If you repair relatively deep cuts with superglue (like I do), this is the best formulation for the job. I keep these in my first aid kit. The consistency gets into the wound but is not too runny. Simply put a small bead just inside the wound once bleeding has slowed or stopped, pinch shut for a few seconds, and wipe off the surface.

Wiping is important or it will peel up and tear back open, which goes for any superglue. This formulation also does not burn like other brands such as Locktite brand superglue.

I always end up with solid crazy glue because I don’t ever finish the regular size tube before it dries up and becomes solid. So I thought this was the perfect solution to repair a pair of heels and it was.

Great fast setting crazy glue! Worked perfectly to reattach crystal beak onto hummingbird sun catcher ornament. Key to this sensitive repair was the initial quick dry time as the crystal beak had to be hand-held steady to bird’s crystal face in till dry enough to release.

Krazy Glue is one of those things that you can never have enough of. It’s a must have. When a bracket on my VW Bug key was trying to break loose, Krazy Glue came to the rescue and the key is good as new.

Also glued a handle on my bathroom faucet that I wasn’t sure I’d be able to find a replacement part for. I was already contemplating buying a new faucet but thought I’d give Krazy Glue a chance. Lo and behold, the faucet handle is holding up.

Just to be absolutely clear, this is NOT actual hide glue. In fact, it has many properties that are the OPPOSITE of hide glue. This is some chemist’s approximation of what they would want for a hide glue.

Real hide glue uses heat, both for creation and for removal. This glue will not respond to heat for removal (even says so right on the package). Real hide glue is resistant to water, but this stuff is removed with water.

I have used real hide glue on musical instruments, and in no way would I use this on a musical instrument, as humidity itself will cause the joint to fail.

Definitely has a place on the ‘glue bottle shelf’. In response to the reviews commenting upon the ‘short shelf life’, yes it’s annoying they no longer put the expiry date on the bottle but I always write the purchase date on it when it comes to workshop.

If it’s very thick when taking delivery, bringing it to room temperature will sort it. If it’s past its shelf life I have found it will separate out and go very thin. When in doubt, do a test glue by ‘edge jointing’ a couple of boards then try knocking them apart the next morning – you will soon see whether its sticking or not.

Made sisal on wood cat scratching board to be screwed onto a wall. Needed non toxic product to glue the sisal onto a wood board. My research found Titebond Liquid Hide Glue to be very low in toxins (as compared to other glues available) as my cat would be scratching this product daily.

Holds very well, no odour. Unsure regarding waterproofing as used indoors. More expensive but worth it to keep toxins out of my home. Preferable for use with childrens craft projects. Recommend.

I have been using this glue on both treated and non treated plywood, and it does a pretty good job with both. I wish it came with a smaller opening for small items. It does not dry clear, and excessive glue has to be removed with a damp rag before setting.

I have not attempted to sand and/or paint the glue, so I can’t give any feedback with those processes.

It’s hard to find Elmer’s wood glue on the shelves anymore. I wanted non-weatherproof wood glue. Been using it for years and prefer it for most of my projects. Elmer’s wood glue gets the job done right for indoor products.

I wanted the Brown label like the picture shows. Instead I got the clear/white label. Clear/white label is for fabric. Don’t really know if I can use it for my application. Not satisfied. !! Very confusing.

I dunno. It’s glue. It makes stuff stick together satisfactorily. Don’t sniff it, because you might glue your nostrils together. Last week, I used it to glue a torn toenail back into place, so if you like to do household chores barefoot and you’re a klutz, this is the glue for you.

Related to that, it withstands nail polish remover, so you can redo your toenails weekly with a new pretty color and pretend that you don’t try to demolish your nails with various household objects.

I should have listened to the poor reviews on this product. DOES NOT STICK. Useless. I even used a dremel to roughen both surfaces, and it still didn’t stick. Wait time was long enough, too. Don’t buy this.

