15 Best Handheld Body Fat Analyzer (2023 Updated)

Device gives out inconsistent readings. For example if I take a reading at the same time daily under the same conditions as instructed (morning, before a meal, water consumption or bath/shower) the device will give several different consecutive readings ranging from 15%, 22% and 30%.

Again this test was conducted under the same conditions as instructed as per user manual and these were consecutive readings. I have trialed this product now for approximately 2 weeks. I have tested the device on different people in my household and the device seems to give inconsistent readings on them also.

For the price of approximately $90 you are probably better off to pay for a skin fold test and get a more consistent and accurate reading. I have tried similar devices in the past such as scales that also read body fat percentages and it seemed a lot more consistent than this device.

Overall bad product from my experience and not happy with it at all.

Pros: Lightweight and portable, great battery life and excellent portability. My franchised gym has a weight loss challenge- we were to gain muscle and lose overall body fat percentage. My first scan showed my body fat, came in for the second scan and brought in my Omron monitor and it showed the same Body Mass Index (BMI) and was only.

01 difference in body fat percentage as a $6000 body scanner! I was surprised and pleased that I could track progress with this device just as I could without paying for more expensive scans. Cons: Buy the Omron scale as well – this is only body fat percentage, so you have to enter the user’s profile of height, weight and age to get a true reading, but it is pretty accurate.

Just having this won’t tell percentage of water weight vs muscle and fat. However, good for bringing to the gym and setting up to show progress. Other thoughts: This is helpful to determine fat percentage, use the Omron scales for total measurements on weight, BMI.

Using My Fitness Pal and my macro count was able to determine what foods were more efficient in gaining muscle.

This is a nice product and realizable brand. Gives a good indication of where are, I especially like the fat percentage when trying to lose weight. I don’t follow BMI as I think it’s dated and inaccurate as a measure in general.

But overall a great product.

I’ve been trying forever to find any type of scale that would produce accurate, consistent, and REPEATABLE weight measurements. After a lot of research I first reached a consensus that the digital’ scale is in fact the most consistent and accurate type of scale versus the analog or bar type scales you find in doctor’s offices.

I further concluded that having larger scale surfaces is not necessarily a good thing as it provides more opportunities for variances in weight distribution for the scale to analyze. After 3 hours of scale reviews I purchased the INEVIFIT Bathroom Scale based on those reviews.

Subsequently I received a couple of follow-up emails from the company supplemented with setup instructions. I rarely received such emails making sure I’m happy with my purchase. Having multiple digital scales on hand I wanted to do extensive testing to see if I could actually find a scale that gave me an accurate measurement EVERY TIME.

Having a tiled floor surface I wanted to insure I had a stable and flat surface, so I also ordered the ZVP Flexible Plastic Cutting Boards (3), 15×12 Inch from Amazon for just $8 where the 15×12 non-slip surface accommodated the smallest (Inevifit) to largest scales I had.

The final result was the INEVIFIT was the ONLY SCALE to produce identical, repeatable, consistent weight measurements. I tried 30-40 attempts over several days trying to fake-out the scale by adding & subtracting objects and it always returned to my base weight.

Where it is typical small scale I did always place my bare feet in a similar spot as well as slightly off center with no variances. This scale does take a few seconds longer than most scales to lock in the weight as any shift in your weight will force a reevaluation until it locks on and flash your weight.

The other scales simply were not consistent varying weight from a few ounces to a few pounds. The larger surface scales varied even more based on feet positions. So congratulations to INEVIFIT, I finally have a scale I can trust and rely on.

This scale is super easy to use. I’ve tried it on both hardwood and tile and the results were consistent and accurate. If you move it around to different surfaces you can quickly recalibrate it by just stepping on and then off and when the display reads 0.

0 it is ready to use. The LED display on the scale only shows your weight (there is a switch on the back to display in lb or kg), to access the other measures you have to use the app. There is a QR code on the box and in the instructions which will take you directly to download the app, or you can search for it manually.

After downloading you will be asked to enable location services while the app is in use, if you deny location access you cannot even open the app. Once you’ve opened the app you quickly create a profile with your information (sex, height, etc).

Then just press measure and when you step on the scale your weight and biometrics will show up on the app. I have an android and have had absolutely no problems with the app, it was very intuitive and user friendly.

I didn’t even have to go to the bluetooth settings and add the device, it just instantly recognized the scale, and it took only 1 or 2 seconds for the measurements to show up in app where they are automatically saved.

The app also generates graphs for each measurement so you can look at trends over time. I have not tried with multiple users, but it seems very simple. There is an option to create multiple profiles in the app or the other user(s) can download the app on their own device.

I am very happy with the function and usability of both the scale and the app. Plus, it is a very nice, sleek design. I would definitely recommend.

