I wheel 3-400 pound arcade games around and have used a standard furniture mover. This cart has all the bells and whistles. Very nice tidy belt and slapping those 2 extra wheels in back just make so many things easier.

Saves my back from laying a cabinet down to apply new leg levelers on the bottom. Nice to pull without having to lift at the same time.

We used this truck a lot over the last few weeks, moving lots of video arcade games (basically, refrigerator size and 250lb each) as well as household appliances and heavy furniture, into and out of trucks as well as across gravel parking lots and into warehouses.

The truck was perfect in all regards. Very stable, sturdy and easy to move. Only negative would be the ratchet strap doesn’t seem to recoil the way other similar tucks do and on more than one occasion it became loose and tangled, requiring a lot of manual effort to get it back to working.

Ideally this should be spring loaded for more of an automatic rewind. Outside of that – recommended.

Sturdy, takes a good amount of weight. Recently used it to maneuver a very heavy, solid wooden garden seat. Flat bed to upright trolley is just so useful and stores away flat too! Just watch the bigger wheels as they get your fingers when they snap back into place when folding away – not dangerous, just surprising! Would definitely recommend.

A pain in the neck to get open. Too hard to open and close. Poor construction. Handle is too low, front wheels too weak, steel balls from wheels fell out of box when I pulled this Cosco Shifter Multi Position Folding Hand Truck and Cart.

Appeared longer in pic on line in flat bed position. Truck part, if opened, blocks overflow from flat bed position. Flat bed part too short. Mechanisms are on top of flat bed that could easily be damaged and does not make the flat bed part level for the items placed on it.

I make a fair amount of crafts with my dad so to save our backs and time, we purchased one of these for traipsing items back and forth. Very easy to stack things on here, lean it back and go. I’ve found many more uses for it than just crafts.

Getting ready for a garage sale, cleaning up the basement, or when my husband brings work home, he can fold this up in the back of his car, then use it to go back and forth carrying his big bulky files, especially if they’re in boxes.

I do wish the front wheels were a little stronger, but at least the tires aren’t always deflating in this one like the last model we had years ago. I’m lucky because my dad can fix anything, so once in awhile he has to adjust the peg that is in the handle part, and sometimes I have to fuss a little with it when it’s in the lock position, but over all, the quality of this is really good.

I’m certain we’ll have this for many years (unlike our last one). It’s amazing how you don’t realize you really needed something until you get it, considering all the ways we ended up using this. Oh, I will also traipse it out to haul gardening stuff back and forth if I don’t have to go across the grass.

I bought this hand truck second hand at a yard sale because I constantly have furniture or other heavy items I am moving from one place to another. The Milwaukee 2 way convertible hand truck is a life saver and a back saver as well.

What makes this hand truck so special is that it also can convert to a flat four wheel cart which makes moving large bulky items simple as they can lay right on the cart. We have moved refrigerators, washers and dryers and furniture with this cart and numerous other smaller items.

It is a lot easier than trying to carry them and a lot easier on your back as well. It is very durable and well made and can hold up to 800 pounds of weight. It has large tires so that when you are moving something the wheels do not get stuck in cracks or uneven surfaces as other hand trucks do with the small wheels.

If you are moving or even if you just move a lot of heavy items at home or for work, this hand truck is a life saver. I recommend it!.

I purchased this Milwaukee Hand truck because some renters had left things in the rental and I needed to clear out the items. There was some immediate positives I noticed about the Milwaukee hand truck.

Firstly, it is very stable. The wheels are a good size for the amount of poundage capacity that the hand truck can accommodate. This is a real plus when you are petite such as myself and you are trying to move very heavy objects.

The second plus I noticed is that the unit itself is not overly heavy. Therefore, despite its ability to carry heavy loads, it is not onerous to push the hand truck or maneuver it around into tight spaces, like closets.

The third characteristics that I really liked was that when I was pushing it in the tilted upright position, it was relatively easy; but, when I was pushing it laying down and using all four wheels, it was still relatively easy.

I have to say that is what really sold me on this hand truck!.

Very disappointed with packing. I did not get the washers or cotter pins for wheels. Almost impossible to get manufacturers to replace them. Buying online has its disadvantages ??

arrived with a defective inner tube in one tire. .. don’t waste your money and time on ordering…go to the store and purchase direct and fully put together with tires inflated.

