The stick has an unbelievable amount of buttons for the price, and most games allow you to use them as macros (I think that’s the correct term) so if you press and hold button 1, for example, and then press button 2, it could be assigned to an entirely different action.

This makes your usage increase beyond the simple 12 button scheme. The stick itself moves smoothly and without resistance. Compared to my older Logitech Attack 3, this thing is leagues ahead of it. The build quality is superior, though there is an uncomfortable plastic seam on the handle, but you get a much needed change in the palm rest at the base of the stick, a curved button for your thumb, a HAT joystick and an easy to reach “dial”, which can be used for thrust.

The software you can download for it is a must have. Seriously. I couldn’t even get it to work in games without it, despite the sticks appear. Within the software, you can adjust all sorts of things for the sticks to fine tune it further.

Overall, I am quite pleased by the product and would completely recommend it, especially if you have a tight budget!.

Third joystick within about a year. The Logitech stick- which used to be quality- now has sticking gun buttons. I have lost confidence in this product and am looking for a replacement- elsewhere. Best Buy now employees tattooed up – purple haired- disheveled people.

This is quite an impressive console. I’ve seen these over the years but I never got one until the other day. I had the Retron 3 HD, which was nice until the SNES portion went out. I also have the Retron 1 HD, SupaRetron HD and MegaRetron HD.

But, having all of those hooked up at once takes up too much room. I wanted another all in 1 solution to replace the Retron 3 HD, and this seemed like a logical step up from that console. Unlike those other consoles, this one uses emulation to play the games, which has advantages and disadvantages.

One advantage is that it will play some NES cartridges that won’t play on system on a chip hardware clones, like Afterburner and Gauntlet. I have both of those and neither work with SOC clones, but they run like champs on the Retron 5.

It’s also nice having a dedicated slot for Famicom games, since I own a handful of them and had to use an adapter for them previously. On the negative side, I haven’t been able to get any homebrews or reproduction carts to work on this, despite the box claiming they will.

I have a couple games I backed on Kickstarter and neither will work, but they will on some SOC clones. Also, the more recent licensed releases from Retro-Bit: Holy Diver, R-Type 2 pack and Jaleco Brawler’s pack won’t work.

As far as classic cartridges go, I had graphical issues with Ms. Pac-Man for the NES (black Tengen cartridge) and there was no sound when racing on Top Gear 2 for the SNES. Also, VirtuaRacing for the Genesis won’t work, but I really wasn’t expecting it to.

Still, with 130 cartridges tested, I have less than 10 that won’t work. I don’t own any GameBoy Advance cartridges, but I own original GameBoy and GameBoy Color carts and those work great. The ones enhanced for the Super GameBoy will play with the enhancements, such as special color schemes and border art, which is nice.

I’ve also tested some Master System games using the Power Base Mini adapter and they work great. So, the compatibility isn’t bad at all. The hardware itself is solid. I’ve not had any issues with the cartridge slots being too tight.

Though, I have a more recent release, the box has a 2021 copyright and it came with the latest firmware already installed. So, it’s possible they fixed those cartridge slot issues. I know they have worked on their pin connectors in recent years.

The controller the console comes with is hot garbage, but luckily I have lots of controllers, both classic and after market controllers to use. So, who is this console for? People like me. I have some old cartridges, some that I bought as far back as 25 years ago.

And I still buy cartridges for these systems. I just wanted to play them, I’m not hung up on the perfect gaming experience. I honestly couldn’t tell you if some of these game are running a little bit differently than they did originally.

I’m sure some are, but that really doesn’t bother me. I live in an apartment, so I don’t really have room for a CRT with a bunch of systems hooked up to it, I play games on my 55″ UHDTV in my living room.

This console does what I need it to, it runs my old cartridges. So, if you’re like me and you just want to play some good old games on a modern TV, this is the way to go.

Short answer is yes. It’s had a history of issues ranging from legality, bad software, poor performance compared to what they promised, and less than perfect build materials, but after 3 years from its initial launch I believe it’s safe to say they’ve finally delivered.

They want 100% compatibility with all games this system supports and at the beginning they missed their mark by lightyears. But after three years they’ve made leaps and bounds towards that promise and improved the running system immensely with their numerous software patches.