This scale tells you to use it on a hard and flat level surface and I feel like that must be essential. Unfortunately, until I can remodel, my floor has too much carpet everywhere. With my previous scale I was able to set it on the thin carpet to get an accurate reading, but any carpet at all really seems to confuse this scale.

If you want a scale that will be really kind to you and drastically underestimate your weight, this is the way to go! I have a small area of unfinished floor in the basement so I tried it there as well, but I think the floor isn’t level enough for it there, so it still didn’t work accurately.

I did try placing a hard surface under the scale on top of my carpet, but that also didn’t work too well. For this reason I think it is really difficult for me to get an accurate reading. When I step on it the scale goes up and down for a long time before settling on a weight, which doesn’t often seem too accurate.

I imagine if you have a nice hard floor you wouldn’t have so many issues with that. The scale itself looks really nice. The display is bright and easy to read. It was easy to set up. Connecting it to my phone and my fitbit account was also really easy and all of the information transfers well.

The app clearly shows your weight and bmi and even has an option to view your progress in a convenient chart. I was a little bummed when I noticed that the app shows spots for measurements of body fat, muscle mass, body water, visceral fat, bone mass and BMR, but doesn’t actually offer you any way to measure those things.

I decided to try the Smart Body Fat Scale because I was already using the Inevifit food scale and have been pleased with it. I simply LOVE this body scale! I was using a plain scale that only measured my weight, but was always wondering about my body fat and bone weight.

Now I don’t have to wonder, I can check it daily if I so desire. I’ve been on a weight loss journey for 10 years, not actively losing all that time, but also trying to maintain. And of course, your body weight fluctuates, and I was always worried I was gaining fat and not just retaining water.

I wonder no more, because I KNOW what my weight is and how much is fat, water, bone, etc. The directions gave me a simply scan code for finding and downloading the software for my Android phone, and once I had it installed it now takes seconds to get my exact weight, along with all the other info.

To make a great product better, I can also compare my weight over time, with choices of 7, 15, 30 days or ALL. So now I can compare how I’m doing without guessing. Now, for the best part. I weighed myself before visiting my doctor, then compared my weight on my Inevifit to the weight on my doctors scale.

They are EXACTLY the same, except my doctor’s scale only gives my weight! I’m thrilled with my purchase, and I intend to continue to use the scale to keep myself accountable with my food intake, and to keep an eye on my other body info, such as BMI and BMR! I definitely recommend this scale to anyone wanting to keep up with their bodies changes, and I have already recommended it to many friends and on social media.

I ordered this for my daughter who is a serious in-training professionally-tracked ballet dancer. Weight is very important to the female ballet dancer due to the required aesthetic of the art. However at the same time, strenuous demands are placed on the body so optimal nutritional support is vitally important or debilitating injuries will occur.

My daughter’s ballet trainer told her she needed a scale to measure body fat and body muscle. Not only does this scale do that, but it also measures visceral fat as well. I was interested in that after a doctor shared with me about visceral fat.

Up to 10 people can be programmed into this scale device, based on gender, age, and height. From there, the scale measures weight, body fat %, water %, muscle %, bone %, along with visceral fat, BMI, and even metabolic age! I have used this scale for myself and have already noticed my metabolic age dropping in the couple of days we have had this.

A doctor of ours once told us that people who weigh themselves frequently are overall healthier and have healthier weights. He said that scales are helpful tools to be used for health. This has already been a fabulous tool for me, and I was not supposed to be the intended user.

With all this information, it certainly makes me aware of where I currently am and I am able to set new objectives and goals accordingly to guide my daily habits. Another brilliant feature about this scale is that it recognizes the person who steps on it so you don’t have to refer to your programmed user number.

The only thing I do not know about this scale is how long will it last before the digital components get glitchy and it doesn’t work anymore? I have already gone through 2 digital scales and it is a pain to hunt and invest in what you believe will be a good one and it doesn’t even last 3 years.

Doesn’t sound that bad, until you consider that every home appliance or home electronic item we purchase breaks down every few years then we have to spend time shopping for something that we thought we had taken care of and could now forget for many many years.

Then there is the ever happening replacement cost too. I notice things do not last as long as they used to, or I am purchasing all the wrong items! I do not want to spend my life hunting shopping for items that I expect to get it and forget it! I have had to do this with a few refrigerators, for example, and also five times with scales.

It’s just wasteful too, and I hate waste. So I hope this one will last a very long time, much longer than 2-3 years.

This was a great buy! Really, do you want to be carrying your Smartphone into the shower with you so if you want to weigh yourself before or after a shower, you can see the results on your Smartphone??? That’s the latest from other bathroom scale manufacturers on sale now.

I’m not against using my Smartphone but before or after showering just to see my weight and other statistics? It seems to me a dumb use of technology. The INEVIFIT Body-analyzer scale presents results on a large digital readout panel that you can easily read while standing on the scale.

