The ornament string fell off right after I took the ornament out of the packaging and the mug fell on our hard wood floor and broke the handle. I super glued it. I was so sad. I really liked the ornament too.

If the string was secured, I would’ve given it 5 stars because the mug is really cute.

During this recent Covid-19 lock down, I lost a friend to cancer. As there was no public service and we cannot go to offer our condolences, I wanted to send something useful. The family has 3 younger children, so the Sympathy Food Basket was an excellent choice.

This was well received from the family and was a welcome change from all the floral arrangements that were arriving. The children could enjoy the treats as well in this confusing time.

Chicken soup was excellent. It tasted “homemade” with large chunks of white meat chicken and carrots. Broth was flavorful, not too salty and tasted fresh. Accompanying rolls and cookies were also excellent.

The only suggestion for improvement would be to change the lid on the soup jar. It was extremely difficult to open. Customer service was very helpful and immediately sent a replacement when I could not open the jar.

The replacement jar was also hard to open but finally opened after running it under hot water for several minutes.

Very beautiful received exactly as pictured just wished there were instructions on how to care for the jewelry inside the package. I’ve only had my necklace for almost a month now and the circles that hold name piece and infinity sign is now browning.

It’s not really noticeable but I love this necklace so much it saddens me its browning.

This table is sturdy, well built and easy to put together with all the pieces there! The top surface was a little rough in places but acceptable. The centre extension flaps are well built and fold out nicely.

To protect the table against the elements without the hassle of covering it all the time (which I would do outside the summer months) I have sealed it with Dutch oil, using a very high grade sandpaper (P600) which gives it a lovely shine.

The original price I thought extremely expensive but bought it when the price virtually halved!.

Hugo Boss the Scent is a fantastic fragrance for that special man in your life. The smell isn’t over intense and is very pleasant, it will suit any young at heart man.

I got this fragrance a year ago, and when I first smelled it wow!! I fell in love immediately. It is professional masculine yet sweet and sexy. My wife loved it too. Some people have told me that they have problems with longevity in this perfume, but in my case I enjoy 6 to 8 hrs every time that I spray this wonderful scent.

If you come across this fragrance please stop and smell it, maybe (probably) this is what you were looking for!.

I purchased this on sale at the Nordstrom Rack site as a blind buy due to its description as being a coffee/honey scent. Coffee is notoriously difficult to do well in fragrance, as they range from cloyingly sweet to smelling more like bitter wet coffee grounds, so I’ve been looking for the perfect coffee scent forever.

Unfortunately this is not it. This scent is extremely linear and stays true to it’s opening. It is strongly vanilla with mild undertones of a musky men’s cologne, though not to an undesirable level. Its sweet but not cloyingly so.

I cannot pick out peach (a listed top note) at all other than a vaguely fruity note buried in the background, and I can’t distinguish honey specifically either (honey is another note that’s hard to find done well).

The coffee note in this is pretty vague, and is overpowered by the synthetic smelling vanilla. The overall impression is of a vanilla latte being drunk by a man with perhaps slightly too much cologne on.

Despite that description, it’s not a bad smelling perfume, it’s just not what I was expecting. It’s solidly gourmand, but not quite edible. It layers nicely with single accord gourmand fragrances, like Philosophy’s Fresh Cream and Comptoir Sud Pacifique’s Amour de Cacao.

The longevity on this is impressive and the sillage is good. The average user might want to reapply it once over the course of the day. more than that and it would become too cloying. This is a fall to winter scent good for both days and nights.

It is marketed as a feminine perfume, but the bottle design looks strongly masculine, and this could easily be worn by a man who likes a good vanilla. It might layer well with tobacco-type accords.

My favourite perfume I’ve found! I love that it is a gourmand perfume, meaning that it smells like it’s tasty. It is such a sexy, deep, warm, luxurious scent like no other: it starts with orange and chocolate and then dries down to a warm chocolate.

I had to dispense it into an atomiser so I can keep it in my hand bag and spray it a few more times when I’m out as it starts off really strong but then becomes less noticeable after an hour or so. Apparently the scent lingers though, because I was downstairs at my friends house wearing it and she said she could still smell it a week later upstairs in her walk in wardrobe even though I hadn’t been upstairs! Haha so maybe I can’t smell how strong it is, not sure.

I love it though, it smells so unique and mysterious, sexy, deep, warm and delicious. Makes me think of a romantic nights with wine by the fireplace, that kind of vibe. The bottle is also Stunning! So luxurious.

The smell. oh my gosh. this cologne smells so good!! It has that sexy smell to it. You know that smell that just has you mesmerized and in awe. Yeah, that smell. It’s fresh, it’s clean and just amazing!! It has a slight sweet smell to it with hints of patchouli, cinnamon, cashmere wood and sage.

It’s a perfect combination of light and dark scents that doesn’t come off as strong or overpowering. It is a great cologne that you can wear daily and can easily transition from day to night. BOSS Bottle Marine cologne has become one of my favorite men’s cologne.

So received this Hugo Boss to try from Influenster. Things I look for in a fragrance is obviously if it smells good. Second, how long does it last. Third, is it skin friendly. So first, lets look at the smell aspect.

I have never owned a Boss fragrance. I had received one from my wife years ago which I gave it away to my brother in law because back then I was sticking to only using Polo by Ralph Lauren (the one in Green bottle) and CK One.

But as years have gone by I have explored and have added many to my favorite collection like Prada Luna Rossa Ocean, Ralph’s Club, Jimmy Choo Man, and Versace Eros among a few. What does the box say about the notes? Top Notes: Frozen Apples, Mint.

Heart Notes: Cinnamon, Clary Sage. Base Notes: Patchouli, Cashmere Wood. What I smell most is Apples and a bit of Cinnamon, which too many is gonna seem like oh it smells like Thanksgiving or Holidays.

But it doesn’t. I think this is more of Ocean type smell (aptly named Marine) than a woody smell. I like both so not an issue even if it was. Its a very casual scent, not too strong by any means. My wife said it does smell nice.

Some have compare this to Versace Eros and I have that also, and I can tell you it definitely does NOT smell like Versace Eros. Its different, but still good. The Mint, Patchouli, and Cashmere presence comes in after few minutes.

Second aspect is longevity. I would say it last 3-4 hours as in someone in 6 feet radius can smell it. I’d say that’s average for most Eau De Toilettes out there, remember this is toilette and not Eau De Parfum.

After 4 hours, I gave my wife my wrist to smell and says, she does smell it if she’s close to me like less than 3 feet. Third aspect is if the product is skin friendly and it is. I have a thin skin, not sensitive though.

But I sprayed on and left it for a day and haven’t found anything wrong. Also, I do not get headaches with this smell. Now I know majority of folks love Viktor Rolf Spicebomb but I had tried that and had a major headache.

To each their own I guess, but it was way too strong for me. And having three children, I can do away with extra unwanted headaches. In conclusion, for the cost of around $90 its selling, I’d give this 4 1/2 stars for cost to value ratio.

However, 4 1/2 star is not an option so I will give it a 5 star since half star shouldn’t be taken away for no fault of the brand. I wouldn’t say its perfect 5 either, but I round up rather than down.

This is perfect cologne for someone who wants gentler, sweeter, not too strong smell. Preferred wearing time would be in the evening and night. Pro tip, if you want your cologne and perfume to last even longer, apply vaseline to your pulse points or where you intend to spray your perfume.

You can also use unscented body oil. Reason being that on dry skin, the smell doesn’t hold as long and dry out. is a winner.
