My hair for the last few years has started becoming more limp and thin. I’ve tried various shampoos and hair products that supposedly add volume, but haven’t really noticed a difference. I was excited to try this Strengthening shampoo because not only did it claim to strengthen hair, but also lead to more volume.

I’ve used it for about a week now (5 times washing my hair) and I couldn’t be happier. I was pleasantly surprised as I have noticed a difference. My hair which was thinning on the top seems a little thicker and actually softer too.

The shampoo is best when used with the conditioner and serum as that is what I have been using and it seems to be working. Other things I’ve loved about it: the scent. It’s mild, but so fragrant. It’s a pleasant floral smell that stays with your hair until your next wash, which I love.

The texture is also ideal; not so thick that it feels goopy and not so thin that it’s watery. It also lathers really well which is a definite necessity for me because I never really feel clean without the lather.

Another bonus is that I can blow dry and straighten curl my hair without any issues; it actually recommends you to style as required. Overall, I highly recommend this shampoo to anyone who is looking for thicker fuller hair without breaking the bank or resorting to extreme procedures.

This L’Oréal EverPure conditioner saved my hair! Like most of us, I made a lot of at home hair mistakes with in quarantine during 2020. This included bleaching my hair, coloring my hair, stripping my hair and and heat process you can imagine.

Also like most, I did not visit a hair salon for a professional cut or service after November 2019. I loved having the opportunity to experiment with my look and that my hair was growing longer than ever during this time.

However, I didn’t consider the fact I was destroying my hair in the process. I knew I needed to find something to repair my hair once it started snapping off after the final “at home highlights” I did over the summer.

Having lost my job, I began researching economical alternatives to Olaplex. I found this online for less that $10 and purchased it immediately! This product line smells amazing and feels expensive. It had a lot of slip in my hair and felt nice to use.

After showering, my hair did not feel dry, tangled or knotted. It combed through easily and felt great. I was able to see more shine and hydration in my hair once dried. It was more manageable, less frizzy and felt healthier.

The texture was smooth and it styled well. My ends no longer looked ragged or frayed. It surpassed my expectations and is a staple in my hair care routine. I recommend this for anyone looking for Olaplex level results at an affordable retail price.

For some reason I’ve started losing clumps of hair and what doesn’t fall put is very weak. Breaking, stretching and snapping so easily without any provocation. It also feels fried to death and my curls are falling out.

I picked up these shampoo while it was on sale at Ulta because it’s suppose to help heal your hair and restore its strength and healthiness. I didn’t have high hopes for this shampoo by L’Oréal as I have been using more prestige shampoos that have purported to heal the hair but haven’t done much of anything but make my hair even less manageable and very straw-like.

But man have I been blessed em away by this L’Oréal EverPure shampoo. I’ve been using this shampoo for about a month now and my hair is so soft and silky. I can comb it out without chunks of hair coming out with each brush stroke.

Running my hands through my hair no longer means I’m “cutting” my hair off with my nails. While my ends are still dry and frizzy (that isn’t the shampoos fault. I need my hair cut to remove app the dead ends) it isn’t as pronounced and difficult to work with.

I can style my hair natural with a healthy sheen or I can straighten it out and have no problems while styling my hair. I am truly in love with this shampoo. It’s a little more expensive than other drugstore shampoos, but if your struggling with unhealthy hair this is so worth the try.

Bond Strengthening Shampoo: The first thing that hit me was the scent. This shampoo has a really nice scent, but it’s hard to pinpoint the extract (e. g. not rose, vanilla, etc to me). It’s a happy scent with a sharp note to it that conjures images of butterflies in a field when I smell it.

Anyway, I shower in the evening and the scent pretty much lasts the whole day the next day so that might be something to consider if you like scented shampoo or are averse to it. As for the shampoo performance, since it is sulfate-free, I did find it hard to lather.

Even though I expected this, I’m too used to that clean feeling that results from lathering so I found myself reaching to squeeze more out of the tube. I use about 5 dime-sized squeezes for my medium length hair.

