20 Best Foundation For Large Pores And Oily Skin (2023 Updated)

Background: I bought this because I use water based and serum foundations because the certain silicones break me out. I used to use MAC Waterweight but I wanted to try a cheaper one and see if it was good.

(Tip: Mac Waterweight is exactly the same as Smashbox BB water, which is what I was using before but the MAC is cheaper by a few dollars and the Smashbox was D/c) Comparison: I was looking at L’Oreal Infallible foundation as that is also water based, but it looked like it settled into lines in a swatch more than this did, and that one felt sticky and didn’t dry down.

This one is thicker. The bottles were all clogged or empty at Ulta in the testers and the tops don’t come off which is a negative. The shade range is good. I tried to comparable it to the Nyx Total Control Drops, but I feel those may be slightly lighter for the same name, but I still went with the same name in the Can’t Stop Won’t Stop that matched me in the Drops (vanilla), as the next ones were too orange or greenish.

The Drops were closer to my MAC in texture, but they are the same price as this for less than half the amount, and price per ounce is actually expensive. Plus I wanted to try to see if a different formula was better.

Application and finish: It’s slightly light but blends in well. It is not full coverage. I don’t think using a damp blender works with these kinds of water based foundations. It tends to break it apart with a sponge unless maybe a lot more product is used and I don’t like to apply that much.

I don’t like the look and feel of too much foundation and find it wasteful. Application is key!! I always like the way these foundations look applied with my fingers better and often that is recommended with these types anyway.

It doesn’t do well over certain silicone primers. It has a natural skin like finish, slightly matte, at least compared to the very wet serum foundations. I appreciate that this dries down even without powder because those other kinds often do not and they melt easily and transfer.

So far, for a water based foundation I think it’s pretty good. No breakouts and there are pros above my previous foundations. The MAC has great ingredients and nice coloring, but it moves A LOT and too much powder on top makes it look cakey.

I feel that the MAC is better for the skin but I’m happy with this so far especially because it stays put.

honestly i had high hopes for this foundation because nyx usually has great products. i have really oily skin, literally after half an hour my face starts to get really oily even if i stay indoors. although, i do have dry eyelids which is weird, i still don’t consider my skin as combination tho.

anyways, the foundation was a little pricey for drugstore, i got it for $16 ($17 with tax) at CVS. the shade range is okay. i got vanilla for my warm tone and when i applied the foundation it was so mf hard to blend.

it kept clinging onto my dry patches which i didn’t even know i have. it looks very patchy and cakey as i kept trying to blend with a damp beauty blender. it was like a horror movie seeing it on my eyelids.

like the amount of flakey skin it creates…. ok but the finish was okay tho. it is matte which is good butttt i wore it thoughout the day in the summer heat with a mask on and after like 4 hours, it started to crease really bad and created a line around my mouth area.

(also not mask friendly, smudges) it dried up real bad under my eyes and it started melting off so my face looked very cakey and uneven tone. even my mom shamed my makeup💀💀 it was so noticeable and she told me to never wear makeup ever again so THATS FUN.

the only good thing is that this foundation didnt oxidize but that doesn’t excuse the horror it did to my face. i’ll probably be returning this idk.

I was extremely surprised at how good this foundation is! I was very much a NARS and Bobbi Brown foundation gal, however this product is on par, if not better- and at much lower cost!. My skin is extremely oily (have been on accurate many times for this chronic issue of mine) and usually within an hour of wearing most foundations, the shine well and truely has started to peek through.

This foundation is incredible at maintaining a matte (but not too matte) complexion. I have tried using it both with and without primer, and I did find the oil and shine control is enhanced with a primer.

A touch up with powder in the late afternoon and this foundation is a god sent for oily skin! The colour matched perfectly, with little to no oxidation. I have extremely pale skin, and I did not notice any orange hues developing over the day.

The smell of the foundation is pretty average, but then again, the longevity and shine control completely out way this, with the smell fading extremely fast. The application is a dream, much better than my other foundations! It blends extremely well, and so easily! I was in utter shock out how easy this was to apply and how well it covered my blemishes and evened out my skin tone.

I would 100% recommended this foundation for oily skin, it’s such good value for a high quality product!.

I’ve been trying to go clean with beauty and skincare this year and I believe I have found my concealer! I love ilia products but their concealer was too wet on my skin and didn’t provide much coverage.

