Great quality and very secure packaging. This has to be the best rock album ever produced. Three discs of solid rock music. Sound quality is fantastic A muct have for any rock fan. Also a great album for driving in the car on a long journey.

This book is brilliant. It now completes my sons set. The spiral binder on the book makes it so much easier to turn pages over and read, not like books with ordinary binders where the pages flirt back.

Excellent CD, great songs of the 70’s, well positioned selections that play very well together. When I listen to all the songs, it brings back a lot of great memories.

I bought this with not too much expectation other than a decent compilation of Iron Maiden from 1990-2010. When it arrived and I opened it, I was completely blown away. Absolutely beautiful artwork in and outside of this trifold.

Then, when I pulled the records out I was even more blown away by the beautiful artwork on the front and back of all three LPs. Looking at each record closely I can see that they have good quality control because they were flawless.

Finally, when begun to spin these babies man did they sound so beautiful. I am beyond happy for this purchase it is beyond worth what I paid for it. Hope somebody else gets to enjoy this. I may have to order another because my 11 year old is amazed with this and loves the music too.

This 3-record set looks GREAT, feels GREAT and sounds FANTASTIC. I had the cd. THIS is BETTER. ! Six-face gatefold cover and nice heavy (picture) vinyl. A fine piece of art in every respect. If you dig Iron Maiden, you should buy this while you still can.

Simply has, Bruce Springsteen has an artificial sound. It is purely mechanical. Truth is he can’t rock, don’t roll and has no soul. It is a popular formula. He is even more pseudo sounding live. Sorry ladies and gents, just tellin’ it like it is.

The Sony minidisc version of Bruce Springsteen’s Greatest Hits is an A+. Contains the same songs as the CD. The digital transfer is flawless to my ears. Of course the real beauty is the fact that the music is on a minidisc.

As only a few thousand were ever produced, minidiscs have become more and more rare. Besides the collectibility of minidiscs, the format is superior to the common CD in many ways: 1. Size – the minidisc is is about the size of a large pack of matches.

2. Protective Case – The disc is protected in a protective case, much like the old floppy disc or a zip disc, preventing scratches to the disc surface. 3. Portability – Because of the small size and protective disc case, the minidisc can take a beating.

You can toss them in your car, purse, bag, carry on, etc. with out the larger disc case w/insert cover and your disc will be fine. It’s too bad that the minidisc never caught on in the US as it did in Japan.

The minidisc is still alive with the Hi-MD format (that is backwards compatible with regular MD and MDLP) with 1 GB of data and music storage but pre-recorded discs have now been discontinued in the US.

Didn’t care much for The Boss in high school, but as a middle-aged adult… I can dig good music when I hear it. Bruce is still The Boss!!!

Im replacing my old CD of goodness knows how old it was getting old. Love the songs. Cant wait for new album.

I’m building the soundtrack for my 50th high school reunion, and this fits in well. I know, I can buy individual songs elsewhere, but I enjoy them all together in this format. As advertised. Well done!.

Of all the bands and groups to hit the American airwaves at the height of the British Invasion (1964-67) none were more transparently packaged and presented tjhan Hermans Hermits. More or less the Backstreet Boys of their day, exceopt with a fair amount of actual talent.

Pure pop product of it’s time. And what a time it was. And while no-one will ever confuse it for high art there are some great AM radio staples in the mix.

Crisp sound. Nice songs. I like the group. I don’t have any dislike about the product. I love the product because I am familiar with the songs and of course I like the songs. That is why I prefer to buy their greatest hits.

I’m someone who has been playing the guitar for years and I am working through the basic tutorials, purely because I always think it is important to get the basics right. Anything that can re-inspire me to play the guitar is great and this is very user friendly.

I bought this to have something to play along with and learn songs and I’m enjoying the tutorials so much. I haven’t played any songs yet. There is no doubt, different people, will get different things from this but most people will get something.

Whether it is worth the money will obviously depend on how much you get from it.

If you’ve played the first Rocksmith, forget about it. Yes, the whole concept is the same more or less but now with a better software that is “thinking” and suggests reviewing song sections that you are weak, techniques and what other songs to play which are close to your level.

Moreover the riff repeater is better than ever allowing you to go through those tricky licks as slow as you need, helping you to master even the trickiest solos! Rocksmith 2014 has a great list of songs to satisfy everyone’s musical taste and overall it really helps you to learn how to play the guitar.

It works. Finally the jam session is simply awesome, allowing you to set up your own musical band which will follow your rhythm and mood. You just choose want kind of instruments you want to accompany you and then you just start palyin.

Rocksmith will then “feel” your rhythm and and lay down the backing track accordingly! A great learning instrument overall and a must have for those who simply enjoy playing the guitar! :).

Its smart, clear and simple. Great fun to play. I just wish the real tone cable worked a bit better when picking up your playing and better DLC to help keep you motivated. If it wasn’t for those issues 5*.