At first, this concerned me because I thought I’d use the product up too fast, but I wash my hair every 2-3 days and I’ve been using the shampoo for a month now and it’s still going strong! My hair is also dyed at the ends, but it is not freshly dyed so I cannot judge how well it’s kept the colour intact, as the colour was faded to begin with.

Lastly, I like that this shampoo is vegan, paraben free, and tries to provide a less chemical infused alternative to the typical sulfate shampoos on the market. I quite like this shampoo and will purchase it when I dye my hair again as part of colour care and maintenance.

I was so excited to try this shampoo and conditioner. Unfortunately I have to share what happened for anyone else who may share my situation. Since I noticed that it comes up when you search shampoo for face psoriasis.

I had a psoriasis on my right eyebrow for years. I used this shampoo and conditioner, it felt and smelled great. I agree that it is a high quality product for most people. The next day both eyebrows and going down the insides of both eyelids were inflamed with bright red psoriasis.

I didnt think about the shampoo right away. I put coconut oil on the scales 3 times a day and used my hypoallergenic shower products and in a week, I was clear. I used the shampoo again and it happened again! So I looked into the shampoo.

I thought it smelled like tea tree oil. So i thought it was just too strong for me. Then I read the ingredients; capsicum and menthol. Wow ! This product is definitely not a good idea for people with sensitive skin.

I rarely complain about products. If I don’t like them I simply won’t order again. But that being said I feel I must warn people about this product. First off, it’s extremely thick and difficult to get out of the bottle.

I finally had to squeeze it against my palm and thigh to get it out. While applying my scalp tingled. Then burned. As I rinsed it away my face started really burning badly. The pain was pretty intense and I kept trying to rinse it further to dilute it.

After getting out of the shower my face was red and swollen and continued to burn for quite a while after. I put ice on my face and it finally subsided about 15-20 min later. Definitely would not recommend!!.

So first of all, if you are looking for a deep conditioning or moisture treatment, this is not for you, despite the product description. This is a strengthening, protein treatment. They have added some conditioning agents so that your hair doesn’t feel dry afterwards, but if they added more the product would not be able to do its job, which is repair with protein.

Strengthen the hair. I have curl hair, 3 a & b, high-porosity, prone to too much moisture. I had been doing modified rice water rinses and that was helping tremendously, but that’s a serious pain. This stuff works just as well-maybe I’ll find that it works better but I’ve only used it a few times.

If you want more moisture with a little protein, Briogeo has a deep conditioner for that which I find to be amazing. After using this the first time, my curls spiraled from my roots to the tips and dried with a diffuser in a reasonable amount of time.

This product doesn’t smell bad at all! It smells like their don’t despair, repair deep conditioning mask. It’s so hydrating and easy to use. I wash my hair like normal then I wring it out in the shower and then apply this and let it sit for 10 minutes with a shower cap on then to the rest of my shower routine then rinse out.

I have extremely thin and fine textured hair that tangles easily and is pretty dry and I’ve already noticed a difference using this product just a few times! My hair feels hydrated and stronger and looks great when I blow dry it out after having used this.

So normally I would keep a magical life changing hair treatment to myself but I’m literally dead from being in shock after using this product for the first time last night. I was wondering why I have never heard or seen anything about this product but found out it’s because it is brand new.

Apparently research scientist from a US biological engineering department discovered this brand new breakthrough peptide strand that has never been used before in any hair product. We have seen tons of protein and bonding treatments on the market like “olaplex” but this peptide strand that was discovered is one of a kind.

If you read there website, and especially me trying every bonding treatment on the market, I was so skeptical because they are basically promising after one use and 4 minutes your hair even severely bleached or damaged in any way, will go back to its “virgin” youthful state.

I was like SUREEEE that’s what they all say and my hair never gets repaired enough to the point that I am like wow lol. But literally reading the science behind it, it does kinda make sense. Olaplex will repair the hairs structure only to a certain point, every other treatment will only go as far as the core, and never to the polypeptide chains which is the most inner layer of our hair.

I brought this hair mask during lockdown in hopes of branching out and finding different hair masks. I originally had been using the Gisou Hair Mask for three years (before Mecca stocked it) and decided I wanted a hair mask that was effective but more affordable.

