PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A PRO PRODUCT. people who have this a 1 star review, I read them and they are not using this foundation correctly. It MUST be set w/ powder or it will transfer easily and come off.

With that being said, it gives the best coverage ever. And u can make it thinner by using a primer or a damp applicator. It looks sooo beautiful once it’s set. Or u can use it as concealer. It will hide anything u want to cover then u can put a matte foundation over it if u prefer a matter look.

Or any foundation over it and your skin looks flawless. Please give it a try and go to a store and ask for help to learn how to use this. The studio tech was just ok but could not provide the coverage that this does.

And no it doesn’t have a mirror because it’s a PRO product and we don’t need it to have a black cover when we r working on someone else’s makeup and looking for the right shade.

I was skeptical at first because of of people said it could come thick or face mask like but that is not true! I tried a few different primers before I found the RIGHT one that can be paired with this foundation! It’s all in the application to make this product work like a dream.

I have acne prone (on medication for it) dry, sensitive, rosacea prone skin and this stuff covers amazingly and does not irritate my skin at all. There is no scent which is super hard to find these days and I wish people would remember brands like MAC that have made their mark for truly dependable, affordable products that WORK.

I apply this with my elf beauty blender and I take it directly from the pan after I use a matte primer and it glides on so well! Just don’t use a lot at first work small then build the coverage in areas you only need it.

If you are oily set with a translucent powder and your good to go. It looks so skin like and hydrating without being oily. I get compliments on my skin so much. MAC never discontinue this product I’ll be so sad if I can never buy it.

I’m so loyal to this product and I will always use this! Go back to basics and TRY MAC again. There are so many brands and gimmicks products out there these days you forget about the tried and true!.

As a makeup artist it’s hard to find very light or very dark colors in a foundation that’s so versatile. I love that this can be used as concealer and will look beautiful under or over any foundation I’ve ever tried.

Even over powder! Also u can mix it w a darker shade to get the color you want and mixes great w any texture of any product I’ve tried it. Yes it’s a pro product so it’s packaged differently than studio tech but it has soooo much more product also a very little bit geos a king way.

If u are a beginner, don’t give up on this product go into a mac store and ask for tips on how to use it or look up videos because it’s totally worth it.

Bought on a whim, Got the shade B10. It’s the best foundation I’ve used for blending into my skin and covering acne red scarring without looking like it’s had an at covering it. Takes the redness and dullness of my skin away.

Doesn’t clog pores. Not the best without primer on nose but everywhere else is ok. Tkhe risk is worth it. Great buy for the price. Totally worth getting, would recommend, on oily skin it did not make my skin look oily at end of day.

Smells like cucumber when first applying from pump. I’ve used a brush only so not sure how it goes with sponges or fingers. Needs only a little for face and neck one and a half pumps. Only liquid foundation I’ve used that blends into my face and neck without showing I have product on.

Would recommend if trying to look not make up looking or going for natural look.

YSL make some impressive foundation formulas and this one might be the most impressive of all. I generally steer clear of full coverage foundations because they often sit on top of my skin and look heavy and unflattering.

But I also suffer from discolouration, so my redness does shine right through light and even medium coverage foundations. Finding a full coverage foundation that doesn’t look like a mask or look patchy on my combination skin is like searching for a unicorn, but All Hours might just be it.

This is definitely full coverage so you have to work fast before it dries down to an almost velvet/powder finish, but it covers nicely and doesn’t look flaky or uneven. Now, I prep my skin thoroughly beforehand with lots of moisture, which might be the trick to this.

It sets so well that the only spot I set with powder is my under eye area. This stays put and doesn’t break apart as the day goes on. A little oil shines through by end of day, but it still covers beautifully.

It also doesn’t irritate my acne-prone skin. The flip side is that I won’t buy this until YSL goes cruelty-free. It’s such a shame and totally unnecessary in this day and age. I had to remove a star from this otherwise perfect foundation for that reason.

This was recommended to me as a dupe for Estee Lauder Double Stay. It’s not. I couldn’t get this to work for me for anything. It’s billed as medium coverage. I would say light coverage. More than a tinted moisturizer.

It doesn’t blend well. It’s very lightweight which is nice. But it just separates and doesn’t cover anything. I tried different application methods, primers and powders. Nope. Maybe a good light coverage for young skin that is balanced, which for my fine lines and textured skin, its just awful.

I tried a very light application. Tried building it. Even mixed it with other foundations, just an epic fail for me. For a few dollars more, get the Colourpop Pretty Fresh Hydrating foundation. Skip this one.

It also has a lousy shade range.