You get nine readings altogether–weight, body fat percentage, body muscle percentage, body bone percentage, body water percentage, visceral fat, metabolic age, body-mass index, and estimated calories needed per day.

Virtually no other scales offer this many readouts each time you weigh yourself. You can, of course, just pay attention to weight and disregard all the other numbers, but I bought it for the other stats.

What the product listing does NOT tell you is that the scale recognizes who you are (if you have multiple users) by your weight and activates itself just by standing on the scale. It shuts off automatically too.

You get five readings on the first readout, then the screen automatically changes to the remaining statistics. It will then recycle a second time through both screens automatically without you ever touching a button.

So you get two chances to see all your stats. If you need still more time, you can hit a button to show the screens again. My favorite stat is metabolic age (how old you compared to your actual age)–probably because I am 7 years younger than my actual age.

But given my other stats, that reading is very realistic and I’m a guy who knows a thing or two about healthy living. The readings are very consistent for me, so I would say this is very accurate. Of course, they should vary a little from day to day because you can change a bit, but I get nearly identical readings if I stand on the scale a second time within a short time.

Very attractive price for what you get. I junked my four-year-old biometric scale which was accurate but you had to bend over and push buttons to see anything beyond your weight. This one is much better.

Works as expected, pull the rope and it goes up, pull back on the little clip and it goes down, seems to be able to hold a lot of weight, These things have a hundred and one uses. Works like a pulley, use it to lift and hold open anything, storm windows, floor doors, chicken coup door, anything you want to pull open and it stays locked open, until released.

The product gives you accurate weight but the fat % measurements is completely off. Its not a good product if you want to track the fat % and not even close . Not recommended .

These things are great! If you need something hung in your grow room get some of these! Their high quality and easy to use!

Sadly died after a year despite changing batteries. This is a scale for multiple people and was a bit hard to set up for just two as the instructions don’t really say how to avoid having the scale cycle through the 10 people you could set it up to use.

There appears to be no way to turn off the unwanted presets. So it’s a bit tricky to set up. Otherwise it’s a very good scale!.

Bought this about a month and half ago. Scale works great. My husband is savy with electronics and was able to set it up after a few tries. It memorized you and recognizes your eight each time. Therefore giving you your specific details each time.

It is hard to remember what each number represents. I need to have the manual handy until I get used to what each image means. Great look, design.

The extras we will figure out. For now going Keto I have lost 14lbs and my husband 9. The weight is all we have been looking at so far. I will ad the extra features…which we not easily transitioned

It works fine but the area you stand on is smaller than my feet so I wonder if I’m standing on the correct place for the fat sensors.

I am really happy with this purchase! This scale was very affordable and works so good. The numbers are large and the backlight makes it very easy to read. It’s also very accurate, I’ve compared my weight on it, to my weight reading from a doctors office and they are almost exact.

I’d say, if you’re planning to buy a weighing scale, get this. It has many features giving you a more informed data on your body’s composition. Also, it can store data on it too giving you an update of how your weight has differed from today and yesterday’s.

Equally, it can recognise multiple household member and store data for multiple people. Great tool to keep your weight in check and learn your BMI, body fat, muscle mass, etc.

I dont mind it. It doesnt he doesnt talk to me doesnt beep at me and bother me I use it all the time because its my silent friend. It helps me keep track of my bone density and my visceral fluids. Also keeps an inventory of my weight loss and holding weight.

Weight is measured reliably and consistently, at least in simple mode without hand device. In “full” measurements mode (with the hand device) it is always slightly less than weight in simple mode. Body composition just shows random results.

No matter how you try to follow the procedure and do repeatable measurements, results are random. Mine may vary from 18% to 26%, all taken within a few minutes. I don’t know what they measure, but it obviously has little relationship to real person.

I’ve had this scale for about two and a half years. In that time, I’ve weighed myself MAYBE 100 times. Always handled it gently and stored it where it wouldn’t be damp or get banged around or damaged in any way.

The digital display just quit working, no way to repair it. So, I got 3 month’s worth of use out of it, making it not even close to being worth the price:( Don’t waste your money on inferior Chinese electronics!!!.

I started using this coffee tube a few years ago. I was never a big tube bait guy but this bait changed my fishing habits. I looks like a big tube but the fish do not seem to mind. I would like to see these in 2 3/4″ size though.

I have fished this tube in creeks and streams big enough to jump across and slayed smallmouth, largemouth and spots. On Lake Erie its been absolutely LIGHTS OUT on both smallies and largemouth. I have caught legit 4-5 lb range fish on it.

