I’d give this chair 5 stars if it wasn’t for the multiple defects it arrived with and my so far pretty bad experience with razer support regarding the issues. Poorly constructed seat base that makes farting sounds if you move your left leg even slightly.

For some reason the inside of the cushion rubs against itself and it cannot be fixed or adjusted without ripping the seat apart and essentially breaking it. Razer support told me I’d get a replacement, but shortly sent me an email basically asking again every question I already answered during my 1.

5 hour chat session. They are trying to do everything they can not to remedy the issue and save themselves money. I weight 150 pounds. This is my main issue with the chair and with how razer is handling their brand new product.

The 4D armrests are extremely wobbly, like to a ridiculous degree. They come pre-installed and cannot be tightened because I see no accessible screws. I probably just got a early unit with awful build quality or just got a repackaged reject.

For $400, its pretty pathetic. It wasn’t anything I did wrong during installation. They wobble like half an inch up/down front/back left/right. Its kind of funny actually how big a fail they are. I can deal with this, though.

Another part of the chair rubs really loud. The backrest on the left side where it screws on rubs against the plastic covers. This I can actually remedy myself by putting some sort of material there, but the first issue cannot be resolved.

The Razer Enki is an amazing chair and exceeded my expectations. I am using this chair both as an office chair and for gaming. It works for both in my opinion. After reading reviews, it seemed like the pillow was going to be useless but it is actually my favorite feature! I am also six foot tall so I feel like this chair fits me like a glove.

I think that’s why the pillow is fantastic – it hits just right for neck and head support. I could see someone being much taller or shorter having a more difficult time with the pillow. Other positives are the recliner feature that I use while gaming and the lumbar support is hard which I like.

I have back relief while sitting in this chair. Lastly, the quality is top notch and setup is a breeze (they even give you gloves for installation which they jokingly call work gauntlets). Negatives about the chair include the thinner cushions.

The cushions are on the thinner side but they do not bother me too much. Also the lumbar support is nonadjustable. It is on the harder side so keep that in mind. Overall, I would recommend this chair, especially if you get it on sale.

I work from home, sitting at my desk for eight or more hours per day. I had been using a relatively inexpensive but very comfortable mesh chair, but over the years, the mesh seat material stretched, and it was bottoming out.

My wife who also works from home has a very comfortable Serta chair that has held up well. I considered an X-Chair, but after reading the reviews, I decided it probably was not worth the money. I then considered a Serta, but after reading reviews of chairs on Best Buy, I found that the best ones seemed to be “gaming” style chairs.

I am a big guy (6’3”, 250lbs) so I needed something substantial, and with a tall back. This Razer chair had good reviews and some nice features, so I figured I’d give it a try. I’ve had it now for several weeks and probably spent about a hundred hours of time in it.

There are many things that I really like about this chair, but there are a few things about it that I wish I could change. Overall, I like it and it’s definitely very comfortable, but because of a few minor issues, I can only rate it 4 stars.

First, I’ll mention the things I really like. It was very well packaged and easy to assemble. It is heavy, though, so some people may need help carrying it around, especially up any stairs. It has many adjustments that make it easy for me to find a comfortable seating position, whether I am sitting upright and typing, or leaned back to take a break.

I really like the fact the angle of the back is adjustable separately from the seat cushion. It uses a lever, like a car seat without electric adjustments. The armrests adjust so many different ways – up, down, fore/aft, side-to-side, even angled – that I’d think anyone could find the perfect position for them.

I also like that the chair’s tilt angle can be locked not just in the flat position, but in three different positions. The padding is firm but supporting, and the lumbar support, though not adjustable, is just right.

The seat back is plenty tall for me, though the detachable pillow sits just a little bit low. The seat is fairly wide compared with other chairs which is nice for larger people. Now, some things I wish were different.

The chair sits up fairly high even in its lowest position. Even though I am tall, I prefer to sit lower. The fix to that is to get a footrest for the floor. Another thing that would make this the perfect chair is if the seat bottom cushion were either deeper or would adjust fore/aft.