Definitely the best rock album of the decade and possibly one of the best albums of all time. When i first listened to it, i thought it was a bit repetitive, i liked a few songs; but within a month i started to realize how different and colorful each track was.

There is not a single bad song on this album and i love the concept of the album being set in the Californian desert. It will take a while to grasp how brilliant it is but have patience. Anyone who gives this album a negative review has not really listened to it as far as i’m concerned.

This album deserves to (AND HOPEFULLY WILL BE) be looked back upon in 10-20 years as one of the all time classics.

This has become one of my favourite albums of all time. It has some truly outstanding tracks including: No One Knows (Dave Grohl on drums) First It Giveth Go With The Flow A song for the dead Another Love Song Lost Art Of Keeping A Secret (live – UK bonus track) Everybody’s Gonna Be Happy But as a special bonus virtually all of the other tracks which I have not mentioned are very good if not exceptional.

If you like quality rock music then you probably already have this album, if not buy it now god dammit!.

I’ve been wanting to get this on vinyl for years, and finally I have it and I don’t regret it!

A few years ago I downloaded some of the tracks from my son’s copy of Bruce Springsteen Greatest Hits. I wanted to download them all and as my son couldn’t find his CD I bought it for myself. The tracks are all great so if you’re a fan of The Boss don’t hesitate, just buy it and you won’t be disappointed!.

Such a fun, great-sounding, 180g reissue of one of my favorite albums. It’s a beautiful spin to see and listen to.

There’s pretty much nothing left to say about this album, sounds so much better on vinyl, Out of time, REM’S most successful albums in terms of sales, quite possibly down to the chart success of”losing my religion” and the tour that converted millions of people to Michael Stipe’s vocals, sure, as popular as this album was, they went on to make sonically better music after this, this was the one REM record that turned the band’s fortune’s in the uk and Europe and the one album that most people bought, even if they never bought anything else by the band Not their best, imho, but their best remembered.

Great album, arrived on time, brand new as promised.

Newly remastered double lp, 180 g the vinyl sounds amazing. this is probably the second best album from the band. “Little sister” was the hit single probably one of the more successful songs by Queens.

It is definitely one of the top five best rock bands to come out in the last 20 years.

Ordered online. The album cover arrived torn & ripped along the top, as well as 2 corners severely creased. The box it was delivered in was undamaged, so it makes me believe this item was already in poor condition when it was sent.

Have tried to email JB Hifi for a replacement, but dealing with their online returns system is impossible and still haven’t recieved a response. Keeps saying case is solved. After many years and many thousands spent at JB Hifi, I don’t think I’ll be spending any more money with them again after this experience.

I had this album back in the late 80’s on vinyl, yes vinyl! So to have it as part of my CD collection was an absolute must. Having not heard it in years I was blown away by the raw power of this classic heavy metal album and appreciated the crispness of sound (however I do confess that I still love the pop and crackle of a record).

This album has some of Iron Maiden’s greatest tracks including The Trooper, Where Eagles Dare, Die With Your Boots On & Flight of Icarus. Full of energetic Maiden riffs it’s a headbanging masterpiece that should never be overlooked.

Maiden were the first band i really got into. I Bought everything (on vinyl), saw them live, bought the t-shirt. Then i got older, got into different things, lost my record player. 20 or so years later, I bought the Life after Death DVD (cause it was cheap on here) and it reminded me what i had forgotten.

Iron Maiden were (are) the best rock band of our generation and this album is where their rise to fame accellerated! The Piece of Mind album was the first featuring the masterful Nico McBrain on drums.

With his thunderous playing it transformed Maiden into something more than they could ever have been with Clive Burr. Highlights include, The Trooper, Flight of Icarus and Die with your Boots on. Although The Number of the Beast was the album that made them famous around the world, this album made everyone stand up and listen.

This album was the prelude to Powerslave and later the Life After Death live album so this will always part of the Maiden classics. I’ve now got plenty of Maiden in my car and i’m a happy man!.

By the time of the release of Piece of Mind in 1983, Iron Maiden were almost undoubtedly the biggest metal band in the United Kingdom and were well on the way to conquering the worldwide audience. This was the first of their albums to break the U.

S. Billboard top twenty, peaking at number 14 (as compared to 33 for The Number of the Beast the previous year) with negligible radio airplay. Whereas American radio stations were nigh silent, the gruelling tour schedules which Maiden were undertaking were speaking volumes to the record buying public.

So, a new album and a new drummer on board in the form of Nicko McBrain. Without any disrespect intended (because McBrain is technically probably a better drummer), Clive Burr’s drumming always seemed more natural, lending the first three albums a more aggressive edge.

That having been said, the opening track of this album, Where Eagles Dare, is almost a tour de force for McBrain providing the best possible example of his style. The track is fantastic but with an instrumental section which is just a trifle overlong (the centre section was shortened for its appearance on their 1993 tour).

Revelations which follows is the first Iron Maiden track credited to Bruce Dickinson (I believe that he had a part in writing some of the tracks on The Number of the Beast, but could not be credited for legal reasons), and although somewhat plodding is nonetheless a great track (live versions of this and Flight of Icarus benefitted from being played substantially faster – check out Live After Death).

