So I messed up, I wasn’t careful and bought this thinking it was English release – it was actually the Japanese version, which doesn’t work with my Wii. The reason I’m rating this a 5-star, though, is because the disc was free of any scratches, it included all the components you’d find in a new game, and the case was in practically pristine condition.

Had it not been for my lack of attention, I’m sure I’d give it a 5-star for running as well as it looked. Just make sure you read the description and know what you’re getting before you buy! But hey, it’s a nice little novelty I have now :].

This was one of my favorite games to play when I was younger. I ordered the game for a decent price that beats Gamestop’s prices, and it came extremely fast and even arrived two days earlier than it said it would, all with free shipping! I got the game and it was like it was new! The original manual was included, and the disc was practically spotless! My wife is extremely that I got her the game. She loves playing Mario party. Honestly her favorite game. Only thing my wife is upset about with the game, is me beating her lol. Hope im still married after this haha.

My grandson loves this game. We play together with his Nana. So much fun. The mini games are challenging and not to difficult. We love all the different boards and ways to play. The disc, booklet and case are in excellent condition.

Pros: Tickets and prizes won in multi-player mode. Some great new games like Haunted House (shooter game similar to the Toy Story ride in Disneyland) and Bumper Cars. Achievement awards maintain challenges beyond winning prizes.

Cons: With or without the motion sensor, motion consistency is down from Carnival Games; in several games it is extremely difficult to master the correct motion on a reproducable level. Examples: Bank A Ball and Gold Rush Alley Ball, you can use the exact same motion that won the last throw, but it will be entirely off on the next throw.

This is frustrating for adults, it would be much more so for children. I think they were trying to make it more challenging, but the result seems to be far more random chance than skill in many of the games.

It’s still packed with entertaining mini-games that are fun for the whole family and has a new feature wherein the games do not begin until all players click in that they are ready before the countdown begins (very helpful on the timed games, not so much in the non-timed games or single player mode).

In my opinion, well worth the investment as long as you don’t pay full retail price. If it wasn’t quite as perfected as I’d hoped, I wasn’t disappointed in the least. All in all, I’m very pleased with it.

I will also add that I saw many reviews stating that Wii Motion Plus version makes no detectable difference and I have to agree; don’t waste your money on that version because it won’t help (I didn’t pay extra for that feature and I’m glad, I just found one in my budget and it happened to have this useless feature).

It could have used better quality control on the motions, it’s a bit overpriced, but still one of the better Wii games out there, especially for family game night.

Let me first say that I really like this game and I give this game 4 STARS, So YES, we have another Carnival winner. If I had to rate the first version, I would also give it a 4 STARS. This version is very similar to the original Carnival Games with a few exceptions.

I like that this version offers numerous game challenges that can keep you coming back to achieve them. I also like the fact that this version keeps up with high scores for every game instead of just the Super Version Games.

If you dont own either version of this game, I suggest that you start with the first one, simply because the game collection of the first version has the most familiar set of Carnival Games. If you like the first version, you should get this one also.

There just isnt many good motion control games out there and none come close to being as good as Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort, but the Carnival Games series does a great job at capturing the feel of being at a real Carnival and it is great choice for casual gaming and family game night.

This is the most awesome game idk who like sit more me or my kids we play this as a family it has @ least 1 or more games for everyone it’s classic fun games everyone will enjoy they have shooting gallery, alley ball,test your strength, dunk tank, coin toss, clown splash and many many more you can choose to pick your favorite individual game to play, you can just let it randomly select 5 games or unlock some of the games and play the super version of them.

You can change your characters look, clothes,shoes everything or unlock special things!! I assure you the whole family will have a great time and love this game we do and it seriously has something for everyone you can’t go wrong with this game for your family or as a gift.

I originally had this game for the PC. I was so happy to find it for the Wii. The game is beautiful. The environments are so detailed, from the swaying trees to the tornado-like clouds that are seen at different distances on every level.

The game play is fun. Not terribly challenging. But, light and fun. There is no death. Only a restoration back to nature. I have not noticed any significant difference between this version and the PC version.

The environments are just as vast and explore-able. The traditionally Japanese themed soundtrack is great. All-in-all, it is a wonderful game. It is very kid friendly – I like that as a parent of younger children.

I originally bought this game for PS3 for my son because it was refered to him so he downloaded the demo and fell in love with it. I bought it as a gift for my son while I was in a business trip in Puerto Rico.

So I actually had my secretary’s son open it and try it out to make sure it was good (lol yes I did have someone else try my son’s gift lol). My secretary’s son didn’t wanna put it down lol and since then he’s constantly nagging his mom to buy him it.

