Package arrived on time. The hair is everything the texture and length. I applied the unit on and the lace gives a natural look it’s what I expected it to be beautiful.

I am very pleased with this wig. I wanted to try a crimped style wig and this wig looks amazingly good on me. Ladies if you are looking for a crimped style wig, give this one a try.

This is my first time ordering I live in Canada Ontario, the wig took 9 days to come ( a little over a week). It was long, loose curls and baby hair straight out the package. Fit perfectly fine on my head I fixed the straps to my liking.

Unit was 13×6 parting space, lace was light. Volume of the wig wasn’t the best compared to other sensationnel wigs, felt like a synthetic wig. The colour was burgundy wine however on my dark complexion it looked more red not burgundy.

If you’re not used to colour you won’t like that.

I can only give this unit 3 stars based on my own personal experience. I wanted to LOVE this unit, I paid enough for her lol. Pros – she is gorgeous and the color I had (flamboyage chocolate) made me pop; I also love the hairline; I got plenty of compliments while wearing her; and she is of a light enough density that I can get away with wearing her in the summertime; the curls on the top have held up, and I have had the wig since last September Cons – omg where do I start? The first time I put her on she tangled like crazy, and after that first wearing I was not able to completely remove all the tangles, so the second and third time I put her on it was a mess.

She is NOT big head friendly so I had to make major adjustments to get her to stay on my head. I’m hoping I may have just gotten one from a bad batch.

this hair is great it comes very soft and silky. not for everyday wear as it is synethetic so it will get tangled and matted. i find washing it with shampoo and conditioner helps with tangles then you comb it out and i personally like to trim the ends of it to prolong the wear.

the lace is kind off a beige color so some make up may need to be added and one of my wigs came with a bump on the top of the wig so i had to brush the hair then tie it down for a lil while to get rid of it.

The color is very pretty and flattering.

This is my new favorite wig. It looks very natural. I had to cut it some but I love the look. It is scratchy but if you have had braids before you will be use to it

First of all I understand I purchased this wig during the holiday season, however shipping timeframe on the company’s website estimates 2-9 days shipping, but I received my order 13 days after my order date.

I was only about to successfully contact the company 2 days after I placed my online order in which was a Thursday & they confirmed my order was received & said it will probably arrive mid to the end of the following week.

Where my order didn’t arrive that following week, I made several attempts to contact the company via phone & on Facebook to inquire about the status of my order, but I received a voicemail recording saying the nobody is available to take your call, leave a message & no reply to my Facebook post.

I even tired contacting the company during different times of the business day in case they were out to lunch & I accounted for the time zone difference because they are located in CA & I live in MO.

I never received any contact from the company until I received an email once my order was already delivered. Before ordering this wig I used the guidelines to properly measure my head size, which I knew my head is smaller than average women because I can never find hats or beanies that are small enough to fit my head.

This wig is too small for my head because when I be put it on about half an inch of my hairline comes out under the lace front & the ear tabs don’t come done fully to above my ears. The only way to hide my hairline under the lace front is to align the front of the wig in front of my hairline & sit above my ears & that causes an issue with the back not fitting low enough.

If I try to pull the back of the wig cap down the front will slide back exposing my hairline. I wanted to return the wig & start my search all over again assuming I need to try an average size wig but with the Christmas holiday I wasn’t able to meet the requirement to return within 10 business days from ship date to be eligible for an exchange or refund.

On the 10th business day I thought about still printing the return shipping label & taking the chance my return will be approved, but then I didn’t know if the company will mail the product back to me if they deny the product return.

This company was one of the few that I found willing to accept wigs to be returned if they’ve been tried on. It would’ve been nice if around the holiday season the company gives customers extended return deadlines.

Now I’m stuck with a wig that retails for about $187 & I doubt I can find a buyer to sell it via social media. I did really like color of the wig. Most of the synthetic fibers feel soft to touch. During the try on process, which I did try on a few times to make sure it was too small for my head & not a problem with the method I was using to put it on I kept having issues with parts of the hair was coming through the inside of the wig cap.

