20 Best Grooming Table For Dogs (2023 Updated)

We love this table! It is now 4 yrs old and still looks brand new. Made very well, even being left outside a few times, and it still looks great. The arm attachment is tremendous and works easily for tall and short dogs and even short/ tall people.

An array of adjustments for the arm height are available with a simple button click method. Slip the leash on and go. We have used this table for our dogs and love it. but equally often we have used it for in home or outdoor use.

Parties, craft station, buffet, and more. The height is a back saver and converts to a standing bar at parties. It is a very sturdy table and does not tip easily. It is heavy tho, you can move it but if you are older or not strong enuf, I find sliding it works in the house.

To avoid scuffing, you may need 2 people when moving it outside. Rubber mat on top is thick, black and keeps dogs from slipping and is also comfortable as mine want to have nap time on it when grooming.

If u want to save some money and do ur own grooming, I strongly suggest this table. It has made a vast difference in the ease of grooming our pets. My back and the dogs are all very happy with this find! Buy it if u are grooming at home and find you are fighting your pet to stay still or feel more comfortable, you will have a versatile tool with this to use!.

I struggle with this table. The table itself is amazing – solid, study, nice top, easily cleaned with a wet cloth. The arm on the grooming table itself leaves much to be desired. Where the two pieces connect, they are quite loose so there is a fair amour of movement.

A gasket or some sort would fit this, but in a pinch folded up paper tightens it up. The grooming loop was less than impressive as well. It had a surprising amount of give. Overall, for a ~$100 grooming table, I would expect a little bit better of the arm & loop.

Granted, my issues could be exclusive to my unit, but that I cannot say for sure.

I love this table it works great! The textured grip can be a little irritating to clean but it’s so worth it as the dogs get great traction. I do wish it was a tad wider but not a deal breaker. The issue is the grooming arm it’s very poorly designed and isn’t very strong.

There is no way to secure it totally snug to the table because where the clamp meets it is on the rim and bends the edge of the table. It’s also made of a flimsy hollow metal that I’m certain I could break if I wanted to.

I don’t like the cut outs for clipping the grooming loops to it either they’re rectangular which is the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen and the clips constantly get stuck. And forget about that grooming loop they send you to use that thing makes no sense xD Also there isn’t a way to adjust it going all the way up and down there are three adjustment holes towards the top and three towards the bottom if you need something in the middle you have to screw the arm screw against flat metal and pray it holds.

The table itself is fantastic but that arm is awful I’ll be buying a different one to attach.

My dog has severe anxiety when anyone attempts to trim his nails. I came across this and loved that it was compact in size, so I ordered the black. When it arrived, I was able to set it up and do a quick trial run on 1 paw, within 15 minutes.

I was shocked when my fur baby remained calm and didn’t try to escape! My only regret is that I didn’t find this sooner! When I ordered this, I wasn’t sure if the one loop restraint that comes with the stand would be enough to keep him from trying to jump off the stand, so I also purchased a 2 loop restraint.

I’m glad I did, because the 2 loop allows me to secure both his head and backside. Highly recommend!.

After watching a master groomer use a round lazy Susan table for small dogs, I went in search of a similar option I could place atop an existing large table. This product was perfect. It has just enough tension so that you can gently turn the table rather than ask the dog to reposition himself, but without spinning, which would frighten and disorient the dog.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the strap that comes with the grooming arm attachment is a little long. However, you can purchase other straps or simply tie some knots in this one to better accommodate a taller dog.

The table is small, but is nicely sized for toy poodles or mixes, most other toy breeds, small Havanese, Shih Tzu, Coton de Tulear etc. This table offers excellent value for the price, and I was happy to find it.

Finally a way to clip my little guys nails at home! I have three chihuahuas that weigh 4, 5 and 9 pounds and this Master Equipment Grooming Table works fantastic for them. The round table rotates firmly so it doesn’t spin away if the dog resist clipping.

I added an x-small hammock that is made made for clipping dogs nails, it adds comfort while I clip their nails without having to pay a groomer or vet.

Table is sturdy. Can’t groom my dogs on the floor anymore due to back pain, so I finally gave in and bought a grooming table. This is just fine for pet dog grooming. The blue non-slip top is not non-slip enough for my dogs, they slide a bit, so I use a latex-backed bath rug on top of it.

