I preordered this game before it launched. I got the Savini Jason. When your playing this game, as a Jason, naturally its time to clap some cheeks. The issues with this game occured more so after the lawsuit they faced.

People troll, lobbied up people giving out random players locations to win, people found ways to cheat the game, cheat the system by sitting in glitches the whole 20 minute match. They took away the dedicated servers so now if the host quits the game the whole lobby closes.

Its annoying we still have bugs, glitches, problems, etc. When I play and I am in the zone, peeps will close a lobby because they died, the way they died, trash talk you to death, assult you verbally, etc.

It is overall a very good game if they continue the upkeep for it. They had another in the works but ended up getting hit with another lawsuit if they continued, which sucks. This game is best played with 8 friends you know or LFG lobbies instead of multiplayer lobbies.

I have heard about the Friday the 13th game since back when it was first announced. When they finally released a Switch version, I had to pick it up. The majority of the game is online. There is a single player campaign where you play as Jason in scenarios with objectives (kill the counselors without being seen, throw someone into the fire, etc) and you can replay them over and over to try to complete all of the achievements and earn points you can use to unlock new costumes, weapons and skills.

Just note. there is no single-player experience where you can play offline as a counselor. You are strictly stuck with Jason. The development team has stated that getting the AI correct for Jason was impossible and would have made the game feel broken, so they stuck to only giving you control of Jason.

However, online is a completely different story! You can join lobbies or get randomly paired into a lobby for a quick match. Only one person will be assigned Jason and the rest are counselors. I honestly don’t know who I prefer to play as more online as both Jason and the counselors have their own sets of skills and gameplay styles.

As a counselor, you can choose to work together or try to play on your own. There is voice chat so you can talk to others and try to form strategies. sometimes you need to get gas and find the car keys so you can start the car and escape with your friends.

You may also choose to radio for the police and try to survive until they arrive. All of these options make the counselor fun and then being hunted by Jason adds terror the entire time. you never know where he will pop up! All in all, I bought this game for $20 and then used a $5 reward, so I ended up paying $15 and feel it’s well worth it! If you are on the fence, hold off on a good sale as I think you’ll be in for a real treat!.

I could probably come up a lot of adjectives to describe Friday the 13th, but Ill settle for just one: BROKEN. It is indisputably the most buggy game Ive played in years. Since it was released last year, Gun Media developers have attempted to patch the game with updates addressing an array of game-breaking bugs.

Among these include glitches that let players teleport to the rooftops, get pinned underneath piers, and murder your own teammates, the latter which led to widespread griefing. If you play as Jason, expect just as much frustration.

In the middle of a match playing as Jason, my buttons completely quit working other than the joystick, so I could only play hide and seek with everyone instead of murder them. When Jason actually does work, chances are good youll kill a counselor and their body will turn into a ragdoll and rocket into the air because their physics engine is a joke.

Staying connected to a match is more than a challenge. The servers do not attempt to find another host from the available connections when a host leaves the game (unlike most other multiplayer games).

Your game will end abruptly and youll lose all the XP you worked hard to acquire. This happens very, very often. Even without the outstanding bugs, there are some frustrating gameplay mechanics that could be better.

Hiding from Jason is useless since he has the ability to see buildings where people are hiding and if it isnt a huge lodge he will easily find you. If its a tent or outhouse then youre screwed. When it works its a fun game that keeps the adrenaline pumping.

The developers have promised a single player update later this summer but since its nearly an entire year later Im thinking thats still in alpha (I dont think its ever going to be released). As it stands this is not a $40 title (current price at most retailers) and is probably worth $20 tops.

The graphics are not really that good for a game released in 2017. Gun Media has been aware of bounding box glitches for most of the games retail lifespan but as a counselor it is still (as of Feb 2018) possible to climb on top of bookshelves and rafters out of Jasons reach.

They seem to fix one thing and break three other things. If you can withstand some occasional frustration, this can be a fun game.

Mario Kart 8 is basically Mario Kart Wii with prettier graphics and more tracks. Other than that, it did not evolve much. I really enjoyed the Wii game but this one was more of the same old or same old.

I also am amazed that they still do not have a system whereby friends can play and communicate with each other like in Playstation 4 and 5. Part of the fun in multiplayer is in the communication. As it is, this game was underwhelming.

Don’t get me wrong. It is fun. For a while. Playstation has multiplayer done better and I find myself not playing this game much as there are so much more multiplayer games on Playstation (also require paid membership).

Nintendo’s basic paid membership is about twenty bucks for a year but it is barebones. They really need to up their game and improve their multiplayer aspect such as communication. I only recommend this to those who did not have the opportunity to play the Wii version that came before years ago.

what is a great game that I got to be able to play it reminds me when I used to play – on the Nintendo game cube and once again Mario and his fellow characters don’t let me down when it comes to these games.

This recent game brought back a lot of old memories I do love that style the tracks and I love the way the characters are interacting ciao there I love the drifting and the speed that the car is it going or should I say the vehicles are going.

The one thing that I want to bring up that was very interesting was that they use three different vehicles so there was motorcycles, cars like like the Stan and Mario kart and also ATVs so that was very interesting that they use that.

I got to be able to change it up also creating my own personal player and being able to unlock all the characters that aren’t part of the Martin but are under that it’s under contract so being able to play cards like play characters like link and characters from Splatoon as well as other characters it was interesting.

The other plus for this which is another thing why I’m gonna bump this to giving it five stars is definitely the online play enable to play with people all around the world and even though I’m not winning as much as I would want to it’s still so amazing how I can be able to communicate and talk with people all around the world that’s a great bonus right there.