Again, I’m a tall guy, so this may not be an issue for shorter people. Finally, the fabric is nice, but it is not as cool as the mesh chair I had or even the Serta chair in my wife’s office that is leather.

Of course the trade-off with mesh is less support and that it stretches over time, but leather would have been a nice option. Overall, I think this is a great chair. It seems to be well-constructed and is comfortable.

I’m happy with the purchase and would recommend it.

I believe the Iskur is solely focused on posture, not lounging back and finding lots of different comfy positions. Having come from a very comfortable (yet short-lived) memory-foam filled gaming chair, I believe the Iskur is a great choice for someone looking to maintain good posture for long periods.

The first 3 days of sitting in this chair for 7 – 8 hours at a time were rough to the point where I almost returned it. Between the much more firm seat and rigid, locked-in feeling of the chair, I thought I was simply too large for it.

After lots of fiddling and letting the chair settle, I’ve found the perfect position for maintaining a supported spine with pressure being spread evenly to my lower back, hips, and legs. I realized I was literally retraining my body to sit properly.

Though I felt sore at the start, but it was absolutely worth the few hours of irritation and constant readjusting. In my second week, I’ve sat in the chair for up to 10 hours straight and feel almost.

(rejuvenated?) when I get up. I am 5ft 11in and 250 lbs (overweight but working on it) and this thing fits like a glove. I expect it to only feel better once I drop a few lbs and get more wiggle room in the seat.

Pros: – Once adjusted, the full-body support is unbeatable. – Great arm rests. I took my memory foam arm covers off due to how comfortable these are. – Build quality is very solid. Though HEAVY, the chair rolls smoothly and does not jitter at all.

Cons: – PRICEY. $500 is hard to swallow, especially if you are open to used ergo chairs like an Aeron. As of winter 2021, they can commonly be found at around $340 – which I’d call a good price. – Leather.

If possible, get the cloth version. While I have the leather and enjoy it, it will inevitably wear down faster than cloth. The materials used are incredibly tough, but I still plan to treat it like I do my leather car seats.

Final Thoughts: This turned-out way longer than I thought, but hopefully it was helpful. I’d say this chair is a 4/10 for the first day or so then a 9/10 once you get it dialed in.

My son and his friends love them! (We actually have two) They not only game in them but also climb all over them and the chairs still looks perfect! The speakers are great quality too!

Bought this for my son. Very comfortable floor chair. Just taking one star off because the Bluetooth lags at times, but otherwise happy with the purchase.

Great chair! And for the price it is perfect. It is very comfortable, the sound is great, especially the bass! The wireless channel connection works very well and there is no lag. It does not use Bluetooth it uses a separate WiFi channel that it can connect with an AUX or the RWY stereo cords.

Great buy, great for a chill little chair to have in your gaming room. The weight limit is 275 pounds so be careful of that that you really cant have someone sitting in your lap. I give it 4 out of 5 stars because i think that if the arms were attached to the chair instead of just screwed on the sides to rest your arm on that would give better stability.

The instructions say not to put weight or lift the chair by the arms and I think if they were built in as a piece of the main chair that would have been a better design. Also the gray parts are plastic and they would look better as aluminum or stainless steel titanium some kind of metal would have been better than plastic.

The parts did not fit exactly and one of the arms doesnt screw in all the way but its very minor. It doesnt affect the comfort or anything.

I bought this chair for my fiance for Christmas 2019, and I was nervous to make the purchase because he’s 160 pounds, 5 ft 11in, and a lot of the comments were a bit back and forth or just directed towards kids.

well, the volume quality is great, the fact that you can hook it into the tv wirelessly, or with wires is great. Just in case you run out of batteries for the adapter , you still have the old school cords to fall back on.

the arm rests does need tightened frequently because of our toddler, but aside from the annoyance of that, everything is great! worth the money. it would be nice if it had a foot rest, but it is nice regardless.

I also thought the saucer leg was going to be cheap, but it’s a great feature and to my surprise it’s not cheap at all. the chair itself is comfortable and seems like it’s going to last a long time, and since covid19, stay at home order, happened in March, It was so convient to already have a chair like this.

