjusted making them feel safe and secure in size and shape. Instructions for set up are minimal and contained within the presentation box, but the headphones are simple to use and require little more.

Connection via bluetooth can be distanced (headphones upstairs v. connection point downstairs) although as with all bluetooth connections is not limitless. The headphones boast of a 16 hour capability once fully charged and certainly they have had over 12 hours without any problem.

Charging is through a microUSB to USB port so limits the number of socket chargers you need to take away as can plug into the same as your phone, they also come with a cable for the ability to plug straight into your source.

I really wanted to like these but am disappointed. First the good: Build feels and looks quite good, not great but good. Button interface is great, and fit around ear is great too. These things don’t fall out of your ear when running or working out.

Bluetooth connection is solid and pairing no problem. Battery life is good – about 5 hours. It comes with a nice case, long and short USB leads (nice touch) and a 2. 1A dual port USB car adapter – nice.

The Bad: the sound. There’s nothing even remotely audiophile about these. They sound dull and muffled, making the bass feel heavy. They have good bass, except even at medium volume the drivers overload – it’s like they need damping.

The combination of under-damped bass, weak mid and poor highs just doesn’t sound good. These are headphones after all, so poor sound = bad rating. I cannot recommend these Sensos unless you really don’t care about sound quality.

There are much better sounding bluetooth options. As an example, the audio on the TaoTronics 4. 1s is excellent, good build quality, downside is battery life is only 2. 5 hours, and they don’t stay in the ear quite as well.

But those still get 5 stars.

For the price, it’s a great product. Looong Bluetooth range. I went about 40ft without disruption, seems like it might go further. It does have a lot of treble so if you’re looking for bass or you’re an audiophile probably not for u.

I just needed something light, wireless, and inexpensive. This product delivers on my needs and doesn’t irritate while on for long periods of time. I run/jog with these on and barely feel them on my ears and they stay completely dry no matter how long I’m running in the hot sun.

I would definitely buy again.

This product has great build quality, offers really good sound (better than most headsets in this price tag), it is quite comfortable, won’t come off that easily, and comes with a lot of additional stuff (like earbuds, wire tie, durable carrying case, different chargers, etc.

). It is quite easy to connect to the phone, just hold the main button for couple of seconds and it will pair with your phone. Overall, highly positive experience.

I looked everywhere for this older version of the PlantronicsBackBeat Fit. The new ones (after 2018, I think) are of real inferior quality to these older ones. In the older model the soundquality is excellent, there is no white noise/buzzing, and the menu-voice is crystal clear.

I am so disappointed that Plantronics obviously didn’t keep up their high standards. This older model, on the other hand, is excellent, and my previous pair lasted from February 2016 to February 2021; that’s five years.

They went with me to Indonesia and Mongolia and I exercised almost daily with them. And the only thing that actually broke on them was the plastic cover over the buttons. So I haven’t thrown away my old pair, in case they never make something as good as this again.

In the meantime, I’m thrilled to have found this brand new, older model. About the headphones: I don’t like seperated earbuds, which is why I prefer this type connected by cable. I also feel like they sit much better.

I have NO clue why anyone would buy for example AirPods. I do power yoga, which means my head is often upside down, and these stay put 100% of the time. They’re so comfortable too. Absolutely love them 🙂 Cons: Some with small heads (like me, size 54-56 cm) may feel like the cable is a bit long, but it’s a one size, so.

The older design was brilliant, I used them every day for about 3 years before my bag killed the headset. The second set lasted another 2 years before one of the earphones stopped working. I love this headset for running or listening music when working so I purchased my 3rd set.

Sadly by this point the company had changed to Poly & the design or manufacturing also sees to have completely changed & the quality along with it, the first new set I purchased didn’t work at all & had to be exchanged (Poly were great with the return and exchange).

My issues with the new design are: – The sound controls have switched sides from left to right. This seems really strange & isn’t in line with the BackBeat Pro headset I also have. – The push controls are not responsive.

Trying to turn the headset off can be tedious at times. – The little grip for indicating where the controls are is gone. – And my biggest issue which means I don’t even use the headset is that if I move any faster than a walking pace the right earpiece pops off.

This makes the headset useless for running. In the end my older headset started working again & that is what I still use. Its still going strong with daily use after 4 years. It would be brilliant to bring back that design & manufacturer.

Great high and mid range. Easy to wear except soft insert comes out of my ear easily. Controls a bit clunky. Im OK w 5 he battery life (if so – havent used that long yet). Charging not always clear. Cant use phone with road noise (but see below).