The best foundation, especially for summer. I thought I was in love with Tarte Face Tape Foundation. And then I thought I was in love with IT Cosmetics CC Cream. But those were just crushes. Kokie HD Foundation is honestly the best foundation I’ve tried in the past few years, and is better than foundations that are double the price.

It goes on so smooth, super buildable, a great shade range (I’m looking at you IT CC Cream). All of Kokie’s products that I’ve tried (concealer, eyeliner, lipstick, their brushes) have a high end feel, without the price.

I have acne free, combination skin. I didn’t even put concealer on with my foundation this morning because it gave my face a truly fresh look! It isn’t too matte or too shiny. Not heavy. Doesn’t accentuate pores.

It’s basically perfect.

What I do like other than it being buildable is, the color seemed to camouflage into my skin. I would recommend not using a water based moisturizer. All in all this is something that i would use again.

I bought this at a makeup specialty store and not directly from website. The 1st thing I will say and this is not a negative thing at all. I have been wearing Foundaconcealer for Many years and was still learning that it’s OK because it’s for combination skin but.

After I had my son I saw a Provo for it and Tried it. Didn’t have to take the 1st chain back to the store to be cut as I matched it to my color in another part product which was way to light. I even did have face of my old product and went up a shade to 27 in this product and they look pretty much the same.

So maybe it’s because it’s Dancer or something but I would suggest that you look into it other than that I am super happy and pleased with this product. I’ve never tried the old one and I know a lot of people were talking about the old verses the new or whatever but and never tried the old 1.

So I didn’t have anything compared to I was hoping that it would be like. Whiteweight field with well coverage buildible in it was all those things. Obviously if I didn’t want to have that make up foundation cake face and I don’t !!I will be buying this for years to come it’s just replaced my other Tarte foundation.

[I really like that my fave Foundation and concealers, which I bought as well are Tarte bc. if I could choose natural makeup for only ONE area. It’d be the Foundation because it literally lays a foundation through your face and covers more service area the hand is obviously absorbed in so I don’t want anything weird in it more so than.

Say eyeliner or something that’s just on a small part or mascara that’s on your lashes not technically your face. Thank you Tartea.

I want to make it clear that I am writing this review on the new and reformulated 16 hour wear Amazonian Clay Foundation. The one in the clear tube. I got it on a whim to wear in the Florida heat. I dislike mousse formulas but I am glad I didn’t see that description or I would not have gotten it.

It feels like a very thick, yet lightweight cream. I don’t get mousse vibes but it is a very unusual consistency. I don’t have another foundation similar to this and I have a lot of foundation. I have @combination skin and I found it wore well on all areas of my face.

Honestly, I did find it wore well in the heat but I still experienced a fair degree of transfer. I definitely needed to set it with powder and touch up throughout the day. It’s one of those matte foundations that are not dry down matte.

Very soft matte. I would agree that it builds to full coverage very quickly. I had a much smoother and quicker application with a buffer brush. I would say that it was a bit difficult to get 16 hours of wear.

My other products did slide around some with this foundation. I did notice a small degree of oil control but I think most skin types would get along with this. Especially textured skin. I found this to be thick enough to cover texture nicely.

It will look like you have makeup on but I don’t mind that. I am thinking that this shade range runs light because I am often the lightest shade in foundation and I was like five shades in and it’s still light on me.

They look so white through the packaging. I don’t believe that the shades translate over from the old foundation. I have seen other stuff reviews mention a scent but I noticed none at all. It’s not a perfect foundation but the coverage is there, it doesn’t break me out, and I love the consistency.

If I could get some more wear time out of it, it could be a five star foundation, but for shorter days, it’s pretty.

I have the new version of this foundation, the Amazonian Clay 16-Hour Full Coverage Foundation (without SPF). The color range is new so the color I use to use with the SPF version, isn’t the same in the 16hr version.

I had to go into Ulta to find my color match. This is my favorite foundation so far. I threw my other ones all out because I found myself only reaching for this one. I use to only use medium coverage foundations so I was iffy about getting a full coverage foundation thinking it would feel too heavy.

I became a fan of this foundation after seeing my friend’s complexion and I was wow’d how flawless it looked. When she told me she used Tarte Full coverage, I went to the store the very next day. The consistency is like a cream/mouse.

It’s very blendable and doesn’t feel sticky after. Very little setting powder is needed after. I normally get oily after a few hours with makeup on, but I felt this foundation kept me shine free for a few hours longer and doesn’t leave me with an oil slick feeling.

Also, most importantly is that it doesn’t oxidize.

I have tried many, many foundations in my search for the perfect one for me. With normal-type skin and neutral undertones, a lot of matte foundations feel too heavy and a lot of dewy foundations feel too tacky.

