O. S. pads for scrubbing. All in all, better than having my salmon fall through the grill grates.

This is one of the best pans ever!! First off I love that it is not heavy and the 10 inch is perfect for 2, as well as 4 people, even more depending on what you are cooking. I, of course had to tested first by frying eggs with no oil, and Oh My.

it did not stick! the emerald green non-stick aluminum is so elegant, this brand even advertises chopping veggies inside the pan and will not scratch it, but I honestly do not have the need to do that, so I would not try to do that at the moment.

It is safe to use in the oven up to 500 F, and I just love when you can do this with your cookware because cleanup is much easier, and super convenient. The cooking in this pan has been wonderful, and it looks just like new after washing in the dishwasher.

Really love grilling for about 7 months out of the year, but when it drops below 50 degrees, I like staying inside. This grill is super easy to set up, and extremely easy to use. It provides a great cooking temperature for all things like steak, burgers, roasts, and even hot dogs.

Sometimes I like to use it for panini sandwiches as well. It is very quick to heat up, and any and all drippings are very easy to clean. The adjustable temperature control makes it a cinch to change from item to item.

Very easy cleanup and storing as well.

This is a great grill pan. The stay-cool handle really stays cool and it is very solid, not flimsy at all. The pan is well constructed and the blue is a very nice color. It fits perfectly on the grates of my gas stove.

I’ve cooked burgers, hot dogs, and sausages so far and everything comes out perfectly. I love that you don’t really need oil or butter while cooking. It is so nice to be able to have grilled items when you can’t use an outdoor grill!.

I don’t know how I fried meat prior to this pan – it’s great! This grill pan has been brilliant for cooking our steaks, bacon and fish. The bacon did not stick to the pan, and the useful grill profile meant the fat was drained away from the bacon.

The other items I used butter/ oil as the recipes I follow need it, however seeing how the bacon did not stick at all I foresee the others won’t (and probably a more healthy way to cook). The grill pan was very heavy that I thought it might cause issues when cooking but actually as a grill pan I didn’t need to toss the items so it wasn’t a problem.

The pan went into my dishwasher, and came out gleaming – perfect as I hate hand washing bits in the kitchen. Going to get more from this range!.

Very pleased with my Grilla. Bought with the intent to use on my barbeque to cook bacon outside instead of indoors where the smell would permeate all fabrics. Did such a nice job that I also used it to sear and cook a rib roast in outside too.

Tip : Just keep the handle extended outside of the barbecue while you cook.

Very well made and ideal size – 6 sausages and up to 10 rashes of bacon at one go.

I have been searching for a pan or griddle that was affordable, which was also large enough to grill cheese sandwiches, pancakes, etc, and do it well, better than your typical Teflon coated pan. When my Tramontima Gourmet Ceramic Deluxe Porcelain Enamel 11 -inch Square Pan arrived in the mail I was pretty excited to see if this could perform at the level that I’d hoped for.

I’d tried various other types of skillet surfaces, pannini press and griddles with limited success. Upon opening the packaging, I was impressed with the care in which it was packaged, utilizing bubble wrap, plastic bags and cardboard, and double boxed.

I was also impressed with the size, weight, coated surface, sturdy handle to support the weight of the pan, and the rubber grips on the handle. Once I had followed the cleaning and seasoning as instructed, I set out to test it out.

My first use was pancakes with fresh cherries. I added a Tbsp of cooking oil and brought up to medium temperature to heat the oil. After adding the pancake batter and observing the cooking, and flipping it with a silicone spatula, I was thrilled with the quality of cooking the pancake both inside and out, with slightly crispy edges, and no singing or raw areas.

I believe that the uneven surface of this skillet has a big impact on this quality of cooking, allowing heat to circulate. I have also made grilled cheese sandwiches with excellent success. This is definitely a keeper and worth the price! The only negative I’ve experienced is that there was a small nick on the inside wall of the pan.

Because of the Lifetime Warranty I will exchange this pan for a new one that is in pristine condition.

I HAVE ANOTHER CERAMIC THAT I USE TO GRILL ITEMS INSIDE. IT IS GETTING TO THE POINT WHERE IT IS HARD TO CLEAN. SO I STARTED LOOKING FOR AN OTHER PAN. DECIDED THAT THIS TIME I WOULD LOOK FOR A GRILL PAN THAT WAS A LITTLE DEEPER TO KEEP THE SPLATTERS IN THE PAN AND OFF THE STOVE.

