Absolutely HORRIFIC customer service! All these virtue signaling videos about “calling our experts for help” is a façade & simply a lie. The integrity of this company is abysmal, they do not care about the product quality or the hard working people they sell it to.

The installation of this product is extremely difficult and I was not provided with all the proper fitting hardwear for my bike. I had to go to the ACE and purchase the correct number of and length of bolts myself.

When I “called their experts” I was misguided in the installation process when that didn’t work the employee then said “well try the other bolts” not the ones he hold me to use. At this point I realized he was not the installation expert and was just shooting in the dark with his “guidance”.

I asked to speak to the expert who has actually installed these bags themselves. He said he can send a request but the expert isn’t in today. I said okay when should I hear back from the expert. He directly states that I might not get a call nor should I expect to EVER hear from these so called “experts”.

I then asked for his manager which he denied me. I then asked to speak to the VP he said this company doesn’t have a VP!?!? Viking bags doesn’t have a VP? So I then recognized his limitations and asked to speak to someone who could help me further.

Absolutely no one other than this man apparently works for this company and he is not willing to put me, a paying customer in contact with literally anyone else who can help my specific need of installation guidance.

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Do to this company’s poor ethics I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I will also paid for an actual company with integrity to instal the bags for me.

The professional mechanics there said it’s an extremely poor design and Viking bags should not expect the lay person to be able to install these bags. Alone yes, the hardware provided was incorrect. The extreme lack of integrity this company has displayed leads me to believe all negative reviews are deleted.

Hope you’re one of the lucky few to actually gets to read this review. I will never give this company my money again. Devastating and sad, I expected more from the motorcycle community.

I am a first-time rider at age 58. I installed the VikingBags Lamellar Medium for Honda Rebel ABS CMX 5000A. I will use my Rebel for fun and commuting. Although, the bags are nice; installation was time-consuming and frustrating.

The biggest issue is where to place the holes. You simply cannot mess it up. Due to the muffler, ABS and suspension; it is a tight fit, plus there is little flexibility with the upper, inner hole. Also, you need four bolts M8-1.

25 x 70mm, which I ordered online since it is not a popular at hardware stores. Once I felt comfortable with the right-side ABS, the left side was difficult to mimic for holes. Eventually, I got it and they are impressive.

I also want to visit festivals, so I need large, lockable saddlebags. But when I get a bigger bike, I do not want to install VikingBags again. However, if there was a trustworthy hole template, then I would reconsider.

Very nice mirrors. I couldn’t decide between these (chrome with black accent) and the Kuryakyn Magnum Mirrors, so I ordered both. My plan was to send return one. I ended up installing the Heavy Industry mirrors.

The black accent on the chrome was the deciding factor. It accented the black seat and saddle bags on my 2004 Heritage. But I really liked the Magnums so I plan to keep them and maybe switch later or use them on another bike.

These mirrors are pricey, but when you see them and hold them you’ll know why. They’re way heavier and substantial than your average mirror. They are works of art and a nice touch. They are also quite functional with good adjustment capability and also much less vibration than most mirrors.

Those mirrors fits my bike perfectly, they rear view seems bigger than the size they are, and really clear. I bought the black one and would of like the bolt to be black as well, I did not give 5 stars because the paint are easilly scratch.

My bike is the ultimate test,,, no counterbalancer after my first rebuild a piston exploded destroying it,,, no rubbermounting. Shakes like wiely coyote after the earth quake pills!!! Ive digested many mirrors over last 100,000.

But these are holding thier position and showing no signs of stress after 5000 kms. Knock wood. Expensive,,,, but if they last, im ok with that.

I didn’t care for the gloss black finish. Had a little of an orange peel thing going on. However the chrome version looks better and also matched the bike theme much better. Overall big improvement from the big, bulky HD dash.

Replaced that butt ugly man hole cover on my Harley man what a difference. Don’t hesitate to buy this, it’s the easiest fix on your bike too make it look that much better.

Got this to go with my 1200 iron. The style matches the bike perfectly. It was either this or the Simpson and I honestly like the look of this “no frills” full face more than the Simpson. I am on the larger side of Medium and I can say I ALMOST shipped it back for the Large, but after just a few rides it seemed to wear in to a perfect fit! Now I am looking in to buying the tinted visor because sunglasses and the helmet at the same time is a little too much going on for me.

I would recommend this helmet for anyone wanting a simple clean design with a tough look and not break the bank. The ventilation on the front also allows plenty of airflow.

Debated between this and simpson for awhile. This came on sale so figured I’d try given reviews. Helmet is ok. Fitment is ok- feels cheap inside imo. Ordered a shield right away. All shields purchased are new gen 2.

Includes hardware but helmet includes a gen 1 clear so swapping requires full change of hardware pieces each time. Shield is difficult to close. Feels fine riding but when time comes I’ll be going back to a simpson.

As usual, Garmin GPS equipment is reliable and functions as advertised. The screen is a tad small but I can read it OK. The sound is loud enough when not at highway speeds. For a reconditioned unit there were no surprises or problems.

Maybe I can afford to buy a reconditioned larger model when this one wears out. I’ve had several Garmin GPS units on cars, boats and motorcycles. I’ve always been satisfied.

Pros: Compact size. Quick to respond. Lots of information Cons: It came without a case, or a helmet earpiece (and assumed everyone had Bluetooth) Many icons are too small to use with a gloved hand. Frankly nthere is too much information which Garmin are trying to pack into too small a space.