I had used the Sol de Janeiro bum bum cream and was given a sample of their perfume and was in absolute adoration of their signature scent. So I decided that on my hair mask quest I had to try theirs.

Feeling/texture I have slightly wavy hair on the thinner side. If I give my hair additional hydration through oils and sprays it will get increasingly curlier. After using this mask and brushing my hair before it dried I was able to achieve soft beach waves.

This hair mask will definitely enhance your natural hair texture and make it feel thicker and fuller. Shine After using the mask I noticed a small improvement in shininess. My hair was also much softer making it less tangled and reduced heaviness.

Moisturisation I was originally concerned that the mask would damage my hair as my ends began to dry unusually fast. However, once fully dry it was evident that the mask was quite hydrating – providing texture and curls to my slightly wavy hair.

Did it fix my split ends? No, I believe the best way of mending split ends is a haircut (sadly ): ). But it definitely did help moisturise my hair and hence ease the dryness of my split ends. Smell While putting the mask in my hair I noticed that there was an undertone chemical scent.

However, the chemical smell disappears once rinsed leaving behind the class Sol de Janeiro scent. The most prominent feature of this hair mask would above all be its scent. If you love the Sol de Janeiro scent and are looking to perfume your hair, this is perfect.

The scent is quite strong and nearly on the threshold of being overpowering. However this is probably highly influenced by how much product and how long you leave in your hair. Regardless, if you have yet to smell Sol de Janeiro’s products I recommend to try smelling it from a sample in store as it is quite intense – and will linger in your hair for days.

Overall: The hair mask is quite good, with its scent and moisturisation being its strongest features. However, this hair mask is not completely transformative and would probably work best being paired with other hair treatment products.

You do however get a lot of product for the price – making it a great hair mask to indulge in frequently without guilt. If you are a fan of Sol de Janeiro I highly recommend buying this product!.

LOVE this mask! Firstly the packing is beautiful and feels very nice quality, the pot has little dots for grip so the pot doesn’t slip as your trying to open It with wet hands in the shower. They weren’t lying when they said it smells amazing because it really does, a very gourmand vanilla/ caramel scent that does last on the hair, I can honestly say it’s the best smelling mask on the market.

I’ve used this twice now and like to use a generous amount after shampooing and leave on for 20/30 mins then detangle with it in. It left my hair soft and manageable, and tamed frizz and defined my waves/curls.

I also love the ingredients and technology in this product such as Cupuaçu, Murumuru, and Tucumã – which are deeply hydrating ingredients that provide nourishment and increase risk against breakage. And the SOL Seal Technology which is plant-based keratin micro-capsules that strengthen your hair as it repairs damage by ionically bonding your split ends.

Overall I would buy again, it’s definitely on the pricier side but worth it as my hair has felt so much better since using and the smell lasts for days in between washes! 🧡.

Sol De Janeiro is a brand that I consider to be a staple in my collection, ever since I first fell in love with their divine Bum Bum Cream a few years ago. Since then I have acquired their Acai Body Power Cream, Coco Cabana Cream, and a few of their Glow Oils, and now my first hair product from them! This mask has a thick, rich consistency that is pretty solid so it’s easy to get the right amount that you need for your hair type and length.

I personally only use a dime size amount for my hair– considering I have mid-lower back length hair that tangles incredibly easily, and is usually pretty frizzy with fly aways and split ends. One of my favorite things about this mask is obviously the scent, which is the same signature scent of the Bum Bum cream.

Another thing that I often notice when using hair treatments is a certain heavy residue left behind, but this mask leaves my hair feeling lightweight and bouncy. After applying the mask for 20 minutes and rinsing, I automatically noticed my hair was smoother, more shiny, less frizzy, nourished, and very soft! It claims to mend 96% of split ends in one use, but I can’t exactly say that’s 100% true.

It does a wonderful job at smoothing, hydrating, and detangling the hair so I know that will help prevent split ends and breakage in the long-run. I was gifted this product by Sol De Janeiro, but all thoughts are my own.

I bought the sealer originally thinking it was a conditioner, not a leave in conditioner. Despite my mess up though I found it worked perfectly as a wash out and a leave in conditioner. It doesn’t sit heavy or leave my hair feeling coated if I wash it out.