I would recommend this for anyone else who would like to pay this on the Nintendo switch and if they haven’t already definitely play with all at least one other person feel like take full of vantage of everything else came first offer and also to be I’ll make sure you try the online plays well too.

Coming from the Nintendo Wii’s Mario Kart 7, the game is graphically stunning, and there are a variety of new, exciting, and gorgeous tracks with plenty of shortcuts. There are some classic tracks as well as newer ones.

There are many options to customize your vehicle (e. g. , parachute, wheels). Vehicle customization affects the acceleration, weight, handling, traction, and speed of the vehicle. All of the characters come unlocked, but you can unlock vehicles, parachutes, and wheels by collecting coins throughout the game.

Interestingly, there is 200cc, which speeds up the track, so breaking technique is involved. Gameplay: I immediately noticed that MK8D requires a lot of drifting, which is different from MK7 Wii, where drifting is optional.

I found it to be more easy to get bumped off the track by heavier players. Unfortunately, some of the boost items (the golden mushroom and star) give you less speed than they used to. The benefit to the star in MK8D is its invincibility, which is a great advantage considering that players can hold up to two items.

The green turtles are much more likely to hit you, are much faster, and can bounce off walls. Getting a coin in first place is often frustrating as it is not a defensive item; however, collecting coins increase your speed.

Why I Stopped Playing: The item balance is terrible. Even though Nintendo added cool, new items, such as the fire flower, boomerang, ghost, piranha plant, super horn, and the crazy eight, the item balance made the game unbearable for me.

Not only can players hold two items but green turtles are faster and have better aim; there are fireballs that can bounce off walls and hit you; the boomerangs can hit you when thrown forward or when it comes back to the player; and you can get hit by a blue shell traveling on the ground.

There are not always warnings for these items either; they can come out of nowhere. The game would be perfect if Nintendo rebalanced the items.

I got this because I thought it would be an easy game my kids could play on their own. Instead I am hand holding them through the whole thing because it is so clunky/borderline broken. You have to dip to start flying, you can’t just fly at the height the game puts you at.

Why? I don’t know and nothing in the game tells you this. There is an island that is 70% covered by trees and fog and filled with invisible holes. I never found a way to make the fog go away so the whole island was just blindly falling down holes until you stumbled through.

There is one island where the key to solving a puzzle is falling off a cliff. In every other part of the game it is impossible to fall off cliffs but in this one place you need to and nothing signals that you can.

I have all of the upgrade materials for the sword but never found the basic sword itself. Combat is slow and hit detection almost seems random. Nitpicky? Especially for a movie tie-in? Maybe, but this is supposed to be a game for kids and I’m struggling to figure out how to do things with decades of video game experience.

Don’t know why the reviews are okay, maybe the switch port is particularly bad? Also, as others have noted, it is short.

This was a relatively inexpensive game and my son enjoys the How to Train Your Dragon series, so I thought that this would be a good purchase. Unlike the previous How to Train Your Dragon videogame on the Wii, and as the title suggests, this does not largely feature the familiar characters of the movies.

Hiccup, Toothless, Astrid and Stormfly make their occasional appearance to help you obtain items through trade, but this is not their adventure. Regardless, my son is infatuated with this game. I would note that this game is not particularly difficult; the puzzles and fight sequences/attacks are geared to a younger audience.

It is not a particularly long game, but, again, it is fine for the younger set, say grades 1-4. I was initially making this a 3-star review, but because my son enjoys it, 4-stars is more appropriate as that age group is who will play this game.

Honestlywe just wanted a How to train your dragon game for our 6-year-old son who was just wishing for one. I was afraid it would be too hard, but honestly its been great. Sometimes he needs help but its quite simple, yet creative.

The world is pretty and open. He was very excited when he found out he could fly on the dragon. So we are pretty happy.

Madden needs challengers to keep them on their toes. Theyve gotten lazy and complacent. Put new lipstick on the same ole pig year after year. Maybe fix some bugs like crashes, draft classes not importing, random crazy glitches in game play, and game ignoring settings like penalties and interceptikns evwn when theyre turned down.

Its crazy you pay $60 a yesr for basically a new rookie class and get the same game.

John Madden tribute. I can’t believe EA thought this game was good enough for John. Sure, the animations and graphics seem great but, it’s the same game as always with an updated roster. MUT is the same with very few differences.

The player models on the field are a joke. All the players’ figures and shoulder pads look rediculous, especially the lineman. Absolutely need 2K to revive NFL football.

I always buy with the preorder bonus. This year was better getting a gift card with it and tribute to Madden. Couple things I don’t like, are the Players graphics very unrealistic EA went backwards here.

The game loading always goes to a screen to get into the PS+ stuff, I always have to click ‘O’ to exit from it. I don’t have PS+ or play online. I play a little MUT, but mostly I play offline Franchise.

Cant write a true completely accurate review @ this time due to this was a Christmas gift I bought for my son an until he plays it I wont know how to rate it till Christmas. It was shipped quickly an packaged nicely in its original box so I was happy with that.

I did take it out of the box to @ least make sure their was 1 game 2 dongles an 2 guitars. There was only 1 guitar strap so it was missing the one for the other guitar I will need to purchase other than that Im happy with my purchase an hope that it works an sounds great when my son opens it on Christmas.

Will have to say I was surprised by this game. Being a long time player of the guitar hero games and mastering them to a high level I thought this was going to be a breeze. I was wrong. The 6 button layout is rather deep allowing complex chords at higher difficulties and the overall game play is fun and adds a new dimension to the genre.