This foundation is the only one that achieves a perfect balance of the two and also does not have an oxidation issue. I wish it was still sold in stores however it is more than worth ordering online.

It has a beautiful satin finish and remarkable coverage. I recommend this foundation to anyone looking to find a new holy grail.

I tried searching for Kokie Full Coverage Foundation, unfortunately it wasn’t offered for review. I apologize if this is misleading but I just have to share that I love the Kokie Full Coverage Foundation.

It was briefly released in select rite-aid stores and is now only available online through Kokie Cosmetics. It is so beautiful. I bought back ups for myself and got some for my best friend too. It has a hint of a fragrance that a find pleasant, but it does evaporate quickly.

I have prominent melasma. There is something truly special about this foundation that helps mask my melasma, it minimizes the ugly discoloration. It’s a satin finish rather than matte. It doesn’t settle into fine lines or wrinkles.

It just a bottle of smoothing beautiful coverage.

I had a severe allergic skin reaction to two different medications that left tons of underlining health issues for me. I always had great complexion my whole life, clear and no redness. I wore foundation for fun and mostly light powder for everyday.

Feeling self conscious of my skin for the first time in my life at 27, I’m 30 now; I had tried about everything. Got to the point where I had to change everything I used, skincare, haircare etc. Anything I used in the past started to burn, itch, make the blister reaction come back angrily.

After a suggestion my dermatologist made to try bare minerals I haven’t looked back this is the only thing I use for foundation now. My skin actually stays pretty clear now partially thanks to this product and the way it blurs any scarring or imperfections I have now is amazing.

I had borrowed this product from someone I know and totally loved it. It was easy to apply and made my skin have a kinda glow. I decided to splurge and buy some for myself. I went to an Ulta and spent a lot of my makeup savings on this product.

It was amazing at first. It covered up all of my blemishes and matched my skin tone pretty well. However, after the first week or so of use, I noticed that my before tiny pimples were spreading and getting larger.

I had heard that this product doesn’t clog pores so I kept on using it. My pimples were getting worse and I got a lot of white heads on my forehead. I went to using my tinted moisturizer and stopped using this.

The rate at which my pimples were growing and spreading slowed dramatically. I tried to keep my hopes up and was telling myself that it couldn’t be the Dermablend. So about a month after I switched I used it again.

After just one application my pimples were looking really red and worse than they did that morning. Sadly, it is to late for me to return this. I won’t say if I do or don’t recommend it because you might really like this product it just depends on your skin.

Just a word of warning if you are prone to breakouts because I’m still trying to treat my pimples from like two months ago.

I’m 24 YO and I struggled badly with acne in my teen years- and my approach to skincare was doing more harm than good. This means my skin has gone from being severely scarred & textured with enlarged pores, to slowly healing over time; resulting in a much smoother and more supple base.

Upon first impression, this product was my worst nightmare- cakey, thick, and it clumped into my enlarged pores BADLY. I tried a variety of skin prep techniques before giving in to the idea that my skin just may have been TOO textured for a product with this consistency.

It looked great on *parts* of my face, and is buildable from a more light-medium coverage into full (which I appreciate). NOW, months later, I’m back after wearing it all day to say this: IF YOU SUFFER FROM SEVERE TEXTURE, this product MAY not work for you! It is sitting well now, but my skin’s texture has *noticeably* changed since the last (dozen or so times) I tried to wear it.

It’s a great product but $40 is too much to be unable to use.

First, let me say that I am a devotee of make-up. I have used Dermablend Cover Creme, off and on, for @10 years. I think the makeup has a learning curve. One, you only need a very small amount to reach full coverage.

I think most folks compare the foundation with other brands thinking that a similar amount and the usual application techniques apply to Dermablend. Furthest thing from the truth. Use the smallest amount necessary to cover your face.

If you need additional coverage, again use a small amount and pat the additional foundation where it is needed. I use my fingers to apply and then pat that down with a damp beauty blender type sponge.

You must set this foundation. I use the Dermablend loose setting powders. You may need to buy two colors of the foundation to mix for your perfect shade. I have several to choose from. I use this foundation for highlighting and contouring as well.

If you want a perfect no-makeup makeup look, you cannot go wrong with this cover creme, if it is applied correctly. My skin looks flawless and NATURAL when I apply it which is a good technique for anyone who is looking for a great full coverage foundation.

I also use the setting spray to have a more skin like finish. I have dry skin so oilier skin types may opt to use a mattifying setting spray. If you are oily, you may also consider applying a very thin layer of the loose setting powder over well moisturized and primer skin prior to applying the foundation.

That can also help in the long term wearability on the skin. Long post, Iknow, but this is a great product.
