20 Best Hardware For Espresso Cabinets (2023 Updated)

We were looking for that lovely blend of chrome/gold finish, and ordered a sample of the the the Amerock Pull – Polished Nichol/Golden Champagne. The “golden” color turned out to be more of a dull green.

Not what we were seeking. However, it is clear the quality of this item is good.

These are really great. Got for husbands office reno in our home. Looks very nice on upgraded desk. Purchased this because I thought the “knurled ” section looked kinda sporty and it looks great beside mountain bike he retired as “art” on the wall.

Really very happy with these. Note that the knurled section is not pointy or rough like sometimes happens with this technique. It is very smooth and feels nice in the hand but has a definite texture to it.

If he (or she) is a sporty guy who insists on carbon fiber for his gear he will think this is cool but it still looks really nice in a home. its not gimmicky just cool.

These cabinet knobs are simple, however, installing them to my cabinets added sooooo much character. I love the brushed nickel which gives it a slight shine without a mirror effect. I used an inexpensive plastic guide to mark the areas and drill.

The package came with two different nail lengths to accomodate varying cabinet/drawer thickness. After drawing the holes, screwing in the nails was quick.

I just finished sanding, priming, and painting my kitchen cabinets. Went from espresso gel stain to white and wanted new hardware, including hinges, to finish the look. I chose Amerock since the original 28 year old hinges finished in antique brass from them always functioned properly.

The pulls are a decent weight and feel really good when you use your fingers to open the drawer. The difficult part was making sure they were level and centered. Even with a paper template my husband made some of them ended up off level a tiny bit.

Overall I recommend them as they’re a style between modern and traditional.

Nice finish and substantial feel with these handles. I was looking for 3″ centers, but wanted something that looked larger to compliment existing pulls on the drawers. These overhang the centerlines by approximately 1/2″ top and bottom and the width is more than most.

The result is a larger proportion. Nice contouring on the flanges.

I did a lot of research before buying these. I didnt want to buy cheap pulls that wouldn’t last so I spent $600 and expected to get what I paid for. I’ve had them installed for under 4 years and all the commonly used pulls have worn the black off.

I have flipped or changed a lot of them because it bothered me that you could see shiny metal on all the edges but it didn’t take long for those edges to become worn out too. I’m so disappointed in the quality of these for how much they are.

I would have rather paid for something cheaper that I could afford to swap out every 5 years. Warrantly states it won’t cover “normal wear and tear” which I’m sure they will say that is. but I can’t not open and close cabinets and drawers!?.

I never thought I would fall in love with a cabinet pull but this one has my heart. It comes in a wonderful variety of finishes, including Ash gray, which is so difficult to find. It is very contemporary and it is solid.

I ordered three finishes since I didn’t know which one I wanted and all three were the same quality. I highly recommend this cabinet pull for anyone doing a contemporary kitchen.

I purchased 80 of these cabinet pulls. Excellent quality stainless steel. Heavy weight with no imperfections. Made my new kitchen look modern, with a slick, streamline style. Sales department was excellent and ready to serve.

I bought the brushed nickel for my new custom made bath cabinets. They aren’t up yet as I’m waiting on the painters to get done and the general contractor comes back to install door hardware throughout, but I am pleased with the high quality and weight of the product.

I’m hoping that my soft-close doors still work it is that weighty!.

This is a wonderful product and a great deal at this price. My contractor commented on the quality. little did he know how much I spent! In fact, last year when I repainted the cabinets I bought these.

this year (when the repainting just wasn’t working and we ended up upgrading the kitchen) I took them off the old cabinets, washed them a bit and on the new cabinet they look brand new!. Although there was no free shipping, the shipping was quick, reasonably priced and efficient.

The pencil style drawer pull was exactly what we wanted and so much less expensive than our local big box store. However we had to reorder extras due to the fact that in two or three of the handles, a screw broke off in the handle and we could not back it out.

The postage to do this was more than the product! This could be user error as this was a DIY project, non-the-less frustrating. Now, project complete and we are happy with the look.

