This hammock is fantastic. I’ve used my fair share of hammocks, and this one is one of the better ones. I prefer hammocks with this type of canvas material. It supports me better, and just feels more comfortable overall.

I definitely can’t recommend this hammock enough!.

We needed a new hammock for spring and we got the blue, grey, and white one. The hammock looks great and easily hooks up to the hammock frame we already have. The pillow is nice. It is sturdy and comfortable.

This hammock is high-quality! It’s very durable, can easily hold 2 people and super comfortable. It’s attractive & inviting as we attached it to a couple of trees in our backyard. The cream color looks great and the fabric is fairly soft & easy on the skin.

Installation and set up was simple & easy. It is perfect for reading a good novel, simply relaxing, or napping. This hammock exceeded my expectations!!.

Very comfortable even for a 6’7 man and holding up well in mostly full sun. Only minor issue that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is that the finish is deteriorating on the wood end supports after 6 months.

Heavier top coating would help make this a perfect hammock for two people.

Hammock arrived quickly, nice quality HOWEVER the hanging kit that was suppose to be included is MISSING. Why is that, Sunnydaze? When I purchased the hammock, screenshot available, it said “hanging kit included”.

This hammock says it can fit between a 12-15 foot stand. Not even close! We have a 15 foot stand and with it stretched as far as we could get it, it still had over a 12 inch gap to reach the other side.

So disappointed we have to deal with the hassle of returning it. The pillow it came with wasn’t stuffed properly either so half of it was flat. We’ve owned 2 prior hammocks that were so much better quality than this and truly quilted.

This was very thin.

This is the 2nd one of these hammocks that I have purchased from Bed Bath & Beyond (same manufacturer) and I love them. They are nice and roomy and very comfortable. Also, very well made and durable.

I keep them out all spring into fall. Every now and then I remember to take them under cover during rain storms, but still in perfect condition. Have had my first one for over 3 yrs now and just got another one, for next spring for my husband or a guest to use so that I do not have to share, lol!!.

High quality design and construction. I like the way one can easily take apart each bar for storage. The hammock with bar is way better than a hammock without. I have purchased two hammocks prior without one.

It keeps the ropes from tangling and the cloth spread out.

Promptly recieved what I expected and wanted at a reasonable price. Works well, comfortably cradles me. Colors are great.

it is an excellent hammock, deserves 5 star only if it came with basic hooks and ropes, just a touch to show how thoughtful and caring the vendor could have been.

This is very very uncomfortable laying down. I feel basically folded up like a taco and it hurts my upper back and neck. I had a longer hammock before which was awesome and a lot more comfortable. This would be great for a shorter person and is great quality but I feel like I wasted my money here thinking the actual hammock itself that you lay on would be longer….

Opening this box was like opening a gift! The quality and size are so much better than I had expected! The quilted hammock adds comfort and strength that I know we will enjoy for a long time. The larger size is definitely worth the small extra cost.

I love this beautiful hammock. The fabric is soft, but seems like it will be weather resistant. The stand is sturdy and easy to assemble. Very comfortable! Also, I couldn’t believe how quickly I received it.

The stand: sturdy enough, not hard to put together with the diagram. But there are small sharp burrs in a few places. Not a deal breaker, but I wouldn’t want a child running their hand along the stand before i took a rasp to it.

The stand is NOT tall enough to stretch out your own large Yucatan style hammock. I tried. The hammack—sturdy, brightly colored and strong fabric, well sewn and the way they put the rope and metal rings together is well thought out.

But, this hammach will NOT let you lie down across it. It is for reclining, which is what you see the model doing in the photos or videos. The fabric is too narrow to lie across. You coudl try lying along the length of it, tho it is then going to curl up over your face.

Great Product! The portable stand is well-made and quick to assemble. The hammock was soft and very well-made, too. I love that the end hooks on the hammock stand can be moved to different points on the stand – for longer or shorter hammocks.

When I first assembled the stand and hung the hammock, the hooks were located on the top holes of the stand. After laying in the hammock for a while, the fabric did stretch a bit, as expected, and I did feel my backside touching the lower stability bar.

To remedy this issue, I moved the hooks one notch down and that solved the problem. The carrying bag with built-in illustrated assembly instructions were a big plus. Very good quality product that was well-thought out.

I am enjoying using this very much, so I already purchased a second one. The fabric is durable and has survived a few washes so far, however I had to take out the metal inserts in the hanging loops prior to washing.

The colors do not seem to fade due to UV exposure. The hammock does fit two people, but it can be a bit acrobatic for the second person to get in. The base does rust some, which was a little disappointing.

The hammock is pretty easy to transport and assembly is quick. Overall, this is a good choice for the price and the usefulness, especially since you can disassemble for winter weather.

The hammock is very uncomfortable and we have not been using it at all. The wood frame is very nice but not being used.

