Not a good experience. I ordered a tank with powder coating and received one without. I was also charged extra since it came from a third party. I was offered a credit to keep the tank or return it. I decided to keep it, but the credit amount would not cover my cost to get it powder coated locally.

So,I ended up paying more to get what I wanted in the first place. Yes…. I could have returned it, but did not want to go through that again. The RDS tank workmanship was average.

Never got to use it. The first kit came with a severely cross threaded tee and since the box it was going to also came damaged never used either. The replacement kit came and appears to be undamaged and usable, however, the second box still came damaged so I will never know how well this actually works.

I tried repeatedly to get an auxiliary fuel tank through my local truck accessory dealer without success! After looking online for an alternative source I came across Leonard’s. Long story short I had my fuel tank in less than 10 days! Thanks to Victoria! The tank is exactly what I was looking for!.

I rarely write reviews but Mark at extension (7705) really helped me out in a pinch! I needed 2 tanks and was told by other companies it would be a 3 to 4 month delay due to manufacturing shortages. Mark came thru and had me 2 tanks in under a week!!! I’ve ordered many of these tanks in the past and the other companies I dealt with would take forever and 9 times out of ten the tanks would come in damaged.

It works as it should. Installation was a breeze. Shipping was as expected. The only thing I wish they had was some sort of paperwork stating what is what. I understand what the fill neck, the breather bung on top of the tank and the discharge on the bottom of tank but their are 2 other capped off holes towards the back.

I called rds and they had a hard time wondering what they were. Either way it’s a great buy well built. You won’t regret buying the low profile tank.

However it did not include a locking cap listed in description and listed on multiple other sites saying its included. Also not sure if its on purpose ot not but doesnt sit flat due to the front center bottom bows down.

Would seem like gas would pool there and not be able to be drained. Also listed as 60 gallon but you will be lucky if you can put 50 gallons in it due to design of fill neck being so deep. But seems to work, if you need or want 60 gallons get a bigger tank.

Very thick, clear plastic; clearly marked w/ directional flow arrows; larger than the typical plastic unit; paper filter is large w/more fluting than usual. NOTE: The product photo shows two filters, however, the purchase is only for one filter.

Prefer these over the glass. The glass has a tenancy to break. The plastic is clear and you can still see the filter element. The glass filters are usually a lot smaller in diameter. This one looks much better on my motor and is more durable.

Value is good. Glass filters are not usually as efficient to catch debris. I would definately purchase this product again. It looks good , durable and does what it should.

This fuel filter fit the 3/8″ lines on my pontoon boat. The clear case lets me see if there is any dirt or water in the fuel.

Filter is good replacement for Fram G-2. But, check the filter # itself, INSIDE the box. Box was mislabeled and I had to go to another nearby O’Reilly’s after getting home and seeing the wrong filter.

Used these filters on 72 MGB. I like the fact that you can see in the filter to see it’s condition. Fit what I needed.

I bought two of these bad boys to replace the fuel filters on my 2 mowers. Both mowers utilize a Kawasaki FX730V motor.

I’ve used these fuel filters for years on my ’63 Plymouth Super Stock Savoy. They look and function just like the originals for a fraction of the price.

This product came with 8 hose clamps witch was very helpful. It was just what I was looking for to replace the old filters in my boat.

Awesome, they have done their homework with this stuff, my truck would lag and puff white smoke every time I drove it, 2quarts of stiction and 3 ounces of diesel extreme, and 10 mins of idle, my truck takes off like the monster it is, pulling my trailer for work again with ease, before adding products my truck would barely make it up the hills, like my gasoline truck.

Hands down best money spent on the truck since I bought it. If you truck is lagging or sluggish and blowing clouds that ain’t rollin coal spend the money on this before getting ripped off at dealer or auto shop.

Diesel engines need to breath, lots of air, a good filter and a regular change does the job.

I have three security cams, and all three (after this purchase) now have this brand/model card in them. The specs don’t lie, and the SD card is perfect for the purpose I bought them – no issues whatsoever.

Reviews of same suggest otherwise re factors such as failure rate/other issues – and in my humble opinion, Kingston is actually one of those reputable brands.

They’ve been a mainstay in the market a long time – given the fickle nature of the tech industry? Any duds would sink fairly rapidly if products/services weren’t consistently fit for purpose/able to meet industry standards/requirements.

(Obviously purely speculative/anecdotal opinion – however, many things I read suggest other underlying issues re reasons for products not working as expected, etc – including not checking specs prooperly/unrealistic expectations, etc etc.

Ergo, ability to troubleshoot is key – along with patience – and fair/objective reviewing).

For the price (especially the reduced price I snagged), this UHS-I microSD card was good value, hitting all the right points in performance, warranty, and availability today. It’s proving to be an excellent storage upgrade for my phone, in the past three weeks I’ve had it.