I thought i wasn’t going to like the realistic visuals approach but this didn’t matter in the end as the actual story mode this is used in is really short and can be completed in a few hours. The GHTV mode is where I have had the most fun as playing the random collection of songs was keeping me entertained and has a much larger selection of music which is going to be added to over time.

The only problem with this mode is its free-to-play model. Where you need to earn coins to buy plays to play the songs you want otherwise you have to wait for them in rotation. This may sound horrible but its not too bad in the beginning as plays are easy to earn as your low levels increase.

But after about level 10 you will have to rely on the coins to be able to get your plays. Overall I enjoyed the game and if they keep adding new music to GHTV to play whilst earning coins to play the songs you want, this model isn’t too bad.

I would recommend this to anyone looking to play a new guitar hero game, but if your all about playing the same songs over and over to increase your score and go for perfect runs it might not be the title for you.

The game itself steps away from previous versions with almost every aspect of the games but it still provides a really fun experience. There is no longer 5 buttons side by side, instead there are three buttons side by side which are each split into to separate buttons depending on what note your playing you may need to press one or the other or both.

(Pressing both at speed can be rather challenging). Despite the fact that Activision chose not to carry your previous DLC from the old games over, they have essentially given you all future DLC for this game for free through the Guitar hero TV.

You can play random songs on GHTV continuously to earn play points which let you choose the GHTV songs you want to play. Of course there is also a selections of songs you can play offline and currently I’d say they trump the RB4 setlist.

Although they are now entirely different ways to play and although the new guitar forces you to ditch your old instruments for this game It does mean that each game has its own individuality. So when I’m playing RB4 and I think I feel like playing GH LIve it’s not like I’m just playing the same game.

Overall I feel that Activision and freestylegames have done an excellent job of the game and hope other people think the same so that they can continue this style of game play.

I remember playing this game with my uncle when I was youngling. It was the best time playing as characters that were taken from the TV show I watched at that age (Batman:The animated series). It is really amazing that I found this game and could reconnect with that memory.

My son is four and this game should be for at least seven plus years old. There is only fighting in this game. The age rating is not appropriate. How ever for me (35 years old) this is a good game. The age rating on the cover of this game is 3+.

THIS GAME IS JUST HORRIBLE, POSSIBLY THE WORST BATMAN GAME EVER MADE BESIDES BATMAN DARK TOMMORROW. IT IS ONE OF THOSE GAMES WHERE YOU HAVE THE SAME OBJECTIVE IN EVERY LEVEL. IN THIS GAME ITS BEAT UP THE BAD GUYS, SAVE THE HOSTAGES, THEN FIGHT THE VILLIAN AND ONCE YOU HAVE BEATEN THE GAME YOU CAN NOT REPLAY THE LEVELS AGAIN YOU HAVE TO START RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING.

A REAL DISSAPPOINTMENT BECAUSE I LOVED BATMAN VENGEANCE. THIS GAME IS FOR FIVE YEAR OLDS AND I WON`T BE SUPRISED IF THEY DON`T EVEN LIKE IT.

This is a very decent entry into the Batman Arkham game series. While sometimes the combos don’t work or skins won’t load, it has a good story and the difficult but compelling gameplay makes up for what it lacks.

I have no purchased any of the Add Ons for this game. I’m old school and believe a game should be loaded with everything needed for the game, so I don’t waste my money on the little extras. However, this game doesn’t need the little extras.

As an ‘open world game,’ you can go from spot to spot as you like without directly having to tackle the challenges required to push forward through the storyline. There are flaws to this. Some buildings can’t be scaled, most can’t be entered, and there are areas that you can’t access beyond a certain point.

Even with the map, it’s pretty easy to get turned around and thrown off course. I would have enjoyed the Batman storyline and the Catwoman storyline being able to be played separately instead of having my game interrupted by Catwoman when I’m making progress.

Still, the game is highly addictive, sometimes frustrating, and pretty fun.

I own this game on ps3, ps4 and wii u. I find this to be the superior version. The graphics are great and all the DLC is included on the disc. This version also makes good use of the gamepad, letting you choose you items faster and saving you time having the map available.

As far as I know the ps4 version was an express port, there’s some comparison videos as to why this version is better. As for the game itself, you play as batman, inside a prison city where the joker and some classic villians are plotting to infect the world.

The joker infects batman to make sure he fights for the cure, because joker is sick as well. The game has very unique gameplay, its basically a batman simulator. The fighting sequences work as a 3D beat-em’-up, while the difficult areas are better left off for stealth.

There’s also a lot of stuff to collect and a lot of side missions that unlock cool story bits to develop the extra villians, but they help you level up to defeat the main dtoey about joker. This game is a classic, and a must have.

Within the game you have the opportunity to perform Augmented Reality Training to get skill boosts. They are seriously harder than most of the main missions in the game! You do feel a great sense of accomplishment fulfilling them and I am really impressed with this game overall.

Really stepping up the difficulty from Asylum. I like the side mission options and the more open world experience alot but dang, not for newbies! If you want a serious challenge and a thrilling plot this is a great choice.

The game is packed with great Batman characters, details and history. Prepare for a “deep dive” with Arkham City and it will not disappoint!.

So the game was okay, but the issue is I got it originally thinking I could play with my friends. But due to me having a ps4 and them having a Nintendo switch mini we can’t play together. The graphic are good and plays well.

But i would be happier if I could cross play with other systems. I would definitely recommend the game, but if you want to play with friends make sure that you have the same system.

