As a teen, I spent a lot of time in the sun. Of course, I didn’t use sunscreen and am now paying the price with an extremely uneven skin tone. My skin is blotchy and dark in some places, while it’s ‘normal’ looking in others.

Using a foundation infused with sunscreen is SO IMPORTANT! I only wish I had started using a product like this one BEFORE I was 39 years old! **WHAT I DISAGREE WITH **- I can say that there is one claim *Covergirl Advanced Radiance Age-Defying Foundation *makes that I absolutely cannot agree with.

They state that with regular use, your skin will look 5 years younger even when you don’t have makeup on. HA!!!! This is NOT true for me. I’ve been using *Covergirl Advanced Radiance Age-Defying Foundation *every day for almost three months, and my skin doesn’t look a bit younger than it did before.

When the makeup is on, my skin definitely looks better, but without it on. it looks just as it did before. But, I love it anyway simply because it helps when I wear it. **Bottom Line** – Yes, I would definitely recommend *CoverGirl Advanced Radiance Age-Defying Foundation*.

It’s smooth, it has a nice scent, the coverage is even and long-lasting, and it’s available in the perfect shade for everyone. Just don’t expect to look younger because you use the product.

So far I would say this is a good foundation. You get a really good value for the price you pay. Affordable and great if you are looking for a full coverage foundation. You can find it in any drugstore or online.

I would highly recommend if you are looking for something not too pricey and medium to full coverage. It applies nicely to the skin and doesn’t look cakey.

I have searched high and low for a good foundation ever since Christian Dior stopped doing my shade of 032 in their teint nude eclat. I was chatting next to a Sisley counter about finding most foundations too yellow in tone (giving me a sallow complexion or worse, like the colour just sits on my skin).

I have blue eyes and very dark hair, with skin that tans easily, but can look sallow in winter. The chap at Sisley said that i needed pinker toned foundation (like my CD 032 apparently). He suggested 2R Organza for me and it is not only a perfect colour, that gives my face light and lustre, but the formulation is so silky smooth and soft, i feel like my skin is plumped.

I am 55 and have no idea why others say it dries out their skin. It feels dewy. Granted it is very very expensive (eye-wateringly so) but it is packed full of their anti-age products too and lasts me months.

I use Chantecaille tinted moisturiser or Future skin by day in Nude – and this Sisleya le Teint by night for fuller coverage. People always remark on my skin in the evenings and even I feel the wrinkles fade away! I just need to work out which is the best tone for when i am more tanned in the summer.

I reviewed this a while ago and hated it. So it sat in my make up box untouched. I couldn’t bring myself to throw away a £100 bottle of foundation. So over Xmas I thought I’d give it another tried. I read online to not use a primer (due to it being packed full of skin care benefits) and read it was best applied with your fingers.

I’m converted now. Everytime I’ve put it on my bare face with my hands someone has commented on how beautiful my skin looks. Glowy, firm amd youthful, no pores, no wrinkles. I’m in love with this foundation now after thinking it was the biggest rip off ever.

It’s actually worth the price and the price is ridiculous. Maybe you shouldn’t have to research how to apply a certain foundation. But once you know how to use this, it’s been a game changer.

This foundation is probably the best I have tried so far. I use The Sisley-Paris Teint Nude foundation for everyday, but this one, is the one I use when I want my skin to look perfect. It is so lightweight and easy to apply and blend with your fingers.

The skin looks smooth and radiant for long hours. It is also packed with skincare benefits as with all Sisley-Paris makeup. Definitely worth its cost!!.

My skin is pretty icky – very oily t-zone, dry patches, redness, massive pores and old acne scars. So, I prefer something with a lot of coverage. but at the same time, I am autistic and have some sensory challenges, especially with touch.

I cannot stand the feeling of heavy foundation on my face, honestly even some moisturizers alone are too heavy feeling for my liking, so I really struggle with foundations. I usually choose a tinted moisturizer or a light CC/BB cream, but most of them don’t exactly have full coverage.

Enter this product: light as a BB cream, but with excellent coverage! I previously used Yensa’s BC Foundation, but tried this one because I found a great deal on it. I am so glad I did! It reminds me a lot of the BC Foundation, but goes on more smoothly and lasts longer for me.

It just melts into my skin and covers flaws, but doesn’t feel heavy or look “cakey”. It does well on both my oily areas and my dry patches, and I think after a period of use my skin actually looks better overall (hence the “serum” part of the name).

I will definitely be sticking to this as my primary foundation product! I can’t even feel it on my skin, yet my skin looks better than it has in 15 years. I would like to add that I wear the “light neutral” shade, but couldn’t find a way to review anything except for “light medium”.

I’m sure the various shades apply and work in the same way, so this shouldn’t really matter but I wanted to disclose this still.

