I love Nutrafol Women Advanced Thinning Hair Hair Loss Supplement – 120 CapsuleI had much success with hair growth. I used it for two years and stopped and went back to Viviscal Hair Growth Supplements for Women – 180 count because I stopped seeing results but then I came back to Nutrafol when I stopped seeing results with Viviscal but I am now back using Viviscal because it is easier on my pocketbook right now.

They are about the same price $130ish, however that is for a one month supply for Nutrafol and a three month supply for Viviscal. They are both great hair growth and strengthening products. Nutrafol also contains a DHT blocker which DHT makes your hair follicles thin and fall out, so it does a great job with helping your hair strands thicker, not fall out and grow.

I will eventually go back to using it but I will use both supplements.

I’ve been using this product for several months. When I first began, I was buying it in the store, but at $50 a pop. these things are too expensive for the average user, especially given, it typically takes several months to know if this will regrow hair in the individual user and there’s no guarantee of that, even a year or any length of time into it.

Because of the length of the program, and the price involved, this basically forced someone of my income level to go hunting down discount deals online. I found several and that’s the only reason I’ve been able to continue the program; had this only been available in retail stores, the price would definitely have kept me from continuing the program.

Another caveat: you need to buy other things to supplement this product, which many don’t know until they buy it and get info. later. Particularly, you must buy the hair and scalp serum as well as the shampoo and conditioner to expect the results advertised on the box.

You could see how this all adds up to a lot of money over six months or longer. The good news? My hair has mostly stopped falling it just a short time using it, although a few months in, when I didn’t have the products for just a few weeks, I noticed a fair amount starting to fall out again pretty quickly.

From a shopping network presentation of this product, I was under the impression the only difference between the women’s and men’s formulas was iron. That is not true. So compare labels before you try the men’s formula.

1 month in and I already notice some growth in my hair. I bleached my hair 2 months ago and my natural black roots have came out almost an inch!! I did take biotin regularly before using this product though so it might’ve just gave it a boost.

Please take this in between a bite of food because it does cause stomach upset if you take it on it’s own. Also, you might find your burps tasting grassy. Excited to see how much my hair grows going forward.

I did some Googling to find reviews and found that some women were taking the men’s ones, I’m assuming because baldness is more common in men so they might be stronger and they are the same price so I thought I would give them a try too.

Mind you, they are the SAME ITEM # 2100 – but on the New bottle- About 7 items on the ingredients list have LOWERED in milligrams and no Iron in new product either.

They have lowered the mg. significantly to the point I don’t know if I will order these again from Puritan. Customer service is willing to give refund, but I would just like the old good product back – Manufacturers stop cutting corners and milligrams!.

Honestly the pills are pretty big and not the easiest to swallow. It also leaves a weird feeling after in my esophagus as if it hasn’t fully gone down, it’s weird. It doesn’t taste the best either. Hopefully it’s doing something for my hair Bc it’s not very pleasant.

I didn’t like the product itself. I didnt like this product because: 1. The capsules are HUGE 2. You have to take FOUR tablets in the mornings. Honestly, taking four tablets to obtain nutritional benefit is insane to me.