This concealer by Milk is definitely more coverage and stays put; it’s also not as matte as Nars concealer, which works for my dry skin. I also like my makeup to look natural and skin-like, which can be a difficult goal when looking for a concealer, but this looks great.

I think the packaging is perfect too, you can squeeze out the last remaining drops. For reference I wear Ilia’s foundation in Formentera, and previously wore Nars tinted moisturizer in Terre Neuve, and this shade is a perfect skin match for me.

The color “Fair” is more of a shade match, and not particularly lighter than my skin tone which is what I prefer. I’d say the Nars “Vanilla” concealer I was using is very comparable and just slightly lighter and slightly more pink.

I went with this brand after reading how golden the Kosas concealer shades were and I’m really happy so far!.

I was not sure about this concealer as I have shied away from neutral undertones. I have warm undertones in my skin, but as I’ve gotten older, things are changing. I seem to have a slightly neutral/warm blend.

At any rate, this concealer is very good. It hides blemishes, undereye darkness. It blends well and works with other makeup lines. Right now I’m alternating between wearing Fenty Beauty Hydrating Longwear Foundation and Eaze Drop Blurring Skin Tint and sometimes the Soft Matte Longwear Liquid Foundation and on the weekends, Bobbi Brown Tinted moisturizer.

This concealer works with all of those “foundations” and with Fenty Beauty Setting powder, Laura Mercier setting powder and IT Cosmetics ByeBye Pores setting powder. I’m impressed that a neutral concealer works so well.

Found this at TJ Maxx for $9 on the clearance rack and decided to take a risk on the product. For starters and to admit I made a mistake that shouldn’t detract from my overall rating. Honey is not my shade! Not at all.

I should probably be closer to Porcelain or Creme. That said. This foundation plays amazing with powders and concealers. Due to the very watery base, my powder-to-cream stand bys that I use to cover up my severely afflicted skin are a little more happy with this product than Too Faced or FENTY and I really am FENTY ride or die.

This foundation hides all of the discoloration from years of illness and it blends very well. It’s hard to tell Honey isn’t my shade after I get my powder on. With just enough blending I look like healthy old me again.

That is unless you look around my nose. Nobody’s looking under my mask right now so nobody has to notice. This is also the first vegan product to not break me out severely. Not sure how that worked but I can say if your skin is sensitive and vegan products still haven’t cut it for you, this one may be worth trying.

Still, it’s a very watery type of foundation and I found that matte is a poor descriptor. Natural finish, sure. I had a dewy look that made me look fairly natural and healthy like I used to be. It blended very well and just a small portion of the foundation goes a very long way, especially if you’re using a BeautyBlender.

I’d even suggest using a flat brush instead. This may not be the foundation for you (and they could use some more shades and undertones!) but this surprisingly works for me. I’ve got about three foundations that can cut it in an ocean of them.

and usually I have to use all three for different parts of my face. Perfect isn’t easy, is it?.

This is an incredible foundation. It blends seamlessly into the skin, can be build up for more coverage without being cakey or heavy (honestly, not needed, but just in case you need more coverage for an event or photo shoot).

This does not irritate my skin, wears well in humidity for 10 hour plus, and allows my skin to look like the best skin it can be. Please don’t discontinue this unicorn of a foundation!!! Layers well with spf 50 sunscreen (mine is Chanel) and just does wonders under bronzer and blush.

I have been searching for a new foundation ever since Make Up Forever re launched their HD Foundation (their new one is nothing like the old formula which was seamless, light and undetectable) and this beautiful formula is even better than my old MUF go-to.

Fell in love with this after trying a sample. Ordered a full bottle and loved the natural, fresh look. But after several uses I broke out in a rash that returns when I use the makeup, and slowly subsides if I take a week off.

So disappointed. Dermatologist confirmed the foundation was the culprit. Wish Bobbi Brown would leave out the harsh ingredients/irritants! I know now others have had this same issue. If you have skin that is even moderately sensitive, I recommend steering clear.

Fingers crossed they’ll produce gentler products soon because I love everything else about the makeup line–other than the fact that I can’t wear it!.

I’m always oily on the forehead and nose, but I love a sheer foundation which never seems to come in a matte finish. So I love this one because you can use a tiny amount and blend/buff it in REALLY well and it gives a light coverage, that can be built up and take the place of concealer (maybe not under the eyes).

