Reduces the amount of movement in your soccer boot to almost zero. I got these primarily to cut down on blisters because I play a lot of indoor/futsal/indoor ag soccer and I’m always changing direction on a dime, which is torture on the feet.

I’ve been playing soccer for almost 20 years and I’ve always suffered from blisters that got so bad that my socks would have huge blood stains, because like I said, I primarily play the smaller game.

Let me explain how amazing these socks work. Built up from my last few games, I already had 4 blisters on my feet, two of which were massive, but I got my TRUSOX in the mail on friday so I decided to play two games this weekend and not only did the socks do exactly what they advertise, my blisters were actually still healing by monday.

That means that even though I had four blisters on my feet, with TRUSOX on, none of them got worse at all. In fact, the socks allowed them to remain in the same condition and continue healing. Before anyone accuses me of not buying the correct size shoe or not playing correctly, I play soccer 4-5 nights a week and most of those nights I play more than one full length game, sometimes even 3 games.

I wore them once again tonight tuesday as my blisters are basically completely healed to see if maybe it was just a one-off that my blisters didnt get worse the first two nights, but as expected, no new blisters and the ones that were already there were practially healed.

No the socks dont heal blisters. they just dont allow them to get worse so they can heal naturally. Anyway, for anyone that has a problem with getting a lot of blisters, accidentally bought a shoe half a size big, you play soccer as much as I do or you just want to not slip around in you shoe, trusox are the way to go.

35 dollars isnt much if you consider that you wont be in pain and youll be able to play at the top of your game for the entire game. They work great even if your feet are sweaty. Only TRUSOX for me from now on.

Trusox are still the best anti-grip sock. Love ’em! And these ankle lengths are a nice changeup from the crew lengths for basketball and flag football.

PRO’s: Very tall. Plenty enough elastic throughout to keep them up all day too. Durable materials. Super effective at minimizing moisture and stink. CON’s: The top elastic is far too restrictive for my giant calves and hurts because it digs in.

But when I pull them down to below the widest part of my calves, then the socks sag. And the material just isn’t thick enough to really fill up my Belleville field boots. I got these based on the description and positive reviews to help fill up my combat boots and reduce slipping and sliding.

These fail at that. They’re too thin. So they don’t do any better than my existing midweight wool OTC socks. Oh well. Still looking. In fact, I made the mistake of forgetting to take them off one morning and I slid my work sneakers right on over them, and the shoes did not feel tight at all.

If these were genuine boot socks, then those running shoes should definitely have struggled to contain the socks and my feet. But these socks not only fail to fill my boots–they fail to even fill my sneakers.

So I have been using them in an alternative capacity: winter sleeping socks. I had to bust out the long PJs for this cold season, and I needed tall socks to go with. These work fantastic in that role.

They’re snug and soft. And they fight foot moisture and smell, even on those nights when I get overheated and sweat in my long PJs. I would like to point out that as of this time, nowhere in the ad copy does it actually say that these are “boot” socks.

I think that that is very telling. So the material is wonderful. But the thickness is disappointing. And the calf opening is painful. p. s. : For some reason, all of my socks say “L” on the bottoms of the soles.

I would think that they should say “L” or “R” (for left and right), right? Weird.

Terrific sock that is worth the price. Ladies, I flip back and forth between the ladies & guys selections as I’m a W 10. I find this particular sock to provide extra comfort and support for winter boots in the vein of Timberland and Doc Martin.

I’ve had a few ankle and foot surgeries with my most recent two years ago. This was extensive reconstruction and my surgeon told me to never skimp on “luxury” socks, stockings, footwear. (believe me, I’ve never been able too w/my issues.

) I’ve been wearing Bombas no shows religiously year around and added a few of these last winter. For me, I feel absolute support I have not felt in a sock. No medical claim or anything like that, but for an aging athlete with some chronic ankle weakness and arthritis, Bombas feel extra nice on my feet!.

I bought these socks a month ago and have worn them a few times. Like other Bombas socks I’ve purchased these look good and feel better. These are high quality and you can really tell the difference when you put them on compared to other brands.

They’re snug, but not too tight; mine don’t fall but also don’t leave an indention mark on my legs.