My nephews got this for Christmas on their PS3 and asked me to come play. Up until then, I’d seen this game on the shelves, but had no interest in it (I blame the logo – I don’t know what it was about it that seemed lackluster).

AFTER playing it with them, I was immediately checking where I could get it, which was difficult following Christmas. I was able to secure this copy and have been playing with them online or at their house several times a week since then.

A note about online play – PS4 requires use of Playstation Plus, which I had no interest in. I signed up for a 2-week trial while I searched for the PS3 version of the game because PS3 doesn’t require any paid service for online play.

Either way, though, I was able to play with my nephews as the game supports cross-platform play – you can have a mix of PS4 and PS3 players all on the same online game. When playing by myself, I prefer the PS4 version.

When playing with others, I just upload my character and my map to the cloud (a Terraria feature), then download them onto the PS3 (mine for online or others’ for local play). I wrap up our games by uploading my character and map back to the cloud so that I can get that progress downloaded onto my PS4.

This game is awesome and everything about it makes for really fun multiplayer, whether local (my preference) or online. There’s tons to explore and do, along with loads of different tools, tactics, and adventures.

I highly, highly recommend this game.

After seeing friends of mine laugh and have a blast while playing Terraria, I decided to purchase this game because it seemed like I was missing out on all the fun. Fortunately, I made a great decision, a decision that was worth every penny.

For someone who enjoys playing games that involve exploring and creativity, this game fits these two things/interests perfectly. I loved being able to roam around finding resources in order to make weapons such as the Excalibur.

The multiplayer experience was incredible, I was able to play online with smooth gameplay without having someone’s connectivity status interrupt or cause the game to lag. However, what I did not like so much is that other players can come into your world, take your stuff and leave with the items.

But the overall the positives, such as the free roam experience, greatly overshadow the smallest of problems and worries such as the one previously stated. If you are into games that involve extensive exploring and creativity, I would strongly recommend you to try out this game.

Everything about this game is smooth. Combat and traversal make progressing through levels a joy as you slash down everything in your path. Enough alternate paths to to keep runs feeling fresh after many hours.

Permanent upgrades and weapon unlocks help create a nice sense of progression with each run, win or lose. All in all a fun and challenging experience.

Just an excellent platformer and slash-em-up. Many unlockables, including permanent upgrades. A great variety of monsters and biomes, with multiple difficulty levels to unlock – some enemies only appear at higher difficulties.

Been playing since Steam early access and have seen the devs put in a lot of work refining the game, both before and after release. It’s a steal at this price, a great addition to any Switch. (I’ve owned this on multiple platforms for ages – this copy was for a friend).

The game is good and it all came quickly in one piece. That being said, considering that it says very good quality on the description, the box is a bit tattered. Looking back I should’ve checked the pictures but I didn’t think to do it for a current gen console.

Overall though it’s a good game for a good price. The scratches at the bottom are the ones that irritate me, because my fingers are in constant contact with them.

Last version for 360. Save your money and get 2k17. I’ve tried every year 12-18. 2k12 is great for Jordan and dream team. 2k13-18 are basically the same. 2k13 has a great soundtrack, stay away from 2k16.

I’m writing this review as part of a contest. NBA 2K18 looks as polished as ever. The cinematic are a bit cheesy as they over indulge into that piece of the game, but you can tell they will continue to refine this and make it more authentic over the years.

Its cheesy, but its enjoyable. The graphics are as good as ever and the mechanics feel very sound. I’d say most notably the physics of how the players move feels much more fluid than it did in NBA2K17.

I’ll be pouring hundreds of hours into this one. This is the best NBA 2K yet.

I don’t have PlayStation plus. It is very difficult to play a lot of games and get a full experience because of it. I was worried I couldn’t play MYPlayer, but I still can, and I can still interact with the other players on my street.

I still can’t play multiplayer pro-am matches, so I will have to get plus eventually, but the amount you can play without paying an extra cent is astounding. That aside, I have one problem. KEMBA WALKER CAN MAKE UNCONTESTED 3 POINTERS IN REAL LIFE SO WHAT’S THE DEAL!?.

I’ve been playing the Assassins Creed series from the beginning, only having missed the “Rogue” entry being on last gen systems. Up until this point Revelations and Black Flag had been my favorite installments with fantastic storytelling and intriguing gameplay mechanics.

When I booted up Origins, the first reaction I had was wow there is a overwhelming amount to do in this game. The sprawling map has been separated into different “provinces” that all have an RPG like character level suggestion.

It allows the player to choose their own direction along with a great risk/reward aspect in adventuring to secret tombs, hidden animal lairs and taking on enemies that are a higher level than you. So far after about 16 hours in the story has felt like a slow drip of information getting you to care more about the characters (main story and side quests) then the overarching narrative.

I look forward to seeing where they take the present day storyline at the later stages of the game. As with some previous Assassins Creed games I’ve seen lots of comments and reviews mentioning bugs and glitches.

Thankfully I’ve been fortunate, playing on my PS4 Pro, and haven’t had any game breaking bugs, or crashes. The largest extent has been some slow-down and frame rate hiccups during cutscenes. Gameplay itself has been smooth and excellent.

The heavier elements of RPG and Loot based gear has been an absolute joy for me being a big fan of the Borderlands and Destiny franchises. Now granted, the loot in this game isn’t on the same level as those mentioned, but hopefully it’s a reward system they decide to continue with in future games.

Also the expansive skill tree has been a delight, really allowing you to tailor Bayek into the style of assassin you enjoy playing as. Seeing an enemy Fort and being able to tackle it any way you want with your diverse skill-set has never felt better in the series.