I DECIDED ON THIS PAN AND WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. I HAVE ONLY GRILLED IN IT ONE TIME BUT IT WAS EASY TO CLEAN AND KEPT THE STOVE CLEANER. LOOK FORWARD TO COOKING IN IT AGAIN.

Great quality pan. I have found that these pans last a lot longer if you don’t use high heat with them if you cook on medium or a little higher they don’t get food sticking to them hardly at all and they last forever! And the clean up is so easy with these pans.

These are the best grill top griddles I ever used. I used non-stick ones and while they are lighter the do get scratched and burned. These on the other hand last forever and great for anything you would normally use them for: burgers/ground meat kebabs, fish, veggies.

The only complaint I have is that I wish they made them a bit larger or smaller (smaller so I could bit two on my grill or larger to take more space of my grill).

I just used this pan to grill scallops and veggies. Everything came out great–so overcooking and clean up was so easy. I had looked at several different type of grilling pans but as I am a huge fan of cast iron and Lodge products, I decided to purchase this pan.

I find this pan is of the best size and has most uses on my gas stove in home. I can cook all kinds of meals from breakfast to dinner, from frying eggs to making vegetable stews. Its size extend the use to deep frying and grilling.

I use it to grill burger meat, vegetables, asparagus. etc. Its size is good for deep frying mushrooms dipped in batter or frying a good batch of potatoe fries. I even make sandwiches using it, panini, grilled cheese, french toast.

Sometimes I pop it into oven and use it as bakeware. Its size is perfect for upside down cakes, deep dish pizza, corn bread or Dutch baby. This pan has good weight to preheat well and bake evenly on stovetop or in oven.

I can achieve good results of making pancakes, tortillas or naan just on stovetop with this pan preheated to the temperature to my liking. Oh its use is just endless. Best value one can get out of all kinds of cookware.

This site has an extensive set of gadgets one will ever need for his/her home kitchen use ( of course commercial too ). IMO, highly recommended as the first piece of cookware for anyone who wants to become a home chef.

Just a reminder : This pan comes well pre-seasoned but requires a bit of tendering after. The easiest way to keep it in best cooking condition is to clean out the debris under a running tap while it’s still warm then wiped dry or dried on a hot stovetop after cooking; wip the entire interior clean using a piece of lightly oiled paper towel when the pan is heated up before cooking.

That’s it and it’s quality is guaranteed to last one’s lifetime or generations. Best investment I made ever. Last but not least: If one gets tired of indoor cooking, the investment is preserved by taking it to other cooking occasions such as tailgate party, camping or just backyard.

Its ruggedness makes it a good piece of cookware regardless of gas, bed of hot coals or just barbecue grills.

I honestly don’t remember why I even wound up buying this 12 inch Lodge cast iron skillet. It might have been for the first time I tried following a recipe to make Southern-style fried chicken at home.

I ordered it from Amazon and I don’t remember the exact price but I think it was in the $30 range. I had never used cast iron before and quickly learned that it wasn’t automatically non-stick despite the fact that the company described it as “pre-seasoned”.

I’ve tried several different methods of seasoning it but to this day all of these years later I would never describe it as remotely close to “non-stick”. I’ve tried all sorts of ways to clean it including just wiping it out with paper towels, hand-washing with some dish soap, and I believe I even ran it through the dishwasher once.

Nothing has helped/hurt with the “seasoning” of the pan. There really doesn’t seem to be anything that sticks for very long. (no pun intended) Unless I am cooking a well-marbled steak I *always* add oil to this pan before putting anything else into it.

I didn’t have much use for this Lodge 12 Inch Cast Iron Skillet when I lived at the house and had regular access to a gas grill in the backyard. These days I am in an apartment so I use this skillet for pan-searing burgers, chicken breasts, steaks, pork chops, etc.

at high temperatures to get good color on them. I’ve done Southern-style corn bread in it along with a few other things. I like that this skillet is so durable. It will last forever and then some. The price is nice.

I’ve just had to learn to accept that I will never get a good seasoning layer in it and cooking eggs in it will have to remain a fantasy. I’m still very happy to have it in my kitchen repertoire, though.

Lodge brand in my opinion is horrible! I recently two weeks ago purchased a Lodge cast iron skillet for $25 bucks the 12 Inch and a Lodge cook pot for $50 bucks both are horrible to use. both stick with anything you cook.