Note that this microSD card’s performance and the price paid to get it, is totally wasted on a Nintendo Switch or any other device limited by it’s own hardware. Make sure you buy it for hardware that can actually utilise the performance you just paid a premium for.

So far it works well. Opening files in my tab has been a breeze. However, I was not aware that you would need Kingston’s own card reader (mobilelite plus) to maximise the write speed of this card. I used a 3.

0 card reader and transferring files from pc took like 2 hours for 120 GB because write speed was like 10-25 MB/s. Nevertheless, it was a good replacement card and cheaper than the ones I bought from a reputable brand that only lasted me for 10 months.

Hopefully, this will last since my other Kingston 128 GB microsd (regular canvas select) still works well after nearly two years of use.

We have a 2007 Chevrolet with a Duramax Diesel engine and over 200K on the clock. Power Service Diesel Kleen Plus Cetane Boost was recommended to me by a trusted friend. We use it year round and it really seems to help.

Common rail fuel injection systems do not have the margin for error that mechanical fuel injection systems have. I know that Stanadyne and Howe’s also make highly respected products too, but this is what we use.

Mix up a “hot” batch and load up the gooseneck trailer. that’s the life of our truck. We can feel the difference in its performance and will continue to treat every tank of fuel going forward.

I’ve been using both of these product since I bought my Duramax in 2011 since it does have the Bosch CP4 unit lacking the needed lubricant. Diesel kleen with certain boost helps feel in the missing ingredients.

It’s been running smoothly even to this date. I’ve always used Techron in all of my gasoline vehicles especially in my 2018 Denali since it has the 6. 2 liter. I put one in at least every 1000 miles as recommended.

Been using this product for years in my Dodge Ram pickup. Since the advent of ultra low sulphur diesel I have been using this to make sure the expensive injection pump gets lubricated. truck has 157k miles and pump has never been replaced.

the price in this bulk 6 pack is a lot cheaper than the single bottle price at the big box store.

With the recent introduction of the Nikon Z9, I needed some cards that would write the data that the camera was generating without hesitation. With large RAW files flowing at 20 frames per second, it was important that the card keep up with the flow of images being generated.

TEST YOUR CARD BEFORE REVIEWING IT! You can’t judge a card based on its label and the fact that it can store SOME data. Cards are sold every day with a falsified format that make them appear to have a lot more storage capacity than they actually have.

I bought 3 of these 256 GB “SanDisk” cards at the same time. I opened one package and tested it with a well-known and trusted tool called “f3”. You run f3write to fill the card with data, and f3read to check that the data were properly written.

The first card failed in a way that suggests this is a 32 GB card that has been (intentionally?) malformatted as 256 GB. I opened the 2nd package and tested the card the same way, with the same result.

I then took a 256 GB card I had previously purchased elsewhere, and ran the same test on it, using the same tools and the same computer — it checked out perfectly. The most charitable thing I can say is that it might be remotely possible this seller doesn’t know they are buying from a “shady” supplier.

This is not a SanDisk problem. I have perfectly good cards from SanDisk. These are probably not SanDisk cards, or they may be SanDisk cards that have been relabeled and repackaged.

I bought two of these. I actually use these for computer file storage because they are so compact and are very covert for portable applications. If you think about it, 5 of these stacked up is the equivalent of 5TB but in under the size of a few coins.

It is amazing how far technology has come. The quality is outstanding as usual -no corrupted files, transfers quickly, gets heated when writing very large quantities for a bit of time, but I rarely do that so not an issue.

They do seem to keep cool enough to maintain the higher speed so that is good. Remember, to get the best speeds, you need the right readers, usb cables, and ports. This all works together. I have used the 256gb, 512gb, and now 1tb sizes of these and so to extrapolate to past ones I have purchased, again, never had issues.

When these are on sale, the price is fair. I use my old ones in cameras now and they record 4k video with ease. Can’t wait for 2TB haha, or at least 2TB in an SD card since technically it would fit.

What can I say it s a free gift card when you order merchandise effectively bringing down the purchase price of whatever you needed because who doesn’t need gas. Still waiting on delivery as it is about a week behind.

I’ve Used AMSOIL’s Diesel All in One Fuel Additive Along with Their 10W-40 Severe Duty Full Synthetic Engine Oil for my 2017 Ford F-250 6. 7L Diesel. I’ve used the Diesel Fuel Additive for about a Year from August 2021.

It has not shown any improved Fuel Economy Although The Engine Runs Well on the Additive. I changed All Fuel Filters before and after using the AMSOIL Additive. Both of the prior filters were super clean upon the change.

These were changed Early by a different shop with OEM Filters considering I still have an Extended Warranty on the Engine Components and Transmission until at least 100K miles. Right now it has about 70k.