I told her not to buy it because I was going to get it for him lol. My son is crazy about the game! and I just ordered 1 for PS3 for my secretary’s son and 1 for WII for my secretary’s lil teen brother.

I had them ship directly to my secretary so when they get the package they will be jumping for joy! I don’t know much about PS3’s or WII’s or other gaming consoles (just a lil). But, my son and nephew and my secretary’s son and brother are gaming freaks as they are called AND THEY ALL LOVE THIS GAME!!! Mini Ninjas is a decidedly different turn for developer IO Interactive, maker of the Hitman series. This action adventure is low on gruesome assassinations and high on lighthearted fun, but that doesn’t mean fans of stealth-kill simulators, or anyone else for that matter, should skip over it.

Mini Ninjas is an approachable and enjoyable game with a charming art style that brings its lively world to life. There are a few kinks that present some minor annoyances, but they don’t detract too much from what is overall a delightfully plucky adventure.

We bought this game because we love mini-golf and just acquired a Wii, so it seemed like a good fit. HOWEVER, like other reviewers, the execution and graphics are really sub-par. I don’t what the writers were smoking, but to dream up these outrageously complicated holes with multiple levels, power ramps and the like must have been some strong stuff.

We don’t like that you have to “buy” your way around the course, unlike unlocking various items as you improve. To do anything is tedious and complicated, this is definitely not a game for kids, they will get frustrated with it rapidly.

It seems to be more of a party game for adults who don’t care if you can stand in a wall, move your arm backwards to make a putt or take 15 shots to cover 3 or 4 levels. The fun will last as long as the buzz does.

Lots of different holes to play that are challenging. It does take a little while to get the controls down if you’re used to playing any of the other Putt-Putt games, but it’s great that we aren’t going to get through the game in a week.

I love mini golf games and I got to say this is one of the best ones I’ve played! It has so many coarses and some are easy but some are challenging. It keeps everybody occupied and is a fun time for all.

After introducing it to my 60 yr old dad he bought a Wii just for this game and plays it every chance he has! It’s fun for all age groups! And you can create your own character and earn money to buy new clothes and clubs.

This game is in great condition! There is no reason to hate on DKOldies. They are amazing, and they sell great games and consoles. While $10 at first seems over priced for this game, remember that this game CAME with the original manual thats rare, which is a nice touch.

Initially, I didn’t want to purchase Wii games from a site I hadn’t heard of before. But I found myself pleasantly surprised with both the speed of delivery, and the options eligible for selection in the store! It helps to be able to pick a disk alone, a disk and case, or the disk, case, and manual.

This game, Wii Play, I did not want the manual, cause I’d played before, so I was happy to pick just the game and disk option for purchase. I definitely will be looking for more deals from DKoldies! A wonderful experience.

I’m the only person I know who has this gaming system, and it’s really good for getting up and exercising once you get into it. Honestly the WII is so different from the rest of the Nintendo games, from the controller, to the specific games that are available to go with the board.

Once you complete a section you can go back for all the free play there you want! This is a fantastic feature, you’ll love it! You can go to the plaza of the shopping mall and customize your character, which is just brilliant! Whether you play as Rayman, or a Rabbid, there is a lot of fun to be had here.

You’ll love the shooting games as you pummel rabbids with, you guessed it, plungers! Yuck, getting a plunger to the puss must leave a really bad taste in your mouth! The jukebox is really a cool original segment of the game that sets it apart from other games.

So grab some friends who like to get down, then take them with you, all around!.

This is a fun game following in the footsteps of the first Raving Rabbids, using the same crude but funny humor appropriate for all ages to enjoy. The basic concept of the game is that the Rabbids are using a shopping mall as a base to launch trips to find out about the world in preparation of an invasion which Rayman must try to stop.

The variety of choices in how you can play, the character you can be, and the ability to change how the character looks helps prevent boredom and redundancy. Frustration is minimized by allowing you to choose Accessibility Modes – Easy helps you to get used to how the remote and nunchuck are used, with simple use of controls and instructions (high score are not saved); and Normal for when you can use your controllers well (high scores can be beaten and recorded).

Training allows you to choose a mode for each mini-game. It has great replay value in that it is not like the games with a “defeat-it-then-it’s-over” storyline. There are 3 options to play the game: 1) Trips – You can choose normal or customized trips around the world in which you play a series of games in a row (Single player is Rayman, Multiplayers choose a character).