Flight of Icarus was the first single from the album in the U. K. , narrowly missing the top ten. This is an inspired rewriting of the myth of Icarus and Daedalus with Maiden’s usual gothic overtones featuring a great vocal performance from Dickinson and two inspired guitar solos.

However, this can’t cover for the fact that the track seems to trudge along like an arthritic Brontosaurus. Die With Your Boots On fares a little better, and during the eighties and early nineties would appear intermittently during their setlists.

Not the greatest of Maiden songs, but certainly no disappointment. Then comes The Trooper, a huge stage favourite with the fans and absolutely essential Maiden. With the trademark twin guitar melody, rampant galloping rhythm and tale of the charge of the Light Brigade this is my personal live favourite.

Successive listens accentuate rather than diminish this song’s appeal. Brilliant. Still Life is a tale of lunacy with a high spirited dig at the people who labelled the band (utterly wrongly) Satanists in the form of a backwards message at the beginning of the song (which loosely translated merely says ‘Beware of the thing with three heads.

Don’t meddle with things you don’t understand’). The track itself is great with a fantastic instrumental and to my mind generally underrated. Quest for Fire is a dire song about cavemen, and to my mind a strong contender for the biggest turkey of a song ever written by Maiden.

Sun and Steel fares a little better but is still just outwith the border of filler material. And finally comes To Tame a Land, a seven and a half minute epic based on ‘Dune’ by Frank Herbert. This is a track which doesn’t seem popular with fans.

I love it. The instrumental does continue too long , but the first four minutes are for me the the most powerful on the album. A great album, but it doesn’t have quite the same raw energy as the first three albums.

PS3 RB Track Pack 2 works great on my slim console. Better, the redeem code worked for my RB 2 game and now I have over 140 tunes. Have a drum kit, guitar and mic for RB 2. Karaoke on the game is great during stay at home times.

I understand that if I update to RB 3 I will loose some songs, oh well.

I like the Rock Band Country Track for the playstation 2. The video game is in good shape. This video game is quite expensive so we bought it second handed from Game Stop. It’s works just fine for being second handed.

This video has 21 Country songs on it. Alot of good songs some of them was hard to play and some of them were easy to play. I would recommend this video to anyone that likes country music. I rate this game at a 5 out of 5 stars.

If you can get this for $1, and you still have an XBox 360. and are still playing Guitar Hero/ Rock Band games, then it might be worth it. Personally, I just found that the tracks were uninspired and just really didn’t fit with the game in general.

Having heavy metal and classic rock immediately followed by The Dixie Chicks is a REALLY confusing setlist that will throw off even the most talented of musicians, or gamer musicians.

I am a fan of Tru grit all around. Have your ab bench, have your barbell. Bought a slam ball for my fire department I work at. However I ordered two 44lb kb and they showed up completely scuffed up. Box was heavily heavily damaged.

And not to mention both kettle bells were completely mismatched. Different overall shape, different font and one kettle bell said Tru grit the other did not. I reached out to customer service and they said they’d send me a new pair and I only received 1.

The other ones tracking never even made it to distribution. All it said was label was created.

This is a nice kettlebell, great for workouts whether you are a beginner or have worked out everyday or the last 15 years. They have different weights which is great and can be used a variety of ways.

It is nice quality and will last a lifetime if you properly care for it! I would definately recommend picking one up! Whether to just get in shape and stay healthy and active, or to really tone your muscles – this is a great choice! Check it out!.

The pictures of the product don’t do it justice. Well-crafted high quality product on top of the look. The big seller for me on this company though is the customer support. It is almost impossible to find a company these days who doesn’t outsource their customer support.

They are readily available within minutes and are extremely helpful for even the smallest hiccups in receiving products. I am now a loyal customer.

There are a lot of new pressings of old records being issued today. Some are hastily done based on old, original masters or possibly even off of old plates. Cheap, dirty vinyl. They sound bad. Often not nearly as good as the original releases.

Or, they use a poorly made re-master done for CDs 20 years earlier. Technology has changed. Then you have records done right. First, they went back to the original recordings and re-mastered them using today’s technology.

When done well they can lower the noise floor substantially. These records are dead quiet during silent passages. They improve the dynamics, dramatically. They clean up problems with the original recordings.

When done, they have a nearly perfect master that is produced with technology that is several generations better. From the master they create a new mold and then new pressing plates. And then they press into quality, heavyweight vinyl.

The result is a remarkable new record that sounds far better than what was possible at the time of the original recordings. This double album is a great example of a job done well. In addition, it includes material not originally included on the single LP issue from the 1980s.

bought 3 weeks ago, click and collect as not on display in Hornsby JB store. found lots of static on side 1 so had to clean mutiple times. Great selection of tracks on this which on my Rega turntable brought to light.

Also comes with a digital pass to download. which was an extra I was unaware of Vinyl is the best way to listen to music.
