My husband loves to make different varieties of pizzA, in the oven & on the grill. I have probably bought him nearly a dozen pizza pans over the years, and most do not last long because if the high heat.

A pizza stone makes al the difference with home made pizzas. I have made pizza from scratch before but used a basic pan to cook it on. With COVID we have been limiting what we order in and decided to order a pizza stone.

I have previously made pizza from scratch before, using just the basic pan but this makes all the difference. The curst comes out amazing and cripsy and the cheese is melty, and it’s better than ordering in – even from the more expensive upscale pizza places.

It makes a huge difference, even with store bought crusts (and frozen pizzas!). It may be expensive but you will probably never order in a pizza again.

I ordered this for my sister’s birthday and she LOVES it! It’s so versatile and easy to use. I also feel like pizza stones can be way expensive but this one is reasonably priced, and does just as well as the more expensive ones I’ve used before.

I wish it was a little bigger for bigger pizzas for bigger families, but overall great product.

Con – wish it had a solid base so you could put ice in it to keep your ingredients at the safe temp. While it’s not cheap, it’s not exactly expensive either. The local small restruant supply shop has plastic Cembro food pans and lids.

And if I bought 5 with lids like here it wouldn’t be much cheaper. And I’d get no holder, and they’re plastic not metal. Oh, and the lids on those don’t have rubber seals. This looks nice, and keeps my mess down.

My old method was whatever random plastic containers I could find. And it fits perfectly on my large Ooni prep table, I did buy 2 additional medium sized pans, and plan to get 1 more large one. IMHO this is probably the most useful accessory you don’t need.

While it’s not cheap, it’s typical good Ooni quality and should last a long time.

Good product, useful but have found a couple of limitations to it. 1) It ships with three small containers and two large. Whilst the large are good for cheese, they tend to be too big for anything else and you are often left with residual ingredients left in which either need to be emptied into an alternative container (more washing up) or sealed and put in the fridge which takes up a lot of space.

Recommendation would be to allow buyers to customise how many of which containers they would prefer bundled, based on their personal habits. I also think there is room for a smaller still container (perhaps similar to a large one spit into four or six sections) for toppings.

Typically we only have a handful of each topping and have lots of different flavours, so a much smaller topping holder with lots of compartments would be better. There could even be space to reduce the depth of the containers above and put a smaller “draw” in below for the small scale toppings.

2. Removable seals whilst good for cleaning are not great unless they are totally clean and free form contaminants. The number of times I have put a lid back on the containers only for it to pop back off again either because there is air trapped between the seal and lid which pushes it off, or because the seal has some food on it which lubricates it’s grip with the walls of the container.

Its a great idea but definitely needs refinement.

To note- this accessory is very, very big! That is why it looks so impressive to your guests. In other reviews, folks mentioned that it was not possible to keep the items cool outdoor- my personal experience has been that if it is too hot outside for the toppings, it will be too hot to work with the dough.

I uses a two person system, one indoors in AC making the pies with the pizza topping station, and one outside launching and turning the pies in the Ooni.

The 3rd time we used this the stone was broken in 3 pieces upon taking the pizza out of the oven. 400 heat. Does not withstand normal use.

We love pizza night at our house, and this makes it really easy to put in, and take out pizza! We used to have multiple pans, spatulas, etc going on, struggling to not drop pizza! I love this little pizza peel! It is lightweight, but sturdy, as long as you tighten the knob.

Another great thing about it is that you can loosen the knob to fold the handle in to make storage easier-and less space wasting! One thing Id recommend is cornmeal, if using a fresh pizza crust, as the stickiness can cause issues! Just sprinkle some on the peel first and it slides off, into the oven much easier!.

I was surprised how big it actually is- very professional looking like a real peel they use in pizzerias. Folding peel with sturdy wooden handle is very convenient for storing in kitchen cabinet. It arrived nicely packaged in box with easy to read instructions.

I would recommend buying this if you are looking for a high quality pizza peel.

This has helped my kids out so much with putting a pizza in and getting it out of the oven with ease amd put my mind at ease as well. I love the long handle and the fact that pretty much any size pizza can be placed on this Pizza Peel! Nomore trying to fit the pizza on a plate to slice or slicing it in the counter! The best part is that it folds, so putting it away isn’t so bulky and awkwardly shaped! Genius idea.

The distance from the flat part to the edge of the blade is so low, that the flat part ruins the top of most pizzas. I’m not sure how such an obvious mistake can be made in the design of this. Also, removing the blade for proper cleaning is not an option.

You can only clean 1 section of the blade at a time even with the cover removed. If they added another inch or even a little less to the blade height and made it removable, this would be perfect. With the basics not covered so spectacularly, I can’t recommend this.

This pizza cutter was given as a Father’s Day gift to my sons-in law and my son. They all really enjoyed it and I was told that the pizza cutter worked well. One of my sons-in law used it to cut up the baby’s food! lol It was a hit.