I switched to powder foundation a while back because I prefer something lightweight and honestly don’t care too much about full coverage. I embrace the imperfections of my skin. I got a sample of this in my Ipsy bag and will deffo purchase a full size product.

I applied with a brush and found it needed a fair amount of working into the skin–but that is because the product provides a lot of coverage for a very small amount. I used far less than I normally would, even after building up where my skinetone is uneven, and once the product was spread out and dried down it looked fantastic.

My concealer of choice (tarte amazon clay) also layered very well on top of it. Now I use powder contour and that also blended in very nicely. Oh, I used the JOAH Heal Me Cica soothing and blurring primer which is my HG primer.

Also worked very well together. It does have a light shine to it. I have used it a few times now and it wears very nicely, even in humidity. Someone with dry skin would really like this product.

I never write reviews. I have tried so many expensive high-end foundations and have been disappointed over and over. I picked this up from target with not high expectations. This is my favorite foundation I have ever used! I literally put on with my fingers in a nice even basecoat and then go back over top in any areas that I need a little more coverage with a foundation brush.

It is a light coverage but definitely buildable. I love that you can still see your natural skin through it. For a reference I am 37 and have normal skin, not too dry not to oily. Most foundations that I put on my face and up caking, showing dry spots, and making my pores so noticeable.

This foundation does the complete opposite and leaves a healthy, beautiful natural finish. My skin looks so healthy. I finish this off with the Neutrogena Matt finishing powder and it takes just a little bit of the dewy-ness away.

It is also long wearing as far as I can tell and at the end of the day my face is still looking good. I am so happy I found this product!.

This Healthy Skin Serum Foundation For Sensitive Skin by Neutrogena has me giddy again for this brand. I use to really dig Neutrogena way back but didn’t like all the harsh chemicals in their products so we kinda split ways.

However, getting the opportunity to test & try this foundation out has me happily flirting again with the brand. Packed with Vitamin B & other ingredients like Pathenol (skin-soothing) this sheer but EASILY buildable coverage is blends like a dream.

It is a liquid serum that feels hydrating while creating a glowy glass-like canvas. Powder can bring down the glow if you like a matte finish. I was totally surprised by the results & how much I love this stuff.

I got N4921-N00 A. K. A Medium 03 & it matched good for me at the time of this review. It is so refreshing when a product lives up to all its promises. I do have a love/hate relationship with the dropper though hence the 4 stars.

But, DEFINITELY a must have foundation for me now & at 15 bucks, SUPA SCORE!.

This is my go to foundation! I have combo acne prone skin and this is the only foundation that has worked wonders for me. It’s also the only foundation that is literally my perfect shade. It’s so light weight and looks natural.

Because I have combo skin and it is a serum foundation, SET IT WITH A POWDER!! My oils do come out after 5 or so hours or sooner depending on the heat BUT it has yet to transfer much! I like it when my oils start coming through because I look “naturally” glowy! I have had so many compliments when I wear this foundation! I hate heavy coverage foundation so this one is perfect.

It won’t cover a lot of redness but it will make your skin look healthier and more evened out! I have NEVER had a perfect foundation until I found this one. I bought it back in early June on a whim and it’s been the only one I’ve used since.

I took it to a trip to sunny and hot LA and it stayed all day! I highly recommend and I really hope it works for you!!.

I absolutely love this makeup. I’m 64 and, while I’m fortunate to have been blessed with good skin, is still have aging skin. I’ve used many types of makeup including the spray on kind but I’ve never found anything that didn’t make me feel like it exaggerated my skin issues.

Someone gave me a bottle of this. I didn’t even try it for a while because I’d pretty much given up on makeup. I got bored one day and decided to play in my makeup(sounds kind of silly). I used it and loved it.

It’s light and airy. The color i was given was amazingly just right. It didn’t look like i had on makeup. It covered discolored areas and the darkness under my eyes. I didn’t even have to use under eye concealer.

It didn’t settle into or accentuate wrinkles. It actually made them look less deep. I don’t know exactly what the ingredients are but it’s perfect for aging skin. I love it.

The formula for this has changed. It does not go on as well or last as long once applied as the previous version. Despite Boots advising that Warm Beige is the replacement colour for Deeply Beige it is definitely NOT! Warm Beige is much lighter and makes me look washed out.

I am now searching for a replacement with a different brand who hopefully won’t unnecessarily change its colours and formulas! So frustrating and disappointing. The same applies for the pressed powder but I see there have been enough complaints there! Boots, please wake up and listen to your customers.

I have light rosacea, acne-prone, normal skin (not dry, not oily). I have pale skin with a neutral to warm undertone. I think this is a difficult foundation to use, even though the feeling is beautiful and the color FLAX is the the exact color of my skin.

Not only that, but it matches perfectly with their Almost Powder Makeup Broad Spectrum SPF 18 Foundation in 02 Neutral fair. I use both products together. Here’s how I’ve found this foundation to work best: 1.