I absolutely love this. This is not cheap & flimsy but a sturdy well built one. I have a bad back & use this around the house both inside & out of the house to carry things that are to heavy to carry especially when they have to be carried a distance.

Have 4 dogs & buy 50 lb bags of dog food & this is wonderful to get them from the car to the house.

I purchased this hand truck approx. 2 years ago. It is a model #55HA22 and is rated for 300#’s. I occasionally use it to take light bins of recycle cans etc. to the curb. Once a month to move 2 cases of soda from the garage to the patio.

I noticed the last couple of trips that one wheel was wobbling and today it broke while moving a 50# bag of cement. This item came with 7″ plastic wheels with a 1/2″ axle. I went to [@] to get a replacement wheel and the only wheels available were in the lawn mower section and were only rated for 50#’s.

I reviewed the same model hand truck as mine, and approx. the same price (not on sale), and it had at least 8″ wheels and a 5/8″ axle of much sturdier construction. I bought the inferior 7″ wheel (50# rating) as I only use my hand truck for light loads and I need the hand truck for a project this weekend.

My question is: Was Harper producing a lesser quality (7″ wheels and 1/2″ axle) for [@] and are now producing the same model and price range with larger and higher rated wheels due to failure of the 7″ wheels? If so, does [@] or [@] intend to remedy purchasers of the inferior quality hand truck?.

Great light weight unit and very compact for general household and garden tasks. Used it to move concrete retaining wall blocks with ease as well. Good value for money.

Not bad for the price. Would have liked it to have had metal wheels but I guess you get what you pay for. But it’s not bad at all.

I feel the webpage was a little misleading. I thought it had pneumatic tires. Tires are solid. Only one strap, where my last set had two (but I knew this) But, I think maybe they climb stairs a little better than my old ones.

I know for a fact, they were better going down the stairs with a load.

The hand truck is awesome, works like it is designed. HOWEVER the condition of the product when it arrived was less that desirable!! iit was only wrapped in a plastic bag, The wheels looked like it had been rolled everywhere it went, perhaps even used during shipping.

The front plastic appliance guards where in peaces, very poor shipping process. I would recommend the product, just wish shipper had a better process of packing it up.

Seems Sturdy, worked well to move heavy appliances. My beef is the little things. The swivel bars that tighten straps did not work at first because the flat piece at the bottom was bent up just enough to just go over the little metal cut dimple.

I flattened them down. Then that metal dimple bent back under so there was no stop to cam the straps tight. I will install bolts in there place. The straps’ leading ends started fraying the first couple of hours using them.

And they seem to have just a bit of unwanted give to them. The flat plastic pieces down the fronts rails are hard plastic that can leave marks on wood or fragile surfaces, they should be made from a strong, soft, non marring, material.

Also, I’m afraid they will get brittle with age and break. And this is picky, but the carter keys holding the wheels stick out and can (did) cut someone’s ankle as they tried to get past it in a tight spot.

We just bent them around the hubs, safety out of the way. I do have to admit that I had a hand truck for 30 years plus (stolen from my garage) that was made old school, over built and was a Cadillac.

Just needed to move washer/dryer without help. Have simple hand truck, but could not get enough leverage by myself to tilt it. My item had dirty wheels and no instructions. Suspect either floor model or return, but it did very well for what I needed.

Checked Home Depot, Walmart, and Lowes. None of them had an in stock appliance hand truck for under $400+ dollars. Occasionally have to move other heavy appliance. This is inexpensive enough that it made more sense than renting an appliance hand truck each time.

Often at HF you are not sure whether an item is just a cheap device that proves itself unreliable or semi-usable, resulting in a waste of money. This hand truck, on the other hand, proved itself as worthy as any other hand truck that I have used.

It is both tough and (dare I say) reliable. Yes, the straps are not that long and their buckles are plastic. But, they worked well for most objects (including very heavy ones) and when toting a really huge object (like plastic outbuildings) I just used an extra long ratchet strap.

Money well spent for me.

It’s a very useful hand truck. It’s made in the USA and I appreciate the chance to not support the CCP. The truck requires some assembly and the instructions could use some work. There are some very unclear sections about pins that keep the axel from rolling.

It would also help if those same pins fit in their holes. I had to drill out the holes to get the pins to fit. Once I had it together, the hand truck functions extremely well. It seamlessly slides between cart and truck modes, caries and balances weight well, and is light enough to be easy to handle.