Same hardware throughout the house. Thought finding these was going to be a challenge but found them right around the “corner†…where they have a wide selection of door hardware. Great small business that supports the military.

Will buy again when I remodel the closet.

I ordered these bar cabinet pulls along with knobs; a total of 38 items all together for our new kitchen remodel. I ordered them on Sunday, I received them within three days, very well packaged and that was really great.

They are exactly as stated, heavy, nicely polished chrome, at a great price in a design I could not find in our local box stores. To start a minor complaint – I ordered two sets of 10 each of the pulls in order to get the best price but it was a few more pieces than I really needed.

When it all arrived, every single piece was individually packaged (instead of packages of 10) which was really nice, but why couldn’t I have ordered 16 separate pieces instead at the reduced rate? Secondly, I should have paid more attention to the description as each pull came with two short 1″ screws (as I now see is listed in the description), which were too short to pass through the cabinet drawer front and box and attach to the pull.

I had to drive to a big box store to buy a box of longer screws before we could use these pulls. My installer states he never saw pulls with only short screws. He said he has always noticed that they come with two long and two short screws.

In any case, they look great but next time I will be reading more carefully. Thank you Houzz for having this product.

Was looking for the perfect pulls for my new cabinets. These fit the bill perfectly. Nice and beefy vs others that were skinny and cheap-looking. Love them! Tried to share a pic but it wouldn’t download.

These are very sturdy, solid pieces. My only gripe is that the holes are pretty difficult to align for drilling, because these have prongs that sit into the drawer face. Highly recommend using two bits, because if you bore the hole for the prong, the bolt will be loose, so you need to bore the larger hole for the prong and then downsize your drill but for the bolt what to prevent blowout or pull through the larger hole.

All in all this is a small inconvenience, but it does take some practice before you get the holes right, you don’t really want the semicircle of hole exposed if you oversize the prong hole, catching dirt and stuff, or have to fill it.

They’re great looking but I’d get a 2×4 to practice on before drilling into expensive new cabinet fronts!.

I refinished my kitchen island that was originally a honey oak color. At first I was going to spray paint and reuse the original hardware but I was so happy with the results that I decided to buy these new drawer pulls.

Be aware that these have extensions on the back which means you will have to drill out huge holes in your drawers to get these flush with the front. I checked out a few other similar products on Home Essentials Direct and they don’t have this feature – wish I would have noticed this prior to buying because I would have chosen something different.

I also had to go buy longer screws because the ones provided were too short for my drawers. I addition, I had to add washers because the screw head was slipping through the giant holes that I had to drill.

Because I had to use such large drill bits it took a lot of force to drill the holes so I damaged my new paint job a little by pushing in the drill bit. I’ll just need to touch it up so not a big deal.

I also made a mistake in one of the drawers so it is a little crooked (the island shifted when I was pushing against the drill which caused me to drill one a little higher). My husband says he doesn’t notice but it’s probably going to drive me crazy.

I won’t be able to redo it without a big production because the drill holes are more than 1/4”. My original hardware was just one center knob so I measured down 1/2” from the center of the drawer and then measured 1 1/2” to each side.

They look centered on my drawers. Measure carefully, use a level and make sure you do it right on the first try because drilling out such large holes means it will be difficult to fix if you make a mistake.

They do look nice and seem durable but installation was more of a hassle than it needed to be because of the extensions. If I had to do it again I would choose another product – there were plenty of others on Home Essentials Direct that were priced similarly.

I love the color of these cup pulls! We recently remodeled our entire kitchen with white cabinets and navy blue on the island. These champagne gold pulls are the perfect color contrast against the deep blue.

We also bought these same pulls in oil rubbed bronze. They’re just as gorgeous against the white color on the rest of the kitchen cabinets and drawers. These pulls are sturdy, well made, and easy to install.

The pulls come with different lengths of screws according to your cabinet/drawer thickness. We have wide drawers, so a small 2 to 3 inch wide pull was too small and unimpressive. At 4 inches, these big boys are just right for our over-sized drawers.

Also, the finish is nice, not a scratch anywhere. I would buy these again! Highly recommend.