This stuff is thick and full coverage for sure. Color ended up perfect for me (I’m a MAC C4, Nars St Moritz) – make sure to give it time to oxidize as this one darkens up quite a bit. It gives a really lovely perfected finish to the skin that doesn’t look heavy, but it also doesn’t hide texture.

Be sure to moisturizer before. I have only tried it with MAC Fix+ but longevity seems good. Going to try it with a primer next and also curious to mix it with my Supergoop Glowscreen and my sheer foundations (MAC Radiant F&B, NARs tinted moisturizer), seems like a good consistency for mixing! Highly recommend if your skin type is like mine.

I’m surprised there are so many low ratings for this honestly. However, I am noticing that most of them are saying its dry, and when I filter the reviews by just oily skinned people, that’s where all the good reviews are lol.

I’m VERY oily. Most foundations don’t stay well on my skin at all. I also have huge pores and a few fine lines, which my smashbox primer mostly takes care of, but some foundations still don’t sit well.

THIS FOUNDATION LOOKS PERFECT ON ME. It hides my pores, it doesn’t settle into fine lines, it doesn’t get patchy throughout the day, it doesn’t transfer, it feels comfortable, and it’s FULL COVERAGE.

Also smells pretty nice. If you have insanely oily skin, large pores, texture, or any mix of these skin problems, give this foundation a try.

The best foundation I have ever tried and I have tried at least 50+ over the years. This is by far the best. This is my first review ever, that’s how good this product is! I have been using it for several years now and get compliments on my skin all the time (and I have terrible skin!).

It gives me an almost flawless look, covering acne scars, age marks, etc. and gives my skin a beautiful even tone. Application is super easy, you can even use your fingers and still get an even finish.

There are so many shades to choose from. If you have oily, combination or normal skin, this is as good as it gets. Give it a try!.

This foundation provides SPF 15 sun protection which is always a bonus. The shade I chose is 150 BUFF and it blends well with my skin colour and creates a natural look. It also contains hyaluronic acid and vitamin E to avoid drying out the skin.

Its fluid and non-heavy texture is perfect for oily and combination skin as it goes on my skin well and spreads easily on the face. I like to use a damp beauty blender to quickly apply the product on my face – it only needs two pumps as a little goes a long way.

It offers a medium-to-full coverage, and is able to cover 70% to 80% of the blemishes on my skin. Although it is a little unrealistic to say that it will stay perfectly on the face for 24 hours, with the current temperature in Australia, it will usually last for at least 6-7 hours with the combination of setting powder.

When wearing this foundation under a mask, I think the foundation in my nose area of the t-zone is more likely to come off than the cheeks. So if you need to go out for a long time, some touch-up will likely be needed.

This foundation has a matte finish which is always my preference as I don’t like my skin to look too glossy. It’s also worth noting that this foundation doesn’t leave much foundation colour behind if you wipe your face with a tissue when sweating, so it helps me to maintain a good look after exercise.

This definitely isn’t my favorite concealer, but I also don’t hate it. The color is just a touch too dark for me, but I can work with it. To me it feels very thick, the first time I tried applying with a concealer brush and it was a disaster.

It tugged at my delicate eye area, wouldn’t blend, and sat on top of my skin in a kind of blotchy way. The second time I tried with a beauty blender and that also didn’t work for me. I’ve discovered my personal best application technique is to apply to one eye at a time (otherwise it dries before you’ve finished blending the first eye), and pat in gently with my fingertip.

Because it’s a tad bit too dark for me it doesn’t really brighten my under eye, but it does help cover my dark circles. The packaging is cute, there’s not really any smell, and it didn’t irritate my sensitive eyes.

It did start creasing towards the very end of the day, but I’d say if you’re just needing it for the work day you’d be fine. I don’t set it with powder because I’m very dry, but I bet if you did it would last longer.

Overall, not the best out there in my opinion, but not bad and I’ll continue using it. Probably wouldn’t buy again unless they came out with a lighter cool shade.

The foundation has a creamy consistency, quite similar to the Double Wear from Estée Lauder although its finish is completely different. The packaging doesn’t come with a pump and honestly I thought that that was a plus, because I like to apply very small amount on each layer and I’m not sure I would be able to control the amount that we’ll with a pump.