Alternative ways of accessing the same information I do not find helpful, and some information is too small to read when on a motorbike (bearing in mind this is mainly a bikers Satnav) Generally too complicated and I often returned to my 550 even though mapping is out of date and the550 is no longer supported by Garmin Overall I was a bit disappointed with the 395 but maybe it will grow on me with more use.

Pros: Ease of use and glove friendly. ????? Cons: Mounting the unit to the bracket makes a connection via some pins sticking out of the mounting bracket. When the pins are depressed in, one of them constantly sticks in thus losing power to the satnav.

It’s really annoying because the battery lasts about an hour in the satnav. Also screen resolution could be better.

The product is simply amazing, very light weight. I would suggest to take the measurement and then go 1 size up if its crossing the size dimensions mentioned. As you have air pump it will make sure that it fits the size.

I was worried about a long delivery time due to current issues involving shipping and transportation. I bought this cheetah November 1 in late afternoon and the order was processed, shipped out, and arrived first thing November 4th.

The box was in great condition. The bike took maybe 30 mins to assemble and it was good to go. I bought the bike during the Black Friday deal so it was a great price. I asked a few questions on chat before purchasing and urban ebikes was super quick to respond.

This thing has some pep! It says pedal assist but it’s like pedal activated throttle. You barely rotate the pedals and it takes off! It’s not assist, it’s like 99. 9% assistance. It can be in 1st gear with practically 0 resistance and the motor activates and you’re at 25mph before you make 5 pedal rotations.

The build quality, style, and power and all amazing. There’s definitely a lot of turned heads. Really, now my only worry is this is too amazing and desirable that I’ll be fighting people off with a stick.

It’s almost too good. I guess that’s a good problem to have?! Anyways, this whole experience was great and I feel like the least I can do is let others know I highly recommend urban ebikes and this revi cheetah.

O. k. , I’ve only rode my recently-purchased Cheetah Cafe Racer a few times, but I must say I LOVE it! It’s a smooth, comfortable, upright, beach-cruiser-type ride on a frame that is nearly as substantial as a small motorcycle.

From what I have seen of the e-bike “scene,” it has no equal asthetically. That said, I have two concerns/comments: the battery does drain more quickly than I would like (but hey, I have been riding around in “Power Mode” with maximum (“9”) PAS.

) Also, I would love it if it had come with a front shock. I realize that this is not a mountain bike-style e-bike–and I do not plan on a whole lot of off-roading on this thing–but the bumps are, well.

Great Commuter bike! Every morning I find myself exited to ride. Great feeling bike with easy on the eyes lines. I am impressed with this bike and Urban Ebikes. Quality communications and great customer service.

the mounts themselves are decent construction, but they rattle alot, and are extremely finicky, pictures online show the mounts are black, but mine were not, looked as if quality control missed inspections on parts, painted some parts but missed the rest, and corners were dinged to the point I had to bring them to my machine shop and straighten them out.

then the slides that the docking posts slid into, were so razor sharp and burry, I needed to file down the brackets just to get it to slide, as a tool and die maker, i can tell the docking posts brackrts that slides inside the bag mount, were not bent to 90° and sit on the bike at an angle, that flare the bottoms of the bags out.

will not be buying from them in the future. the bags themselves are great looking. I never bothered contacting them for returns as I had seen other reviews that once the product was modified, they would deny it.

there would be no way to prove the condition of the product wasn’t from me.

These were shipped along with an order of the quick release mounts. Some of the quick release mounting hardware was loose in the box apart from the regular packaged packet. The loose parts scratched both saddlebags through their packing material.

Once I took them out and inspected them further the fiberglass painted finish is bumpy has multiple errors spider webs and cracking very disappointed for something you spend over $600 for. There are American flags all over the website I assumed that these were made in America and I was buying American.

Inside of each saddle bag is proudly stamped made in Pakistan! For spending on my total order over $800 including shipping and tax I expected much much better highly disappointed! Not saying these are as bad as an Amazon plastic bag set but for $86 I would have bought an Amazon plastic bag set and the Viking quick releases to mount them could have saved hundreds of dollars and gotten a similar level of fit and finish in the end!.

I ordered a pair of XL hard bags, item #51457 (“Suzuki Boulevard C50, VL800 Viking Lamellar Extra Large Painted Non-Shock Cutout Saddlebags”). When I was in the process of deciding which bags I wanted I got a pop up message offering 20% off – yes please! They were shipping next day as promised and arrived the day after that – faster than I expected.

UPS was gentle with the box but even if they hadn’t been, the box was extra thick and very heavy duty. The saddlebags came in protective sleeves and were in perfect condition. Very nice fit and finish both inside and out – Viking has their quality control process working well apparently.

The install sheet had just a single pictogram like you get with Ikea flatpack furniture for the mounting of the bags process, and I wasn’t feeling confident with the install process until I watched the video on the item page.

That was very helpful. I also downloaded the install instructions from the item page as it was a little more detailed than what came in the box. When I lined up the saddlebags for placement I lay a 2×4 across the exhaust pipe, that gave me 1.

5″ above the pipe and a level surface. I put masking take on the fender bolts and while out on that which transferred over to the bags nicely. Drilling and mounting went as expected, although really if you don’t have the bike on a table have a helper it will be harder, and you straight up need a second set of hands to install the bolts.

Once installed the bags look great on the bike and don’t rattle. My only complaint is Viking doesn’t offer a matching hardshell painted topcase big enough to hold a couple helmets. Because I would order one if they did.