Bought in-store. Works perfectly, and much better than Gorilla Glue. For one, Gorilla expands when dried, which leaves an ugly residue, and two, bond isn’t instantaneous; with Crazy, you need only to apply pressure for less than 30 seconds, and you have a bond that’s as advertised.

I bought this for an experiment: Glue soles back onto athletic shoes. I’ve previously tried every flexible-when-cured adhesive known to man. No Luck. (Believe it or not- Cheap hot glue was the best- until this came along.

) I don’t know why I didn’t think of polyurethane adhesive earlier. This polyurethane adhesive worked very well on the shoes. I was surprised. About twenty-four hours after application (with a 2 hour clamp time), I flexed the shoe like crazy.

Next I tried tearing the sole off. After that, I soaked the joint in water. It held up just fine. When it’s well below zero degrees, I will be interested to see how well the glue holds. Note that the bubbled out adhesive where I over-applied was easy to scrape off.

It was light tan in color. Also note that I tired it on steel-to-steel and wood-to-wood. The steel worked well.

This glue is great. There is a bit of technique to use it correctly and get the best performance, but on the right materials and used correctly there is nothing better (IMO). Shelf life can be an issue with this large bottle, so I store it in the refrigerator.

I love Gorilla Glue. There is a slight learning curve for using it. Be sure to read the directions before use and make sure you have all the supplies you need around you when you start your project. We use Gorilla Glue in our home for all sorts of projects, it is our go to adhesive.

Recently, the bottom of my daughter’s shoe fell off. She used Gorilla Glue to reattach the sole, and it was as good as new. We use it for rubber, plastic, wood, all sorts of materials. It does take a little longer to dry than other glues, but that allows me to reposition if need be, and my fingers don’t get stuck together.

I always keep a damp rag near me when using it. Gorilla Glue expands as it cures, so keep that in mind. You don’t need a ton. Also, keep it out of reach of children and dogs.

Got this for repairing several short (< 8mm) hairline cracks in ABS, and while it is easy to apply a small drop as needed, and I verified that the drop had gotten into the crack, it simply didn't provide a very strong bond -- this, after 3 days of cure.

A very slight flex immediately opened the crack up. The crack was radial from a 1/2″ hole in which a strain relief is inserted. The strain relief goes in and out easily and does not produce undue stress on the plastic.

Using it a second time, with 5 days cure seems to have worked, but I have very little confidence in this glue.

Great product, first time user and it is so much better than the other glues I’ve been using in jewelry making. This adheres quickly, no movement and clear and clean bonds. Will definitely keep using this product.

Starbond it’s one of the purest forms of cyanoacrylate. The thin sets quick and as a wood turner I use it to fill voids and do modified glue UPS it is one of the superior finishes that you can use on pens and wood.

Holds up to everything but boiling hot water everywhere I’ve used it, but it yellows incredibly bad and faster than anything I’ve seen. it took only a few weeks in certain spots and just keeps getting darker shades of yellow-brown.

at first I thought this was a reaction to light but I checked under my sink where I’d used it to patch a small leak at a drain pipe joint and it’s just as bad there. It is very hard to squeeze out as well.

3M clear silicones don’t cost much more (for much larger caulk tubes) and do the same sealing jobs more cleanly without looking like smoker phleghm in a month. For spots needing clear glue rather than sealant, Gorilla clear is much stronger.

Gave it two stars instead of one because it’s held up well for the past year but it’s ugly enough that it’s going to need to be scraped off and replaced in several visible spots.

I’ve had success with Flex Tape products in the past, but hadn’t tried their glue formula until recently. What took me so long? There’s so much to love. Application is easy, using a caulk applicator.

I was impressed with the viscosity of this glue. It stays put, and doesn’t drip or run. It helped me repair one of the original windows to my home, dating back to 1950, which had a broken glass pane.

I was able to set it in place in the garage (always be aware of off-gassing in adhesive products and use in a well-ventilated area), and within a few minutes, it was firmly in place. It’s recommended to work quickly, as it won’t move much, if at all, 10 minutes after application.