Before starting, you choose one Accessibility Mode for the entire trip. You also name your trip, choose the duration (by choosing a length of time either in minutes or until all the games you selected are played) and the type of ranking (which affects how points are given to each place at the end of each mini-game – the player with the most points at the end of the trip wins!).

You make mini-games available by unlocking them at your destinations. You may later customize trips by modifying a trip you created before or creating a new one. 2) Free Play – You have to play at least one trip before you can do this.

You can go back and replay the mini-games you have unlocked on trips, and try to beat your record. You can play as Rayman or a Rabbid. 3) Plaza – This takes you to the main area of the Shopping Mall, where you can choose Character Customization (changing your Rayman or Rabbid’s styles of clothing, hair, and accessories which are unlocked when you beat a previous record score in a mini-game); the Shooting Games Arcade, where you play various shooting mini-games unlocked on trips (play alone or challenge another player); or the Jukebox, where you play mini-games of coordination and rhythm and you can showcase your character’s singing talent(or lack thereof)using songs you have unlocked during trips.

You can Pause the game at any time then you choose whether to Resume, Quit, or Retry (you can’t retry when playing a Trip). Your progress is saved automatically in a data file after each game/trip. We all enjoy this game.

In fact, out of all of the games we have this one has been played the most so far. I feel this game is well-worth the price. (Don’t miss the first Raving Rabbids game, too!).

My seven year old son got the Raving Rabbids “Travel in Time” Wii game for Christmas. He was so excited about the Raving Rabbids and their “rude humor” that he checked out Rayman Raving Rabbids 2. This title shortly became his favorite because of the variety of short games all infused with the complete silliness of the Raving Rabbids.

My son loves that after a few games you unlock costumes for Rayman, the duck, and the other Rabbids. My only negative comment is that it seems to take a long time to unlock additional games. All and all my son has truely enjoyed this game.

Oh my, I just got a WII system off a friend of mine in February 2020. I had one years before, but then tried XBOX one and do NOT llike 99% of the types of games for it. I absolutely love and had missed the WII so when my friend said she had one, i stuck claims on it right away! This game is adorable and a blast to play.

How is this not the best money game since Donkey Kong in the 80’s and 90’s?? So much fiun and addictive for kids and adults alike. many boards with varying degrees of difficulty. Easy control with onlt two-three hand movements which is great for people who are not serios gamers.

It’s an older game but still really fun for everyone playing.

While this game rates low on most reviewers scoreboards and I can understand why, It is definitely worth playing if you know what you’re getting yourself into. Basically you wave your wiimote around to fling your character across the screen and break various objects.

It is completely mindless and offers no replayability but it is fun while it lasts. I only played Multiplayer and I think it is a must (especially if you have a youngling) I doubt playing alone would be as good experience.

There are power ups that change the game-play, fun boss battles and thoughtfully designed levels that are just enough to keep you interested. At under $5 it is definitely worth a try for a night of fun with you and a friend.

Hey, it was only $10 more for the bundle. I expected to be pleasantly surprised with other game and controller bundles, but I was let down. Bought this for the wiimote & hoped my 7yr old would like the game for a couple of minutes at least.

He loves it & will play it for ridiculous stretches of time, if allowed. Best part is that his 3yr old sister can play at the same time as the pony-tailed girlie character. This is the only game she CAN play, since her wild arm flailing seems to be an asset here.

—WII REMOTE PLUS— The Wii Remote Plus comes with a silicone jacket, and everything looks like the previous black Wii remote model did, except for the fact that the MotionPlus is built in and the words “Wii MotionPlus INSIDE” are stamped on the bottom front.

The back is still a soft, non-glossy surface, whilst the front is a fingerprint-magnet gloss. Also, I’m not sure if it’s just my specific controller or black models in general, but the buttons are more clicky, which I like.

I checked the buttons on the white and red Wii Remote Plus, but found they were the same as previous models. On to the game. —FLINGSMASH— The game comes more than just a puzzle. Trying to add a story, your characters pretty much have to collect items in order to progress, and the premise lies in saving an island from an evil power.

I had been quietly looking forward to this since seeing pre-release demos and exuberant first impressions from online gaming sites. If this had been a game alone I probably wouldn’t have ordered it. Anyway, my nine-year-old sister had played it first and found it to be very fun; since I knew some reviewers complained about control issues, I asked her if the controls were hard.

“Yeah, they’re a little hard,” she replied. I then proceeded to play a two-player round with her, and, initially, found it a blast. A few levels in, though, I swallowed my thoughts. What blows the game are the controls.