Though they still aren’t at 100% compatibility they’ve come much closer than ever before. Build quality increased, the HDMI out only option is a turn off for a lot of enthusiasts because they want to play on their old school tv, but this systems purpose and design is meant to appeal to the modern generation and is meant to bring retro gaming back into today’s living room.

There’s an immense retro gaming library to choose from and it’s just a shame some people only know what the PS4 or the Xbox One have to offer. I believe their choice in HDMI only was a good choice however would have been nice to include both options.

Plus with the availability of upscaling and to see these classic games in high definition is an experience in itself especially to anyone who grew up playing those games. BIG DRAW BACK though is there controller.

It’s not ergonomic, it’s not nice to the touch, it’s EXTREMELY loud and clicky and just not worth using but that’s my own opinion. I recommend getting original controllers which this system supports the use of either original NES, SNES, or even sega genesis controllers or if you have your hopes up for wireless gaming then I HIGHLY recommend 8bitdo’s line of Bluetooth controllers.

They have excellent build quality, wonderful performance (even though a bit hard to pair the first time), and are decently priced. All around the system is very impressive. They’ve still got room for improvement but all together I recommend the system to anyone who wants to dabble in retro gaming.

A nice fun possession. The ‘heat’ screen is great fun and looks just like Game Boy Mario, not that I ever owned that! I bought this after my disappointment in smashing the handle off another ‘Paladone’ brand mug which was just a touch thicker in the stoneware and if anything I’d hoped for the same thickness.

It’s a touch less thick than that (Princess Leia one) which is probably why it states suitability for tea and coffee. There’s one teeny weeny flaw in the white glaze next to one of the 2 screens. Neither of these is any kind of issue and item still a pleasure to use.

I preheat my mug for coffee, so the screen activates then.

Work in IT, it’s pride of place on my desk during tea break. It’s works quickly and the effect is fantastic! 2 different screens (front and back) Highly recommended.

This mug is great for the retro Nintendo fan. The only complaint I have is that the screens don’t fully show unless the mug is full to the brim with hot liquid. Makes it hard to ever see the full screens.

I am loving my Logitech Pro Gaming Headset for Oculus Quest 2 so much that I forgot to write this review. Versatile I especially love that it’s NOT configured just for Oculus Quest 1 and or 2 but can be used for normal regular computer activities including calls, zoom, Google meet, etc.

Adult Size My wife and kids used it a few times but complain that it’s too bulkie and heavy compared to other head sets they’ve used, and they are correct. But I like that about it as those are solid reasons why I’ll be the only one using it since I don’t mind it’s weight and bulk.

Noise Cancelling I’ll say most because I do hear a little of what is happening outside my zone. I’ve used quite a number of headsets but yet to come across one that cuts me off from the outside world.

However, I don’t discredit my headset because I still want to hear the knock at the door or my wife and or kids calling for my attention. Features Three I must highlight but feel free to ask me anything else of interest to you.

1. Aux cords; yes there came two, a short and a long, to be detached and attached as needed 2. Mike; can also be detached as well as adjusted up, down, in and or out. 3. Volume; on the long Aux cord is the means to control volume being done distance away from the volume control on the device you’re connected to.

So far this is the best headset I’ve had the privilege of using.

I was highly skeptical on gaming headsets as I own a pair of high-end audiophile headphones and microphones and from past experiences gaming headsets were not all the good. Until these. I didn’t want to spend too much money on a headset since I just wanted something that was easy to transport for lan party’s and for on the go.

I spent some time looking around and a friend recommended these to me and WOW! They are amazing! For what you paid, you got amazing sound quality and microphone quality. Friends complmented me on the new headset.

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much from these when I bought them. Obviously they’re not gonna sound like $600 headphones and $300 microphones but for only $100 you’re getting an amazing deal. The mic is cleared and detailed, while the speakers themselves were crystal clear.

My friends can hear me perfectly and I was able to hear the smallest details and listening to music with these were not all that bad. So if you’re considering these, buy them. You won’t regret it!.