The smell of the foundation is quite funny. It smells almost like paint. The smell goes away after the foundation is set. The coverage of this foundation is medium to full, but you can easily make it into a sheer coverage as well.

It all depends on how much you apply and how many layers. I have lots of blemishes and some texture/enlarged pores and I find this foundation to not accentuate any of it. It blends well on the skin and gives me a really beautiful natural matte finish.

It doesn’t transfer after it dries. I like to pair it with the Strobe Cream in Pinklite and the finish gets slightly more luminous and natural but not greasy. I apply one very thin layer of the foundation with a brush and then I reapply it only on my problem areas where I have more hyperpigmentation and it covers everything without looking heavy.

I have to mention that this foundation looks beautiful in person but even better on pictures/videos. I love this foundation and I highly recommend it! It’s one of my go to foundation of the moment. I received this product as a gift from Mac Cosmetics.

Being new to MAC foundation I made a point of getting colour matched prior to purchasing. My local store is a smaller regional one, items tend to sell out quick, so I made my next purchase of foundation online.

Big mistake, I was not aware at all, that the colour you are in one MAC foundation is not the colour you would be in another MAC foundation???? I was coloured matched as NC30 in the Waterproof foundation, but wanted to try the Studio Fix as it “mattifies”.

NC30 in Studio Fix is actually 6 shades darker. So I had to go instore for another colour match process, only to be told I couldn’t exchange the one I purchased, because apparently everyone knows that with MAC foundations each colour is different in each one??? Even though MAC’s search functionality is by colour!! I have asked a lot of people if they knew this and no, they were not aware! Anyhow, I did push the issue and managed to get an exchange.

In terms of the Studio Fix product itself, I am reasonably happy with it, you can build the coverage as you see fit, although I am a little disappointed with the mattifying aspect, it’s ok if you use it with a myriad of other mattifying products like setting spray and translucent powder, it last till mid afternoon, but after that it’s the same as every other foundation.

Cue the blotting papers!.

Revlon Colorstay Foundation is medium coverage. It has a liquid but dense texture at the same time (I know, explaining textures is difficult), it is not heavy and it blends easily. At the coverage level, you can put several layers without it looking “cakey” and you can turn it into a high coverage base.

You can blend it with a sponge or brush and the result is still beautiful. It has SPF 20 sun protection, but in my experience it does not generate flashbacks, so I have been able to use it in makeup at night and the flash in the photos has not made my face white.

Every time I use this base I can say that it lasts all day. I can apply it early in the morning, and at night when I go to remove my makeup it is still there, the places where it disappears the most are in my oily areas: nose, cheekbones and forehead, but it does not disappear completely.

Usually I have to touch up with my powder 3 or 4 hours after applying the foundation because the shine and oiliness of my skin begins to come out, so if you have oily skin, it is not recommended that you use it.

The edition that I bought is for dry / normal skin. Regarding the finish, it leaves you a “dewy” face. It’s definitely not matte, it’s brighter, so if that’s the look you’re looking for, I think you’ll like this foundation.

I adore this foundation/spf moisturizer!!! I don’t understand people who say it’s cakey- then don’t use half the tube!! I use quite a bit myself and it’s never been cakey, and I use my fingers- it seems the warmth of my fingers blends it perfectly!! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my skin after using this! ONLY after using this! I’ve used other products before but this seems to give such a flawless and natural finish that people think I have flawless skin! Plus it sits so nicely that I don’t even feel I have anything on my skin! I’ve tried over 30 different foundations, Korean bb creams (which I do like), cc creams, but none compare to this product!! They have a customer for life!! As long as they don’t change the formula!😜❤️❤️❤️.

I’ve been on the hunt for a new foundation with decent coverage, a matte finish that stays, and a good shade match. The shade match feature was not accurate for me in this instance and I found the light shade to be just slightly too orange.

It oxidized further during the day. Additionally, while it looks like a decent matte going on, I had to blot within three hours and then every couple of hours thereafter because it became so oily. I recognize my skin is oily and acne prone but my oil has been better controlled with even drugstore foundations like physicians formula that I bought in a pinch.

At a price point so similar to Estée Lauder Doublewear (which was at one point my go to) I would expect that level of quality. Not only was this not a lasting matte but it creased, emphasized any spots I had that were dry, and settled on every little bit of peach fuzz.

I am kicking myself for splurging on this. I will likely be returning this product, it is unfortunately not for me.