Go figure; a game touting the use of the MotionPlus fails in actually utilizing it. The sensitivity is too great, and I found myself propelling my character where I didn’t intend. It’s not like it’s glitchy; I realized I was actually moving the character all over the place, but my movements were natural rather than sporadic.

I was using the same jolts I’d used with previous MotionPlus titles, but this game is far too sensitive. The A button allows you to stop in midair, but many players will tell you it’s much too cumbersome to utilize that feature.

Once I “fling” my character in one direction, it’s hard to tell when he’ll stop, so I try to “fling” him the other way, but he either hasn’t finished his first fling, or he goes too far. Furthermore, say I was swinging him left.

As a rightie, I’m not going to keep my arm left after swinging the remote, so I’ll bring my arm back to its natural position and continue to fling him left. However, the game reads my moving my arm back to the right as actually flinging the character to the right–which I didn’t intend.

It’s a shame because the game has a lot of charm and presents what could’ve been another big Nintendo character (new Smash Bros. character?), and the levels have a ton of great puzzles. But because of the MotionPlus’ sensitivity, mastering the controls proves futile.

I gave up after a while, and my sister was left to her frustrations when confronting a boss. “Why aren’t you helping’.

Excellent game for young kids. My 3 and 5 year old can both play. The remote is great!It is the motion plus one. The game is simple and not complicated. Only thing is it has a story line that you have to go through but it is typed down on the bottom of screen.

So if kids cannot read, they will not know the story line or advice for playing. But once playing all they have to do it swing the remote and knock down things. easy.

Took my daughter to a game shop and she picked this game out. I put 5 stars because my 6 yr old LOOOOVES this game. She has played this one since we got it and loves the music. Some games have annoying sounds, but this one has nice music to it so it is ok to listen to in house when I am doing other things.

It is very colorful, and has great quality graphics. I will also note that she can not read yet and navigates through the game on her own. Usually she asks for help but not with this game. Overall I really recommend this game, especially if you can get it under $20.

“Carnival Games” on the Wii system is a lot of fun! This game has over 30 mini games/activities to play. It can be played with one person, a couple, or a family. I would say the games are challenging but not too difficult.

The key is to have enough room to play it in front of your tv (there’s lots of motions with the Wii remote). The games here are the exact same games that you play at the carnival or fair: ring toss, dunk tank, darts, golfing, alley ball, ka-pow, and many more! I find this game better than being at the fair and I recommend that you enjoy it too!.

This game isn’t worth $5. There is zero strategy involved in any of the games, even for a 3 year old. The games are tedious and repetitive. Even worse only a few games are unlocked when you first play.

To unlock the others you have to grind through the locked one to earn “tickets”. If these were levels like in a game that works but these are mini games. When is the last time you went to a carnival and you couldn’t play the milk jug toss until you played slot car racing?.

Great for family challenges. Need at least 4 controls. Great for senior relatives especially those that were used to playing the wii sports games. My toddler sets up the game and plays with grandparents.

One is recovering from extensive surgery and enjoys playing as well. You have to play some game to unlock others, yet it’s worth it once you master one game. You’ll be able to earn tickets faster to unlock other games.

25 games leave you wishing for 25 more. Good overall fun. Worth it. Glad I didn’t pass up the purchase.

Super Mario Bros. Wii successfully blends the old NES and Super Nintendo Mario games (Mario Bros. 1 & 3, Super Mario World 1 & 2) with the graphics and gameplay of the Wii and newer Mario games (Super Mario Galaxy) to make yet another instant Mario classic.

Up to four players can play simultaneously to create chaotic fun like only Nintendo can do. The style of each level is taken from Super Mario Bros. 3 (as is the world map) and also plays very similarly.

The addition of Yoshi – you ride him just like in Super Mario World – only cements this game’s addictiveness. Some complain that SMBW is a cheap port or knockoff. Even if that is true, a knockoff of some of the greatest games ever made can’t be horrible, right? Far from horrible, indeed, the game has received very high ratings from nearly all major video game critics.

Super Mario Bros. Wii has a wonderful nostalgic feel to it, and is likely to bring back many fond memories. Simple controls & gameplay, over 100 levels, and a seemingly unlimited amount of secrets makes this game a MUST for any Wii owner.

J’ai acheté ce jeu pour mon fils qui est à l’hôpital et ne peut pas sortir de sa chambre : ça lui permet de faire des activités variées dans cet espace réduit. J’ai été déçu au premier abord, car l’utilisation du jeu nécessite l’accessoire “Wii MotionPlus” qui n’était pas fourni avec la console prêtée par l’hôpital.