Allow your sunscreen to dry down before applying primer. Don’t mix the two and don’t apply the foundation directly after sunscreen – it’ll cause the foundation to wear off easier throughout the day. 2.

Apply a dime sized amount (or little more) with your hands. Rub it in like you’re using a skincare product. It’ll look streaky, at first, but (if it’s the right color for you) it’ll melt right into your skin.

This layer, by itself, will not be enough for full coverage. 3. (optional) Spray a light mist of setting spray and lightly tap your face with a beauty sponge, to settle the foundation further. 4. Use a powder foundation (recommendation above) or concealer of the same shade to cover any leftover redness.

5. Set with setting powder (I suggest Wet n Wild Photo Focus Loose Setting Powder in Translucent). Set with setting spray (I suggest Tarte maracuja miracle mist). That’s what I’ve come up with after using this foundation for about three months.

I haven’t switched because it matches my Clinique powder perfectly and it feels like nothing on my face. Optionally, you can use the recommended Clinique powder for the best coverage and staying power.

Buff with a kabuki brush and use this liquid foundation as a concealer.

I picked this out because the girl at Ulta said this would be good for what I was looking for. I told her my main problem is finding a foundation that DOESN’T just sink into fine lines and that I also have issues with some dry spots sometimes so I didn’t want anything too drying.

She said this foundation would be what I was looking for. Completely wrong. And very upset I wasted money on this. Not only does it look powdery and dry on my face, it sinks and cakes up into EVERY little spot it can.

Unless I keep my face perfectly still it turns the faint lines in my forehead into massive ravines. Oh and if you so much as touch your face it leaves a finger print behind where it came off on your hand or whatever else touched your face.

It’s been cool where I am so I’ve not experienced what happens when it’s hot outside but I’d hate to see what this foundation does when I sweat even the tiniest bit. It does these things with even the LIGHTEST of application.

To say I’m unhappy is and understatement.

I’ve been using this as my foundation for about six months (through winter, into spring) along with the Clinique setting powder – I got both in a sale on Ulta. I apply it with a beauty-blender type sponge and it has good coverage.

I also think the variety of color options are good. I am very fair skinned with neutral-warm undertones and I sometimes have a hard time finding foundations that don’t make me look orange or pink. I do not have that problem with this foundation.

Now for the cons. The most significant con that I want people to know about is that this product will settle into fine (and not-so-fine) lines and just generally separate and cake up as the day goes on.

As I mentioned, I use the Clinique setting powder, and I also use a setting spray (that I have used for years with success, until now) and I still have problems with this makeup moving around and wearing off in a really obvious and ugly way.

I think honestly the fact that this has such good coverage to start is it’s downfall when it wears off because it’s just so obvious. The other con with this makeup is more subjective, but as soon as a started using this makeup I started getting blemishes on my skin.

I am not prone to breakouts and trend on the dry-side, I do however have somewhat sensitive skin. These blemishes I would not describe as a true zit- they didn’t have a head on them. They were more just raised red irritated pores that would pop-up during the day and then mostly go away at at night while I slept (i.

e. when my face was clean). I thought maybe my skin needed to adjust but it never went away, even after I tried changing up my cleansing/exfoliating routine in the hope that it would help. I will be switching back to my previous foundation – bareMinerals Complexion Rescue Tinted Hydrating Gel Cream.

The coverage is much less, but my skin is clearer when I use it so I don’t need the coverage. It also feels a lot better on my skin, and looks better to boot.

I first purchased this while visiting my daughter during the summer. We were going camping and rafting and makeup just wasn’t a part of the packing list. I saw this and first thing I thought was “WoW ~ sunscreen, tinted moisturizer, AND retinol???” I honestly wasn’t expecting to love it but I was taken aback when I put it on with just my fingers and looked at my face.

This stuff completely evened out my skin tone, gave a nice amount of coverage and and I had a youthful glow (NOT glitter!). Even now, it’s my go-to makeup. If I need a bit more coverage I add a couple drops of my foundation and mix it on a palette and apply with a brush.

BUT THERE’S MORE! During COVID I’ve been getting lazy with my makeup. Wanted something in an easy-carry compact so I began my online search “compact makeup for mature skin. ” I ended up purchasing the Neutrogena Healthy Skin Compact makeup with spf 55.

Neutrogena has done it AGAIN! I applied this with my dry Beauty Blender (sponge) and once again shocked by my reflection. Perfect! For reference, I’m 53, have fine lines, some large pores, and hyperpigmentation from too much tanning in my 20’s-30’s and both of these just even it all out, does not cover it all, but definately blurs these issues.

I’ve used Too faced, It Cosmetics, Juice Beauty, Tarte. and I find myself reaching for my Neutrogena over any others. At this price point, if you’re even considering this product – BUY IT! I’m really glad I did.

