Awesome product. I use it on pretty much everything now. Especially projects where I need that extra hold. Like, outdoor projects, or heavy items. Currently working on a cat tree scratching post. And this coupled with wood glue, gives it an extra layer of stability for kitties claws.

I love that it’s always in stock at Michael’s and I can do curbside and get back my projects quickly. I use the mini Gorilla Glue, glue sticks from Michael’s as well. Employees are always polite and take the time to help with finding the things I need for what I’m making.

Purchased this product in hopes that it can be used to repair Sandals and shoes where the soles have let use. I started with shoes where part of the sole had become detached. I put the glue along the edge that was dethatched and clamped them to gather.

The end result was I now have a pair of shoes that I can wear. I had a pair of sandals were the sole was completely separated from the strap part of the sandal, I was able to glue them together. The glue sticks where easy to use and solved my problems to where I was able to fix one pair of shoes and three pair of sandals to where I can now use them.

PLEASE if you are a parent to a child in k-3 support teachers through buying extra boxes of glue sticks like this (especially when cost is marked down a lot at the beginning of the school year sales), that is, if you can afford to spend a few extra $ for your child s classroom.

then go through your stock by periodically sending in a box with your child (maybe once a month, so buy 9-10 total, and can be store brand too) so you can provide these to your child’s teacher if in grades k-3.

every year teachers make a desired supply list and normally they are cut in half of what teachers request. 6 glue sticks for a long 180 days across 10 months using glue sticks for a 6 year old they may put on supply lists.

don’t think it is fair! children leave the lids off, loose them, smoosh them, unscrew them, etc. etc. just being kids once a week almost and every child goes through well over a dozen in grades k-3 in one school year.

this little gesture of sending in an extra pack of glue sticks at the beginning of the school year will make a lasting impression and show your support of education to your child’s teacher. this few dollar investment does matter.

then continue sending them as mentioned monthly, maybe with a box of pencils, sometimes a box of expo markers or a few post it notes, etc. all are so helpful to a teacher who even when asking at the start of teh school year when items are at their lowest price are limited on what they may ask parents to provide, so teachers only hope that parents will help replenish the stock of supplies that in august or september barely have a housing spot in a classroom yet by novemeber are scarce and a treasure to find.

sometimes it was not even that as a teacher i could not afford a two dollar pack of glue sticks so my students had supplies needed for learning, yet it was more the hassle of stopping at a store after a long day.

Elmer’s School Glue Stick in the only glue my kids will use. I have three children in elementary school and they have become very picky on school supplies. Now that I have all three at home and my wife is elearning with them, we are able to utilize supplies more often.

Many of the children’s work pages require ‘cut and paste’ actions. My children have had different types of brands but Elmer’s is our favorite. The pieces that need to be glued stay better. The children’s favorite feature is the purple color.

So I was using this before I realized it could be used two ways – one for permanent bonding and the other for temporary bonding, such as photo albums, etc. I’m cutting words for homecoming mums here in Texas and the CRICUT mat gets “unsticky” rather quickly and I’ve tried respraying them with tacky spray, etc.

Nothing lasted more than a dozen or two cuts. THEN I read the directions on the Tombo glue and thought I’d try the temporary bonding. I put it lightly all over the 12X12 CRICUT mat, waited for it to completely dry and then tried it.

IT IS A MIRACLE!!! Never have I found such a great solution for my used mats. It is lasting cut after cut without losing ANY stickiness property. This is saving me a LOT of time from redoing the mats and I can get the projects done much more quickly and efficiently.

THANK YOU TOMBOW!!! The MULTI-XL is the only one to get for the temporary bonding. It is also the stickiest glue I have ever seen besides superglue. It works fantastic for permanent bonding of the glitter cardstock names I make.

This products strength is options. With two ends of the container providing a thin line or a spreader, having the right amount of glue is easier. The ability to create a “permanent “ bond when pressing items together while glue is wet or a “removable” option when allowed to dry on a single surface has had some interesting applications for me.

I now have a collection of elements with a bit of restickable glue on the back that I can rearrange when developing a composition. This has been fun and effective. The negative aspects of the glue include the rubbery consistency that makes the gluing options possible.

Spreading glue in an even application is almost impossible leaving thin elements with high and low spots. Lots of places where this is not the appropriate adhesive.

Tombow it my favorite liquid glue. I have used mini types of liquid glue in the past and find that they leave marks that can be felt or seen underneath the paper. You don’t need a lot to glue your paper down just a thin line smooth it out with your bone folder and you have a nice contact surface.

I only wish that Michael’s would carry the larger bottle in the store besides the small one. I also wish that the makers of Tombow would make a refill bottle to help out the environment and not have so many empty bottles in the trash.

I would recommend this to anyone.

I have used Elmer’s Glue since I was a kid, and I still swear by it. Easy to use, easy cleanup, and this glue has hundreds of uses. When little corners or holders break off, this glue is the perfect solution.