The keyboard is solidly built and has some weight to it. Each key is responsive and spaced enough not to feel cramped. The only absence is a numbered keypad found on the far right of most keyboards. Other than that, it seems all the regular keys are accounted for.

The keys light up in a multitude of colors and can be shut off with a touch of a button. I find this a wonderful and unique feature that I’ve never seen before. The negative features are several. The colors don’t seem configurable.

It would have been nice to have them all in one color. There was no manual, so the possibility of making them all one color is not known. And when you turn the lighting off, the key markings are difficult to see because they are so faded.

There is a key with the icon of a joystick that disabled the windows keys during gaming sessions. The purpose of this key was not readily apparent and did require some investigation on the internet. Another drawback is the keys are a bit loud, almost reminiscent of a typewriter.

This could get annoying if other people are in the room. I’m assuming the loudness will not affect those using this with a gaming headset that blocks interior sounds. I enjoyed it! Overall, the keyboard is well made, it has a few annoyances, but if you are looking for something that can take the pounding of long gaming sessions, this certainly fits the bill.

And although it has some negatives, I think it will be useful to gamer’s once they get the hang of it. So, for those reasons, I do recommend you give it a try.

Like everyone else on the internet said, the instructions are terrible but who cares about that. It was super easy to figure out and put it together. This being a lower end simulator chassis, the build quality was impressive and worth the three hundred something moneys I gave Walmart.

I would recommend this. Two thumbs way up. I’m running the Logitech PS4 wheel, pedals, and stick shift. The holes line up and bolt to it. The bolts to mount the three were not included with the GTR Simulator or from Logitech.

I used spare IKEA bolts.

I’ve been gaming on TV’s for as long as I can remember and finally after decades I made the switch to a monitor setup and could not be happier. This monitor “hugs” your eyes and immerses you due to the curve and I never truly understood that concept until I received this.

It did take a few days for my eyes to adjust to it because at times it almost looks like you’re looking at a 3D version of what’s on your screen. I know that sentence sounds weird but if you pick this up you’ll know what I mean.

The only three “complaints” I have are the following: 1. Backlight flickering when a game is on a loading screen or when I switch between applications. That being said it has not happened to me in game at all so it doesn’t affect the overall Eggs I give this monitor.

2. For some reason this does not save the settings I set on the monitor. The monitor by default has the brightness at 100 and I prefer it around 48 due to the dark setting I’m in most the time (blackout curtains in AZ are a must lol).

The ONLY workaround I have found is that it does have 3 save “slots” for settings and it will retain the changes there but every time I turn the monitor off for the night and then back on the next day I have to go to the save slot in the settings to reapply it.

This could be user error but so far I have yet to find a fix. To me this is extremely minor and doesn’t warrant an Egg to be taken away. However it is notable as I know other people out there that would absolutely hate it.

3. Speakers are hands down the absolute worst. However, I still use them if I don’t want to wear my headset and what I’m watching doesn’t require the best audio. I didn’t even realize this had speakers until I booted up my PC and heard sound and got really confused.

People don’t buy TV’s for their built in speakers so why would I do the same with a monitor? This does not warrant an Egg being taken away, if anything I’d give them a sliver of an Egg for even putting them in lol.

The monitor does have adjustable height which is nice for all setups. The stand is wide so it doesn’t wobble at all. The stand also has what I’m assuming is a wire pass through for the ports on the back however if you were to set the monitor at its lowest point this pass through may not be as effective and seen more as a hinderance.

Who knows, maybe it isn’t a pass through and just an aesthetic feature lol. *** IMPORTANT Note: As other reviewers have noted 165hz ONLY works on Display Port (If you’re using HDMI I believe the cap is 120hz) and NVIDIA G-sync DOES work but it isn’t a “officially” supported feature and you have to turn it on manually in the NVIDIA control panel.

*** Overall I would highly recommend this monitor and if I come into the money I will be picking up a second one to have dual displays. Currently I have my PS5 and computer hooked up to it and both look stellar on it.

If a non-IPS panel isn’t a deal breaker for you and you have been having a hard time settling on a monitor do yourself a favor and buy this one.

The G27QC represents excellent value, being a 1440p screen with 165hz refresh rate at $350. I’ve been impressed with it so far – colour representation is good and contrast is great, as expected from a VA monitor.