J’ai donc dû commander en plus deux “Wii MotionPlus”. Au final, je ne regrette pas mon achat, car les jeux sont variés et sont tout à fait adaptés à mon objectif de divertir mon fils. Pour ma part, j’aime beaucoup les jeux aériens : le survol de l’île en avion est vraiment sympa, et on est loin d’avoir fini de tout explorer !.

Accessoire indispensable à adapter sur les manettes pour pouvoir utiliser certains jeux de la console Wii.

Chuck E. Cheese’s party games is not the best experience nor is it the worst, just think some of the controls could’ve been better. One of the best parts is the avenger/cool chuck era art & some of the original art used in the game.

Some of the achievements are time consuming but others you can get easily. The characters haven’t aged well now in days due to the racial stereotypes (both the characters name & design). The game has no multiplayer but you can take turns if you want.

The game consists of 18 mini games (15 if you don’t count pizza maker, made to order & ticket blaster) all the mini games have levels in which you need to buy the wii look-alike games & hit a pacific score in order to progress.

The pizza maker & made to order allow you to get tokens by making pizzas or selecting the right color flag to get to the right customer. Ticket blaster is a game that you have to unlock everytime you want to play it, & judging by the name is based of the real ticket blaster.

The games you unlock are from the lucky wheel (except for made to order & ticket blaster which you have to purchase items if you want to play them) Once you obtain the 30,000 ticket box you get the ending (which I’m not spoiling).

Overall this game is a 6/10 the controls could be better for some of the games. CEC fans would enjoy the game more but unfortunately there’s no Duncan Brannan (the former voice of Chuck E. Cheese) present so there’s no amazing cool chuck voice in the game.

I got this for my 4 year-old- daughter who loves Chuck E. Cheese. I found the games lacking imagination. Only 2 of the mini-games even had any educational value. You have to make pizzas to earn tokens.

I guess this may be more fun for children with more gaming experience ages 7-10. I think that age group would quickly dismiss it as boring. We found that the game calibration to be off you have to be dead-on target to make it work.

Not idea for smaller children.

Just dance kids is a good workout. It is a game for fun and exercise. I liked the game so much that I purchased a copy at GameStop for my nephew. I have played the chucky cheese game many days and redeemed many prizes.

I have fun making the pizzas to get more tokens.

I would say im a very knowledgeable gamer and also have played many fighting games including Clash of Ninja Revolusion 1-3. Its a great game, a fun slighty different concept on the normal fighting game.

Even if your not a Naruto fan playing this game will make you want to be. The biggest advantages in this game are how you can use built up energy (from attacks or being attacked) to ‘evade an attack on you’ or use the energy to do a ‘special move’.

The other great thing are the combos. You can combo a lot of moves and special attacks which normally cant be stopped unless your opponent evades and then retaliates. It makes for a very ‘ninja feeling’ experience.

Theres 2 big reasons I’ve deducted stars from this great game. Firstly the sometimes major problem, the Wii isn’t fully capable of rendering the game. If you unlock the more advanced animated maps and the more animated charecters you could be left with MAJOR LAG.

5-20 fps, also up to 1/2 second input response time. It makes playing ‘2 player’ difficult. Secondly ”Survival Mode’ seems broken. I’ve played ‘2 player’ with my brother many many times #as its the last thing in the game to do once you unlock everything# and almost everytime we always lose at a certain level.

I forget the number, somthing like 46. Once you reach it the difficulty gets unbeatable. In earlyer ‘Clash of Ninja Revolusion’ games my brother and I have reached into tripple digit levels, so somthing is clearly broken on this one.

Overall if you want an amazing game I would stick with Naruto Shippuden: Clash of Ninja Revolution 2. The rendering issues with this sequal are just frustrating. With everything said at the price of $8.

You’ve got a strong and a weak attack that you can mix up for attack combos, and you can perform a basic throw. Incoming attacks can be blocked or dodged, and a well-timed dodge will trigger your substitution jutsu, which causes you to immediately appear on the other side of your opponent, giving you the drop on them.

You’ll build up chakra–the magical ninja energy that powers the fighters in the world of Naruto–as you both give and receive damage, and once you build up enough chakra, you can unleash one of your character’s special jutsu attacks–big, cinematic attacks that usually shave off a good portion of your opponent’s health.

There are 20 different characters in Clash of Ninja Revolution that you can unlock and play with, which is coincidental, as that’s how many different control schemes there are to choose from. OK, that’s a bit of hyperbole, but with five different control schemes, there are still a lot to choose from.