I purchased it when it had 55k miles on it. I changed the fuel filters bc I did not Trust the Dealership, Any 5-Star Ford in the DFW, Texas Area. It seems the Diesel All in One is at least matching any other additive on the market.

To me, Un-proven any long term benefits.

I’ve been using this instead of diesel 911 for three years now and never had another fuel gelling issue. I add this to my bulk off-road diesel tank and run it in my tractor, dozer, plow truck, excavator, chipper and generator.

Temperatures sometimes dip to -20f and I’ve never had a fuel gelling issue. I also thinks it’s important to add for lubrication properties because of the new ultra low sulfur diesel which is ‘dryer’ and can scar injectors and fuel pumps.

I’ve been using Amsoil Diesel All-In-One for 2 years. The improvement in gas milage just about pays for the cost of the product. And living in northern Wisconsin we’ve had plenty of -20 to -23 degree nights.

I’ve never experienced any jelling. All-In-One does exactly what I hoped it would. I use it in every tank.

I have installed the air intake and body mounts from S&B for my 2012 F-250 and love the quality. Naturally when I began to look for a larger fuel tank S&B was my first choice. As you open the box you begin to see the quality of this thing.

The engineers and R&D folks have done a phenomenal job! The install took about 3 hours to fully complete with the amazingly detailed instructions you can download. Just a few tips: 1. the sending unit is made of plastic and is very brittle on older trucks (the ****** broke on mine and I had to buy a new unit) 2.

the locking clips on the fuel lines are also very brittle (you might want to have some spares on hand just in case) 3. the fuel lines will “click” before they are actually seated so make sure you press them all the way on before completing the install (this is even mentioned in the instructions if you care to read instead of looking at the pictures lol) Overall, I am very excited with the extended mileage while pulling our camper.

S&B makes quality parts and has a service team that is quick and polite when helping you. I have not received a call or email about the tank yet, but I expect to as I did with the intake and body mounts to make sure I was happy and did not have any issues.

I would like to ask one thing of you great folks at S&B; would you consider making a new skid plate that will accommodate the 56-gallon tank on the 2012? That was my only hesitation with installing this tank.

Replacing the stock 26 gallon tank is single-handedly the best upgrade to this truck I’ve made. It allows us to have a completely different drive day strategy on RV trips especially considering the current high fuel prices.

As some other reviews have noted, the box was damaged at delivery, but I took note that all pieces were still there and in good shape. Installation was straight forward and the instructions are thorough.

I would definitely recommend watching the video AND reading the instructions as there are some tips to help you in each. If there is one negative that I’ve seen so far… it doesn’t vent as fast as the stock tank so high flow rate pumps (like at truck stops) can’t run at full speed without tripping the shutoff.

Overall, I highly recommend this tank if you tow a big RV or for many other uses to get the most out of your truck.

Installed the S&B tank in May with the help of my father and wife. The install went smoothly and took about 6 hours as we were working on the ground and taking our time. The instructions are good but I was confused on my 2012 side protector.

My truck did not have skid plates but the vertical side protector on the outside of the frame needed to be removed. I figured that out when raising the new fuel tank. For installing the lock ring, a large mallet made things easier.

Striking with a regular hammer didn’t produce enough force to move the lock ring to the final position. Purchased motorcycle tie down straps to help lower the old tank and raise the S&B Fuel Tank. Also utilized an endoscope camera to view the connections to the fuel pump.

With Forscan, I updated the fuel tank size for proper DTE calculations. We took our first day trip towing our trailer with SXS and was thrilled with not having to fill up the truck on the way home. Loving the extended range capabilities!.

Overall the installation was easy to do. Couple of minor issues. The instructions are a bit outdated. In section 9 they state to refer to the Banks iQ software and installed kit, owners manual for software installation and operation instruction before beginning section 9 / Automatic Transmission Learning.

No such instructions came with the unit. Called tech support and they said the truck just needs to be driven in each power level before putting a heavy load on it so the transmission will learn when to shift.

No software installation is necessary. Seems the instructions are outdated and need to be revised. Next issue was feeding the cable through the existing harness grommet as per the instructions. The existing harness is very tight going through the feed through.

I was worried that I would rip the Banks cable connectors off the wires while trying to pull the through. Also it’s very hard to get to from the inside of the cab. I opted to drill a hole in the firewall in a more convenient location and add my own grommet.

This worked very well and was much easier. Last issue is the mounting velcro for the tuner. The glue on the back of the pads would not stay secure and just kept peeling off. I put additional glue on the pads.

So far so good. The superguage is great, easy to set up and install. Overall I’m very satisfied. Gave it 4 stars since Banks needs to update their instructions and provide better mounting for the tuner.