My recent hair really proved how well it works on my hair as I had very minimal split ends to trim which is perfect as I am trying to grow my hair out and keep my length as much as possible for my wedding later this year.

Routine: Redken Extreme (with protein) or Redken Extreme Length (with Biotin) Shampoo, Extreme Length Conditioner & Extreme Length Leave In Sealer. A couple weeks of use and my hair looks/feels better than ever.

My uneven wavy, frizzy hair is silky soft with a majority of the frizz gone, and my need to layer multiple products in my hair has been eliminated. Only time will tell on the advertised lengthening factor, but initial results are very promising as I’ve noticed much less breakage/fall out.

I have very fine hair and it is thinning after chemotherapy and cancer treatments. I’ve tried many leave in treatments, and this is by far the most superior one I’ve used. It is lightweight and doesn’t weigh my hair down or make it greasy.

It provides great moisturizing and softness without leaving heavy residue on my hair or scalp. It also smells great! It isn’t overly perfumed or fruity like some brands.

I used the WOW products hoping to improve my dandruff issues and detoxify my scalp. The ACV shampoo lathered well, washed out easily, and left a noticeable apple cider vinegar scent. It made my scalp oily and itchy after a day or two.

My scalp is not usually oily. My scalp flaked more than usual. I was using it exclusively, but then I began alternating its use with my usual shampoo, which does not make my scalp oily, because I was concerned that the WOW products were too harsh.

The conditioner is very thick. I use it on the ends of my hair, not on the scalp. It has a noticeable coconut scent. The labels state there are no sulfates, but the usual sodium lauroyl sulfate is replaced with Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate.

I do not know if this is comparatively healthy. It has other chemicals, including sodium benzoate. I did not notice more shine to my hair. These WOW products may not be the best ones for me and my hair concerns.

I am disappointed with the experience.

The experience of purchasing Wow shampoo and conditioner has been extraordinary. I am normally always looking for something new even if I’m using something worth while, however when I decided a few years ago to put the coconut and apple set I had no clue what it wouldn’t even cross my mind to not be curious about other brands.

I decided I wanted to bleach my box dyed dark brown hair to damn near platinum. I knew this was going to be a process and my hair wasn’t in the best shape after it was damaged pretty badly the last time I went to a salon.

Before doing anything I used the 2 step hair strengthening kit. it did exactly what it was supposed to do which is STRENGHTHEN your hair. I seen alot of reviews saying that they’re hair felt dryer than ever, but this product doesn’t claim to moisturize the hair it says its for strengthening and that’s exactly what it does.

With that being said it did feel dry afterwards but thats to be expected when using a protein product. so I did use a moisturizing leave in conditioner but my hair was definitely stronger. I continued to use the product before and after bleaching my hair (5 times.

I know, yikes!!) And my hair is still in great shape and better than before I started the whole process. I also used other products for moisturizing and a bonding serum added into the bleach which also helped keep it healthy but this is a must have for me when using chemicals on my hair.

FYI I achieved my hair goal and now have platinum hair and its still in tack and I will say this ptoduct has had a lot to do with it.

But for some reason the pureology strength cure especially really irritated my scalp and makes me lose soooo much hair. So I got the ouai thick hair shampoo and conditioner and the first time I used it my shedding was only like 10 hair strands! I’ve washed my hair 4 times with it now and my hair scalp feels so clean but the shampoo makes washing my hair so easy and doesn’t tangle my hair.

And the conditioner is chefs kiss. I barely have to use any and my hair is so conditioned after the shampoo/conditioner. My hair is so soft, shiny, clean and my natural waves/curls look really pronounced since using the set.

Also they smell AMAZING I want a perfume in the shampoo scent! I got the leave in, oil, and curl cream and they all work together beautifully and don’t make my hair feel producty which I like because pureolgy always leaves my hair feeling kinda gross when I use their leave ins.

Anyway I totally recommend this set and if you’re getting greasy hair from this set try the medium or fine hair set. This just probably isn’t for your hair type. I have zero buildup with this and have perfectly clean,soft hair.