We bought two of these for our grandchildren. One is 11 years old. The other is 7. They love them. The sound quality is excellent. I’m not some old grandpa that is still in awe and thrilled with the sound of an old Victrola record player.

I’m a professional musician and very critical of sound quality. This gaming chair is really good and its fun to use. Maybe if they were cranked as loud as they could go, and a person was over-driving the input levels, the sound would deteriorate and break up.

Maybe. But I don’t think that’s the intent of these to begin with. The grandkids use them for games and movies. They even use them to sit and read in. The chairs arrived in big boxes and in great condition.

When I read the description it states that the chair, “connects to game systems wirelessly. ” When I saw this I dug a little further to find out it also says which systems specifically and they were pretty much all listed, except the new-gen consoles of course.

Then I even went as far as to go to the makers’ website also to make sure I could connect this to my system. It only stated the same thing the Wal-Mart site said almost word for word. So I bought this regardless.

When I got it home and assembled, even with out ANY included instructions, I found a little box that required batteries. Well it TURNS OUT THAT THE CHAIR DOES NOT CONNECT WIRELESSLY DIRECTLY TO THE GAME SYSTEMS!! It uses a secondary transmitter you have to connect using either RCA/Component Cables or 3.

5mm(headphone) jack. Just luckily the TV I use with my system has a 3. 5mm Audio-out connection because I dont even have the component cable hook-up for my system anymore. I use HDMI like 90% of the world uses now days, FOR ALL A/V RELATED ITEMS! Aside from the misleading “wireless connection” the chair performed above and beyond my expectations.

Except for when I actually try to use the “Wireless Adapter” included with the chair, it would fade in and out and some times make a weird sound. I could only account this to interference from the systems own wireless signal for the controllers or wi-fi signals.

There were no other “wireless” signals going around my house at the time. For THIS to be an issue is a HUGE over-site by the Manufacturer because it is meant to be used with this system, a PS3 if I didn’t mention yet, according to them.

So I just used the INCLUDED RCA/Component-3. 5mm ADAPTER and rand the sound in using the WIRES. After I got past these issues, I LOVED the chair. It is a little awkward feeling at first due to the shape of the seat.

At first it feels like it isn’t the least bit ergonomic at all but after sitting in it for about 30 minutes I fully understood the design and felt very comfortable. The sound from the chair is amazing.

It really blew away expectations. I expected it to have something like Laptop speakers or something with a sub to make up for bass, but it has Full-Range Front-firing speakers in the headrest area and a very responsive sub-woofer built in to the seat bottom.

The Sound is very crisp and clean from the chair with a great “FEEL” and a nice deep range to the Bass from the built-in sub-woofer. The way it is made really works together well for an immersive “FEEL” to the sound of whatever you are playing.

Received for christmas but after 6 months of daily use I can say this is the worst white elephant gift I’ve ever received. It’s huge and heavy, so it simply doesn’t work in a small space or at a desk.

Every time I sit down in the chair it makes terrible creaking sounds (I weigh 100lb so its not me thats the issue). If you are into the whole speaker thing, I guess that’s a plus, but I vastly prefer headphones so I’ve honestly never even used them, and I have no desire too because then I’d have to have all sorts of cables plugging into my chair for that.

Worst of all, it’s simply terribly uncomfortable. I recommend you look at the chair from the side profile and really think about how your body could conform to it. It’s impossible to have good posture with this chair.

I’m going to swap it for a regular desk chair ASAP, because this thing is simply not good.

Have waited over a year to write this review, incase I had a change of heart about this chair. I have many problems with this, and will list as follows: The chair, considering its price tag, is incredibly uncomfortable for extended hours of gaming.

I can’t go more than 1-2 hours a session without getting uncomfortable because of the structure of it. Again, for the price, you’d expect decent materials. But the base material is cracked and ripping apart after only 12 months of use.