Lastly the new combat system. It’s slower, more brutal and definitely more “janky” then it has been in previous games, but I’ve actually appreciated the change. It makes fighting certain enemies and “bosses” feel more like a Dark Souls game then a “QTE” choreographed dance from this action genre.

After a few hours once you start to get the hang of the different weapon classes and new abilities, you’ll enjoy taking down each Phylake bounty hunter you encounter. At the end of the day if you haven’t been a fan of the Assassins Creed franchise in the past, this might actually be the best one to dip your toe in and try.

There are certainly better true RPG’s on the market right now but Ubisoft has done an amazing job taking great pieces from multiple genres and creating a wholly unique and engaging open world game. The setting, characters, side quests and atmosphere are all top notch, and I’ll be spending hours upon hours in this virtual desert for the foreseeable future.

AC: Origins takes the familiar Assassin’s Creed formula and changes it up pretty dramatically. It was probably time for some fresh ideas to hit the series and that’s exactly what Ubisoft brought with this entry, adding more RPG elements and changing up how combat works.

You now have a leveling system that you use to progress to higher level missions and foes along the way and will be changing out gear for more rare/higher level equipment throughout your journey through Egypt.

This encourages more experimentation with the large assortment of options at your disposal and offers more choices for you to make about your load-outs going into varying combat scenarios. Speaking of combat, it’s more active now and you will find yourself not being able to rely on the counter/quick assassination kills combat found in previous games.

You’ll be forced to change up your tactics and deal with multiple enemies at once both ranged and in melee combat. The game has a large skill tree of abilities to unlock to help you deal with these situations better as you level up.

The story is pretty good; I wouldn’t say it’s anything too great, but it tells a decent revenge story and has a likable protagonist in Bayek (perhaps the first since Ezio in the older AC games). The biggest character of the game would be the setting itself.

Egypt is beautiful to explore: whether you find yourself along the banks of the Nile river, in the sweltering deserts, or lost in its sprawling cities, AC: Origins depicts the scale and culture of Egypt brilliantly.

Make sure to visit the pyramids! The game looks gorgeous and runs well on a PS4 Pro as well. Perhaps the biggest flaw with the game is the lack of interesting side content. I found there to be too many meaningless/uninteresting side objectives and it makes the game feel a little bloated.

I always appreciate quality over quantity, and as with most Ubisoft games, I would say they kill you with quantity. There’s certainly over 100 hours worth of things to do, if you value a game in that way; I just wish it were tighter and more focused at doing some things really well instead.

It can seem a bit overwhelming, but you’ll find yourself able to get lost in this world as well if you so desire. Overall, it’s a great game with room for improvement. It definitely benefited from a longer development cycle and some time away.

If you’e feeling open world fatigue, this isn’t the game for you, but otherwise it’s worth your time.

This is the best Assassins Creed game I’ve played in a long while. The visuals are stunning, the map is huge, and they really have created a great world this time. They really should stick with the two year release time lines.

The story is pretty good, though there is so much to do I’ve sometimes had a hard time remembering what I’m doing a quest for. They have done away with being able to go wherever you want, in Origins the map is divided into zones.

Each zone has recommended levels. If you are level 5 and you walk into a level 20 zone, you are going to get destroyed, no matter how well you’ve mastered the fighting mechanics. Likewise, if you are level 20 and you go back to a level 5 zone, you are going to feel like a god.

To add in some good measure in some zones they have added in Phylakes which are high level bounty hunters looking just for you. They add in a challenge when you think there is non and makes you always have to be aware of your surroundings.

The combat is also different, instead of just endlessly countering everything which is a breath of fresh air. There are tons of different weapons, bows, and gear to use now. And they have different levels so you do change them fairly often.

You have to charge your attack to break an enemies defense or shield. Gone are the days where if you’re surrounded by enemies will only one attack at a time.

The game is good in terms of graphics as I’m always loving the new chapters that they create and how much detail there is in the background. Though if you don’t have any friends that are playing the game with you, you can forget about trying to do any of the raids or nightfalls.

As you need a 3 or 6 person team to complete those activities. As raids can’t be one manned, and some nightfalls can be. but. not really. So you will miss out on those activities/achievements. It’s a good game, and there always trying to add new content.

But it can be expensive if you’re paying full price for each new DLC. So I generally wait for a sale, as it always goes on sale. Though it is also now apart of game pass. In the long run I’ve enjoyed it so far, as I’ve been playing since the beta.

But it’s frustrating trying to accomplish things, long term, especially with new games releasing and everyone switching over to play something else because they got tired of the grind of Destiny.

Destiny 2 is great shooter and a relatively tactical game when you get to end game content. If you wanna really experience it I suggest buying at least Beyond Light and Witch Queen expansions once you try it F2P (sadly you can’t play certain old content) You can also do the Vault of Glass raid(join D2 community Discord for LFG) without committing to buying first.

All 3 classes are fun and good, you will most likely play them all 3 eventually, start with which jump/class ability feels best for you. Pros: – Improves on mechanics from Destiny in almost every way – The open-world is now a fully-fleshed RPG, catering to any experience you’d like to explore Cons: – Endgame progression is still opaque and confusing – The new weapon categories and subclasses feel like a step back – Getting teamed with that one Guardian who never collects Crests in Crucible Supremacy.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a game that I continually went back to even after playing it so much until I started playing Destiny 2. Every class has its ups and downs but they are all incredibly fun to play.