A product the lives up to its name. I’ve spent the last week repairing broken items and glueing things to other things to test the hold. Results? Impressive. The curing time is not for people with gratification issues.

when this glue was first used by us we failed to read the instructions. why? well glue is glue!! WRONG! this Gorilla glue works by a dab a water! if you dont mix the glue with a dab a water the chemical reaction wont kick in.

its amazing how they figured a way for a glue to turn into the best glue ever by using real science! soon they came out with different tyoes, colors, super, thick or thin texture. we have a small business and we even use the thicker, brown color to seal cracks in some of the stones we saved! you cant tell it had a crack!! So read the Instructions.

and make sure that you do this. 1/ it is very, very sticky so handle with care. 2/ use small amounts, a little goes a long way, you can always add more if need be. 3/ the glue expands as it drys, this is the part you can scrap off after it is dried.

Remove pot from stove. keep away from flame. than let the hot water should soften the glue up, let sit for 30 to 60 mins. than clean the top of bottle and screw to well.

I’ve used super glue for so many years, for repairing broken items and also for repairing broken nails. I had been using another brand and thought it was fine until I rediscovered this Krazy Glue. First of all, the brush-on method is a lot better than the silly dispensers on other brands of super glue – they always get clogged and you end throwing away half a tube.

Krazy Glue brushes on easily and you can control how much product you apply. Holds well after dry. As for nail repair, it’s the best! I use the paper from a tea bag to make a patch and Krazy Glue to repair cracked nails, then sand them smooth.

Krazy Glue is my go-to – it bonds just about anything together. I use it all the time – my household seems to have things breaking, leather rips, and various other things that this glue does an amazing job fixing.

The brush applicator is a great improvement on the container design – I always struggled with spreading the glue just right, and inevitably, it would get on my fingers and an area outside of my aim. This applicator provides for ability to get it into hard-to-reach places and the brisltes don’t stick together! I also appreciate the Skin Guard formula that keeps the glur from bonding to my fingers.

IT DOES WORK IN MOST CASES, HOWEVER THE BRUSH LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED. THE BRISTLES ARE OF POOR QUALITY AND SPIKE OUT MAKING IT HARD TO USE IT. THE BRUSH IS THE REASON I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT AND IT NEEDS TO GO BACK TO THE DRAWING TABLE.

Was looking for the well known tube but Michael’s was out of stock on them. Tried this one instead. Great super glue that we all know and love but with a brush applicator to cover large areas quickly instead of per drop.

Does the job and brush does not dry out as you should put the cover back onto the bottle as you work doing repairs.

I love this crazy glue. It’s so much easier to apply then other glues. And I love the fact that the brush just brushes. The right amount you need on. This is my go-to glue for most everything. I just wish it lasts a little longer ☺️.

slow drying glue, almost like contact cement but glues everything strongly. The reason it’s better than the fast drying type is that it won’t break easily, it may have some flexibility with strong bonding quality.

It sets quickly. It forms a decent bond. unless it goes thru some temp. Changes. 70* down to 45* and back. The worst part is the outrageous glue blossoms it leaves! It also failed on some unruly construction pine.

I never had this issue with other titebond products.

Great product. Have used it in assembling box beams and other things which has greatly made production much more efficient due to short clamp time. I do allot of work with reclaimed wood where the original surface is exposed in the products we build.

Our annual Church Christmas toy project is an assembly line concept to complete forty units to be shared with deserving community children. The (440) detail pieces, (eleven per toy), were completed during the first four months of the covid19 pandemic.

The first stage of the assembly process is done in one of two assembly fixtures for the purpose. It takes approximately ninety seconds to complete the assembly using the Titebond Speed Set Wood Glue and two 24″ clamps.

(Normally we would use a pin gun to hold the details in place, while the glue is setting up. When assembling the prototype we found that shooting a pin through a 3/4″ piece into a 1/8″ wide target resulted in a number of misses and required rework in the pinned area.

) We asided the clamped assembly for the recommended 15 minutes of clamping time but found that 10 minutes was sufficient. This proved to be perfect for our purpose and the glue worked as advertised.