The arm rests never stay secure no matter how tight you do up the bolts, (which, as a side note, the arm rests are only arm rests and are not mechanically structural enough to be used to lift or move the chair) The base doesn’t move at all – makes it annoying when using this chair for computer gaming, dragging too and from the desk etc.

And lastly, the speakers installed in the chair are nothing more than a niche that will wear off when you start getting back aches from the sub installed in the rear of the seat. Would not recommend this chair to anyone over a similarly priced dxracer, or other gaming branded chair.

You cannot get sound out of your surround sound and this chair at the same time. Also, if you play online games and need to use a headset you can plug it into the chair but the vibrations won’t work nor will the chair’s speakers.

Using a headset basically turns this into a standard chair. If you just have a TV and don’t need to talk to other players this thing is awesome! It also has built in wireless. You basically hook it up to the audio outputs on your TV and anything hooked up to your TV will work with this chair.

I bought the red one for my son and this black one for me. The black one has speaker static sometimes and the red chair does not. This is apparently somewhat common for this chair. It’s not that comfortable for long playing, sort of like sitting in a movie theater seat for hours and hours, but I would not let that deter you.

I think the biggest issues are the headset canceling out the chair’s features and your home theater’s sound. I still love the chair but there are disappointments. I want sound out of my home theater and this chair at the same time and if I plug in my headset I still want the vibrations.

Wow just wow i really am surprised at how awesome this chair is for its price. Ive sat in othe gaming/desk chairs at this price and this is the best one ive experienced in this price range, you really cant beat it.

At first the butt cushion is stiff but it gets softer pretty fast, there is a break in period assembly was super easy and comes with gloves. and the fabric is really nice and i think its supposed to be water resistant, its also toot resistant apparently because you know how usually when you toot in a cushion you like “oh dang it now its going to be trapped in there for all eternity” well look no further this chair just deflects the tooticles (toot particles) out and up so when you or someone sits in it the stuff dont come up.

In all seriousness this chair really is amazing.

Excellent value and comfort. This chair feels really solid and really balances the line between support and comfort. It feels a little hard on some areas, then you realize its supporting your back exactly where it needs to and the lower cushion is firm, but yet the quilting is very gentle.

Very little fatigue with this chair. The X really just loses the 4D arms, but that really doesn’t matter much to me. Box is a bit big and awkward so do as it says and get help to move. Instructions are pretty straightfoward to assemble (really very little parts and everything you need is in the box).

I personally don’t like high lumbar support. Over time it makes my back extremely sore and this chair has ALOT of lumbar support. Unfortunately you can’t adjust it and I wasn’t able to find a setting that was comfortable for me.

On the bright side the packaging and quality of the chair was extremely high and I was really excited to unbox it!.

I bought this rocker for my newly teen son. I usually find him and his friends playing video games and there is always one or the other sitting on my end table of coffee table. He has ALWAYS asked me for this specific rocker.

So I purchased it. When I ordered it I was in our local mall and cause I could NOT find one the had all the capability as this one. So I literally was standing in the store and ordered it through Hayneedle, requested the overnight delivery which I thought was very reasonable and received it the very next day.

The quality of the material is so well made and is capable with more systems than a child could possibly have or need! I gave it 5stars because it is everything it claims to be and then some. I LOVE IT!.

This chair offers no support for your kids back. The chair only lasted us about 6 months before it started to tear. My child started complaining of lower back pain and we noticed it was after getting off that rocking chair.

Looks padded but even though there is padding it’s not doing your back any good also leading to pad posture for tour kids.

Great chair, and perfect foot a child 6-12 years old. The sound quality isn’t the greatest, but great for little kids. My son loves it. The chair folds for storage, but doesn’t fit under the bed. It can be stored in a closet, or at the end of the bed.

Mount for the wheel unit is between the legs. With no horizontal adjustment for thrustmaster pedal plates, this pillar is directly in front of the brake pedal. I left foot brake and am constantly rubbing my leg or ankle on the bottom of the diagonal wheel mount.

The industry standard for mounting the wheel is having a frame that the legs go through. Being 6’3, the ability to adjust seat back and forth could help but there is no adjustment on the seat frame. You have to pay an additional $80 for the slider kit (which has not been available for months) For the price of this simple unit, this needs to be included.