There are so many different types of guns as well which are always fun to mess with. I love the story but it’s really up to you to decide if you’re into it or not. They are constantly releasing new content as well, this will always be my favorite game, especially when playing with friends.

It’s a cool game. Had to watch TONS of videos to really get the hang of everything, but otherwise it has good details in gameplay and quirks too. Like the harvester only will pick up the one type you are harvesting.

ei. , grass, vs hay, vs anything else. Each blade of grass it knows and counts it. Cows should be able to free graze. in different pastures as in real life home farms. There are massive ranches near me with 500+ cattle they let graze on their large pastures.

Not some feed lot tyle setups. Of course for larger equipment you need larger tractors. in DLC. still regular priced on PS. Lots of mods though that are just awesome. Limited on PS (than PC), but still better than DLC only.

Those hour long plus “helper ” missions are great income. I did a lot of those to get better tractors (not use the cheats available in game). You will mess up, as in RL, but that’s fine. get back to it.

Try all the things, lumber, cows, pigs, SELL SILAGE ROUND BAILs FOR GREAT(est) INCOME. (spoiler). Lol.

this game has changed for the best since FS15. the ability to slow down and speed up the time is excellent and allows you the time to harvest your fields easily or whizz through the night hours. there are many more vehicles and accessories to choose from and the option of buying and placing your own buildings, fences, seed supplies and fertilizer silos adds to the experience.

finally, all the other fields are owned and farmed by other farmers and you have the chance to harvest, cultivate, plow, and sow for them and get paid or purchase the field from them with the crop still on the field thus making money back once harvested.

the mods are an excellent addition. I have only one bad point about this game and that is that it is addictive and I seem to have a problem letting go of the controller long enough for my kids to have a go.

Farming Simulator 17 is the best of the series so far. No doubt next year will be even better. This is a very compelling and consuming game. A lot of new work choices and available crops and animals to farm.

Work your farm or work for other farmers to earn money to upgrade your equipment. You do start with a bank loan that has to be paid off. Very good graphics and attention to details. Highly addictive and time consuming.

While I didn’t understand the limited release of this game at the time I bought it, I see why Nintendo did this now that they’ve released the Nintendo Online Expansion Pack. That being said, I’m glad I bought this when I did because I’m not interested in the Expansion Pack.

This bundle includes arguably my favorite Mario game, Super Mario Galaxy, and a couple of Mario games I actually missed out on playing in my youth. I never owned an N64 or a GameCube, so I’m playing Super Mario 64 and Sunshine for the first time.

First impressions of them both: – Super Mario 64: if you’re after nostalgia and revisiting a classic game you grew up with, then I’m sure you’ll enjoy this. I forget if this has been touched up at all or just re-released as-is, but it’s clear that you’re playing a dated game.

At one point very early on, I got lost and didn’t know where to go and there was no clear direction. Thank goodness for online guides XD – Super Mario Sunshine: this game plays remarkably well on the modem Switch.

The FLUDD mechanics take some getting used to, and I’ve heard there are some very challenging tasks in this game, but I found myself enjoying this game as much as later Super Mario 3D games. I haven’t started Super Mario Galaxy yet, but I completed the original on the Wii, including collecting all the Purple Coins, so I’m looking forward to replaying this one and enjoying it all over again, with a few exceptions.

Super Mario 3D All Stars puts Super Mario 64 (Nintendo 64, 1996), Super Mario Sunshine (Nintendo GameCube, 2002), and Super Mario Galaxy (Nintendo Wii, 2007) together on one Nintendo Switch cartridge with some upgrades.

All of the games run at a higher resolution (64: 720p Docked and Handheld; Sunshine and Galaxy: 720p Handheld, 1080p Docked) and have been graphically updated a bit. Super Mario 64, while still running in a 4:3 aspect ratio, has smoother textures and it makes the game look overall cleaner while maintaining the look and feel of the original release.

Super Mario Sunshine, running in a 16:9 aspect ratio instead of the original’s 4:3, also has some higher resolution textures added and the game looks as if it could’ve been released as an early Wii U game.

The controls were slightly modified from the original release on the GameCube but still feel great. Super Mario Galaxy was by far the game that improved the most from this collection. The game’s controls have been reworked to better fit the Nintendo Switch.

You can now Spin by pressing Y instead of shaking your controller, but the option is still there is you want it. Motion controls have been removed in favor of Gyro Controls and in my person experience, they feel great to use.

And graphically, the updates make the game look on par with Super Mario Odyssey (Nintendo Switch, 2017). The game also includes the full soundtrack of all 3 games to listen to at any time from the main menu, with about 175 songs to choose from.

Now I do believe that the games could’ve been improved a little more, such as adding 16:9 support to Super Mario 64, but the games stand on their own as timeless classics. Oddly, Super Mario Galaxy 2 (Nintendo Wii, 2010) is missing from this collection along with Super Mario 64 DS (Nintendo DS, 2006) and Super Mario 3D Land (Nintendo 3DS, 2012), but that’s a story for another day.

This collection is a great starting point for anyone who hasn’t played a 3D Mario game or a great nostalgia trip for anyone who played these games when they were younger. Sadly, this collection will only be available until March 31, 2021, which is a huge drawback.

Nintendo deserves some criticism for the lack of effort put into updating Super Mario 64, and the complete lack of additional features, sure. But graphics and extras are not everything. What this collection lacks in updates, it more than makes up for in hours of fun.

This is three outstanding 3D Mario games for the price of one, with a few necessary tweaks to make them work on the Switch. My 5 year old son absolutely loves Super Mario Odyssey, so when he learned this game had three additional Mario games in it, he was extremely excited.