Works fine. I do most of my grooming with the dogs lying on their side, there’s plenty of room for that with this table. I can sit in a chair or on a stool next to the table which is great. Why did I wait so long to get a grooming table? I intended to fold it up and put away after each use, but it’s so handy I just leave it set up all the time.

I have a standard poodle who I plan to start attempting to groom at home, and while we’re still working on training her to be okay with that, she took to the table immediately. It’s very sturdy, she feels safe and secure on it.

I have her climb onto a chair and then onto the table and it works perfectly. It’s a little difficult to fold and unfold the first few times but after that it gets much easier. I’m used to lifting things that weigh about the same as the table so it’s very easy for me to move around.

I needed a new table and searched many places online. Found this one and it was exactly the right size and price. It was delivered 3 days after I ordered which rarely happens out here in the boonies.

The table is purple and seems to be very sturdy. It folds up nicely and fits perfectly under the counter in my utility room when folded. The dogs seem happy to be on a table that isn’t wobbly like my other one that is 30 years old.

Did I mention that it is purple?.

All the anchors that secure the leg brackets with bolts ripped out of the particle board with little force. I had to re-drill and reset all the fittings with epoxy so the screw bolts would not rip out.

One of the leg wire stays was miss manufactured, so one set of legs is not vertical. The adjusting knob for the noose bar was not threaded, leaving me to thread it my self. It is pretty, and inexpensive.

But, without a work shop and numerous tools it is totally unusable. It is a shame that the quality control at the factory in china allowed the workers to use inferior particle board, not thread the nuts, and miss bend the support brackets.

Although I do like the rubber mat top. and after a few hours of re-drilling and threading the unthreaded nuts it is now usable.

I received my grooming table today and am disappointed with the product all around. The instructions were just pictures, it is not a collapsible table. If it is I have no idea how to do it. The arm goes into the hole but the tightening piece does not go all the way through.

Had to finish drilling through it so the arm could be stopped. It was also listed as being 33″ tall but it is shorter then the table I have that is already 33″ tall. It is only 30″ tall. I only bought it because it was supposed to be that height.

Looks like I have a new table to dry dogs on at my shop instead of a table to groom on.

I have found the table and restraint arm to be sturdy, well made and the rubber top is an ideal surface to provide traction and easily clean. As some others have noted the rubber has a strong odor and I have kept it outside until this dissipates.

This is my first such table and have found it helps enormously to keep my Yorkies cooperative for grooming. My only suggestion would be a shelf basket below between the legs to hold grooming supplies, although I am also considering a caddy that mountain the upright for the restraint.

Very happy and certainly would recommend this as a great product and good value for money invested.

The manufacturer screwed in the locking mechanisms the wrong way. We had to unscrew everything but when screwing them back in, not all the screws lined up. Will have to use a screwdriver every time we want to take this out and put it away.

And, this is not adjustable because the locking mechanism for the higher height does not line up correctly so it won’t hold it in place. The instructions are very poorly written-broken English and it refers to things that we have no idea what they are.

We don’t have time to return this so we’ll just make it work. This was very disappointing and I don’t recommend this product or brand to anyone.

I’m using this table for my show puppy (miniature poodle) it’s very sturdy and I like the grip top so he doesn’t slide and hideaway grooming arm is helpful as well. I wish it was lighter. It’s as heavy as the large table I use for my standard poodle which isn’t ideal for traveling to dog shows.

Other than that honestly it’s a nice table and I got it on sale so I appreciate the price at the time of purchase too.

When I saw the reviews for “too short” I wasn’t sure if that was height or table top. It is indeed the table top for me. I also saw reviews about broken table legs, for me it was the little stop underneath (pin with spring in plastic housing) that was broken.

So without the stop, it will “not” fold down and store properly. The vendor could do a better job packaging the item so pieces don’t break. The legs were punching through the cardboard, as the box is also too short.

The table is lacking in surface size. I have a puppy and I had to worry about her slipping off. Even with an adjustable arm, the tethers could be a little shorter. Not a fan of this over rated item. Buyer beware.