On the plus, its WP, compact, almost unnoticeable to me, simple pause and on off. Wish still made new. Made to allow u to hear your surroundings versus noise cancelling – perfect for safe biking!.

Given the mixed reviews I was a bit apprehensive about how these earbuds would perform, but perhaps the latest software updates (which I ran before even trying them) have worked, and for me they’ve been excellent! Admittedly not perfect fidelity sound quality like my full size stereo separates, but then what do you expect from such tiny speakers?! Given the size they have a deep, resonant sound and haven’t missed a step so far.

The size was an issue at first, but after experimenting with the options of ear buds sizes they now fit perfectly and never fall out (though to be fair I haven’t played football in them or anything!).

Normally waking and running is no problem for them. The battery was my biggest concern before buying, but has turned out to be one of the best features – so far they last for anywhere up to 10 hours between charges, and when I close the lid they obviously switch off properly as they are always at the same battery level when I come back to them a few days later.

Having said that, I’ve only had them a couple of months, so it’s possible this will degrade quickly over time, but let’s hope not. My only gripe would be the lack of feedback from the earbuds. Once I’d downloaded the app and added touch features like changing volume and checking battery status this improved slightly, but it seems a bit of a flaw to not be able to physically switch them on/off, especially once they’re in the case and you can’t see them.

I’m also used to getting much more info from wireless headphones on the various statuses at the touch of a button, even from much cheaper Sony buds, so I’m a little disappointed that Bose seem to have put so little effort into the touch controls and the configurability of the various settings.

However, overall this a realtively minor concern when stacked up against the excleent sound quality, good fit and great battery life, which were my 3 main requirements – good job Bose!.

Avoid these earbuds if you like ease of use. Going from Bose SoundSport Earbuds to these has been a huge disappointment. and downgrade. These new Sport Earbuds are missing several functions compared to older models: They can only connect to one device at a time, and it’s difficult to connect to a different device if they are already turned on and connected to one device.

They also don’t have buttons for volume – you’re supposed to be able to slide your finger up and down the side for volume control, but this barely works as intended, and more often than not activates the devices microphone.

You cannot turn these off without the charging case – another failure in my opinion. During the warm months, if you don’t carry a purse/bag, you’ll have to cram a 3. 5 inch case into your pocket if you want these to turn off and not simply sit draining battery when not in use.

Trying to get these into pairing mode is also a major challenge. You basically have to take the ear buds, case, and the device you want to pair to, out of range of any other device which is already paired.

If you don’t, the earbuds will just connect to an existing device and won’t let you enter pairing mode easily, if at all. The actual sound quality is good, standard Bose product, but holy the lack of features and non-ease of use is like taking 10 steps backward in terms of technology.

Long story short I ended up exchanging there Ear Buds for the Jabra 85T. Read below if you want to know why Buy if you want a great sounding Ear buds. But that’s about all that’s good with these Earbuds.

Do not buy if you are planning on using for phone calls. I drive around alot and primarily outdoors. My employees complained alot about not hearing me, the sound was in and out and alot of background noise.

Bose Music App is also very basic, does not offer much control or settings. I also had a difficult time pairing my Earbuds with the App although the Ear Buds would pair with my device without the App fine.

Without pairing your earbuds with the App you will not have control into settings of Ear buds. After troubleshooting online, restarting my device helped with that issue and was finally able to connect Ear buds with the App.

Another downfall is that you’re not able to connect multiple devices/phones at the same time. You have to change the source ( Through Bose Music App). This does not work for me because I have a personal phone and I also have a work phone.

Not having an actual button on the right ear for volume control and call answering was a bit of an annoyance. I wasnt sure of the volume was being adjusted or if I answered the call. Overall just disappointed with the product, maybe I got a bad pair or maybe all of them are like how I experienced, I would have liked to try another pair but I didn’t not want to bother going through the same hassle again.

You can get a great sounding Ear buds for alot less.

This headset is loaded with features, most features hit close to 5 stars but not quite. Comfort: I have XXL size head (24″-24 1/2″) and it fits me well – above average compared to others that Ive tried, Clamp force is high – just like any other ANC headset, it can start to hurt after few hours.

4 stars Sound: Quality is good, Its more focused on “live” immersion music setup (I have tried adjusting with EQ), it reminds me of Bose sound style of tune up, Im not the biggest fan of it because it lacks in very crisp highs and very deep lows, Max volume level not very high, I would say average at best.