These games obviously play quite differently – as there is no Cappy mechanic, which he loves, and when you get a Star/Shine in these games, you are kicked out of the level and have to jump back in to start again.

This aspect has definitely not aged well, but it has not hindered his enjoyment of these games. He spends the least amount of time in SM64, as there is not enough guidance to show him where to go, and Nintendo did not update the camera controls, instead opting to have the right stick function as the N64 C-buttons, which is something my son just cannot get used to, and I don’t blame him.

Sunshine and Galaxy are a different story. My son loves the goofiness of Sunshine and playing around and exploring using the F. L. U. D. D. mechanic. He loves Galaxy for how amazing it looks, all the fun power-ups, and collecting star bits.

This collection doesn’t have much in terms of actually celebrating these games – just the games themselves are their accompanying soundtracks, which is very disappointing. But at the end of the day, I’m buying this to play and experience these games, and when you look at the games themselves, you just can’t beat this collection.

This game is very good. Good mechanics, fighting is satisfying and overall it’s a very well built game. But the one problem that makes this game so frustrating is the stupid announcer character, Nia.

Nia will not stop talking to you or stop giving advice on how to play the game. I’m told that there are ways to turn off Nia’s voice but since the settings menu isn’t automatically visible to an untrained player, you might as well not have it be an option at all.

Great game, horrible character. 7. 5/10.

Don’t get me wrong, pikachu libre is a cutie and the graphics are great. My main problem of Pokken Tournament, is it literally takes the formula of the naruto storm series and twist the formula for its’ taste.

Instead of just completely doing its’ own thing it ends up the weaker version with way less characters to play as and limited support characters. I don’t even know why it has the ‘ken Tournament in the name.

I will admit though, the design of the stages and how you have to buy cosmetic items does have a Tekken feel to it with a pokemon coating. Yet I think Super Smash Bros players will be able to appreciate this game more out of all the gaming demographics.

The amiibo support is here, but can be annoying seeing if you have a big collection of amiibo you can only use 5 a day. They just unlock random bonuses like gold, items, and titles. Your Shadow Mewtwo card is not counted towards that five count.

Which btw he plays similar to Algol from Soul Calibur and a wii u pro controller works perfectly fine. You don’t have to get that limited edition pokken controller that only works on this game. If you do couch co op then someone has to use the wii u pad, which is a great idea to free up the tv screen.

Online play is decent, but the story mode is pretty repetitive and not compelling. Other than that, nothing else you can really do. Depending on your interest in video games this game might be more of a value to you than to the overall general public when it comes to gaming.

Naru Storm fans might like this. Tekken fans are probably just going to pick up tekken tag team 2 for the wii u, waiting for the next main tekken or/and tekken x street fighter. Pokemon fans who are really only into the pokemon rpgs will be scratching their head wondering where is their home console pokemon rpg similar to pokemon stadium, colosseum, and battle revolution.

I have been looking forward to this game since the screenshots of Machamp and Lucario fighting were leaked YEARS ago. I can honestly say that it has definitely lived up to the HYPE. The game itself is just absolutely beautiful from the character designs, to the stages and arenas.

The fighting dynamic is so so welcoming that it can be picked up and played by gamers of all ages. The fighting system uses and interested setup similar to that of a rock paper scissors concept, except it is strikes, counters, and grabs.

The storyline is surprisingly good for a fighting games, and makes sense in the game setting. The roster is also very interesting, albeit a bit small. My belief is that Nintendo will do what it always does and release DLC Characters in an attempt to take whatever money is left in my bank account.

Long story short, if you love Pokemon, get this game. P. S. Don’t buy the pro controller if you don’t need to. The gamepad woks just as well and the “pro controller” has nothing Pokemon related on it which was quite the disappointment.

WRC9 is a good, fun, technical and challenging game. On the PS5 it looks fantastic and plays really nicely. The weather effects are incredible, and this game has the most use I’ve felt of the new controllers capabilities.

You can almost feel the road beneath your fingers. Visually it’s incredible. Playability wise, you can jump in and do a quick stage, or you can set up an entire career, including events, repairs, hire and fire your crew members, it’s really in-depth.

I’ve enjoyed playing this game so far and it looks like it will have a good amount of longevity as well.

Bought this as the reviews are generally great and I was growing tired of Dirt Rally 2. This is amazing. Rather than wasting hour after hour on Historic Rally careers on Dirt Rally you are thrown into real modern Rally.

Graphics great. Tracks/stages are brilliant, physics are superb and play via a force feedback wheel is amazing fun!!! Check out reviews on YouTube and buy. You wont be disappointed.

Theyve done a nice job squeezing this game onto the Switch. I play handheld only and the default controls are fine once you get used to them. Its the complete rally experience and theres no gating of content even if youre not very good.

Theres a full range of difficulties and adjustments so you can tailor the game to match your needs.

This game is not that hard to get into. The grafix are okay but the gameplay is super fun. I could not put it down. If your looking for a great game thats not to hard and not to complicated. This is your game.

Item was just as described. The game itself is awesome. Love this game. It’s graphics are awesome and gameplay is really easy to control.

Bought this for my grandson and he felt it was lacking in every way. The graphics and play-ability he felt was deficient. I’ll just have to take his word on it and pass that advice on.

I’m just going to get straight into the meat of the game and put my conclusion at the end. There are 3 gameplay modes: Campaign, Multiplayer, SnapMap. Campaign and Multiplayer are self explanatory. In SnapMap you can create your own maps and play maps others have created.