I have finallllly found my holy grail!! I literally can nottt go without this stuff!! I have used the Loreal total repair protein recharge leave in religiously for a couple years now. without it I literally can’t get my fingers through the top of my hair.

So when this came out I figured I would give it a try. I have to admit I was a little intimidated by it at first as I wasn’t quite sure what to do with it. i used it as a conditioner the first time in my hair was like absolute silk! Now i use expensive brand name stuff and This stuff blew them all right out of my cabinet.

a matter of fact last night I attempted to use a very well-known expensive brand name conditioner and it left a wax coating on my hair that I literally could not get off it was awful. and this product with the only thing that actually got that Gunk right out of my hair and left it feeling silky and clean as ever!! I used it as a co wash to get the gunk out and it worked unbelievable! I just reordered another one and I will never go back!!.

I would have given this ZERO stars if possible. I bought this garbage last week at my local Walmart and brought it home with high hopes. I rarely give product reviews but I had to on this product. I followed the instructions, washed my hair first, left on for 1 minute, rinsed very thoroughly in warm (not Hot) water.

I cannot express enough just how greasy looking and feeling my hair was after using this horrible stuff. It was like I had rubbed my head through a giant cravat of Vaseline. And that is NOT an exaggeration in any way shape or form.

I couldn’t believe how bad it was. My hair literally fell in greasy clumps when I brushed or ran my fingers through my hair, even after using the hair dryer. My hair is long, rather thick, and a bit course, and a product has to be pretty high in oils, wax, or other slimy, greasy product to make my hair look this bad.

Even my husband was Unpleasantly surprised to see how greasy my hair looked, even after styling it dry with a hair dryer, and NO I did NOT add any other product of any kind to my hair after rinsing this crap from my hair in the shower.

Really disappointing. I would NOT RECOMMEND this to anyone unless you were looking to oil something on your car or bicycle maybe LOL.

I have curly fine hair. My hair tends to be super dry. I have tried many really expensive salon brands and nothing had helped nor compared to this hair mask. A little goes a long way. Normally when I wash my hair and use hair masks, etc, I always HAD to apply some leave on conditioner or anti freeze, but I noticed when I began using this L’Oreal Elvive mask, I don’t even have to apply anything else and the curls of my hair when they dry looks super healthy.

For people who are saying it leaves their hair super greasy, it might be because they have either greasy hair or normal hair. This product works best for people with super dry hair like me. Another plus is how big the jar is and how affordable the price is too.

I hope it doesn’t get discontinue ever. Grateful girl here.

I don’t have well water, but living in central Florida you can’t find much harder, calcified water anywhere. The Malibu C is some serious medicine for had water damaged hair. I have 2B – 3C curls and they LOVE this stuff, be mindful, it doesn’t really take much.

I first tried a travel packet, testing it out and there isn’t much in those packets, just enough for my super thick, shoulder length, thirsty curls. What a difference!!! I mean WOW! Super silky buy not heavy in the least.

Loved the results so much I invested in the full liter bottle! Try it, seriously, it’s AWESOME stuff!.

I have used MALIBU hard water for years. We have bad water, gets rusty even with water softener and hard water tank. The hard water treatments removes any product buildup up and rust. Miracle repair is incredible especially after using hard water treatment especially when you apply a heat cap with miracle repair in place.

I have very fine hair with an oily scalp and dry ends. Many deep conditioners leave my hair weighed down after use but this one doesn’t, but on the flip side it doesn’t leave my hair very moisturized either.

I tried it a few different ways in addition to just following the directions the first few times, I left it on for 10 minutes (no real difference), put it on dry hair and let it sit for 10 minutes (slightly more moisturizing than normal), and just used it as a regular conditioner.

I ended up using the whole bottle and liked it best as a daily conditioner. I don’t think I would go out and purchase this on my own I like my normal daily conditioner better. It’s been a struggle to find a good middle ground on a deep conditioner and I’ll still be looking.

The pros: a relatively quick deep treatment (only 2 minutes), doesn’t make my scalp oily or weigh hair down, does add some moisture. The cons: didn’t notice much of a difference from my normal conditioner, not as moisturizing as I would hope for a deep conditioner, didn’t notice any strengthening qualities after use.