The curve is pleasant and borders are minimal although still present (I measure them to be around 10mm from the screen edge). The UI is easy to navigate and there are loads of settings to play around with.

My criticisms are that there are significant backlight bright patches that are very noticeable in dark scenes and this is only exacerbated by the curve of the screen affecting the viewing angle. If you play more dimly lit games or watch a lot of movies you may find this to be quite distracting although the contrast between light and dark areas is still excellent.

Another issue I have with this monitor is the presence of ghosting during motion which causes a motion-blur effect – this can be very noticeable in some games like Squad. I find that this effect is particularly obvious at times when your framerate is tanking, so this will probably only be an issue if your PC can’t achieve consistently high framerates.

Overall an excellent monitor that I’m very happy with, perhaps consider other options if you play darker games or your PC isn’t up to the task of supplying this thing with over 60 frames.

I got this monitor several months ago, in an attempt to upgrade from a 24′ tn 1440p 144hz from AOC because I had gifted my buddy my old 1070ti when I upgraded to a 2080s. I wanted something bigger to enjoy my gaming on and this monitor does not disappoint in that regard.

I enjoy the deeper blacks and heavy contrast due to the ips panel. However, I found out very quickly in my limited experience with these that color bleed is an issue at sub 165hz refresh, and even then there is some ghosting.

It makes playing path of exile fairly eye straining. Other high motion games like doom eternal look fantastic though, and at the top refresh rate eliminates a lot of the issues I had playing poe. My favorite part is the nub used for navigating the menus.

It’s tactile and is much better than the small hard to see ones usually used. Now, for the odd issue I mentioned. This monitor works fine and dandy, but every. Single. Time. I turn it on, the backlights in the screen do not all come on.

Full sections of the screen are dim, but turning the monitor off and back on fixes the issue. Initially I’d have to do this several times before it worked and I’d feared I’d have to rma this product, but being somewhat lazy and not being interested in the hassle associated with it, I chose to stick it out.

Now it only ever happens on the first time I turn the monitor on, but I fear that it’ll get worse.

I like these headphones a bunch, i use it way more than my PC speakers, actually i just removed the speakers, now i only have this headphone, the bass is strong and i love it. I recommend to use the dongle that comes in the box for the extra bass and better surround sound.

The mic disconnect feature when you flip it up is really useful, i don’t need to mute it manually or anything is just a simple flip and that’s it. People say they could hear me fine so that’s cool. I was worried about durability at first but after using it for months now.

its solid. For now at least. this plastic build worrys me alot. I don’t want it to break down one day just for using it. and i took real care for it too trying to not let it drop off my table. Overall, for the price i paid for, its a really good headset.

Ah forgot to mention, i used it on a PS4 controller trough the headphone jack port, it also worked really fine, no problems there. You only miss the surround thing.

I’ve always loved the Logitech headsets and have probably had 4-5 in the past. So far this one is my favorite. The sound is great and helps eliminate any other sound outside of the game I’m playing. It has volume up on one of the ears which makes it easy to adjust versus some of the other that have it on the cord.

Sound quality for both games and voice chat is very crisp and clear and from what I’ve been told, the voice output is also clear for those you are speaking too. the padding on the ears is great and very comfortable especially when wearing them for a couple hours of gaming.

My only complaint is they are a bit heavy. I find the top of my head gets a bit sore after a bit and I have to move the headset so it is rest more toward the back of the top of my head instead of right in the middle.

The top of the headset does has a good amount of padding but even with that you can feel the weight.

The Logitech G432 Gaming Headset is the perfect headset for those who are just venturing into the realm of PC or console gaming, providing professional sound quality at an affordable price. The headset provides a nice balance between treble and bass sounds, allowing for bass-heavy songs or in-game explosions to stand out without becoming too overpowering for the listener.

Compared to cheaper headphone models like the Logitech H390, the microphone of the G432 has a noticeably better sound quality, but the G432 does not provide very much sound output for a normal voice level.

The low output is largely in part due to the fact that the swivel microphone rests at an angle to the left of the user’s mouth. If the input level on the PC or game console is increased, however, the microphone can provide excellent sound quality for simple recording, PC gaming, or web conferences.