Sturdy and dries clear. Just peel off any excess that might have been spilled on your table or work bench. Highly recommended to others.

Elmer’s. It’s a classic. Always reliable from one’s kindergarten craft projects to your middle age craft projects or quick fixes around the house! It’s nice to have an American classic at your fingertips; since Elmer’s is the glue that has held our creative projects together since 1947.

This is not technically school glue. I was able to obtain and use this glue outside of the context of a school setting. That being said, when it came out of the bottle nozzle white, I thought to myself, wow thats some glue alright.

Now you may be saying to yourself, Natalie, are you sure the glue is real just because its white? And Im telling you, the authenticity was initially questionable. After about three tries of creating slime, however, the glue was turning magic.

This is how I know it must be real. Dont be afraid to ease the liquid out slowly. It takes a long time to dry on your hands and mouth, but only so much glue will cover one area. Treat your bottle with care.

Its inanimate and doesnt know how you feel, so it just behaves the same way a scissor or a paper would. You have to be careful with this one.

It was used to seal writing done with permanent marker pen on small plastic balls. It was brilliant, it dried completely clear and writing actually became sharper and easier to read. I did try clear nail varnish prior to using Mod Poge but that just smeared the writing.

Will be using Mod Poge from now on for all sorts of projects which require a clear sealed finish. I purchased the shiny product but there is a matte version as well. Excellent product.

Pritt Sticks have been a favourite of mine for many years. Easy to use straight from the tube with the twist up motion so you can use it thinly. I mainly use it for sticking labels onto parcels and my son uses them for sticking things into his school books.

They seem to last a long time for us. It has strong adhesion and if you buy it in bulk the price is much better per item, rather than buying a single stick. Would recommend.

I have tried various cheaper own brands and bulk buys but they have always turned out to be money thrown away. You really cant beat Pritt sticks. I paid just over 1. 30 each for this pack of 5 and know they will last a couple of months provided they are not lent out to the whole class My children have to provide for their own Pritt sticks at school and they also use plenty for home craft activities.

I have now bought a large bottle of PVA glue for home use as this works out even cheaper and these sticks are used for places I dont want any spills.

The classic glue stick and alleged recyclable. Great for sticking down small pieces of paper into my scrap book. I suppose the glue would stick down bits of fabric into a book as well. Convenient to use and no extra glue need escape.

What I would like to see is something that helps get the last of the glue in the tube out easily. Otherwise, you have to use a stick, knife or other.

Elmer’s washable clear glue is what we use all the time for Slime. My kids love making slime, so I am constantly needing a lot of glue. Its nice to have it clear because my kids like to add their own colors or glitter to it.

Its nice that its washable because they tend to get glue all over when making slime. This glue is also great for school projects, it helps with placement, holds well and dries quickly. Easy to dispense bottle makes it easy to use.

It safe and non toxic so I am comfortable allowing my younger one to use it. I will continue to use Elmer’s for my kids school and for home. I am confident in their products and would recommend.

I’ve had these bottles for a while now but have only used one of them so far. I’m using it to dispense UHU glue. It’s performing really well. It’s kept the glue from drying out inside the bottle and the supplied pins keep the nozzle clear.

Take my advice and buy these in preference to the branded ones sold by some model kit suppliers and model shops. They appear identical except for the fact they’re cheaper! Very pleased.

Decent price for 3. Love these for use with detailed die cuts. I fill them with PPA Matte. I like the needle clears out the tip from drying shut, even if I constantly poke my fingers with it when reinserting it.

I bought some different ones but the plastic was quite hard. I don’t have dexterity issues but found them really hard to squeeze so thought I would try these. So easy to squeeze and nice handy size. If your using a thick adhesive add a tiny amount of water and give a good shake each time before you use it.

This was a purchase instigated by a YouTube crafter. Since her projects were very interesting, the recommendation to purchase was also interesting enough to order this item from the UK. It arrives in a timely manner and has been put to extensive use.

Although a long term evaluation is still in the future, I seems to work very well. The cap seals well and application is neat and without difficulty. The best value appears to the group of three and when this starts to run low, I expect to repeat the purchase.

THIS HAS TO BE MY FAVOURITE GLUE. IT ALLOWS FOR SLIGHT ADJUSTMENT WITHOUT LEAVING A MARK WHEN STICKING DIE CUT PIECES TO CARDS. IT IS STRONG. I HAVE EVEN USED THIS ON PROJECTS USING DIMENSIONAL FLOWERS AND LEAVES WHERE THE USE OF A HOT GLUE GUN IS RECOMMENDED AND THEY HAVE STUCK SECURELY ENOUGH AND A COUPLE OF CARDS (SENT TO AUSTRALIA, IN BOXES), ARRIVED IN PERFECT CONDITION.

IT REMOVES FROM SAUCERS AND HANDS EASILY TOO, SO CANNOT FAULT IT!.