The default controls use the Wii Remote and the Nunchuk and have you waggling the control to perform weak attacks, and pressing the A button for strong attacks. There’s also an alternate control scheme for the remote-and-nunchuk setup.

The big difference is that rather than waggling the remote, you press down on the D pad to perform weak attacks. When you’re playing with either of these control schemes, there’s a little interactivity during your jutsu attacks.

You’ll be prompted at specific points to move the nunchuk and/or the remote in a specific fashion, and if done correctly your jutsu attack will do more damage. That the defending player can’t do anything here to mitigate damage makes this system unbalanced, and with the little diagrams it’s not always clear what kind of gesture you’re being prompted for.

If you’re short on Nunchuks, the game can be played with just the Wii Remote held sideways, which works surprisingly well, and the game also supports the Classic Controller and the GameCube controller Great for kids and huge Naruto fans howver!.

I like this game. This may be because I am a Naruto fan though, and I’ve seen the Japanese episodes, so I know the story line. See, the thing is that this game is mostly just a fighting game, which, although I like it, not everyone does.

I don’t believe there are any minigames on it. The gameplay is very nice for a fighting game. However, unlocking all the characters and stages takes quite a while. My tip for this is to buy mission mode and [SPOILER ALERT] Anko Mitarashi [End SPOILER] and use her combos and specials on the 10 mission mode for fast cash.

Naruto and his special works well here too. Story mode is like the other CoN titles in that it shows text, characters talking through the text, and a battle. Also, like the other games, there are two unnecessarily difficult fights at the end because the enemy has some kind of buff that makes them stronger.

And you have to win within the time limit, sometimes with a special, which made it really annoying. and you MUST do it on difficulty 2 or higher, or else you have to find what you didn’t do on that difficulty and do it again.

Another thing with the story is that it doesn’t make much sense unless you’ve seen the respective episode. The graphics were okay, not amazing, but not poor either. I like the amount of characters to pick from, however,[SPOLIER] because a few other characters that do not appear in the rescue gaara arc are in the game, i expect that next year, there will not be a new CoN game out.

Also, i wish I could use Sasori while he controls Kazekage or 100 puppets, but oh well. [/SPOILER] one thing is that you will usually fight.

This game is pretty decent if you can get the controls working properly. My wiimote is kind of weird so I can’t accurate swing it right, but if you can, then more power to you. The music is fantastic though; exclusively covers with some originals made for samba.

When you play this great music game, you will be instantly addicted. The track list is great, gameplay unique, and is a good party game; That is, if you play on ‘easy’ or ‘normal’ difficulty. Once you start progressing to halfway through the game, the songs become almost unplayable, all due to the controls being too unresponsive.

It seems the Wii Remote simply is not capable of fast movements without confusing itself and therefore making the second half of career mode an almost impossible feat. The problem is, to unlock a song, you must unlock it in career first.

This means that any song in ‘hard’ or especially ‘very hard’ mode is unlikely to ever become avaliable to play! It is good to see downloadable content come to the Wii, but I have no space left on my console’s memory left, so until next year, when Nintendo are releasing a much needed sd card solution, I have no place to store them.

Besides all of that, the menu structure, voiceovers, and overall presentation are very good. I also like how you can use two wii-remotes instead of the inefficient nunchuk/remote option. Every aspect of the game is great except for those dodgy controls on harder levels, which also cuts the track list in half.

The free maracas are pretty gimmicky and incredibly tiresome on your hands. I would give Samba de Amigo an 8/10, just managing four stars.

Since this game can be had for just a few bucks these days and you don’t really need actual maracas, its pretty fun with some good latin music. I wish they would give more than Yes/no choices. Really the graphics aren’t that good, but I don’t want to just say “no”.

They are typical for a Wii game.

I have been playing Mario Party games since the days of the Gamecube. I own just about every game that has came out under the Mario Party line. I would say the last game (Mario Party 9) was pretty lack luster, and Mario Party 10 puts the nail in the coffin.

Do not get me wrong. This game features a lot of well thought out mini games, and they can be very fun and challenging. However the game as a whole does not feel like you have much control over how you win.

The game often throws in “luck based” features, that can make the game seem extremely unfair at times. The game board that you play on is also very simplified and instead of racing around the board to gain more stars you move as a group.

Overall the mini games are great as always, and your friends will have fun playing them. However the luck based factor of this game really leaves you not wanting to pick up this game again. I really hope Nintendo fixes these problems in their next installment.

Mario Party has always been one of the best games around, an easy way to have fun. As a party game obviously playing with others is the best part of it, but it manages to be fun even against the computer.