As Ive mentioned lacks in crisp highs and bass in general – if you try to increase those levels you will lose volume – its well known Bluetooth technology flaw. It does have fully featured app with custom EQ available.

Overall sound quality feels premium but lacks in those areas Ive mentioned. 3. 5 stars ANC: I would say its well above average and works quite well – I use it mostly at the gym and gives me plenty of isolation with higher volume.

It has 2 different ANC settings. Bionic hearing for conversations also excellent and can be quickly turned on and off on the side of the headset. 5 stars Other features: Battery life is accurate and will last over 40 hours, Bluetooth range is on par with 5.

0 version reach. Earcups are comfy and dries quickly – also washable. Dedicated app is excellent and covers all features and beyond. 5 stars I use them mostly for the gym and happy with them. Wish it had more volume and base, luckily ANC helps with isolation and higher volume is adequate.

Things to consider: this headset may not work for you if you plan on using it for long sessions (work, study, gaming) – clamp force is high and will eventually start to bother you – also ears will warm up quite a bit.

It may not be for you if you are avid music listener – sound quality is nice but lacks in volume and high/low range. For retail or slight discount price I would rate them 3. 5 stars, for big discount that I have paid for them I will give it 4.

Ok so right off the bat let me just say that before buying these headphones. I started off using over the ear noise canceling headphones with the Bose QC II then jumped years after to the SONY WH-1000XM3 and later upgraded to the WH-1000XM4 which are the kings of noise canceling and quality, but my biggest issue was that I could never use them to go to the gym or for my home workout or at least if so I’d have to buy extra covers from ebay to do so.

After buying the project rock wireless over the ear headphones I can definitely say these are headphones that I’m in love with everything from durability to features to having physical buttons again, and of course the option that I can use these to do as many workouts and just wash the cushion which is detachable.

Also my biggest issue with Sony’s headphones were that the touch controls weren’t exactly as responsive as I’d wish, with these new under armour rock headphones you have all the physical buttons oh and also almost 5-10 more of battery time which in my book is huge.

The less time I have to spend charging devices the better. Also the noise canceling on these headphones yes are weaker then Sony’s headphones but I actually appreciate it more due that I can actually take these with more when running or walking and can still be aware in the most minimum when cars are passing by.

Apart from that all the major features are still there, pairing these to my laptop, phone etc was super easy, I can connect to two devices at once is awesome. Also they look amazing with the brama bull all over the place.

I can’t say enough amazing things of these headphones. They truly are amazing.

I bought these headphones when they were $99 such a good price I purchased a pair in black and white. Now the good part I would say these are some amazingly well-built headphones and I can truly see that they are durable and would be ideal for using in a gym, I like the fact that the ear pads or sweat and water resistant to a point but being able to remove them makes ownership simplified and gives you a way to better maintain your headphones.

I was pleasantly surprised when I use them on a flight and the noise canceling was amazing even to the point to win the plane was about to land you heard little to no noise due to the noise canceling, another feature that I found handy was when you take the headsets off it will automatically pause your audio until you return the headphones back to your head.

The JBL application you can download from either the Android or Apple store is a handy utility to dial the sound in more to your preference and that was refreshing to see and also use but the one huge downside of these headsets would be with their bass response I was very disappointed that when listening to either music with a heavier baseline it almost sounds like the drivers in the headset are bottoming out and makes me question how long will the headsets take this type of abuse, the black of low end even while using the JBL application does not fix the issue that having a different set of headphones would fix.

When you look at the $99 price point that I paid for the headsets they are still a great set of headphones I know that I can ask for the mx4 or MX5 quality from Sony along with maybe some of the higher-end headphones from beats but I can seriously tell you if JBL addresses the low end on these headphones they will be by far some of the best headphones you can buy point blank.

The assistant options is good to have and having Google or Alexa integration is a handy feature, at $99 it’s a no brainer but $299 or $229 makes me pass and look at another brand. Well good luck and enjoy your audio journey.

Poor product qualityMy Journey: For the price you pay you’d expect these things to be pretty robust but in truth they arent. The first pair I had did not last 4 months with light use (less than 5 hours a week).

The headphones wouldn’t turn on even while fully charged. Harmon didn’t honor the warranty agreement and sent me refurbished headphones instead of new ones like the policy states. The 2nd pair didn’t last 5 months before the headphones wouldn’t hold a charge anymore.