The adapters included in the G432 box also allow for quick connection to either the headphone jack or the USB input of any console, giving the headset versatility and easy access. One of my only complaints is in regard to the primarily plastic nature of the headset, but its metallic frame helps to provide enough support to stabilize the plastic earpieces.

I bought five shirts form this manufacturer at almost $100 total. I returned them a few days later, as the design started coming off after one wash. They were unworn. I had no issues returning at Target but I would not buy again from this manufacturer.

Very poor quality. I washed it at 40 degrees and lowered the spinning cycle to 800. Collar was all crooked from the 1st wash and now the t shirt looks like it’s very old. Disappointing

I’ve been using this keyboard for probably 3 years and has been a solid keyboard for 2. 5 years. Some of the keys will repeatedly press when only pressed once. And sometimes not work at all which can be quite annoying.

Been thinking of upgrading because of these reasons but feel a bit uneasy on choosing logitech again. I also have a g920 simulator wheel that has developed 2 slight malfunctions. After using the wheel for maybe 15 minutes.

The steering won’t be calibrated anymore and will need to be unplugged and restarted which is time consuming and annoying. And also the sensitivity of the steering will be locked at the highest level and can’t be changed through the logitech g application because it won’t register until wheel has been restarted.

maybe some of your newer products might be of higher quality. I sure wouldn’t mind getting a new keyboard some time soon. Also quick note, the keyboard has a nice typing feel to it and also a satisfying click.

I bought this keyboard when my corsair strafe died after 7 years. Its a great keyboard, less noisy than cherry keys and the compact size is great for less space desks. The annoying bit about this keyboard is whenever you wake your pc the keyboard light takes 5 seconds to turn on which is very frustrating when you are typing your security key you can’t see anything if you sit in a dark room like myself.

Another thing i don’t like is secondary key characters such as !$ etc the backlit light is not strong enough to show you those keys.

This was the first keyboard I ever bought and I slightly regret it, the switches are okay but the material of the keyboard feels cheap and the stabilisers are plain awful. The keyboard was $200 when I bought it.

I could find cheaper keyboards with better stabilisers, cheaper and better switches, better build quality and includes lube. I would definitely not recommend this keyboard to anyone because there are better alternatives however the keyboard’s software is really good.

It’s just what I’m looking for. Well designed and solid quality

I bought this as a replacement/upgrade from a ten year old wired Logitech headset whose cord had been tripped over so many times it had become painful to my Discord communities with frequent bursts of static, This HyperX – Cloud II Wireless 7.

1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset has to be the most comfortable headset I’ve ever worn. I can go for hours without any discomfort. The battery easily lasts the claimed 30 hours as I charge it like every third day.

Even should the battery run out the headset works just fine while it is charging, Wireless is a game changer. I can head to the kitchen or anywhere in the house and not miss the conversation. The price was a bit more than I intended to spend, but after a few weeks of use I am convinced it was well worth the price though I did purchase it on a sale for $129.

99, The normal MSRP is a bit more. I recommend it still though getting it on sale is a plus. My only complaint is that the black on black of the wired version of this product is unavailable in wireless.

The wireless version only comes in red/black, which while it looks fine would not be my preference were the original colors available.

I bought these as a present for my son to use with his Samsung phone, but with only a USB-C plug on his phone, he would have to use an adapter when taking work phone calls. They are also wireless, not bluetooth, so he wouldn’t be able to connect to other bluetooth-enabled devices.

These were show-stoppers, so I took them back. These are really meant for gamers and connecting directly to a computer or laptop. I had to give an overall rating and the 3 stars mean nothing other than I had to give them some rating in order to write this review.

I learned to be more careful with wireless vs. bluetooth. These might be very good for their intended use, I just can’t comment on that. The only reason I’m saying I don’t recommend them is, again, I had to pick something, and I don’t want to mislead others by saying they are either good or bad for gaming.

They were not good for what I needed but that is on me for not being more careful in understanding how to use these before I purchased them. I returned them and bought a pair of Bose QuietComfort 35 IIs.