The 10th version doesn’t have the charm of some of the earlier ones, but it still provides a good deal of enjoyment. If you own one of the older ones though, this one doesn’t necessarily offer that much difference to make it worth a full price purchase.

But for people who are big fans of the series, it lives up to those expectations. Donkey Kong is back, which is nice. For those who don’t know, you go around a board against 3 other players, with various minigames along the way.

While its fun I’d still rather play one of the first couple versions in the series. The new mode is Bowser Party, where a 5th player can control Bowser trying to defeat all four of the other players.

Its nothing earth shattering, but a nice little extra mode to have.

A new favorite. We’ve been playing this everyday (myself and my 8 yo niece. ) We usually play Wii Sports, Wii Sports Resort, and Wii Fit Plus Balance Games (super fun). There’s SO much to do. You can do the recommended events at each resort, or go in any order you want as you find the event sims throughout the resort.

Once you get a certain amount of stamps, you can just go to the activity screen and choose whichever event. You can also find the treasure chests(7 at each resort), find each photo booth (7 at each resort), do the events in or out of order, or just ride around in the various vehicles allowed at each resort.

There’s also the Villa Grounds, which you can decorate yourself. You can have a dog companion and up to 2 companions in the game (on 2 player, each can have one). It’s a great game and has more to do than any of the other games.

If you like skate boarding or rollerblading, the City Resort is one big skate park!.

So many cool and fun things to do in the game for all ages I love, love, love this game! I keep telling all of my friends and family. Its worth the money because there are 4 resorts in the game with like 20-25 different things to do in each of the resorts.

The graphics are amazing! You get to travel around to all of the resorts on very cool modes of transportation that you controllike snowmobiles, roller blades, skis, jet skis, horses, canoes, tubes, trucks, cars, 4 wheelers, etc.

You get pets, log cabins that you can decorate. You can earn clothes to change into. There is a Marine Resort, Mountain Resort, City Resort, and a Winter resort. This is better than all of the other games out there.

Definitely my favorite! It feels like I am on vacation.

This game is the best. You get to roam around four different resorts and explore them. There are fifty different sports and activities to try. You can even decorate your own villa! I played this game on the Wii and my only problems were the controls, but the controls are great on the Switch.

You can customize an avatar or play as a Mii and the soundtrack bops. What a fantastic game.

Honestly my 4yrs old loves this game, he loves mini golf and this is just right some of the levels are really tricky but the easier levels are great fun. Dinosaur course and fairytale land something for everyone even has little mini games if your ball goes into certain areas.

My 8 yr old and 12 yr old both LOVE this game. We often have a house full of neighborhood kids and everyone always enjoys playing this game. My husband and I also enjoy playing mini-golf with the kids.

It is definately a favorite!! This game can be enjoyed as single player, single player vs. the computer (a. k. a. – Barker) or multi-player (up to four). Obviously you play mini-golf. Each course has three holes and there are multiple courses, each with a theme.

There are several ‘skill’ shots available in which a hole-in-one is necessary to beat the hole. I disagree that only ‘luck’ is required when playing this game, there is a little skill involved. My kids have mastered most of the holes, but a few of them are still a little difficult for them.

Want to know the best way to shoot a hole? Play against Barker and he will show you!! As you play a course you collect coins for that course. You can then spend your coins in a store and obtain different outfits, putters, balls, etc.

As I mentioned above, each course has it’s own theme, so as one would expect the items for purchase with the coins won on the ‘fairytale’ course have a ‘fairytale’ theme. One would have to play many, many, many rounds of mini-golf in order to obtain every item that is available.

The kids really enjoy getting to change up their outfits and often have their person looking very, very silly. My daughter played this game as a 6-yr old and enjoyed it. I think a teenager could enjoy it if they were playing with their younger siblings, but it would probably not be the game of choice if they were playing Wii with other teenagers.

We do wish there were more unlockables, more courses and more challanges. We would definately recommend this to a friend. The kids are really hoping there will be a Mini-golf 2 someday soon.

I bought this game strictly to have fun with my family and grandchildren. It is not for the serious gamer or golfer. The antics and reactions of the avatars you create are one of the surprizing features of the game.

Although limited, they add an unexpected dimension. I recommend adult involvement in the game simply to guide younger children both in successful play and in proper perspective of the character behaviors.

While okay for this game environment, ‘razzing’ your opponents can be taken the wrong way in real life situations. Regarding game play, the controls take a little time to master and can be frustrating to the ‘hardcore’ gamer; however, in context of ‘having fun’ it is successful in that your actions do not consistently bring about the same result and that can lead to some hilarious consequences.