I tried and reviewed this product for a couple months to truly know if it works and let me tell you it does! I have dry , brittle, frizzy hair because I bleach it, so normally after a shower my hair is a tangled mess! But as you can see in the pics and video my hair is so soft and healthy looking! After used this product, my hair was very smooth, lightweight but not something special, not too much different from the other conditions. The game change after I dried my hair, it was bouncy, shiny, healthy, had lots of volume, not greasy, just perfect and clean! I immediately went online to check the price and so surprised that’s not expensive for a high quality product.

This is my FAVE shampoo! I am over 55, have dull, fine, dry hair that needs gentle moisturizing needs. I use a curling iron every day and color my hair every 5 weeks, so my colorist suggested this shampoo for me.

It’s not as pricey as my prior shampoo brand I was using. BIG PLUS is the SCENT. it’s light and pleasant.

I enjoy this product very much but for my hair (2b) I find I need to switch between this and my favorite clarifying shampoo. This contains protein which in moderation is stellar – too much protein can cause dry and brittle hair.

If you are looking closely at your hair products and notice many with protein, try laying off of them for a little while if your hair feels dry and rough.

I have fine, long, processed hair. I am older (50) and found this to be a softening, healing, light, but moisturizing beauty staple in my everyday shower. Love R+Co products. They are pricey, but they know what they are doing.

I’ve tried a few different anti-thinning shampoos but they fall short of my expectations regarding effectiveness, scent, and ability to make your hair actually healthy. It’s not just about removing DHT, it’s also about making your natural follicles stimulate and your hair cells to be reinforced with ingredients that are natural and not harsh modern surfactants, silicone, parabens, sulfates, etc.

My hair responds terribly to big chemical brand shampoos. I was using Shea Moisture brand shampoo with Manuka honey and got some decent results but I don’t like that they false advertise the Manuka honey part (they just list “honey” as their ingredients).

This shampoo and conditioner have two different smells and they’re both amazing. It is relaxing to use these products because the smells are light but fresh and remind me of a tropical beach or something.

I used this shampoo all last year and was super happy with it. It seemed like my hair got thicker and my boyfriend (who would sometimes shampoo my hair) commented on it seeming fuller as well. After trying Purad’or Biotin Shampoo 2x Concentrated for a couple of weeks I have been happy with the results so far. To start, it has this wonderful aroma. Not only as soon as you open the bottle but when you start applying in on your hair.

It is easy to use as when you apply to your hair, it didn’t dry out my hair like other shampoo’s tend to in the middle of the wash. I like that you can see that it actually washes from the scalp, leaving it all nice and clean.

If you like a nice lather then you will love this shampoo as it gives you a beautiful lather to work with. Another great thing that I really like is all the natural ingredients that is has like biotin, argan oil, aloe vera and tea tree oil to name a few.

The benefits for me are that is has helped hydrate my hair more for sure, it looks more healthy and shinny and that even a bit fuller now. Will continue to use to get more results.

I began investigating more about DHT blockers to figure out what would actually work. So, searching by ingredients, I found pura d’or. Initially I tried the original one, which slowed down the hair loss but not at a rate where I would see hair grow compensate for it quick enough, so then I tried the Professional grade (this one) and the M.

D. one, and those two, I found out, do the trick. Now, the smell, is not bad as products containing minoxidil, but it also isn’t awesome (natural bananas and tea tree oil are the main smells). And I do need to use a clarifying shampoo every now and then, since the oils do build up and eventually weigh my hair down.

Both, the shampoo and conditioner are more expensive than what I was previously using, so I am always in the hunt for a discount, and even when I pay for shipping, Zulily has it for cheaper than any other retailer.

Before I started using this product my hair was so flat. I often get bayalage or highlights in my hair so I am constantly damaging it and bleaching it. So I finally decided to to dye my hair back to its normal color.

My friend recommended this product and ever since I’ve been using it my hair has grown and it is so full of volume! It just keeps getting better every month. It grows about an inch a month. The smell is very neutral but it leaves your hair super clean and removes all residues.

The texture of the shampoo is a little thick so you don’t need a lot. I will continue to use this product as it really does what it says it will do.