They sent me a refurbished headset and didn’t even have the courage to replace the battery. a less than $5 part for something that cost a few hundred. They have sent me another set of headphones again that are refurbished.

and its still not even a year since my original purchase. But ultimately jokes on them because I did pay for the 2 yr warranty with best buy and I sure as hell plan on getting my money back. The actual product experience: About the product though.

I do feel they fit a little small on my head but I’ve got a big dome like the rock without the small ears. The sound quality is fantastic, but the volume is pretty low compared to Sony headphones. The headphone controls are easy to use and it comes with a 2.

5mm jack instead of a stand 3. 5mm jack for some reason. even though there’s plenty of space for it. Just an unnecessary and poor design choice. Lastly, when these things actually work the battery lasts a long time.

You only need to charge this once a week if that for moderate use. (6-8 hour medium play a week). These things grip your head and they sure as hell won’t fall off even if youre doing crossfit. The con of that is they’ll hurt your ears after a while, but you can’t have your cake and eat it too.

Would love to give these a higher rating, but Harmon clearly cares more about short term revenue than brand recognition and customer retainment. TLDR: Great while they last. Wouldn’t recommend this junk to anyone.

It’s easy as a consumer to not know all the specifics about electronics, but the robustness of this product does not live up to the price tag. It really doesn’t. Would give them 2 stars but Harmon legit violated our agreement is proud of it knowing my only option is to sue them in small claims court which won’t go anywhere.

I was really excited about these headphones and while they lasted they were great, good sound, good charge time, good fit, while they lasted, and then nothing, no power, no charge, no pairing, nothing.

I called customer service and was told they were out of warranty range (2 years), BUT here is a coupon for another pair. I took them in to see if they could be repaired and was told the main electric control board was damaged by.

If that means 2 years and then buy another pair, they are dead accurate. At 199. 99 for these, that is basically 100. 00 a year for headphones, that is absurd and JBL should be embarrassed by the quality and durability of these headphones.

I’m not sure what athletes tested them and for how long, but might want to get a new test group. You can do better JBL.

I bought this bad puppy two weeks ago and have ran probably 20 miles in it so far along with plenty of abb workouts along with lifting and squatting. Never once has this headset fell off my head or even got to the point to where I want to take it off or adjust it to make it more comfortable, it’s almost the perfect headset for athletes.

Also the range that the Bluetooth sensor on this headset can reach is unbelievable, I sat my phone down and the headset stayed in tune to my phone the entire time I ran the track at my rec center and it’s a pretty wide range.

The quality my guy the QUALITY is just epic if you have ever owned a jbl product in the past then you know your getting the quality that’s expected. If you plan on spending the money on this bad puppy then just believe it’s worth it without a doubt, also the thing came with a wired plug in for gamers and anyone going wired.

ALSO the microphone on this headset to talk to people works better than my 140$ gaming headset mic very very clear and smooth on the voice from the headset end I can answer calls while literally lifting or running.

Trelab Headphones Review They’re everything that they promise to be. As a previous owner of these, I can say that you get what you pay for. I have only had two other pairs of Bluetooth headphones which include the Apple Air pods and a less expensive wired Bluetooth set.

These are great for the gym, work and much more. Other than the design and age of these, I think they are excellent and don’t fail to deliver. My set worked well up until the day that one of the ear pieces stopped working.

Overall, I would give them a 3. 8 out of 5 for these reasons. These are the following criteria I considered when rating their performance: Sound: The sound of the headphones is outstanding. It’s crisp, powerful and allows you to block out your environment.

I think the noise cancelling feature they provide is nice, but it also depends where you are and what you are doing. Range: These did have a long signal range, but it is heavily dependent on where you are.

If you are in an open space, then it probably will work better. Sometimes if you are in your own home going in and out of rooms the connection is known to be problematic. Bundle: The set comes with many little pieces that allow you to adjust your headphones to your own personalized fit.

I feel like I only used a couple of these other pieces several times. It is convenient in case you misplace or lose them. Fit: The fit I found was comfortable for the most part, but I would rate it 7 out of 10 after I have tried some other competing Bluetooth headphones.

This is the third pair of headphones from Treblab I’ve bought – needless to say I have been pleased with them in the past. I’ve had XR100, XR500, and am now enjoying these XR800s. Contrary to other reviewers opinions, I’ve been completely satisfied with the battery life – they actually do give me 8-9 hours on a full charge.

The sound quality is very good (IMO XR500s were a little better). And I find these to be a little more comfortable than the past ones. If you think you won’t like wire-joined left and right, you probably won’t like ’em; but I was mainly looking for battery life and good sound (media and phone), and I think these are the tops – I’m used to and don’t notice the cord.