Yes, it is compact and with some effort can be folded up. So if you live in a micro apartment or tiny house, that’s a plus. And if you are shorter than the average man, you’ll probably be fine too. Otherwise for the price of the seat and slider kit you may buy a much more sophisticated cockpit with better design and more adjustment.

Used for about a month before I became tired of the constant rubbing on my ankle when I played. I purchased another cockpit for a similar price with a much better design and plenty of adjustment. The Playseat now sits folded compactly in the closet waiting for a Kijiji purchaser to take me to town and get it out of my house.

Pros: Easy to put together, comfortable and very adjustable. Cons: The Logitech G29 steering wheel securing threads that was bought as a package with the play seat didn’t align properly with the pre Dulles holes so could not use all the points to secure it to the mounting plate.

It is still quite secure though. Given the cost of the package it’s a Shame the seat slider did not come included instead of being an additional £29. 99 to purchase.

This chair has a serious design flaw that made it a pain to put together and impossible to do without two people. Because the whole structure is held together by the arms being screwed into the back and seat, and the cushions need to be heavily compressed to get the screw holes to line up, it took close to an hour to assemble it, even though there were just 12 screws.

Once put together though, I absolutely love it. It’s the most comfortable chair I’ve ever had for my desk and the first time my short little legs have been able to comfortably reach the ground without me leaning way forward and hurting my back.

I definitely recommend it, especially if like me you have a longer torso and shorter legs. It’s also a perfect height for looking at a laptop at eye height and using a lower keyboard tray.

I use this chair at my desk. I love to sit back and rock when I get tired of typing. When I need to get up it is very easy to turn around and get up. What I don’t like is how low it actually sits. I am using a couple pillows to raise me up a bit so I can sit at desk level better.

This would be a perfect chair if it were higher or if the height could be adjusted. I have also had to spray the rocking mechanism with WD-40 to stop the squeaking and grinding noise when I rock but that was an easy fix.

All-in-all I love this chair.

At first I wasn’t too sure about this chair, after all how can you be online without planting your butt in it at the store? Well as soon as I pulled the parts out of the box I knew I was going to be pleased.

This is truly high quality. I own an office chair so I do have something to compare it to. It’s the same height as my office chair. The arms move up and back so you can have a regular chair should you so desire.

I found the chair to be very comfortable and relaxing. I’m only 5 2 so the height of the back of the chair was nice for my head support as well. It would not be a good fit for a 6 foot or taller person.

So please keep that in mind if you are purchasing it for a tall person. I also don’t think anyone of 300 pounds or more could fit in the chair. It’s not as small as an airplane seat but it’s not first class seats either.

That’s the only reason why I gave it one less star. I do have large family members that I know for sure won’t be able to sit in it.

I have previously written an review on this item, except the exact model number was not specified. Quality is excellent, except for the need to verify threaded holes are not disfigured (thereby not allowing full tightening of a few bolts).

In my earlier comments I mentioned the spring assisted air cylinder that is used to adjust the height of the chair seat is not robust enough to continue functioning with my excessive weight (300+ pounds), but is is probably sufficient for small and moderately heavy persons.

(I would consider purchasing another chair if it were designed for heavy people, but I realize that markets may not support an additional model. ) One thing I forgot to mention – the footrest. It is very clever in its design.

However, once again due to my weight, it is not usable for me. It does not ‘feel’ robust enough (I feel that using it would cause it to break under my weight. It also makes the stability of the chair, at least for me, unsafe – it causes the chair to be unbalanced and likely to overturn.

Manufacturing flaws like the disfigured threaded hole happen. I was able to easily correct the problem. My own weight issues limiting some of the capabilities of the product are not in the domain of the manufacturer, unless they decide to offer a more ‘heavy duty’ product.

First things first, a little relevant info. I’m 6ft and about 290lbs. My boyfriend is 5’3” and 160lbs. The positives: So I like the chair, as does my boyfriend. It isn’t wobbly, it doesn’t squeak or groan when it is in use.