Ok so. This foundation isn’t bad by any means It’s actually a really great foundation with excellent ingredients. It is definitely full coverage. I didn’t have a great experience because the foundation itself went into my pores and from afar it basically looked like I had holes in my face but it was just the makeup settling in my pores.

I used the hydro grip primer from milk before and then applied this using a brush and a sponge. I had the same results. The girl at Sephora recommended using a hydrogen primer and also mentioned that it was light to medium coverage.

But it’s definitely full coverage. I don’t need full coverage as I don’t really have any skin perfections. I ended up washing it off and returning it because I don’t think it’s a good fit for me. I think it would be perfect for those who have dry skin or have uneven skin tone or imperfections that they want to hide but also want to use a clean brand.

I love this foundation and it’s shade match to my fair skin is beautiful. It took trying a couple shades to find the right one, but once I did, it matched identical. It does not feel heavy on skin, even after two layers.

It does not feel or look make-uppy on my skin. It also doesn’t settle into my fine lines and has a blurring effect on my pores. I expected more of a light to light medium coverage because it has a really liquidy texture to it.

But even with just one layer it’s a high medium to light full coverage. My skin is mostly normal, but can sometimes be dry. It did not have a true matte finish, but for me more of a dewy, luminous finish that I love.

It’s definitely one of my go to foundations for every day. It blends beautifully with both cream and powder products. I usually use a light handed setting powder and it looks stunning at the end of the day.

~oohhh now! i am thankful to be able to share my story with this product! with that said, i absolutely LOVE this foundation, it is fabulous! it glides on smoothly, does not leave ‘pieces’ of exfoliation on my face or dry patches and it blends with my skin tone wonderfully! ~i am a fanatic with foundation, as my skin is very dry…i have tried high-end foundation to the lower-end price range, with no success, at all! with this particular foundation, i can add a ‘glass look’ product and obtain that perfect dewey, glossy look, without that ‘heavy’, greasy feeling! the other very crucial positive factor with this foundation, is, that it does not ‘sit’ in my creases! who wouldn’t love that fact?!! amazing! ~i absolutelyyy recommend this foundation, for gals over 40, and of any age, as it has many options for all skin types! so, take a chance, at least give it a try! i hope my experience helps many gals looking for that perfect foundation for their beautiful selves! much love, y’all!.

My go-to foundation! I’ve graduated from always wearing thick full coverage foundation to LOVING a more sheer light coverage foundation! Something to even out my skin tone and cover my redness. This is IT! the shade 102 Fair Porcelain is my PERFECT match! And I love the dewy look, Altho I have combination/oily skin so I mattify it with setting powder.

It doesn’t dry my face out. It doesn’t smell bad, and I love the sunscreen factor because I am so bad at wearing sunscreen like I should! It’s a very affordable drug store brand, and I prefer this over the Clinique and other high end brands I’ve worn.

I have struggled to find a good matching foundation, so when I found this, I stopped looking! It’s the only foundation I wear now! Note: I do NOT like the matte version of this foundation. You can see my review for that, but they are not interchangeable for me.

I cannot believe how long it took for me to find this! As there’s no shade matching link available (pretty please fix this) I used the live chat and the staff member was absolutely fantastic! I colour matched to Too Faced Peach Perfect foundation in Light Beige and purchased 2.

18 in this; OMG absolutely on point and just melted into my skin. I have used my fingers for a seamless finish that just hides any imperfections but at no time did it look cakey or sit in any lines. Absolute perfection *chef’s kiss* I have also applied with a beauty blender and a buffing brush for a more medium coverage but again ABSOLUTELY no cakiness! AND lasts a good 16 hours! And no transfer (winning) I am absolutely shook and stoked that I have finally found my HG and really hope this doesn’t get discontinued.

I have used different primers – too faced hydrating, Bobbi Brown Face Base, Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter, Mac studio radiance, Nars Radiance primers all with fabulous results. I find this a natural finish but can be changed depending on the primer you use.

I have dry skin so natural – radiant is my preference. Shade reference is Mac 4. 5 & Nars Sahel (tad too pink)winter.

I purchased this in shade 1. 05 after seeing it posted as a dupe for the discontinued NYX BB Cream in Nude, which was my holy grail color match for my fair olive skin tone. I love it! It’s another perfect match for me.