I didn’t want to mess up the wefting when trying to push the hair back through the cap & after being careful I was never able to get all of the hair to fully be on the outside of the cap. If the wig wasn’t too small for me & fit properly then I wouldn’t be able to constantly spend time trying to fix the hairs to be on the outside of the cap.

I am a first time buyer, trying to figure out what fits and how to wear the wigs. I ordered 3 wigs in this first order, and two of them I can adjust and work with. But “Gwen” has very short hair and it looks nothing like the pictures! I had it on my head for a few seconds and couldn’t stand the very short hair with no shape at all.

It looked like a hedgehog, The color is nice, but this wig is too small, too short hair for my plus size figure: Gwen Wig by Jon Renau STRAWBERRY BLONDE AND WARM PLATINUM BLONDE BLENDED & TIPPED W STRAWBERRY BLONDE NAPE (27T613F).

In all fairness, I only had it on my head a few seconds and took it off right away, I didn’t try to make it look better, afraid to ruin the chance for return. It might be ok for someone else, but at 62 yrs old and plus size figure, that little wig was not even funny! I filled out the return label for “Gwen” but keeping the other two, with medium length hair: “Blushing Beauty” Wig by Gabor | Mono Part GL16/27 and the “Salsa” Wig by Raquel Welch | Large Cap R14/88H Golden Wheat.

Those two are a bit large and I need to learn to adjust the tabs in the back, and I also need to figure out from the videos how to “style” them with my fingers so they look good for me. But looking forward to enjoying those two.

The biggest problem I found with this wig was the fit. Average was too big, but petite felt too small. I have a Goldilocks size head and I found the ear tabs on the petite were way too high on my temples, but the front and back fit ok.

I bought it on sale and thought I would take a risk even if it wasn’t perfect (and it’s not). The hair itself is good quality and appears to be well made and the style is very cute. I only wish there was a better way to buy wigs other than to pay upfront for an online item, only to find out it’s not quite right.

It seems if you can try on hairstyles virtually, there should be a way to try on wigs virtually. If you could upload a photo or enter the dimensions of your head and then try on virtually, you can get an idea of where the ear tabs will fall, for example or how long the bangs will be.

It would save a lot of time and money on returns. Eventually, someone will invent it, but until then, buying wigs online is a crapshoot. I prefer to buy locally, however most wig shops don’t carry a very large variety and if you buy the same wig through a wig shop, it will cost double.

It was great. But I see you have NO MORE IN ANY COLOR. WHEN YOUR GET MORE PLEASE LET ME KNOW I REALLY APPRECIATE IT. I WANT A COUPLE OR THREE EAXH IN TWO DIFFERENT COLORS. THANK YOU

Have never been this disappointed by a purchase before. Ever. Bought the color 1/30. One the wig cap is so little, it seems like it was made for a 10 year old! I am not even big – I have an average to small head size and it covered like half my head.

To think it is pricey makes me feel so angry. Two it sheds just too much. Like just running my fingers through and it’s shedding everywhere. How the model was able to get this wig fit her head is a mystery.

Maybe the youtube review was paid for, cos it is definitely not the same hair. Trash! Nobody deserves this mess. Too bad I don’t think I can return it.

The hair wuality is very good. Fiits middle head but a bit big for a small one. Very comfortable and light, love it!

Soft, perfect length, and balanced throughout. I wish there was something different for the back cause when I think of 360 lace I assume it’s all around however it’s in the front and back only. Otherwise I love it.

This wig is so beautiful and long I absolutely love the texture and flow! But be mindful ladies, that hair of a greater length will always have some tangling issues. I also have experienced quite a bit of shedding.

So I reccomend this wig for occasional purposes rather than everyday. But other than that it’s a great wig to own :blush:

As a bridesmaid at my friend’s wedding, we were required to have straight long hair. Since I have natural hair, I decided that I would wear a wig instead of a weave. When I received this wig, it was not as thick as it looked on the picture.