I have an Havanese and she is anything but “dainty. ” He really let us having her nails trimmed or buffed. This table is great because it is not only affordable, but the perfect size and light weight.

Made from quality materials and is sturdy. The only this I didn’t like is there are no instructions on how to attach the collar to your dog or the table arm. Lucky for me, my dog don’t mind staying still for their “spa” day so I use it without the collar.

Also it stores in a small thin space, so great for tiny spaces.

I love this table! My puppy was so ill-behaved at the groomer, that I decided we needed to work on it at home to get him used to it. I’ll admit, he was none to happy to get the grooming at home either, but has improved with each use.

I have a pup that doesn’t shed, so needs much upkeep. Being able to groom him has been much easier with him on the table. It’s easy to store away when not in use, and doesn’t take up a lot of floor space when set up.

Don’t let the weight limit fool ya though, just because it can hold over 200 pounds, it’s made for smaller dogs. No big dog will fit on the surface. Be sure to take note of the size. You can’t beat it, especially for this price!.

Well now, this has to be the best purchase ever. I “pondered” for several days over which one would suit my needs and it’s perfect. My two pups aren’t big but some of the tables were for smaller dogs.

I bought it because I was sick of paying grooming prices of $85. for my Lhasa Apso and $50. for my Shih Tzu. Do yourself a favor and just get it !!!!.

Although the table seems sturdy, it is smaller than advertised. It is suppose to to 32 x 24. The table I received was 31 1/2 x 20 inches. The adjustable arm also is not very adjustable. if you try to raise it, it becomes very unstable.

Last but not least, it is not easily collapsible. You have to squeeze the braces off the legs each time which will eventually weaken the braces.

I love this table! The table is top quality construction: it is very heavy—will not tip over easily; the rubber surface on top of table is very nice. I did order a second noose to help keep my dog still and safely on the table.

I would recommend this table to anyone looking for a sturdy and safe grooming table.

Design, materials, functionality, stability – everything is perfect. I used it for my Maltese girl twice. She is 9 lb but I think it could be easily used for 20 lb dog (like my lost lovely medium Schnauzer).

It fits well on my countertop in master bathroom. Then I store it in walking closet. Stopper it’s a great idea. Before I used it first time I dedicated few days to introduce it to my girl, putting her on it for few minutes.

She is calm, comfortable during grooming. Excellent US product. In addition price is great too. Only one con, to manufacturer – instruction how to assemble it is an old, fadder copy. For people who are not very handy could be a problem.

In overall I couldn’t be happier!.

Because of my back problems, I needed something to put my Welsh Terrier on to brush him, trim his nails, clean his ears rather than chasing him all over the bathroom. This works perfectly, and he took to it immediately! No training required.

He even did well with the turntable turning him. I am so happy I got this. Easier on us both. I bought the blue one since my boy doesn’t much like pink.

I (a female) just put the rotating grooming table together! I like the fact that it has a nice sturdy feel & weight to it; easy to put together & the table rotation is smooth as silk. I have a Westie that this particular table size is perfect for! Also need to point out that the table has a lock on it to keep it in place until you’re ready to release it to turn.

The table lock is easy to install & work with one hand only (while grooming pet) so that you don’t have to take your eyes or other hand off your pup once they are on the table. Wish I could promise that my dog will still look like a westie after I groom her ;).

Used it for the first time today. Love it! Easy to lift my dogs on it and they didnt even try to jump off. I used the neck loop for my puppy but not for my 5 year old. Perfect height and easy to assemble and disassemble to store in the box it came in.

Our dogs dont love it, but we do! Great height so no more back ache after clipping our furry darlings. Perfect size and very portable.

Got this because we are in our 70’s and could no longer lift our dogs up on traditional table. They can hop and this and then we pump it to desired height. But very wobbly in top several inches of its range and the dogs do not like that.

It is a bit hard to pump with 60 lbs. of dog. I like that the arm comes completely off, so we can clamp it on whichever way the dog decides to face.

Excellent price and it’s a well made heavy duty electric table. A buy for the price since these can be very expensive. I would have gave it a 5 star, but FedEx shipped it with box half open and the table top had a small dent and the side of table, which I can live with.