I’ve tried lowering the heat to lo medium heat nothing changes. Ive tried making pancakes and all I get is stick stick stick! same with stir fry or pasta dishes. I’ve done some burgers they came out decent without alot of stick but constantly having to scrape the bottom of the skillet an clean is just a mess and not good on time.

The cleaning is horrible as well. you can barely use luke warm water an rinse and it rust rust rust! the metal is coming out the skillet already and only had for 2weeks!! If only I had kept the boxes this mess came in.

I will still try and do a return because I do have my receipt but most likely im out of $$$. Do yourself and your funds a favor shop around elsewhere. This brand is a joke!! The good reviews that are being posted on here must be employees or owners or some sort of payroll for this brand.

Im upset with myself for believing this brand was going to work and throwing the boxes away immediately. Im even more upset because I throwed away all my grandmother pots and pans and skillets from the 80’s some even the 70’s!! things just aint what they use to be.

I like this product. I cook steaks on it and it makes nice grill marks. My food comes out great. I’ve even cooked in it in my oven. It’s very durable. Cleans up well. It was very affordable. I will continue to buy this brand.

I’ve been pretty disappointed. On the positive side, it’s sturdy. However, it did not remain nonstick for long at all. Pretty soon, nearly everything was sticking in some fashion. And clean-up was a chore.

Each ridge has to be washed and scrubbed independently in order to make sure food residue was removed. As of now, I can’t even do that and get it reasonably clean. One of my reasons for purchasing this one was because it was Cuisinart, and I have had such good luck with their knives.

Unfortunately, that did not extend to this pan. Would not recommend or purchase again.

Everything sticks when using the frying pans. I would have returned the set but the window of time closed. I warmed a corn tortillas in a little oil and it stuck to the pan. Then when the pan was cooled the oil had cooked onto the pan.

It looks horrible. So the small pan is toast. The other pan that came in the set is just as bad. I was sautéing cod and it stuck, as did hamburger and steak. The only way to get them clean is to scrub for a long time with bon ami.

I would not recommend this set it was a waste of money.

This is heavy duty steel. Holds lots of vegetables. Nothing falls through. Grills them up nicely. Takes some work to clean but you can scrub with anything you want. Cleaning gets easier the more you use it and it gets more seasoned with oil.

I’ve only used this one time, and it worked fine. It roasted a bunch of vegetables wonderfully. I might rate it even higher after I’ve used it several times. It was easy to clean and I think I’m going to like it.

Was hooping this would be deeper but overall it’s great. Perfect to use on the stove top, on the griddle or even the propane grill. Very versatile and folds up neatly for storage

I love that it has a foldable handle, its easy to store in a cabinet as-well as dishwasher. It is a nonstick pan which stay perfect even after using 100 times, the non stick is still as perfect as it was when i bought for the first time.

its lightweight, grill and it does make grill marks. The pan is a little hard to clean due to the lines of the pan is not straight, its wavy. After using it for awhile, I noticed the bottom of the pan is not sitting flat on my stove like it use to, its like it changed from the heat, it now wobbles, like it has been bent.

I guess the quality of the pan is cheaply made.

Its my second Demeyere after the wok pan and as expected this pan is fantastic! before buying this demeyere I tried other grilling pan such as STAUB, (one of my favourite brands), but still the same issue overheat.

This did not let the meat cook perfectly. It was an extra effort for me while cooking the meat to keep an eye on that. So, I decided to go for the Demeyere controlinduc grillpan. Bought a fresh piece of 500gr Rib-eye and in 6 minutes was ready to go the controlinduc worked amazingly and the result was great.

there was no effort on my side but just turn the meat and take it out of the grillpan. I recommend everyone who has induction to go for this brand. You will not regret and you will have these pans for many years.

There are only 5 stars but I would give 10 if it were possible! Also a great 5 start to BestSale which sells these products at “low prices” compared to other online shops. I will for sure come back soon for the next purchase!.

Perfect for one or two people. I did season as directed and have used several times. it’s great. I have the expensive brand, too heavy, to cumbersome–I stopped using it and then I stumbled on to this and decided to give it a try.

I live in an apartment and this pan really does give “grill cooked” flavor. Pros: Great value, light weight, easy to manage while cooking, cleaning and storingCons: NONE!!.

I like the high sides and size of this pan. It has become a my favorite pan for occasional use. (About once a week) I was disappointed by how thin it was and as I wash it the coating on the bottom is wearing off.

I wish it was a little heavier.