I was very impressed with the quality and performance of this headset! It’s lightweight and so comfortable that I can wear it for hours at a time without any sort of discomfort. They seem to have very durable construction and I liked the aluminum frame.

The 30 hours of battery life is also incredible. The surround sound was great, and I was thrilled with the precision of the positional audio. The one thing that I am concerned about is the fact that the microphone is detachable.

I can see the possibility of the port getting worn over time. I’m also concerned about misplacing the microphone part and needing to replace it. The microphone also isn’t very adjustable when in use.

I found that it is always slightly in my field of vision, which is a little bit distracting. I would still definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a wireless gaming headset!.

This wheel has been a blast. I have never been one to really be into racing games and with the downfall of first-person shooters lately, I decided to give it a shot. The wheel was reasonably priced and MC even price matched Logitech for another $20 in savings.

This is an excellent beginner wheel but there are a few things to note. The first is I would recommend a stand. They are pretty cheap online between 50-100 dollars. The feedback on this wheel, while great can be a little jerky at times.

This caused my monitor to shake as I was racing around. I highly recommend this wheel as a great beginner wheel. It links perfectly with Forza with a little in-game tuning and has been a blast. If you get the wheel I highly recommend the warranty.

I bought these because the pads on my old wireless bluetooth headphones had been worn thin and the company I bought them from no longer sold that pair. I bought these because I was looking for a solid set that sounded good – had modular capability (I kinda hate getting poked in the face by the mic) and were wireless.

Well, I got two out of three things with that. I bought them thinking they were wireless, but they’re not – but it wasn’t a total deal breaker for me and was also on me for not realizing it, especially at the price I paid.

The construction of these headphones are top notch. I love that they used actual thick metal for the headband and the hinges. That was my #1 issue with most logitech products is that the headband and hinges would break constantly.

Now that they’re reinforced, I most likely will see the other parts break before the hinges and headband do. The sound is rather good compared to the G935’s and G933 Artimus Spectrums I’ve owned. The base is deeper, vocals are much clearer and sound more full.

Over all an improvement for sure. For me it falls flat in the 7. 1 surround sound settings. Even with plenty of fidgetting with the settings (It comes with it’s own software suite which is nice. I own a 603 wireless mouse and it shows me battery % and allows me to program the buttons on the left of the mouse.

) and I could not get it to sound better than listening to everything through a tin can. Everything sounds distant and echo’s too much, but what can you really expect from digital surround sound? I’ve get to find a solid set of 7.

1 headphones. I’ll stick to the real deal or a 5. 1 sound bar. Over all, these headphones are a solid pick up if you want a pair of analogue headphones with some solid audio quality.

I previously had the logitech artemis g933. These are wireless headphones that are now prev. gen to the 935’s. I bought these new Pro x headphones thinking they would be on par or a step up from my last ones for the premium paid.

Not only do they have less features (I wanted clean and simple), but the sound from them is somewhat disappointing in comparison. I want to be fair and say the headphones feel like they are constructed from quality material, and they do produce good sound, though for gaming headphones that is more than 5 years advanced in technology since my last logitech branded pair, they sound worse than what I had previously.

A few challenges are that when I enable the blue voice technology, my clan/guild mates in discord can’t hear me very well even with the mic output raised. This means that one of the flagship advertised selling features for this device isn’t worthwhile using at all.

I’ve once had to restart my computer completely because the wireless receiver has been undetectable in my computer and this should never happen. I’ve had to restart multiple times for a different issue; being that the volume wheel on the headset won’t adjust my volume.

No matter what default devices I switch to or restarting the headset won’t fix the problem. My main issue with this headset is that the sidetone feature distorts/clips quite easily and hurts my ears.

This leaves me confused because my previous Logitech headphones gave me no issues at all, except the headset is about 8 years old and is starting to fail which is why I’ve had to replace it. I’m going to continue to play with the EQ setup to see if I can fix my sound issues, though for an out of the box experience, I am left feeling a bit ripped off and very unhappy with this product through no fault of PBTECH, but will see if they can credit me if these issues persist.

One of the biggest things I was looking for with a headset when I bought this was for comfort. My old headset was pinching my ears and head over long periods and actually giving me headaches. I found a lot of things that said these were very comfortable and there happened to be one pair in stock at our local Best Buy.