, tons of monster sheephead (fun fun fun to fight), crappie, and a 24″ pike. I use the crazy crawl color. I didnt realize it until afterwards but its about the same color as gobies so maybe thats why it works so well there? Either way, when catching bass, as big as this tube looks the litterally eat it.

I have had to invest in a pair of angle nose pliers to get deep in their mouth to remove the hook. So just keep that in mind as well. Also you can cast it a mile with a 3/8 lead head but you get snags too.

For record: they do smell like coffee and its makes a difference! Good luck.

Tubes are one of my top 5 all time favorite baits to throw. I have used them for years and always have one rigged up and ready to go. I have been using several Strike King products lately and have been more than impressed.

I found these Coffee Tubes last week and wanted to give them a run. I couldn’t be happier. I found the Watermelon gold with copper flake on sale. I bought the 3. 5″ tubes. They come 8 to a pack. After using these with great results, I purchased 5 more packs of this color.

I do wish they would come more to a pack or in a value pack, but either way I am very impressed. These tubes are covered in heavy salt. They are also covered in a coffee sent. This has always been a major plus for me.

While I can’t 100% say that the salt or coffee attracts more fish, I can say that it masks my scent and that catches fish. Packaging was top notch on these. The resealable bag and the small size is perfect for my tackle box and peg board.

I am using the Mustad 4/0 tube hook with these. I have a pegged 1/4 oz weight and have been Texas rigging these. The bass love em. I average about 3-4 fish per tube before its shot. I also use these as a trailer on a 1/2 oz swim jig.

I work this like a swim bait never hitting the bottom and bouncing my rod tip up as I retrieve it. With the skirt and tail action of the tube, this makes for something Bass don’t often see. I really can’t explain it, but it works and lands fish.

I have yet to find a Strike King product that doesn’t impress me. With the price of these tubes, I may have found a new favorite tube. I’d like to see more color options in the future, but for now, these are hard to beat.

I needed a new scale and decided to get this one because of the body sensor feature. It’s very easy to setup and use as long as you read the instructions. I like that it keeps a record of your weight and other measurements for up to 90 days.

It is also very fast to calculate when you turn it on. The other electronic scales that I have previously owned took longer to hit the 0. 0lb mark so that you could step on the scale. I had to change the batteries within the first week because I didn’t realize that the rechargeable ones I put in weren’t fully charged.

When I replaced them I had to enter the date, time, etc. again. Not a big deal, but kind of annoying that it didn’t save the data since it still had all of my measurements from that week.

I received this Scale yesterday. But I have it in white. The setup was not to complicated, it came with a Handbook. So you can set up 4 different Users and also Guest Users. To set up a User you have to type in your Age, weight, Size and your sex.

The scale measures your weight, your Body Fat, your Skeletal Muscle, your visceral Fat rating and shows you your BMI I’m 5’11 and have a weight of 210 (way too much, I know) so the scale showed me that I’d have 42% Body Fat, I’m not too sure if that’s right- I’m ordering me a manual Body Fat measure and compare if that’s right.

So far I’m happy with the scale, for what I can say in just a day. The price was 63. 12 $ after tax on Amazon and I think that’s a Price you can accept. I’m going to start a Nutrition Change in a few days and that makes me watch my Body fat, weight and BMI more.

I’ll write another review after a few weeks of using this scale to be able to give a better review.

Im enjoying this scale as I am able to track visceral fat. It would be excellent if I could track water but otherwise this scale is spot on with weight fat and muscle which are my biggest concerns. It tracks bmi however BMI is so over rated as it is not an absolute bc every body height weight and bone structure is different so my doctor doesnt advise and I dont concern myself with BMI.

First of all, the scale works as advertised and I figured out how to set it up. It seems to be very accurate, judging by the sensitivity when you step on the scale. The app is great and reads all advertised metrics.

This scale is an amazing value. HOWEVER. This scale needs to connect to your home network via Wifi in order to sync to the app. THE PHICOMM S7 IS NOT A BLUETOOTH SCALE AS DESCRIBED IN THE ITEM TITLE.

Nor does it sync to Fitbit in any way. I originally bought the scale because I needed a bluetooth scale that stayed off my network. If you have concerns about internet security like my housemates do, this is not the scale for you.

I like the scale. But, The foot area is small. I dont have wide or long feet. I do not like that part. Also, Sometimes I forget to turn my bluetooth on before standing on it which is annoying about using technology.

It does work for the money.

Except for weight measurement which is good all the other measurements are useless. My body fat according to several other devices is 26% to 28%. On this scale it is 18%. You pay double the price of ordinary digital scale for all these additional features but turn out it is untrue.

Better save your money and buy ordinary scale.

I have found this scale super helpful. It is so easy to connect to your phone and it comes with batteries! I’ve been able to keep track of not only weight but measurements which is also important depending on what goal you have.

It displays a graph so it’s easy to see change.