I love Bomba socks and have a variety of styles. This particular version of the running socks seems a little bit looser than the other performance running socks that I have in the same style. Not sure why, the material just does not quite seem as snug.

They are super comfortable and I am wearing them, but probably won’t order more of this particular style just because on longer adventures I really don’t want the socks to be loose at all. Sidenote is they are the same size as the other Bomba socks that I have that are a little bit more snug.

Bought these to replace the Adidas Metro V socks. The Team Speed Pros are a higher quality sock that provides more cushioning and compression for added support. Highly recommend!!

Love these socks. They give great support. Made for a specific foot. Lock the foot down well in the boot.

The socks are fine. Comfortable but a little thin so we’ll have to see how they hold up. Shipping time was horrific. Took 12 days to receive 2 pair of socks.

I love these socks every time I wear I get asked a lot to where I got them. They have so many lovely colours in them and what I really like about them is the sparkle they stand out. I ordered lots of colours and love them all.

I also thought that they are a great gift to give to your yoga teacher gym instructor or to anybody who works out with barre or Pilates or any type of indoor exercise. I give these socks 10/10. I also would like to say the size I got I am an 8 1/2 shoe size and I bought a medium and they fit perfectly.

Really like the socks; been recently teaching a barre class at my gym and the socks allow me to move, but keep my feet from slipping, potentially falling (regular socks). I could go barefoot in the winter time I don’t really like my feet to be seen!!.

Purple is my favorite color, but I have these in several other colors. My feet don’t get hot wearing them nor do they get dirty or slippery when walking on the tile. A bonus is the tile can’t take out the moisture from the bottom of my feet like when I go barefoot.

I purchased a 4 pair set for my 2 year old and they work great! They have good grip! They are not too thick or thin. I had purchased another brand but they were too thick I couldn’t put shoes on but these are perfect.

I just purchased more in black, gray, blue and black. I’m throwing all his others socks away.

This is my second time purchasing these socks and we’ll continue to buy them! I have an energetic 20 month old boy and these socks have helped him stay up! I purchased the 12-24 month and the 2-4yr socks.

Both actually work for my son I think they might shrink a little bit when washed but 12-24 still fit great and it made the 2-4 even better for us! My son sprints all around and dances and we have wood floors so I feel so much better when he wears these socks! Any other sock he is slipping and sliding and getting hurt.

We have hardwood floors and in the winter my twin boys just won’t wear slippers to stay warm inside the house. These socks are really a heaven sent. The socks fit them well, we ordered 2t-4t and my boys are are 22 months.

They don’t glide or slip like other socks with very little silicone. Highly recommend for moms with toddlers or small children. I just wish they weren’t so pricey otherwise I would buy more.

You get what you pay for. I purchased these in multiple colors for my daughter’s various teams. One game in and they had a huge rip at the front of her ankle. My daughter is an aggressive base runner but didn’t even slide the game the hole appeared.

I was going to get her a new pair after her next game but she ran and now has a cut on her leg from sliding with the holey socks. Such a bummer because I enjoyed the other items that came in our order.

Bought 6 pair for my teenage boys hoping they would be long enough. Older boy is 6′ tall and they are plenty long enough to use with his knicker baseball pants. Bought the XL Gray Heather version six months ago. I have size mens 13 feet and they fit great and aren’t sheer like other brands I’ve tried. They held up as long as I expected, the one big downfall has been how tight the elastic band is around the ankle.

I don’t have particularly large ankles, but at least once I week, I wake up in the morning with the elastic dug into the back of my foot and it’s tender for about a half an hour after. Haven’t had this issue with any other sock brand and doesn’t feel as tight during the day.

I’ll have to do a coin toss to decide whether to try my luck at another couple packs because I genuinely appreciate all other aspects of the socks.

I purchased two 6-packs, black and white, about 2. 5 years ago. Both packs have been in rotation and have seen extensive use. Working in retail, I’ve gone through more shoes than I have socks. These socks have held up far better than anticipated and I can’t imagine parting with them.

The elastic isn’t what it used to be, making it somewhat looser than I remember, though it’s still a fairly comfortable fit. But I’ve noticed the bottoms wearing thin for some time now, obviously from throwing so much at them.