Yet it’s not so flimsy that one worries about the load.

Great Product with years of quality behind it. I’ve been using these for years for my company but this one I bought for myself for an upcoming move. Wheels allow for easy moving and maneuverability, I use it as a cart more than I use it as a dolly/hand truck.

Durable, these can take a bit of a beating.

The packaging is horrible. There is no internal packaging to keep the components from rubbing and banging together during shipment. Despite arriving new, once assembled it looks like it’s been used for several years.

Assembly itself was an evolution. The included bolts are too short and the associated nuts have the wrong thread count (stripping the part of the bolt that shows). Yes, I used the correct bolts in the right holes with the right screws.

It also takes 5 hands to align the 4 holes across the 3 components on 2 ends. Once assembled the cart works as it should. It just looks used.

I bought this because the reasonable price and I needed something to help me move boxes. Since I have had this in the last year it has been very useful and dependable. It helps move small items and also very large such as a Very Old Heavy Wood Dresser, and a Huge Big Man Recliner.

I have used this myself for two residential moves and have had several friends borrow it for the same reason. Everyone who has used this Cart has Loved It. It’s very convenient and helpful when it can be used as a Two Wheeler or it turns into a convenient cart where you can haul a lot of items that you may not be able to with it being in the two wheeler mode.

I’m Very Pleased and Happy with this Purchase. It is worth the money, I don’t have any regrets for this purchase.

I bought this for use at my job. I am a USPS mail carrier. Some other carriers in my office have a folding hand truck similar to this, but mine is by far much more sturdy than theirs. I can tote large, heavy packages with ease.

I keep this Hand Truck in my car at all times. It has serves me well whether it’s at work or home. Does not take much space because it is foldable. In looking at it you may think it’s not heavy duty but…don’t judge book by its cover….

This “dolley” is perfect for hauling heavy trash bags to the dumpster, file boxes to storage. It is easy to use, compact when not in use, and reasonably priced. I bought this for home use.

Needed something that was easy to take in and out of my truck bed, so decided on this aluminum hand truck instead of an old school steel unit and I think I made the right choice. The frame sides are aluminum extrusions, which are rigid, but can’t compare to the strength of steel.

However, what gives this guy strength is the two solid 10″ long bars of aluminum that reinforce the entire tongue, frame, and wheel support assembly (the 4 bolts go through all 4 of those components).

The cast wheels are fairly thick and appear strong as well. I don’t have anything 500 lbs. to test with, but handles 200 lbs. no problem and feels solid. My only complaints are that the wheel support castings are rough in a couple spots, the loop handle could come with some textured or rubberized grip, and the warranty is only one year.

This is the premiere hand truck, it is heavy duty, yet easy to use, you can bump stuff up and down stairs with ease. Supports alot of weight, good for stacking several items for transport.

Pros: lightweight. Basically sturdy. Decent height. CHEAP. Cons: terrible tires, rigid and they offgas a stink. Too large diameter making the cart lean forward, harder to tip back and easily dumping your load.

Too small nose plate, and no bevel so it won’t scoop under anything. Curved back and skinny frame don’t give your load much support. Between that and the small nose plate you better angle your tip just right or your load dumps.

I purchased this to move large items around the house and to mount my boat motor to while it was not on the boat. It is heavy duty, weighs a little over 30 lbs and the tires are already inflated as well as installed.

The unit is complete and I will be using it to move a freezer in a couple weeks. It was delivered to my door by a pleasant masked man. Great service, great tool for now and the future, no more borrowing or renting.

Tires went flat and cracked 2 years into ownership. Had to buy new wheel since tire was cracked and had holes in it. New tire was a nightmare to install and no one sells the retaining washer, not even Ace.

Buy a dolly from Harbor Freight, it will be much higher quality.

This trolley was purchased to assist me in moving my tools and other equipment to and from work. This is what I chose because it claims it’s perfect for going up and down stairs. It’s light and easy to carry/push, and it folds up neatly for easy storage.

It’s the perfect size for my van. The stair ascending feature is quite useful. A regular trolley gives you a jolt or requires you to painstakingly lower it down the steps; this one is considerably easier.

Especially when you’re coming upstairs. The three wheels on each side are really useful. It makes transporting items a lot easier!.
