Best Gummy Vitamin For Women Over 50 (2026 Updated)

I was researching this vitamin after purchasing and consuming them. Not sure why potassium iodide is in these vitamins as I’ve read that only after being exposed to high levels of radiation should you consume.

I used to take these a while back and was upset that the premium vitamins of the same name, the dosage was 3 gummies. Im wondering if the premium ones had such high doses of potassium iodide? Anyway, the Women’s one a day fruit bites only has a small amount of potassium iodide.

I think I’ll go back to taking them or try another with no potassium iodide. I felt like I was itching and felt energy which was good but also nervous energy which isn’t good. Also, my teeth/gums felt very sensitive on the Alive Gummies.

I’ve got mixed feelings over these Centrum Men’s Organic Multivitamin Gummies. There some good benefits to them as well as some not so good reasons to choose this product. For the first of the good reasons, they taste good.

There is no medicinal taste to them at all. They taste like kid’s fruit snacks. They’re easy to take. You don’t need water. I like that they are organic which is a good reason to opt for this product.

Finally, the texture is great. There isn’t any weird gummy texture to them. Again, they remind me of kid’s fruit snacks. Now for the things I didn’t like. I feel the number of chews per day is a lot.

The dose is 3 chews per day. I would prefer a one chew or two chew dose at most to get my daily allowance. Next, it’s a small bottle when you do the math. While the bottle has 90 gummies, it only lasts a month because you’re taking three a day.

That means I have to buy multiple bottles at once or buy them every few weeks, which I prefer not to do. The final thing I’m not a fan of is the amount of nutrients included in the gummies. I feel there are less nutrients in these as opposed to other multivitamins available.

If gummies are the option you reach for and this product meets the needs of the nutrients, tasting good, easy to take, and texture, then I feel this is a good product for you. However, if quantity of vitamins, not wanting to frequently purchase the product or having to take three of them as a dose are not your favorite, look at other options.

The Centrum Organic Gummies for kids was precisely what my kids needed. They love their chicken tenders and give me a hard time eating their vegetables, so I wanted a supplement that I can trust to deliver what they lack from their diet.

I am not yet in my 50s but I’ve taken these for years and loved it. No stomach ache, good flavor, easy to take. I got my re-order and they are NASTY. They are now coated in sugar (kinda like sour gummy worm candy) and the taste is much less strawberry and more vitamin-y, if that makes sense.

I opened the lid and my husband could smell it across the room. The flavor wouldn’t bother me, but the sugar coating on it is why I won’t buy these anymore. it’s seriously gross. Tried uploading a photo of old vs new, but kept getting an error.

Unfortunately these were auto-refill order so I had a supply stocked up but cannot return it as I am past the window. AVOID.

I’m officially older and thought it’s time to start taking better care of myself. One of the items I’ve added is a multivitamin. I’ve taken them off and on but honestly never stuck with any of them due to taste.

This is the first gummies multi that I will actually continue taking. They are a bit tough so I take it with my Meta Mucil gummies and that does the trick perfectly. Hopefully by the time I reach the Silver version I won’t give any of this a second thought.

I have mixed emotions on this product. I might try them again someday, not sure. I used these for about 7-8 months total and I did see some kind of results. First of all, the vitamin tastes super yummy and sugary.

That’s a plus. Next, it took a few weeks but my hair did get significantly thicker and more full which I really liked. I have damaged over processed hair and it desperately needed repair. The vitamins gave me thickness and a small amount of regrowth.

Nothing insane. But I did enjoy the results I did see. I luckily never got acne like a lot of other people reportedly said they got from these. I never experienced any side effects that I can remember.

I ended up never purchasing my next bottle cause I was lazy and got off of them. Once I stopped the vitamins I did experience some pretty bad hair loss. It really worried me and lasted for about 1 month ish and then went back to normal.

I’m going to give the brand the benefit of the doubt though and say once you take vitamins for months and go off cold turkey you’re likely to experience some withdrawal which might’ve been what I went through.

This 3 month supply was my first time trying a gummy to get my biotin. I had a bad reaction to taking biotin supplements and my friend recommended these with rave reviews. I did some research and saw on IG FB so many woman swore by them so I decided to try.

I’m on the fence with these because they do work but there are alot of negatives that may just make this my first and last purchase from SugarBearHair. (I’m still undecided if I want to get more once my last bottle is gone) I have super long wavy/straight damaged over processed hair.

This product requires to take 2 a day, the gummies are overwhelmingly sweet. For woman that are trying to cut down on unnecessary calories and sugar these suck. At 15 calories per gummy and 3 grams of sugar each.

yikes. I was discouraged at first as I did not see any results until I was on the second bottle. I take them consistently everyday, twice a day. If I had not purchased the 3 pack I would not have seen any results.

With that being said once I started the second bottle I started to notice my hair transforming. It went from dull to shiny, it is stronger, it started growing faster and is overall just much healthier.

The downside. I have a mustache, the hair on my legs is growing like teen wolf and just overall my body hair is also fuller and healthier than ever. To me that is a no go. Sorry for the novel but I really want people to know what to expect because I kind of started taking this blindly.

Bought these on special offer when introduced as have struggled to find a chewable vegetarian multivitamin for adults. These fit the bill and are even vegan. Soft, chewy and fruity. May be too sweet for some.

After trying Wellman for the first time, I knew that this one is superior to the usual multivitamins, that I still sometimes take! Wellman slowly gives me that kick up my backside. It gives me long lasting, all day energy, without relying on excessive caffeine and other harmful products.

Therefore it’s truly made to be taken daily. It would be nice if it had MORE vitamin C in it! Just like another reviewer mentioned earlier, the price of this Wellman used to put me off buying it. But I now think it’s worth paying for! However, the real reason why I didn’t buy Wellman every month (and especially during lockdown!), is because it wasn’t available in my nearest shops! As someone with hypothyroidism, my metabolism greatly benefits from vitamins. Let me start off by saying by saying, I definitely prefer gummy multivitamins to the huge horse pills you swallow. I’ve always had issues swallowing the large pills and because of that, I didn’t take vitamins for a long time.