I also enjoy how the arms can be raised or lowered to suit your preferences. The negatives: The seat is kind of raised up on either side (left and right sides). Perhaps for a smaller person this isn’t an issue but for someone my size it creates some annoyances.

My legs tend to be a bit more spread open due to the size of thighs and that causes legs/thighs to sit on top of those raised parts, ridges, of the seat and it can really dig in. The other annoyance is the “lumbar” pillow included is a pain to shift up an down.

This is due to how it is strapped on the chair, as the straps are shown to be between the seat and the back. That causes there to be a lot of friction and resistance when trying to move it up and down.

And the arms. there is nothing inherently wrong with them. I do wish they were a bit more solid, like a metal base/frame with the softer mesh at the top where your arms go. I sometimes find myself slid down a little when I am reclined and I am afraid to utilize the arms to myself back up to a comfortable spot, so I end up unreclining the chair to fix myself.

I also kind of wish they went farther backward, like towards the back of the chair but that isn’t an issue. Overall: Even though the negatives seem more involved than what I wrote out for the positives I would still recommend this chair.

The chair is good, simple as that. The issues are mostly due to my size.

Purchased this chair for my son as a birthday gift. Not only did it come in perfect condition but its everything he wanted.

My son-in-law love the chair. Said it is very comfortable and functional. My grandson likes it too.

Does not glide roll at all, actually only nudges forward. It’s not the wheels but the way the chair is built. The seat has metal rims on the side that dig into your thighs unless you sit like a Sunday school girl.

The arm rests don’t raise up high enough causing more of an awkward forced position. Leaning back is a gamble. The handles are not ergonomically positioned. This chair looks good but it’s actually an idiotic piece of crap from the planet dumb.

Good luck if you want to return it because you’ll have to disassemble the whole thing unless you have a truck, plus beware of the return window because WALMART usually returns items within 90 days but because this has a cheesy little Bluetooth speaker in it that window has been reduced to 30 days.

Now I’m stuck with a chair that I can’t use. The sad thing is I went out of my way to make sure that something like this wouldn’t happen by reading the descriptions and all the comments beforehand I thought I made a good decision but boy was I wrong.

Don’t waste your $$$. I got the chair in August and got a 3 year warranty. It went together easily. I use it for work , it comfortable, everything was right about the chair until this morning when I turned my music on.

One speaker just stopped working and the other sounds busted. The chair has not been damaged or anything. The manufacturer doesn’t answer and ALL WALMART DOES IS EMAIL THEM AS I HAVE NUMEROUS TIMES. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!! And they are charging more now for this chair than I paid period.

I recently got my High-Back ergonomic Swivel Gaming chair with the bluetooth speaker. It was great at first. Comfy, sound quality of the speakers were great. However, in less than 3 weeks, while simply sitting, the back support of the seat, suddenly snapped off.

I literally almost fell. Though its a great chair to look at, it is not very stable and quite fragile, and can possibly break at any moment.

The seat is comfortable to a point. I find it to be just a little too narrow and the seat may not be long enough as where your thighs rest feels a bit sore. I’m 5ft 8in in height, the chair is completely to the lowest level and my feet are almost in the air, not completely flat on the floor.

Other that the chair is great, very good back support and well built. I guess from the old chair, it’s a matter of getting accustom to this TS62. I will see how it goes from here on. Fantastic Chair !.

I’m an IT Admin for a school, COVID has increased our work load and I find myself spending more hours at my desk to support our kids. My previous chair was an older chair from the office, very little cushion left, and a mesh net back that provided very little support.

My TS62 has made my job so much more enjoyable. The superb cushioning and back support keeps me comfortable all day long. I love the adjustability of the chair and head rest, I can really position the chair to fit my posture.

Was rough to put together. Really needs two people especially when assembling the back to the base. Feels great to sit in through. I use it as my 9 hour a day office chair. The only issue I really see is I with the arm rests had more freedom of movement, especially if they could move inwards and outwards in addition to the fore and aft movement and rotation.