Each minigolf course has 3 holes with interactive elements unique to its environment. Learning how to manuever thru the course and access the bonus features increases your potential to earn points redeemable for Avatar clothing and accessories.

As always the greatest pleasure for me as an adult is to watch the reaction of a child as they encounter the hazards and succeed or fail in their attempts to master the course. I marvel at how they develop their own method of playing the game in order to reach their goal.

Great classic from the original Wii. Sure, it came bundled in some retail stores as the Wii Play bundle, but that doesn’t make the games it does offer any less entertaining. My girlfriend and I have our Wii U attached to a 720P projector displaying on a 120″ screen, so the more involving Wii games are pretty intense.

With this game, however, since nothing really requires major movements, we play more for the experience. We like all the minigames and their challenges, but most notable to us are the neon air-hockey type game, the duck hunt clone, the tank game, and the 9-Ball game.

– Neon hockey on a projector screen that takes up almost the entire wall of your condo’s living room is super intense at night. Watching the puck go back and forth across the wall is an experience I can best describe as hypnotising.

It’s a game that’s great with friends, and even more awesome when there’s substances involved (alcohol, etc). – Duck hunt. it’s duck hunt with two players. Think about it. You always wanted it when you were a kid.

It’s fantastic, just as good as you had hoped. – Tank game – cute little war game between you and your ally, and the enemy. Enemies get progressively better weapons/faster/smarter. see how many you can kill before you both die (single player has lives, 2-player is round-based survival.

if you both die in a single round, it’s game over) – 9-Ball. this is probably the best game for teaching someone the basics on playing 9-Ball. My girlfriend and I used to go play pool together, and she’s really not that creat.

I can tell her all day long what to look for and how to judge angles and distance, but I can’t see through her eyes to tell her if she’s looking at what I’m telling her. With this game, we’re both looking at the same thing, we can envision the angles, we work on stroke, power, and english.

This is the pool equivalent of Wii Sports’ bowling. They really should be bundled together on a single disc, along with a pinball game for that true bowling alley feel. Hah! Seriously though, 9-Ball on this game rocks! There’s some other games, which are all pretty fun, like this puzzle-bubble game.

Basically, your Mii has to take the shape of the silhouette in the bubble. The interesting thing is that there are three shapes, and it requires you to ROTATE your Wiimote. This is one of the only games I’ve seen that takes advantage of the accelerometer in such a way to sense if you’re holding it rightside-up or upside-down.

You have to not only get your character in the right shape, and then position them over the bubble, but you have to have them oriented the right direction by rotating. Couple that with a 2nd player, and a progressively more abundant downpour of bubbles, and you have a fast-paced frenzy that’s fantastically frantic fun! There’s a fishing game; it’s fun.

Could be more to it, but it’s timed. The timer takes away from the game for me, because I actually like to take my time fishing, not with a timer. Table Tennis is fun, albeit awkward for the person on the far side of the table.

It’s hard to judge distance of the ball when you’re on the opposite end, so you miss occasionally. There’s a racing-type game with a timer that guarantees you’ll never cross a finish line Those are the ones I can remember.

I think I missed two or three. They were all fun, but the ones above are the most notable. If you’re looking for a fun Wii Game, get it for under $10, it’s well worth the money!.

Was it one of the best games, ever, to have purchased in the time of all Wii console games? No. But, was it fun? Yes, for a bit. The kids really liked the aspect of playing the games, competing against each other’s scores, and working together on a few of the challenges.

The problem, however, stems from the fact that there are only about 9 good games. This can become old extremely fast, which usually leaves kids wanting more types of games like this, with more features.

At the time, in 2007, this was one of the bigger ‘bundle games’ out there; but today, in 2012-2013, you can purchase far more complex game bundles that included well over 50, 100, and even 200+ games for the same price.

Game Play: Decent. Models were to be expected for 2007, simplified, easy to use and understand. Rule-sets were easy to follow, as even my young children were able to master most of the games without problem.

Control: A bit clunky in a few of the games, especially table tennis. IN many ways, it made that particular game quite unplayable. But, pool and shooting were fun, every intuitive designs. In all, if you want a good bundle, but not a great bundle, one where you can play in a small group with people, and compete, this probably would last a few rounds.

Party popper it is not, but hey, everyone has to start somewhere.

The games are intended to brush up your skills in using your controller so you work your way through them in order and should, after youve played all the games, have a better understanding of what you can do to improve your skills.

Some of the games are quite entertaining, others not so much. I found the shooting gallery quite addictive!.