I am so glad I bought these overall. I have bought SO. MANY. HEADSETS over the last several years. Most end up being disappointments and falling by the wayside for some reason or the other – quality and lack thereof, comfort, connection issues for the wireless ones, you name it – but I’ve been using these happily for almost a year.

The cloth earcups are the way to go imo, but otherwise the sound quality is good for what it is, the mic is excellent and I immediately had people commenting on how much clearer I sounded compared to my old headset, and the comfort DID live up.

It’s not like it feels super luxurious or anything, it’s just that it stays comfortable after long wear. It took a couple of days to get past that initial brand new headset tightness, but ever since it has been comfortable and my wife even prefers it over other headsets in the house now.

Highly recommend these over the Steel Series Arctis 3/5 and others that tend to be favorites in the same range.

First, our grandson loved this. He got the extra “bling” for his character. The problem is that he wanted more. The makers of Fortnite understand the reward center of the brain and the need for children, especially those with ADHD, to get instantaneous rewards.

For V-bucks, which is essentially cash, you get accessories and dancing characters. Children want their characters to be like and to do what their friends’ characters do. Our grandson used his saved money for this.

To make a character “dance” you have to buy more V-Bucks. We think that it is predatory of the company to use obsession and instantaneous rewards to make their profit. At our house now, you must do an hour of reading and an hour working on Scouting to get one hour of Fortnite.

We hope to eventually wean him off of Fortnite. I wonder how many parents will agree.

Thank you Fortnite for creating character skins that my son ALWAYS wants and, therefore, we need to buy these things for every birthday and holiday. I am only being a little sarcastic. It does make shopping easy.

However, buying something for a game that does NOTHING to actually help his game feels a bit odd. But that is the life we live in these days. Besides my ranting, the process to make this card turn into V-Bucks in the game is relatively simple.

Got a few of these for my sons that love playing Fortnite. There is not much to say it’s a gift card. The problem is applying this card to there accounts. These cards must go through a third party website to be linked to their Fortnite accounts.

It was not difficult just took more steps than I would have liked. One of my sons didn’t have an account with the third party so I have to go through the steps to do that before loading the GC. You would have less hassle with just getting specific system gift cards like switch or psn.

Ill start with the negatives of this desk:The edges of the work surface are fairly sharp. Theres no radius to them or anything. The large mat privided with the desk keeps your wrist and arms from being on the sharp edge of the desk, but this could have been beveled.

The weird controller stand/usb hub thing is hokey at best. I tried using it as a hub off of my motherboard but it wont connect any devices or charge them through the stand. I dont know if the stand is defective or if they intend for you to plug it into the wall as a charging dock only.

Theres nothing in any of the instructions about it and it comes with a usb plug in. Either way, it just seems like it would take up space. The box looked like it was used as a door mat at some point.

It specifically says do not step on on the box, but it had 2 different shoe prints on it. Dont know if fedex did that or the manufacturer, but either way i was surprised that nothing was damaged. The pros:The instructions are good and assembly was simple.

Maybe took 15 minutes from unboxing to upright and ready to go. They provide the allen wrench hex key with a ball end and a magnetized philips screw driver for you. The hardware is mostly separated and easy to identify.

The mat for the top surface is much nicer than I expected. I had planned on using my Steel Series mat from my previous desk but opted to just use the one provided as it feels very similar. The packaging was pretty good, and the fact that it arrived undamaged after being used as a door mat is a testament to that.

There is a lot of styrofoam in the box and it is packaged pretty tightly with little room for wiggle with all the parts in the box. The corners of the desk top surface also have some plastic caps on them to protect them in shipping which is a nice forethought.

Im able to fit my dual 27 monitor set up, speakers, a small lamp, keyboard and mouse, and flight stick and throttle on the desk with plenty of room to spare. Overall I would highly recommend thi.

Im pleased with this desk. The construction is very good but not perfect. If youre looking for the sturdiest, longest lasting desk and weight and cost are not a factor, avoid MDF entirely and go for a single piece solid wood desktop.