My Aunt and Uncle love the pizza cutter. He is semi-retired and has taken up cooking as a hobby. I sent a pizza stone and cookbook for Christmas and this for his birthday. I love Fred products and have for years.

Cannot live without. I don’t remember how we got our first pizza wheel but after that there was NO going back to a traditional wheel. Our first Zyliss unfortunately got thrown out with a pizza box years ago.

our wheel finally broke. Props to the wheel for still being able to cut pizza though! We are onto our next one. 🙂 But for those looking for a good review, the cutter sits lower to the pizza letting you use more force to cut through a pizza quick and easy, where as a traditional wheel with a long handle gets wobbly and isn’t consistent.

I love this pizza cutter! It is so n8ce and sharp!. There is no denying my food is cut all the way through. I also love that it comes apart for cleaning. I just wish it was not so hard to open. I think with time that will change.

This was on sale so maybe it was a bad batch or old or something. We have another one bought many years ago and is still working well and holding up great and still cutting great. I bought this because it seems like one is always in the sink needing to be washed and needed a backup.

I use it for pizza, quesadillas, cutting dough for garlic knots, etc. Anyway, this one didn’t open easily to be washed and almost impossible to close afterwards. Its cheaper made and the quality won’t last.

If this was my first one I would have never bought another.

Looks like a fine quality, i did not open the plastic as it was clearly too narrow. I guess I didn’t read the dimensions. This won’t work with most of the pizzas I make, it’s only 8” wide. Fine for retrieving pizza but not for building one.

I used this pizza peel for the first time today and found it to be so helpful! Using the peel to place the pizza on my pizza stone and remove it from the stone was so much easier. My pizza was a little heavy because of all the toppings, so I had to use both hands.

But, it was still easy. I love the foldable handle for storage too!.

We love this tool! Prior to this we were wrestling with a fish turning spatula to lift the pizza off of the stone. I like that the handle folds. It makes it easier to store.

I bought this hoping it would help me get a good crust and size on my pizza! There’s a bit of a learning curve. One pro is it is a perfect size and shape for a making a large pizza. If you put your dough directly onto the pan however, it will stick, make it hard to remove your dough from the pan and it won’t even brown, for all of your troubles.

What worked for me and what I reccomend is that you line the pan with a parchment paper and then do your oil/cornmeal and assemble your pizza on top of the parchment. It can be hard to make a circular pizza that has a big circumference without a circular pan so I do find that helpful.

Let your crust cook for 8 mins or so and then pop it out, top your pizza. It should be cooked enough that you can then gently toss it onto the rack without the pan and can get a good crust. Hope this is helpful to some!.

This item is very satisfactory, so far. I use it to slide homemade bread into my oven, directly onto pizza stones. To avoid problems with warping and cracking, I suggest just using corn meal or rice flour to provide a nonstick surface and not using water to clean the peel: just brush it off and put it away.

I suppose that grease or cheese from a pizza might call for using water to clean the board, but I would avoid using water if at all possible. By the way, it helps get bread into the oven, but it is too thick to remove it–I had to use a long, sturdy cook’s spatula.

This is the best pizza peel I have owned. The older peels I had would split and splinter even with using Mineral Oil. This peel is rugged, well made, and is smooth and allows the pizza dough to slide off onto the pizza stone with ease using a little cornmeal between the pizza dough and pizza peel.

I recommend this product highly, you will not be disappointed.

Received this for Christmas along with my CampChef Pizza Oven. Love the Pizza Oven, but this Pizza Peel was definitely not worth the money. Tonight was the fourth time using the peel and the entire paddle cracked/broke just to the right of the handle.

The pizza stone arrived within a few days of ordering and had good instructions on usage. Have really enjoyed using it. I expected to have to heat the stone for a long time before placing the dough on it but ten minutes at full heat is sufficient.

Always start with the stone in the oven from cold as instructed otherwise it risks cracking put s cold stone into a hot oven.

I have a very old plastic pizza cutter with a handle. It cuts better than this new one with no handle. Perhaps it is partly because there is no handle on this new one which makes it hard to grasp. This one washes very well though, and very easily, but, it isn’t sharp enough to cut through pizza.

I am very disappointed, but I will keep trying this cutter. Maybe my pizza is too thick, plus I have lots of vegetables on it. This may be too many thickness to cut though. Maybe I expect too much.

Our pizza cutter plastic cover, metal blade – almost identical to this one – the plastic cover broke and we had to discard it. Went to Bed Bath and Beyond to look for the same product. Couldn’t locate it in the store but the helpful lady there said we can order it on-line.

Well without a perfect picture, we didn’t realize it was a plastic wheel instead of a metal wheel. Good price though. Anyway, it works like it is supposed to even though it is plastic. Waiting to see if it lasts the 5+ years that the metal-wheel one did.