I’ll give an overview of the positives and negatives, mostly of the campaign mode. Positives: – fast paced action: constantly on the move, no aim down sights for most weapons, no reloading ammo, always sprinting, have to keep moving otherwise demons will overrun you – platforming is done right, it helps change the pace up and is fun – unique weapons each with 2 upgrade paths – secrets found through the levels (secrets include the ability to replay old Doom levels) – armor and runes upgrades which add more depth and abilities – codex which gives you lore and detailed information about the world and demons of Doom – story/setting is interesting and keeps you enticed the whole game moving you between Mars and HeII – campaign is long and took about 11 hours to beat (not including all the challenges and secrets to be found) – mission select – able to replay old missions and pick up missed collectibles and finish challenges – Multiplayer: lots of variety in skins, fast paced, can transform into a demon – SnapMap: has some amazing levels that people have created, easy to make your own level Negatives: – bugs that prevent some challenges from being completed and some trophies from popping up (played on most recent patch 1.

06) – lack of variety in demons – too fast paced for some (friends complained about making them dizzy) – indoor environments can sometimes become bland – Multiplayer: levels are bland, players are massive bullet sponges, unlocking skins is completely random – SnapMap: not enough variety in the pieces you can place, no outside environments If you played the original Doom, you will love this classic reboot.

If you haven’t played the original Doom, then you will be in for a very tasty treat. This game is oozing with personality. If you are even slightly interested in single player FPS games, then YOU MUST pick this game up.

I don’t even play FPS games anymore but this game just reignited my enthusiasm for the genre. The multiplayer is fun although there are many games out there that do a better job but the campaign mode is where it is at.

It will keep you hooked for days and even after you’re done, you will find yourself wanting to replay the game. It’s that good! If you have the time and money, then I suggest you invest in Doom, a game that will entertain you for many days.

DOOM changed gaming in the 90s with its fast paced and brutal first-person action. Since then shooters have reduced the pace and increased the filler. Even Doom 3 succumbed to the prevailing trends, slowing the movement speed and placing the player in claustrophobic environments with no more than a few enemies to challenge the player at once.

DOOM (2016) returns to the franchises roots and pushes it to the extreme that modern hardware has made possible. There is no button to sprint. Your character charges full speed ahead at all times. The game doesn’t dole out the enemies in small groups.

It throws down the gauntlet and unleashes the horde. From a bloodied Mars base to hellish landscapes the game takes the player to another place and time that shines visually and disturbs graphically.

The sound is spot on with the weapons thumping the bass and packing a punch. Not merely satisfied to revamp the classic gameplay there are added challenges that can be found within each level as well as upgrade options for your armor, stats, and weapons.

This game is a love letter to the early days of the first person shooter but it also manages to feel new. It demonstrates that the elements that made the FPS revolutionary in the 90s are still brilliant today.

This is a good time to be a FPS fan. There’s been a renaissance of sorts with current-gen where multiplayer used to come first, single player stories and fun second. The script has been flipped with the revivals of both Doom and Wolfenstein: the New Order.

(Heck, Wolfenstein has NO multiplayer at all, and is oh, so much better for it!) While Wolfenstein focused primarily on story-telling, Doom hits the ground with “fun first, and immediately” as its mantra, and, like Wolfenstein, is now one of the two FPS games I simply won’t entertain the idea of ever trading in.

Unlike Doom 3, which was met with mixed reviews, but undoubtedly agreed upon that it signified a change in the series, Doom goes back to what made the first two so great and so re-playable. Wave after wave of demons, mass firepower, ammo, health, and power ups galore, and the unapologetic feeling of glee of just plunging headfirst into battle.

Everything about Doom is just a throwback not only to greatness, but to an originator of the entire FPS genre, except where it matters: graphics, sound, and the mild improvements to gameplay that keeps a series moving forward.

It doesn’t make the same overall changes to Doom that Doom 3 tried to, making it feel like a different game altogether using a license to characters; no, it returns to its roots wholeheartedly, and in my opinion, is a much better game for it.

For lovers of the first two games, original levels are hidden in each new level, begging to be found and added to your collection to go back and play for nostalgia’s sake later. Don’t hesitate on this- and if you haven’t played Wolfenstein, order or pick that up from Best Buy, as well, along with its standalone, Old Blood.

The folks at id/ Bethesda have given us two absolutely FUN games to play that pack more freshness than the past decade of Call of Duty has. Support is needed to ensure we keep receiving these types of FPS that place emphasis on a single player experience that, at minimum, matches the fun of multiplayer.

With the announcement that id/ Bethesda is also reviving Quake, we can only hope it marks the full return of the 3 biggest players of FPS that I grew up with. After playing these first two, Quake will be a no-hesitation purchase, for sure.

Such a great game! Graphics are great! Game play is really smooth! Bike sounds could do with more work and the pro physics are questionable but till challenging and are an improvement on GP17

Good game. I just wish the game would allow you to see the map of the whole track while racing. Youll need to really learn the tracks to do well.

Noticeable upgrade in graphics and a more comprehensive track and bike selection. Game play leaves a lot to be desired although still adjusting to it. Overall I feel this shouldve been the starting point of RIDE not the third edition.

issues with loading the game at times, and the game freezes if you hit a button whilst it loads. the main thing is the game structure and how you are guided. over all i will say that i want my money back as the game feels like it was created for solo play for 5yr olds.

If your a bike rider and even if your not you will love this game. I miss riding my bike and this is the next best thing. Great graphics, cool bikes and so much fun.
