I wanted to test a few things with this before I wrote a review. In total in a about 20 days I lost 8 pounds. I think thats pretty great and more than average for me. I started in a strict calorie deficit which included a low carb lifestyle and working out 5 days a week this is my normal diet and I usually lose about 2lbs a week on average.

Sticking to this I lost 5 pounds in a week. The following week I opened up my carb limitations and brought my work out days down to 3 days a week since I know not everyone sticks to the diet/lifestyle I mentioned earlier.

I lost 3lbs total that week my last test was no limitations and no work out days, the most activity I did was walking my dog at least 20 minutes 3-4 times a day. Thats regular activity for me and a constant I can’t change.

I rarely review items but I was compelled to do so for these gummies. I had been suffering from bad constipation ever since having my second child. I tried miralax, prunes and other things, and was basically only able to go once a week or so after taking milk of magnesia.

I was super excited to try these blueberry sleep gummy’s as I haven’t been sleeping well lately. First off, they are blueberry flavored but the flavor is not strong but not great either – one of the reasons for my 4 star rating.

However, all I cared about was whether or not they would work. My first night sleep was amazing. I fell asleep probably within 15-20 minutes and slept through the night and I only took 1 gummy. I did wake up a little groggy as there is melotonin in them but I was not as groggy as when I used to take straight melotonin.

I also noticed after taking them multiple nights, that even when I did wake up (from my cat who doesn’t like it when I sleep), I was able to fall back asleep super quickly which was amazingggg. I truly am grateful for these as I feel like I get a more rested and deeper nights sleep.

the first time I took these vitamins I only took one just to see how it would work. I did get a good night’s sleep. The second time I tried them I took two gummies. When I took two I noticed that I was still very drowsy throughout the day.

and when I only took one I found that I woke up in the middle of the night. so I only use these gummies twice because I was not able to find a good balance with them. I was afraid that even though I got a good night’s sleep I wouldn’t be functional during the day because I was still sleepy.

I did give them to my 17 year old son to help him sleep. But he only took them a couple times as well and did not want to continue using them for the similar reasons. These would be good on the weekend when I know I don’t have anything important to do the following day but these are not practical for me to use during the week.

Great tasting gummies and has 3x the amount of apple cider vinegar as most gummies do. Misleading in the ad though as it states that a serving is one gummy, yet to get the 1500mg you have to take 3 gummies so technically it is the same as all the other ACV gummies out there but they just have you take 3 gummies instead of 1 gummy to get more mg of Apple cider vinegar.

I had a terrible time trying to lose weight. started taking these like 5 months ago. one every night after dinner at first then after awhile started taking 2 every night. I’ve lost 30lbs so far. I’m also watching what I eat.

I was excited to try Force Factor LeanFire Thermo Gummies. Admittedly, I was a little unsure at the same time. I was looking for a gummy that not only tasted great, but would also burn fat, burn calories, provide energy and suppress my appetite.

These did a great job at doing just that. First, they really do taste great. I definitely feel as though I have more energy after taking. My appetite is also suppressed. I don’t feel nearly as hungry.

I’ll take 2 of these in the morning and by mid-day I realize “holy cow, I haven’t eaten my normal number of calories yet I still feel great AND not hungry!” One thing I’m definitely happy about is these don’t make me feel jittery.

This was a concern for me before taking. I didn’t want to feel “weird” all day and take the risk of not being able to sleep. Thankfully these did neither. I feel absolutely fine all day and my sleep pattern is normal.

One other thing, I like that you’re given 120 dummies in the package. I can see other companies giving half or even less than this amount so kudos to Force Factor for giving a great supply per container! I would highly recommend!.

My bottle was delivered NEXT DAY!! After reading reviews before purchasing, I was reading that the pills were hard to swallow NOT TRUE. I also read that there was No odor making it questionable NOT TRUE.

I also read that it had strong vinegar smell and if you left the capsule on your tongue a few seconds you coukd taste the vinegar ALSO NOT TRUE!! My bottle came sealed and when I opened it, the 1st thing I did was stick my nose to it and was smelling it.

It smelled like Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother as it should since this is the capsule form of what you want but the odor was not over powering like some reviews said. It was not untolerable.

I think some people are very much more sensitiveexagerate. I took 2 capsules after my lunch and even let them sit on my tongue a few seconds and I definitely DID NOT Taste the vinegar, nor did I have a hard time swallowing the capsules.

I will continue to buy this product (if cost is reasonable comparatively). I suffered a great deal from acid reflux a couple of months back but refused to take any prescribed or OTC antacid because of the harm they do to the digestive system.

This, along with another product this company sells has helped me a great deal. I now know what to take and what not to take for digestive issues. These capsules are easy to take and does not harm the enamel in your teeth.