I’m in the market for new socks now. And although I can’t attest to newer versions of the Invasion No Show, if there are any, I’m more than willing to try these again given my positive experience.

Super comfortable grey everyday sock. I could not find the old style I wore of ASICS socks (which were a lighter grey). These are a great replacement and I bought 3 packs so I don’t have to worry about matching socks! Wash and wear excellently-great purchase!.

If only I could give more than 5 Stars!!! It’s very hard to find grip socks for 4 to 6 year olds. These socks are perfect. Perfect sized. No bulk what so ever but a comfy sock that fits in shoes very well and keeps my kiddo from slipping and falling.

Short notice needed a pair of yoga socks so I bought these as that’s all that was available around me. They’re really nice. They are thick socks and very cushiony and soft, the tabs on the back aren’t overly high and the front doesn’t cut into your ankle like some socks of this cut can.

The grips are really great as well. I did not slip at all during yoga and they made the poses that much easier. I love that the gray has a gray tread so they essentially disappear unlike the black ones.

I will say if you plan to walk around the house in these you’ll hear them sticking to the floors as you walk, but you won’t slip! I wore them out shopping after yoga as well and they feel no different than a good quality sock in a shoe.

If you’re looking for a warm and comfortable yoga sock, these are it.

I bought these a few months ago because I’m always freezing in the winter and I hate slipping. and all the ones I was finding elsewhere were just ugly (yup, I like cute socks). These are VERY grippy so if you walk around your house expect to hear them on the hardwood flooring but they’re perfect for yoga.

They barely shift because they’re a thick enough material that they stay put and they really do grip. Even after a few months of washing 1-2x a week the grips are still in perfect shape, as are the socks.

I wish they also had a lower rise version but these are fine and they go well with my running sneakers so I can just pull off my shoes and not have to change socks in the studio. I wish the black ones had black grips, but for me that’s a deal breaker so I’ll just stick with the gray ones.

If you are looking for good yoga socks these will not disappoint you!.

I would actually give this sock a 5 star rating since it grips very well, and it does not lose its elasticity, grips amazingly well as I breeze through barre classes, pilates, and around the house on my wood floors.

The reason why I cannot give these socks a full 5 star rating is the light gray ones are too small in size for my feet. They continue to ride down my heels. I do not have a problem with the black ones–they stay put no matter how much walking I do, after many washings.

My feet are size 9, so if you are size 8 or under, the gray socks will not be a problem. I tried calling Gap customer service about this issue, hoping they might replace the gray with the black ones at least, stayed on hold for about 20 minutes, then they hung up and connected me with the customer satisfaction survey.

This was not pleasant.

I can only assume that these were designed in the hope of making people who wear socks and sandles look less ridiculous. I guess that’s failure- When your best just isn’t good enough.

These are not only stylish with sandals, i also found they worked out great for rock climbing with my assortment of rubber toed shoes on those cold alpine starts

These socks are definitely good quality. They stay up all day and dont lose shape. Fits as described. I love them and have been buying them for regular everyday wear. Completely worth the money.

The footing is plush. More form fitting than most basic socks. The fit is comfortable and not too tight. Not a huge fan of the design pattern, but that doesn’t affect the performance. Would recommend.

Great replacement to cutting socks. I love how tight they are and how well they fit. They don’t feel like there is elastic once you start playing and they hold up really well. Great product.

the socks were fab, great value for money, no issues however! the £5 charge for click and collect is absolutely ridiculous! im sure this is a service people can opt for to make it cheaper as its usually free!? i wouldnt mind but its not like your not a massive chain store making plenty of money anyway! i would consider paying this to help a small independent business, but this is just greed.

Absolutely rubbish quality the plastic fixing them to the cardboard shredded the socks causing instant ladders and they were unusable. These socks just will not stand any kind of snagging and are just not fit for purpose.

As for calling them “elite” well don’t get me started. Didn’t take them back as I couldn’t be bothered with an argument about how they weren’t fit for purpose.

These socks are much too small around the calves! I don’t have particularly big legs, but these are really tight and would hurt if worn to play. Maybe suitable if you are built like Peter Crouch, but not otherwise.