Overall, its good. My only issue is the fit around my ears. They are loose and I need to wear something to hold them on. The range is good for me to run upstairs. I personally would like a longer range (not sure if its possible), but I enjoy being able to leave my phone and still listen to music.

Ive only spoken on the phone once, it felt like I had to speak louder to be heard. Still very good. If you have smaller ears, maybe wont work unless adjustable ear grips are added (again, if thats a possible feature).

I specifically came back to rate these so people know — these are awesome! They’re very good quality wireless headphones and I’m very happy with them. I use them at work to play my music and I also use them at home with my PS4 (although, because of the PS4, you cannot use them wirelessly).

Debbie (another reviewer) misunderstood what “active noise cancellation” means. It’s not saying that people around you can’t hear anything (although I’ve never tested this) but actually about canceling out any noise in your environment that may drown out whatever you’re listening to.

That’s why on the box it mentions how beneficial it is to have to use on planes and/or trains, DEBBIE. Anyways, I digress. I stand by this and highly recommend them. Thanks, Treblab! And no thanks to the store I bought these from through Walmart.

I had to return the first defective pair. They even instructed me to dunk them in a bucket of water and then take a picture of them to begin the return. I seriously thought it was a prank! And their response time is God awful! STAY AWAY FROM PRODUCTECH.

I have both the Run XTs and the original Vistas true wireless buds. I bought a second pair after believing that I had lost them in a move. Come to find them after I purchased the new earbuds, unfortunately.

Anyway, the XTs offer a solid range, offer a reasonable range with bass notes, and came at a competitive price. I like the ‘hard button’ on the Run XTs but can be uncomfortable in your ear after a period of time, and fall out of your ear easier when you work out.

The Vista’s improve on this and a few other obvious areas from the Run XT. Areas like user interface, ergonomics, and durability, and maintain untarnished sound quality. Overall, they were a solid release, but 80% there, I would go with the Vistas.

The Vista 2s look promising as well. And address a few other tactile / durability quibbles I have as well. Maybe I’ll upgrade myself?.

This is my second pair that I bought. they are awesome when they are new BUT after a while they start to degrade. What I mean is they will start cutting off for no reason and go to another setting. When I cut my grass they ALWAYS cut off or switch songs for no reason, this happens ONLY when.

I cut my grass, this I dont understand. Now Im having a problem with them not holding a charge. I keep them charged up so when I use them they will be full. i just went on a 50 minute run and already”battery low” WHAT?? so, time to get rid of these and get another one.

Im thinking of getting another pair BUT in a couple of years will. I have the same problem?? maybe I should try BOSE and see how they hold up. BOSE has a good reputation. I saw a pair of BOSE ear buds in Walmart for about the same price.

All in all I like JBird Run BUT they do degrade over time.

Two years later and I’m still using the first pair I purchased. My concern was them no longer working due to excessive sweating: I do 60 minutes of HIIT 3x a week and sweat like a racehorse. Two years later and the buds are still working.

Pros: fits in my ears like a glove, sweat proof, fast charge. The only con is that now I noticed the battery life isn’t lasting as long as when I first purchased them. I get about 2 hours of use before it warns me I have only 20% battery life left.

The good news is that I can pop them back in the case and in 5 minutes I’m back to a full charge. I’m not sure what the issue is with the case that someone mentioned. You put them in and close the case shut which is pretty secure.

No, it isn’t “snug” in the case but it doesn’t move around after you shut the case. 🤷🏾‍♀️ The light tells you it’s charging.

I’m extremely happy with my new Avantree earbuds. They have a perfect fit, the sound quality is so much better then with my previous set. Really full sounds, nice in lows, middle and high. Battery life is very good and once back in box in very little time back at 100%.

Earbuds switch on as soon as you take them out of the box and connect in a second. Also the battery life of the box itself lasts for weeks already and only one of the four load led’s has dimmed until now.

What’s also a incredibly nice or even important feature, you can use the earbuds independently from each other.

We have 2 pairs of the TWS110 and needed another pair that we could dedicate to our Peloton; bought these before they were generally available so took a bit of a chance but really like them. I have small ears so that’s always an issue for me with earbuds.

These are a secure fit for both me and my husband. Great sound quality. Hoping for many, many Peloton miles out of them! I’d be very comfortable running (indoors) or jumping rope in them as well.