When I first applied it, I was a little worried that it would highlight my skin texture, but after blending it laid down really nicely. It has the ideal “your skin but better” finish and doesn’t exacerbate my dryness.

Like the NYX BB Cream, it’s buildable, so you can opt for a BB cream-style single layer or build it up to medium coverage with additional layers or adding concealer. I applied a second layer and some spot concealing to cover my dark spots and healing acne, and it never looked cakey.

Frankly, even with the second layer, it didn’t “look like makeup” sitting on my skin – it just looked like my skin! If you’re familiar with the NYX BB Cream, this obviously is more of a foundation formula and is slightly more matte in finish, but I think you’ll be pleased with the shade match and dry-down! I’m delighted to find a perfect shade match in a formula/finish I can wear for both every day and full glam.

Fair olive matches are ridiculously hard to come by, so this is a 10/10 win in my book.

OK so I rarely write reviews but I absolutely had to. This has been my all time favorite foundation for the last 2 years and that’s really saying something. I’m incredibly particular. As a makeup artist finding my perfect color match has always been A priority.

This foundation is not only a perfect color match but it’s also transfer resistant and it doesn’t break me out. It also looks incredibly natural on. It has buildible coverage and lasts all day. It also doesn’t settle into fine lines or pores.

OK so a little bit about my skin so you get the context my skin is oily, It can also get a little little red at times I have very fair skin with a olive undertone. Most foundations go Orange on me which is not a good look.

This foundation is perfect I love it. My tip is moisturize and of course use a SPF then use the smashbox primer a little goes a long way and then you can put 1 pump of this all over your skin using a wet and clean beauty blender or your hands.

I would recommend getting color matched in the store that so you can get the right color. I wear 1. 05 I put a photo down below for color reference.

I got this on sale and that’s the only reason I tolerate it lol this foundation is very thin and not very budgeproof. I found it works best when I wash my face, put on moisturizer, and then apply this with a very dense brush or a sponge.

It doesn’t sit well on top of a base, it dries down to “powder” finish so when I’ve tried setting it it creates weird balls of powder and foundation on my skin. I would recommend applying the foundation and letting it fully set down before adding any powder products on top.

It also picks up easily so you have to be delicate when applying blush and bronzer over it. If you’re using cream product, godspeed because this foundation likes to smear around while wet and picks up onto your tools when dry.

All this being said, if you don’t overwork your base and just tap on some blush and highlighter it actually looks pretty natural and nice. If you wear glasses or a mask, it will definitely transfer.

Let me start my saying that I really love this foundation. It has a lot of issues as far as I’m concerned, and it is not the easiest to work with, but when everything works out right it is great. It is not the same full coverage that you get with other KVD foundations, but it doesn’t claim to be.

Instead what you get with this is an extremely natural looking finish. You would need to be inches from my face to know that I am wearing anything at all when I have this on. It does not settle into my fine lines at all during the day and it does not get greasy, and for that I love it.

However, there are several drawbacks. First of all, the packaging is horrible. You need to shake the bottle before each use, but because the product is so runny and there is no pump on it every time I open the cap there is a ton of product that has leaked into the cap no matter how tightly it is closed.

Because it is so runny and you need to squeeze quite hard to get the product out it is hard to control how much product comes out at a time. I have only ever used my fingers to apply it as that is the recommended way to use it.

At first I thought that I wouldn’t like that since I always use either a brush or a beauty blender, but because of how fast it turns from a liquid to a powder I don’t think that it would work any other way than with your fingers.

I also had to try three different primers before I found one that wouldn’t make it pill horribly as I applied it. In the end the Hourglass mineral veil did the trick, but since that is SUCH an expensive primer I prefer not to use it every day.

I will continue trying different primers, and if I can find a less expensive one that works with this then I will repurchase. If not then even though I love this foundation I don’t think I could justify repurchasing.

Hands down my favorite foundation I’ve used so far. It has great coverage and wears really well throughout the day. It doesn’t settle into my wrinkles as bad as other products I’ve used. It’s feels weightless and matches my skin tone perfectly.

It blends out so well. I only use it on my T zone to make my color even. Also on my blemishes. It works better than my concealers. So glad I bought this to try and lucked out on the color match too. I watched videos to get the right color instead of using the pictures on the website otherwise I would have ended up with a color that was way too light.

Great product especially for mature skin.