I have pretty clear skin but I am 64 so I have some lines. I was using BB cream to make my skin look smooth and even but lately it hasn’t been blending well and was settling in some creases. I did some research and purchased this product (Light to neutral 30) and one other which (has not arrived yet) to test them both.

So far I have been very happy with Neutragena. It depenses soft and creamy, blends well, makes my skin even, and does not settle at all in any lines. It is pretty scentless and has not been irritatiing.

It also has sunscreen so that is a plus. If you are looking for very light coverage, this is a great option. If you want great coverage, this is probably too light in texture.

First of all – this is VERY VERY sheer! And that’s what I LOVE about it! I don’t like makeup and never wear it unless absolutely necessary. However, I’m getting to that age and where all the years of working night shifts are starting to show.

This is a great way to give just a little bit of cover for your slight imperfections. This is NOT going to cover a zit, it will not erase dark circles, it will, give you a nice subtle glow. Now let’s talk about the color – it’s a touch on the dark side so if you are torn between two shades, I would go with the lighter one.

No. 7 foundations are so underrated and I am so sad to see them phase out Lift and Luminate, however, this is comparable and just as beautiful. Natural, medium coverage and to my cool toned foundation wearers, you will not be disappointed in the shades.

Cool Beige matches me perfectly when I have such a hard time finding my shade. You can use mattifying products with it to get a more matte look and it just melts into whatever products you are using.

I find it works really well with the Revolution hydrating concealer but it’s worked well with literally everything I’ve used. Once it sets, you will not be disappointed. I like to give it time to dry down before applying more products so that would be my only application tip.

Brush or sponge, any powder, any primer, it’s amazing. Just let it dry for a few minutes and once your makeup is done and it’s melts into the skin, you’ll be ecstatic on how flawless you look! Good job No 7!.

Ok I’ve been wearing this foundation for three days with the Eucerin sunscreen underneath and it evens out my skin tone and provides a natural low medium coverage for my skin. All the redness is gone and I only need to do minor spot concealing for acne scars or discoloration.

I do have fair sensitive skin and I use the color Calico. I can transfer but it does sink into the skin. My bronzer goes over it perfectly and no product is picked up. You can still see my skin. My elf moisturizing concealer blends into it easily and with this foundation I don’t have problems with creating in my deep smile lines or at the corners of my eyes from smiling.

It fades well and stays on my skin all day. For my dry skin this really works well. I love it and will repurchase. Please note that the SPF is 20 and the shade in my pictures is Calico my pictures show the exact bottle as well.

I am almost 40 and whilst I have always had good skin and no breakouts, I am now finding that I have developed hyperpigmentation and dry patches on my face. I have had samples recently of ysl, clinique, Dior etc and then I got this last weekend and I’ve had so many compliments on my skin.

It’s runny and thin, but if you have dry skin and signs of aging, it will hydrate and won’t sit in fine lines (not for me any way). It doesn’t crease in marionette lines either. It looks like my skin but at it’s best.

It won’t cover dark spots, so this plus concealer and bronzer is fantastic for me. Really impressed and I would choose this over my second favourite test recently which was the bobbi brown serum foundation (black bottle £50!).

I’m very picky with foundations and have struggled for a long time to find one that doesn’t dry out in patches and look blotchy. I think this is my new favourite and it looked good all day. IMPRESSED.

I use tea tree facial wash with dermalogica skin smoothing moisturizer then apply this foundation and the effect is full coverage all day and flawless skin. My breakouts have diminished and dry skin pockets are gone.

Skin tone is even and my husband thinks I look great which is the biggest compliment ever. When he actually notices my skin and comments then I know I’ve achieved something!!! Not sure if this will be too much when the weather gets warmer and my skin gets oilier but for now this is the perfect combination for this time of the year.

I love this foundation 😍 cant get enough!!! Has very nice pigments and lasts all day! And keeps face matte. Blends beautifully and wont crease!!! Conceals all blemishes and imperfections!! Two thumbs up ❤.

the only foundation i’ve ever met that was actually life-changing. cannot believe how well this product works for me. the most incredible things about this product are (1) it has a lovely radiance that makes my skin look healthy, plump and glowy no matter what condition my skin is in; (2) even when i’m breaking out or have flakey skin, it smoothes over and minimizes any issues my skin is having; (3) never looks cakey even over trouble areas; (4) lasts 8-10 hours on me with no powder or touch-up; (5) the ONLY foundation i’ve ever tried that DOESN’T CREASE in my smile lines.

i am sensitive to scents and while i’d prefer if it was unscented, i can deal with the scent in this product – it fades in 30 mins or so. medium coverage. my only criticism is that y218 is much more peach-toned than yellow, and it’s also too dark to be the lightest shade – i can only wear it during the summer when i’m a solid nc15.