Replaces a steak knife for Parkinson’s sufferers. Easy to grip, just push forward (no sawing). Cuts toast, sandwiches, waffles, pancakes, most chicken. Makes meal time less stressful.

Don’t bother using the pizza paddle! If it barley gets wet it falls apart. It’s poorly made and can’t handle a tiny bit of water and probably can’t stand up to heat from removing a pizza from the oven.

God forbid do not put these products in the dishwasher they may all fall apart since the paddle did with a tiny bit of water. It had some pizza residue from transferring from the pizza pan to our cutting board and so I got a sponge to wipe it off and rinsed it then placed it into the dish rack to dry.

The next morning when I picked it up to put it up the side piece completely came off. Now I have an upset 6 year old because his pizza paddle broke. The pizza cutter struggles to cut a pizza so you’re better off using a regular one or a order a better kid friendly one from a different company because it doesn’t work well.

Save your money and don’t buy this kit. Just go buy your own sauce ladle, non stick pizza pan, rolling pin, pizza slicer and pizza paddle, you will thank me. I’m already going to invest in a phenomenal pizza paddle for my son and have it engraved just for him that can withstand an easy washing unlike that one, and probably a bigger pizza pan as that one was tiny.

This is a really cute set. With a few grocery items and supervision, a child can learn a really useful skill. I would recommend any kind of gift that furthers a child’s life skills and this is one of them.

The products are all very nice with the exception of the rolling pin. It seems a little flimsy and I’m not sure how long it will last, but when making pizza, a rolling pin is not necessary so it’s no big deal.

I bought another style Hamilton Beach Pizza Oven Maker for my husband’ for Christmas 2018. After I gave it to him we looked at other ones online and found this style that we thought would suit our needs better, so we returned the other one and ordered this one.

We received it in January 2019 and have used it two or three times a month using it for pizza only. Although it said it could be used for other things we didn’t need to because we have an air fryer that we used for those things.

About three months ago we started to use it and the heater wouldn’t work so we’ve using our regular oven. When it was working we loved it. It did a great job so we got online to get another one just like it.

The price was much higher than before and there were a lot of negative reviews so we changed our mind. Unfortunately, for some reason, we didn’t get the warranty on this on like I had on the first one, so I guess it’s just a nice piece of junk now.

This is very easy to use and cooks about anything. The only con I have is that everything we cooked on their baking pan seemed to burn the bottom of the food before the top was ready. We used the cooking times in the booklet but it didn’t seem to help.

We ended up using a 10 inch round silver pizza pan and placing it on top of their baking pan. So far, it has regulated the temperature on the bottom of the foods much better. We also use less heat than what they recommend.

For example, if it says to cook at level 5 for ten minutes, we set it at 4 to 4 1/2 for 11 to 12 minutes. Not sure if this is a flaw in their design or we just got a bad pizza maker but we are making it work for us.

I still gave it a 5 and would recommend it.

This thing is awesome! I just pull a pizza out of the freezer, unwrap it and place it on the pan, close the lid and set the timer. (average 12-15 minutes for a regular and 25-30 for a rising crust mega meat!) Comes out perfect.

I also will put the cold leftovers in and hit 4 minutes and way better then the microwave. I put frozen fish sticks, Jalapeno poppers, frozen fries. No preheating the big electric sucking range oven that takes mine 15 minutes or so, then cooking the pizza for 18-25 minutes.

Throw one on frozen and 15 minutes later good to go. I do not even have to clean the pan after just cooking pizza and with the leftovers it wipes easy or if melted cheese all over it I toss it in the dishwasher.

My wife gets the pizza crust from the store and cheese, toppings, sauce. and makes fresh home made pizza. It cooks great. I have been looking for a pizza oven for the kids because they make a mess and when cooking a bunch have forgot to turn the oven off.

Great to remove the pizza from our new pizza oven for our outside grilling. And it serves the pizza nicely! Because it is wooden it can be placed on the plastic outside tablecloth and not worry about it melting the tablecloth.

Extremely thin! I get that it needs to be thin to transfer the pizza from the peel to the oven, but it feels like it may break at any time when I am washing it.

I have started eating pizza quite often as it’s a quick meal and the leftover pieces are good for lunch the next day. I had been using a large cook’s knife but found it didn’t cut the pizzas very easily.

I chose the Good Grips cutter as I already own several other of their implements and find the handles comfortable and non-slip. This pizza cutter slices through pizzas really quickly and easily. It’s also easy to wash with hot soapy water and a brush.

This pizza cutter is serves its purpose. The ergonomic rubber grip feels nice and allows you press hard while still feeling really stable. The blade is sharp and cuts through pizza in one pass. I am happy that it is dishwasher safe because I like to spend my time eating pizza rather than cleaning messes.