I should have requested a pick up but after taking all the package off I decided to keep it. It was well packaged otherwise the damage would have been severe.

Overall, it is a very nice table. The only thing I dont like is the hydraulic lower It lifts very smooth, but when I lower its very fast and notchy, and Ive noticed the dogs were surprised and lost their footing.

So now when I lower it, I hold the table with both hands to slow it down (in conjunction with my foot on the pedal). Im hoping this will disappear with more use as the hydraulic fluids run through the mechanism.

I do like the table, and I will continue to use it.

This is a great product, well built, very adjustable,great for big dogs. I have two Goldens and a lab/husky mix, now I don’t have to take them to the groomers. Great for grooming or just brushing. This is truly a great product as advertised in the listing.

Table arrived quickly and well packaged. This table is built much sturdier than I had expected for the price. It stays sturdy and does not wobble even when my dog is having one of his moments. I would recommend the product and supplier.

I absolutely love using this very sturdy grooming table. I tried to groom my cockapoo in between his regular grooming sessions and it was such a struggle. I swore the grooming place sedated him to groom him because I had to put a muzzle on him, chase him around the bathroom and had back pain afterwards.

It was beyond awful for both of us. Don’t even get me started on the nightmare trying to trim his paw pads. When I put him on top of the table he was so calm and I was able to give him a complete trim.

It is a pretty sturdy table. Mine came with scratches and rusty spots. Also the legs were uneven or bent causing the table to wobble. Tried it in several different locations that I knew were flat and level, I even used a laser level and found one foot shorter than the other three by about three eights of an inch.

Customer service was no help because I didn’t want to go through the hassle or expense of trying to return it.

This table works so well for my 85 # long haired shepherd. I had to add a ramp because she’s 9 and I can’t lift her. Adjustable legs are hard to find with out going to some kind of lift. Chewy did a great job and delivered in just 2 days, even with the winter storm elsewhere.

Stable, no assembly required, will hold a small dog. I wouldn’t recommend trying to groom a 50-pound dog on it, at least not on the one I got for grooming my three small dogs. But the table itself is worth the money.

Good solid table for small to medium dogs. It does go down pretty quick but I always hold on to the animal anytime I lower a hydraulic table as many go down fast enough for a dog to noticed. I wish they had a table with a longer top for bigger dogs.

The grooming arm is cheap and not very tall but for the price I paid am very happy and if the table holds up would purchase again.

I went back and forth about whether it was worth it to get a grooming table, and finally decided on this one. I have two female Golden Retrievers, one is 57 lbs. and the puppy is 50 and will probably weigh 62-65 lbs when she is full grown.

This table is perfect for them. It is very stable, doesn’t wobble when they are on it, and is grippy enough that they don’t slip, but smooth enough to get the hair off easily when I’m done trimming. The neck loop is fine, but the waist loop is not sufficient.

We used a nylon belt with a squeeze clasp to be able to get the rear loop around doggo’s waist. It is important to have both so they don’t walk off the table. Overall the table is well-constructed, a good height for me (I am 5’4″ and can reach the top of the dog just fine), has a convenient rack to stow the tools while I’m working, and best of all, I’m no longer bending over a dog that is trying to get away from me, lying down on the floor, or giving me “hugs,” which my one dog does when she doesn’t like what I’m doing.

I was worried about getting the dogs onto the table, but that turned out to be surprisingly easy. I just played “paws up” and gave lots of treats prior to training and practiced getting them onto the table.

They put their “paws up” and I boost their bums onto the table. Both dogs took to it pretty well!.

I’m a retired Groomer and had sold all my tables but kept all my tools. I have longhaired guinea pigs. Grooming them sitting on the floor started hurting my arthritic back. I ordered the basic small version of this table and love it! It’s the perfect height for me.

I brought this product because of all the good reviews. I have a Shichon. Assoon as my grooming table came I gave my little pouch a bath. Put him on the table strapped him in and began blow drying him.

The next thing I know I turned around to grab his comb and pieces was coming apart. My Shichon weighs no more than 15 pounds and it’s impossible for my pet to be too heavy for this table. Very dissatisfied with this grooming table.

I was so upset that I didn’t even finish giving my dog his grooming.