When I received box some wood parts had cracks and when I email Sunny Daze no one replied on how to remedy this. Now after using it for 2 months I dont use often and I weight about 125 and I have found that the bolts lossen often and I have to tighten them often, I’m afraid I may fall off when it falls apart, it doesnt seem sturdy.

I love this hammock. It fits me, my boyfriend and my two large dogs. Family swing time! Also, all materials used to craft this item appear to be high quality and durable.

The only reason im not giving it 5 stars is because it was just too big to fit on our patio and have our other furniture as well. So comfortable! And didn’t feel tippy at all. But no good for our space unfortunately.

Bought for lazy days in the back yard. The quilted material is very comfortable, and the hammock is huge. Great for laying with the kids (and dog). It reminds me tropical vacations and the colors are as pictured.

My only complaint is when it gets wet, the material takes a while to dry.

It’s ok. It does the job. I’ve used it for one week. Pillow buttons were sewed on poorly and came off with one use. One of the button holes was sewed so small the button couldn’t be fitted into it. The inside of the hammock is droopy and the sides of the hammock have curved up around it, so it doesn’t have the nice, taut look the picture has.

Probably better to go somewhere else for a quality hammock.

I love to hammock in parks to read and sometimes camp overnight. The Skyloft is a very different experience from a typical hammock, with some advantages and disadvantages. Advantages: — Your shoulders will breathe a sigh of relief.

There is still some shoulder squeeze, but not much. — Your back will also breathe a sigh of relief. The curvature of your body is much straighter than in traditional hammocks without having to nuance a corner-to-corner laying position.

— The fabric is thicker and sturdier than normal hammocks — The setup and teardown is maybe a bit harder than normal hammocks, but not so bad as you’d expect. Disadvantages: — I wish the storage pockets were hanging pockets.

— The hammock is VERY flippable in the wind if you get out of it. Your blanket and book will be on the ground in a heartbeat. — The hammock is very sensitive to how you are laying. You basically have one comfortable position – laying dead center.

It is an extremely comfortable position – but you only have one. It also is not easy to sit in or get in. Overall, I really like this hammock for what it is. I use it when I want a flat lay without the frustrating parts of a traditional hammock.

But sometimes I just enjoy being able to try 100 different laying/sitting positions in my traditional hammock too. So I now mix it up between this and my old hammock, and I’m glad I have two options that are both good but very different.

I thought I’d try this style of hammock because I get frustrated with the my other Eno hammock that tends to fold in over my head and whole body (but I still like that one too under certain conditions).

Anyway I like this new one since it does not wrap around my body and is very comfortable. The materials and build quality are very nice. One complaint is there is no hanging pocket available for a drink which my other Eno has (the stuff sack is handy for that).

Maybe they could incorporate something like that in a future version.

This is exactly what I was looking for. As an almost 50y/o with osteoarthritis, regular scoop-hammocks are becoming more difficult to navigate. This is very well made and fits on a regular hammock stand as well as between trees.

The Sunnydaze Desert Stripe Cotton Rope Hammock is a terrific addition to our large backyard. As someone who enjoys having company and spending as much time outdoors as possible; I love the ability to have a free-standing hammock for relaxation.

This product was simple to assemble; directions for assembly of the 12-foot stand were straightforward. The hammock portion hangs evenly and nicely from the hooks; and we are super satisfied with the beautiful striped design.

This hammock stands evenly without wobbling on our grass and also on our deck. The rope attachments feel sturdy and the cotton hammock is truly soft and comfortable. I absolutely love to grab a book and curl up on our Sunnydaze hammock!.

I was very impressed with the size of the hammock. I was expecting something a bit smaller; but I am very thankful that it is larger! I was somewhat saddened by the pad that goes over the top of the roping.

It doesn’t stay put and makes it difficult to use (the padding). I think a good way for the padding to work well would be to have it velcro instead of tying a knot. Luckily; we found a solution and used a king size blanket we have here.

Pretty satisfied with this hammock. There are no tools required to set this up. I do recommend setting it up outside because it’s pretty long and heavy. The poles slide together easily and there is nothing confusing about setting this up.

There are illustrations provided to help with setting it up and literally takes only a few minutes. The rope hammock can be adjusted (there’s an O ring with a chain attached). The chain is what goes on the hook attached to the pole.

The hammock when fully assembled sits about 2-3 feet from the ground but that depends on the length of the chain you have it on. The hammock pad isn’t as thick as I thought it’d be but is still comfortable enough and you don’t feel the rope netting underneath.

The pillow is small and not that fluffy so I’d recommend using an outdoor pillow for extra comfort. This hammock has a weight limit of 275 lbs. It’s easy to get on and off of it, my kids (6 & almost 9) have no problems getting on and off.

We have ours set up in our side yard (moderately shaded area) and had a passing rain shower yesterday and the pad obviously got wet but dried fairly quickly. The stand is very sturdy and doesn’t move at all so the hammock stays in place.

Excellent product that is great quality and will last for years to come.
