Received this necklace just a day or two after ordering it, really quick delivery and lots of updates on despatch and transit. On opening the box I got a lovely surprise, the light in the box shines down on the necklace and makes the stones really sparkle, it looked stunning! The pendant is beautiful and the chain has two sizes for fastening which is a nice idea.

I ordered several of these pullovers for nieces, sisters, and cousins for Christmas. I was apprehensive about them since they were so cheap! However, they are wonderful. \nThey arrived very early, and are beautiful.

My family is going to love them. \nLike I said, I ordered many. different colors, different monograms, different monogram styles and color—yet, they came exactly how I ordered them. \nFor some of my girls, I knew they would want a more fitted style, so I ordered what they normally would wear in a t-shirt.

The others like the current style of oversized pullover, so I went a size up. I think that’s the best way to order these pullovers. \nAlso, the monograms are bright, I ordered some darker monogram colors and was worried they wouldn’t show up well: but they do perfectly!\nSo pleased with this purchase!!!!.

I ordered a Charles River shirt on November 11 and the embroidery was MESSY!! There were gaps in the thread and the overall look was not nice. I also used their sizing chart and measured myself to figure out the size.

It was too big and when I told the shop this they said I should have used the size chart. I sent them photos of the work and told them I would not wear it and wanted it done over. They weren’t very responsive so I then asked for a refund.

They said on December 1 that they would send me a return label. Despite my asking them three additional times for a label, I never received one and it is now 12/24. I had to open a case and get Etsy dispute resolution involved so I could get my money back.

I have never had to do this on Etsy and will never buy from again. I urge you to not buy from them either.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and the product. Katrin was very quick to respond to my messages and went above and beyond to make sure I got the gift I needed for my girlfriend. We probably sent 10 messages back and forth and each time she responded in 10 minutes or less.

She had sold out of the item I wanted but was still able to make it work so I could get it. The gift arrived within a few days and when I gave it to my girlfriend she loved it so much she literally cried.

This was the second product that I have ordered from this company and am satisfied with both purchases. The first was a silver necklace with my son’s, wife’s, and my first initials attached to one another in cursive lettering.

In terms of my most recent order, I was a bit apprehensive after ordering it, only because my wife mentioned to me that her preference for bracelets are bangle bracelets. Although this item has a chain component, it still wears like a bangle bracelet for her when it is attached as tight as possible.

In fact, she mentioned that it looks like a bracelet with another cool piece dangling from it. Success!