It was a little fine, however, the hair stylist, used a curling iron and it turned out beautiful. I will recommend this if you are looking foe a wig that you can heat style.

STYLE: Very natural yaki looking wig style wise. The hairline however needs work. There’s nothing natural looking about it. LACE: simi soft and blended with my brown skin perfectly. SIZING: I would say this is small cap.

I only put the straps on the 3rd latch and it felt extremely tight and secure. The back however didn’t lay down a perfect as the back.

This wig is FABULOUS! I purchased the TT2730. I wish that it had more parting space, but the price, texture, length, and layered cut makes up for it. I also love the fact that it is very versatile in styling especially updo’s! I was wondering if it could be colored/highlighted? I recommend this wig!.

I bought this wig and as soon as it arrived I ripped off my old one and put it on. The hair was so soft and it was ready to wear. I’m no wig expert so having the baby hairs already into play was a huge help.

You can wear it with any part (the parting space is a little small) or in a pony tail. My only complaint is the shedding, it sheds a lot. But for this price I can always buy another if it gets too thin.

I bought Heard It All in Golden Walnut R1125 and I love the color and highlights (R11S+ Glazed Mocha, my favorite, wasn’t available in this style). Raquel Welch needs to do some quality control as the last 2 Raquel Welch wigs I bought (Winner was the last wig I bought) also had many manufacturing defects and also is a nightmare to style.

If you watch Jill Lynn’s review of Heard It All on YouTube, she experienced the same mess I have experienced with this wig. My wig had 2 ends of stiff pieces sticking out of the back of the wig in different spots with hair hanging to them.

Stray hairs stick out all over the wig and refuse to lay down even after spraying with conditioner, water and hair spray smoothing them down. The lace front hair is too thin giving it a wig appearance.

The hair at the mono part looks like there is some missing rows of hair to the right of the part making it look too thin when you part it (I have tried parting it several ways to try to get a natural look).

There are sections on the right top of the mono part that aren’t equal in the thickness of hair and it doesn’t lay even across the top of my head (makes it look bumpy). The big thing is, the cap is smaller than the usual Raquel Welch average size and is really snug on my head.

The wig is pretty but has so many defects to make it enjoyable to wear. I’m still trying to work with it to make it look good and natural on me.

This wig is just what I was looking for! I have Jon Renau Kristen and Kristi wigs (midnight Cocoa) and I love both. But truth be told they are a bit warm for me in the summertime due to the length and density.

I looked for a shorter option and after reading and watching reviews of Raquel Welch real deal I decided to try this one out. I am so happy with this wig and also the color iced Java which goes perfectly with my skin tone and looks like a version of the color of hair I had when I was younger.

This wig is lightweight, cool, just the right length for summer. The fibers are so silky and soft! The cap is very very comfortable and I could easily wear this for hours, even on a plane trip. If you are looking for a cute, trendy, short but not too short, comfortable wig, try this one out! This wig inspired me to order another Raquel Welch wig, let’s rendezvous in iced Java also.

Just like the reviews say, Raquel Welch wigs seem to be superior as far as cap comfort, lace front, and soft and silky fibers. That is not to take anything away from my Jon Renau wigs because I love them too!.

I had to return the wig for an exchange. I didn’t like the color on me, it was too red for my medium dark brown skin tone. I exchanged it for a 1. The wig is beautiful, I just wished it came in 16 inches.

I don’t care for real long hair because it doesn’t look natural, especially on me.

The purple appears, on my screen to be a deep purple, like grape. On arrival, it turned out to be a fluorescent purple, a cousin of pink. It was too drastic of a color for me. If you like it bright, then you should be fine.

The hair was nice and full anyway.

Let me start of saying this. it was the slay for me! I got so many compliments on this unit. The lace was so easy to blend and the color was so vibrant. The texture of the unit was 100% satisfaction! Took heat well and just a complete overall slay.

Would definitely repurchase and recommend you to purchase.