If you dont need a desk deeper than 24 you can also find better deals. I personally valued the dimensions and mouse pad enough to spend the small premium on this product. The instructions are not great, just pictures, with a couple spots that are not quite clear enough.

It is well packaged. It includes a good quality screwdriver and a crappy 4mm allen wrench – I used my own allen wrench and didnt bother even trying the included one. It included at least one extra of each screw type.

I can confidently say that the reviewers complaining about stability have either got defective parts or, more likely, assembled it wrong. So here are some assembly notes:While assembling any product but especially important for MDF:- Never tighten fasteners as tight as possible, you will crush the MDF.

– Tighten each fastener a little bit at a time. I estimate that for each bolt I returned to it four times – initially just tight enough to barely clamp the parts together, then after all bolts are installed I tightened each a turn or two, then repeated each bolt fraction of a turn at a time.

This approach lets you ensure parts are aligned and prevents crushing the MDF on one side. – Correct tightness is hard to convey through text but if youre new to assembly, you can try this rule of thumb for the bolts in step 1, 2 and 3, and use a similar tightness for subsequent steps: Stop when you hear the first bit of crunching noise from the MDF.

You can then tighten it a quarter turn more but no further. Notes on specific installation instruction steps:- Step 1: The diagram is not clear here. Youre screwing two brackets to hold the two halves together.

I suggest the ridges face away from the surface, I think if the ridges are touching the surface it will causer som.

I did a lot of searching online for the right computer desk for me. Once I had settled on a gaming desk, I narrowed my search and quickly found the Eureka brand. After some measuring, I determined on the 47 inch desk so that I would have room to use my Das Keyboard and still have room for my laptop off to the side.

This fits my desires perfectly. The desktop itself is in two parts, but once assembled it is very sturdy. It has stout metal legs, not plastic, and comes with a full-desk-size mouse pad that covers up the seam.

The desk has virtually no wiggle. It comes with a drink holder, a hook for a headsest, and hidden behind my laptop in the photo is a rack for games and a game-controller. The desk itself was very easy to assemble.

It took less than an hour. The instructions did not have anything beyond illustrations for each step, but there are so few steps and pieces it was easy enough to follow. One hole was not drilled correctly to line up so I had one extra screw, but the result was sturdy enough.

I marked its rating down from 5 to 4 stars for this reason. I recommend the desk. Im very happy to have it as a replacement for my older, smaller desk, not only for the size but for the features. Finding a place for game controller, headset and drinks was always a problem, but no longer.

Additionally, should I ever feel it necessary, Eureka makes a keyboard try to place in the front of the desk for 99. That wont be necessary, I can see now, but having the option was one of the reasons I chose the Eureka gaming desk.

I cannot express how amazing this mouse is. I have used the wired Haste for some time now and am very pleased with it, and the new Haste Wireless is just that – a wireless version of the original Haste.

I love the shape and size of the mouse, it is very comfortable to use and the side buttons are perfect. The main buttons and scroll wheel work very well and the sensor is flawless. Due to the battery, the Haste Wireless does weight a bit more, but it is still very lightweight and I quickly adjusted to the few extra grams.

This is a fantastic fingertip grip mouse and is also great for claw grip, although it is a bit too small for me to use palm grip. My sample is well built with only one small creak if I squeeze the mouse with a death grip.

The HyperX NGENUITY software is very nicely designed and is not resource intensive. For $80 I think this is one of the best value mice on the market. The Fnatic BOLT is another great option to consider and is also $80.

I was a little hesitant to try this gaming mouse based on the honeycomb design but after using it for a couple weeks I’m very impressed! It was super straightforward to set up, and it was ready to use in no time.

The little holes (honeycomb design) help keep your hands dry even after using the mouse for prolonged hours. I was worried about the design because I thought a lot of dust would go into the mouse, but so far there’s no dust inside at all.

For some reason I was also worried that the mouse would leave imprints on my hand or be uncomfortable to use but I was super wrong and I even feel bad for having judged the honeycomb design since I actually like it a lot now.

It’s also nice that you can change the light color and there’s a lot of options. Best of all this HyperX Pulsefire mouse is super responsive. I’m very impressed and actually glad I was wrong about my first impression of this gaming mouse just based on the design.