I LOVE the Jamison – The quality of the synthetic hair fiber on this wig is one of the best I’ve come across yet at this price point; it’s silky soft, falls and moves like natural hair does and rivals the silky texture of my own bio hair, so I was impressed with her and im not easily impressed.

I purchased ICY SHADOW for something modern to match my age and the funky style I’m known for. It’s also still very classic chic and beautiful, Feminine, and works across the board in style and function.

Straight out of the box, you must give her a chance bc she will certainly fall in your face. Walk around your house with her on and begin training the front fibers how you want them to fall around your face.

I rub my hands together to create friction and rub the hair down and around into the shape I prefer; don’t use product!. The heat from your hands will start to “train” the fiber to that direction, so don’t judge her out of the box- it’s actually a positive as it gives you some room to customize and play.

Spending that time on the fibers will begin molding them. With this style, you can wear the part off-kilter for an emphasized asymmetrical look if you want. I also did a little trimming and slight reshaping, so you can have a professional make some adjustments to fit your face if you’re not able to cut hair yourself.

It’s a very realistic wig, both in feel and in look. I did not have any issues w quality of the knots as I read one person’s review, so hopefully that was a one,off issue. The only negative about this wig for me is the size ~ I’m a very small-framed person, small bones and frame, small face and head lol so my true wig size is petite to ultra-petite.

Therefore this wig, as most average size wigs are for me, is very big. I’ve had to make a lot of adjustments and will even be removing some of the weft to tighten the cap as it falls over my ears completely without serious adjustments – but im able to do those and knew when I bought average size that it would likely be the case, so it isn’t anything wrong with the wig itself.

FYI to anyone with a petite size head, expect it to be very large on you. But if you’re like me and know how to make it work w tweaking, you will otherwise love it. I’m a younger cancer patient, so my wig journey has been wild.

I’ve accumulated quite a diverse collection of wigs to learn from. It was upsetting for me at first being in my 30s and seeing mostly “granny” or traditional pieces available at my budget. So, a wig like Jamison was worth the cost, as she truly helps you to feel back to your age, your style, modern, etc.

My second try with this wig was much better- I am really happy overall with it. I’ve been wearing it about a week now, and am so happy to look like myself again. Cons- the ear flaps are just a little too high- maybe I have a big head that way? Anyway, they pretty much stop where my sideburns start, so that is annoying as I can’t wear it up.

The lace is incredibly scratchy. I’m still fighting with getting it in the right place so it looks good but doesn’t scratch. Going to try some kind of barrier/glue to see if that helps. It does tangle pretty bad- I find it knitted up at the nape several times a day.

Middle photo was taken day 1- photo on left was day four and last photo was today- I think day 6 or 7? It’s lost it’s style a bit but hopefully a wash will take care of it. Overall, this wig is pretty great.

Could use a few tweaks but definitely a great piece.

Hairpiece unwearable due to noxious fumes & I was not refunded my total amount. Immediately after receiving my order I spoken with customer service and informed them that the product was unwearable. I was not simply returning it because I didn’t like the style, cut or color.

It was due to the noxious fumes, which was confirmed by the customer service representative, from the treatment it received after arriving at the warehouse. I have purchased pieces in the past, but am now wondering if I will again or if I would ever recommend your company to anyone else.

Not only because of the noxious fumes, which may or may not happen again, but also because if I would need to return another item due to it being damaged & unwearable, which is beyond my control, your company will withhold money and not give me my full refund.

Please also consider many of your customers, like myself, suffer with alopecia or other medical conditions and use your products to improve our self esteem and quality of life. We trust you with our most private purchases, which in my case is a major investment.

As I’m here writing this, it gives me anxiety that I still do not have a proper hairpiece and now I don’t even feel confident about where to start to find one. It may not seem like much to you, but for people like me, it effects my daily life.

I feel I should have been refunded my full amount, but now I have an even larger dilemma then $10. Where do I go now? Thank you for this opportunity to express my experience.
